Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the advantages of fried culinary business in Girian Indah Village, Girian District, Bitung City. The data used are primary data obtained from direct interviews with fried culinary entrepreneurs using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from journals and research reports taken from the internet. Sampling was carried out using the census method from a population of 4 carts selling fried foods: fried bananas, stuffed tofu, fried sweet potatoes, tempeh and bakwan. The results were analyzed by profit analysis followed by Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C-ratio). The results showed that this fried culinary business incurs an average total cost of one production (in 1 day) of Rp. 1,435,669 per day with an average income of Rp. 1,903,000 per day, and get an average total profit per business of Rp. 482,331 in one production/day. The result of R/C-Ratio of 1.31 which is greater than 1, means that this fried food business is profitable.

Abstract

  This study aims to analyze the differences in revenue and income from the use of Eco-enzyme and without Eco-enzyme in Stevia plants. The research was conducted for 3 months from December 2022 to February 2023 at Stevia farm, Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. This research is a continuation of the Student Creative Program activities in 2022 funded by Sam Ratulangi University. The research data were collected using primary data obtained through structured observation, documentation, and data recording of all Stevia plant farming activities observed from upstream to downstream. The collection using secondary data was obtained through literature studies of previous research sourced from the internet such as google scholar, journals, books, and online newspapers based on the data needed in the study. Variables measured are the amount of Stevia leaf production, price, production costs, fixed costs, variable costs, revenue, income. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitatively by calculating the income from Stevia farming activities then the results that have been obtained are described in descriptive form. The results showed that there were differences in income results between the use of Eco-enzyme fertilizer and without Eco-enzyme. Stevia farming income with a planting area of 39 m2 using Eco-enzyme obtained IDR22.413,32 and without Eco-enzyme obtained -IDR71.566,68. Comparison of income results showed that Eco-enzyme is more profitable to be used in Stevia farming because of the increase in production which increases income.

Abstract

ABSTRACTNutmeg is one of the commodities that have high economic value. The nutmeg most can be used as candied fruit which is generally done by the home industry. The object of this research is to know the business profile of candied nutmeg “Komo Jaya” in terms of raw materials, capital, labor, production, production costs of business management, technology, and the amount of profit earned. The study was conducted during the months of September to November 2012, located in the Village District Lawangirung Wenang. The data obtained owners candied nutmeg through interviews by the researcher and was analysed in form of descriptions and figures and tables. The result of research showed that, this business is a home industry that has been hereditary or a family inheritance. The whole working processes of the production of candied nutmeg done by the industry owners. Candied nutmeg also has obtained a license from the Ministry of Health to be consumed. Owners of industrial candied nutmeg "Komo Jaya" can make a profit of Rp.4.962.533, 3, - with a capital expenditure or production cost of Rp. 20.000.000, - in the period of October 2012. In terms of the advantages that exist, this business is a good business to continue to run.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe national income distribution reflects the equal or unequal distribution of the development result of the populations in a country. The purpose of this research is to calculate and to compare the basic income distribution with other incomes of the farmers. This research uses the primary data and secondary data with 30 farmers respondens.The result of the research shows that the Gini Coeficient in the research area is 0, 3943 for the basic income and 0, 3008 for the basic income with other incomes. Paying attention to the Gini Coeficient, means that the unequal income or the uneven income in the research area belongs to the moderate and low unequality.Based of Gini Coeficient, distribution income more equal in basic income with other income than just basic income. It means the other income more in the farmers at low income and middle income. Because of that suggested for the farmer specially in low income group to increase their income from other income another their basic income (red been farm).

Abstract

ABSTRACTYustin Tarimakase. The factors that influence the production of nutmeg in Manganitu Sub District (Under guidance of Paulus A. Pangemanan as a cahirman Jenny Baroleh and Gene H. M. Kapantow as members).The objective of this research is to determine tha factor that influence the production of nutmeg in Manganitu Sub District, Sangihe Islands. This research uses survey methods and Primary data obtained from questioner and interview with nutmeg farmers and secondary data from related department such as agriculture, animal, husbandry, estate plantation, and forestry service of Sangihe Island Regency, Manganitu sub District office and Sangihe Islands Statistic Central Service.This study analyzed using multiple regression by calculating the factors that influence behavior of farmers in production such as land, labor, capital and farmers behavior (dummy).The result of this research showed that was by R value or determination coefficient was 73,89 the remaining 26,2 %. The result of regression analysis from the formula Y = 4,0 + 34,9 X1 – 6,87 X2 + 0,0004 X3 + 5,32 X4.Effect of land to nutmeg production (X1) was 34,9 of means that the increase of one unit of land will be followed by the increase of 34,9 unit of production. The effect of labor to nutmeg production (X2) was – 6,87 means that the increase of one unit of labor will be followed by the decrease of 6,87 unit of nutmeg production.The effect of capital to nutmeg production (X3) was 0,00004 means that the increase of one unit of capital will be followed by the increase of 0,0004 unit of production.The effect of farmer behavior to nutmeg production (X4) was 5,34 means that the increase of one unit of farmer behavior will be followed by the increase of 5,34 unit production

Dumais, ME as members.The objective of this research is to determine the comparison of farmer’s income on varions marketing channel of nutmeg seed in Kauditan Sub District North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in Kauditan Sub District North Minahasa Regency from February 2014 to May 2014. Data collected in this study is primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from 40 respondents nutmeg farmers, and secondary data obtained from institution associated with the research namely Department of Agriculture North Minahasa regency and office of Kauditan Sub District. Data were collected by system kuota.The results showed the greatest farmers Income is marketing channel 4, because the at marketing channel 4, as well as collecting large farmers. The farmer receives sales nutmeg from other farmers so that the amount of nutmeg production owned by the farmers to increase. At 4 marketing channels, farmers selling nutmeg inthe form of dried nutmeg because nutmeg dried selling price is greater than theselling price of crude nutmeg therefore the revenue received on marketing channel 4 was the greatest compared to the other marketing channel.

ABSTRACTGuntur Raharjo Marketing Mix of chrysanthemum flower on Sahabat Tani Group at Kakaskasen Dua Village, Tomohon Utara sub district, Tomohon City. Under guidance of Ir. J. Baroleh, Msi as a Chairman, , Dr. Ir. T. F. Lolowang, Msi., and Dr. Ir. G. Kapantow, Mikomp, MSc as members.The objectives of this research is to examine the marketing mix of chrysanthemum at Kakaskasen Dua Village, Tomohon Utara sub district, Tomohon City. And to examine the marketing margin of each institution involved in the Sahabat tani group.Data collection was conducted for three months, since May 2014 until July 2014. The data obtained are primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through the survey directly to the farmer groups at Kakaskasen Dua Village, Tomohon Utara sub district, Tomohon City. Secondary data optained through agencies associated with this research. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique that intentionally took ten farmers who are members of the Sahabat Tani Group. The analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis.The research results indicated that the marketing mix of Sahabat Tani Group, were product, price, place and promotion as well as marketing margin shown in every agency involved in Sahabat Tani Group.

Abstract

The strategy of furniture industry development CV “Rumambun Indah” in Touliang Oki village Eris district Of Minahasa (regency under the supervision of Celsius Talumingan, as a chairman, Caroline B. D. Pakasi and Jenny Baroleh as the members).The objective of this research is to find out the potency and the the strategy of furniture industry development in Touliang Oki village Eris district of Minahasa. This research is worthwhile since furniture industries have contributed to the regional income of the district of MinahasaPrimary data were collected by interview during april, 2014 to August, 2014 by interview to respondent. SWOT analysis is3applied to analysis of furniture industry development strategy CV “Rumambun Indah”.The results of this study indicated that the furniture industry CV “Rumambun Indah” has a potential to grow as indicated by analysis position which show that CV Rumambun Indah was in quadrant one that meant CV Rumambun Indah is in favorable situation to grow.

ABSTRACTMutiara Simbar. Analysis of “Cempaka” Raw Material Inventory Control In Wood Furniture Industry Using EOQMethod (Case Studies at “UD. Batu Zaman”), Under the guidance of Theodora M. Katiandagho as a Chairman, Tommy Lolowang and Jenny Baroleh as Members.The objective of this research are, a)analyze the optimum volume of raw materials required by “UD. Batu zaman” for 2013period, b)analyze the total cost of raw material supply cempaka to be incurred by UD. Batu Zaman for 2013period, c)analyzetime to re-ordering of raw materials cempaka by UD. Batu Zaman for 2013period, d)analyze the amount of safety stock cempaka timber must be provided by UD. Batu Zaman per period in 2013, and e)analyze the inventory control of raw materials Cempaka wood in the furniture industry by using EOQ (Case Studies at UD. Batu zaman).Data was collected from April 2014 - September 2014, The data obtained were primary data and secondary data, Primary data were data collected directly from the company . Secondary data were data that has been arranged in the form of written documents obtained from the company , previous literature as well as from the Internet. Analysis data based on " Economic Order Quantity " to determine the optimal order quantity it’s purchases for with the aim of minimizing inventory costs consist of the cost of ordering and storage costs.The results of the study showed that the purchase of raw materials according to the method of optimal Cempaka Economic Order Quantity during the period of 2013 for one ordering is larger than what the company had done. Optimal raw material purchasing to do the company in 2013 amounted to 4,448 m³ with frequency ordering to do is as much as 2 times, The quantity of safety stock that should be available in warehouse is of 0.24 m³ and a reorder point according to the Economic Order Quantity when 0.603 m³ of wood was available in warehouse inventory. The total cost of inventory to the production process issued by UD. Batu Zaman according to the Economic Order Quantity is less than the total cost of supplies done by company .Key Words : Inventory, Material, Economic Order Quantity.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPitar Francisco. Role of Human Resource Farmers Group Gapoktan Toga Ornamental Plants in Sub Mahakeret West (under the guidance of Charles R. Ngangi as Chairman, Jenny Baroleh as Members).In the role of human resources in agricultural development itself get special attention to the holding of a wide range of specialized training on HR itself and run seminars that discuss HR agriculture. Areas where regional autonomy as the executor of agricultural development requires the number of agricultural institutions and adequate human resources. So far, the facts show less agricultural development a priority of development in the area, but now the role of HR agriculture began note if this continued and sustained it meets the needs of human resources capable of existing needs.These results indicate that the role of human resources in the toga gapoktan more active role than in the less active that 16 people were declared inactive by the number of above-average score of more than 10 and less active as many as four people with a total score of below average -rata less than 10, while the inactive otherwise no. From the results of this study revealed that the assessment of the role of Human Resources (HR) in the group of ornamental (Gapoktan Toga) in the Village of West Mahakeret expressed an active role in carrying out their respective roles.
