Cases on Biting Sites may occur because the site has not been legally designated as a Cultural Conservation Area and has not been properly managed. To avoid cases such as on Biting Sites, it is time for important sites in Indonesia to be legally designated as Cultural Conservation Areas, and their preservation and utilization are managed according to their potential.

Abstract

Melihat banyaknya jenis bambu yang tumbuh di Indonesia, sangatlah mungkin bahwa berbagai jenis bambu telah dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia sejak masa prasejarah. Namun sayang hingga saat ini bukti langsung yang berupa sisa-sisa hasil pemanfaatan tersebut belum pernah di temukan. Hal ini bisa dimengerti sebab bambu rnerupakan benda yang tidak tahan lama, mudah lapuk.

Abstract

Background: Internuclear ophthalmoplegia (INO) is a rare neuro-ophthalmological disorder characterized by impaired horizontal eye movement coordination due to lesion in the medial longitudinal fasciculus. INO commonly results from demyelinating diseases, vascular lesions, or structural brain abnormalities. Case presentation: A 60-year-old male patient presented with diplopia for the past 4 days. He had history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus and “mild” stroke for past years. Clinical examination revealed normal primary gaze, limited medial movement of the left eye, and diplopia in all gaze positions. Hess screen examination demonstrated underaction of the left medial rectus muscle and overaction of the right lateral rectus muscle. The laboratory results an elevated blood sugar level. Brain CT scan revealed multiple infarcts in the right parietal and cerebellar lobes and left parieto-occipital lobe, with evidence of brain atrophy. The patient was diagnosed with INO. Management involved addressing the underlying systemic diseases, namely diabetes and hypertension, in collaboration with internist and neurologist. The patient also received citicoline therapy and underwent regular follow-up. In the third-month follow-up, the patient demonstrated significant improvement, with reduction in diplopia and enhancement in left eye medial movement. Conclusion: This case report highlights the importance of considering INO in patients presenting with diplopia and a history of vascular risk factors. Timely diagnosis and comprehensive management with regular follow-up is crucial to monitor the progress and enhance the patient's quality of life.

Abstract

Kepuasan hidup merupakan suatu tingkatan saat individu merasa positif atau negatif tentang kehidupan mereka, yang merupakan respons terhadap aktifitas serta kondisi fisik dan sosial inidvidu. Pegawai yang merasa tidak puas dengan pekerjaannya cenderung memilih untuk mengundurkan diri (Turnover Intention). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kepuasan hidup pegawai bank ditinjau dari jabatan dan gaji. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif yang berawal dari penalaran induktif, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah empat pegawai bank yang disesuaikan dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pegawai bank masih ada yang belum pada tahap puas karena masih banyak tuntutan yang belum didapatkan. Jabatan dan gaji masih menjadi faktor utama para pegawai belum merasakan kepuasan hidup sehingga masih terdapat keinginan untuk melakukan turnover intention.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Katarak adalah keadaan terjadi kekeruhan pada lensa dikarenakan hidrasi lensa dan denaturasi protein lensa. Menurut WHO, sekitar 18 juta orang mengalami kebutaan pada kedua matanya akibat katarak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif retrospektif dengan total sampling data. Diperoleh sampel 24 kasus di pesisir dari total peserta 115 pasien dan 17 kasus di pegunungan dari total peserta 63 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria dari tiap variable yang dihitung frekuensinya. Didapatkan hasil pasien katarak di pesisir sebagian besar diperoleh pada kelompok usia 60-69 tahun (54,2%), di pegunungan (58,8%). Katarak di pesisir paling banyak adalah laki-laki (58,3%) . Pegunungan memiliki responden paling banyak laki- laki (64,7%). Derajat katarak pasien di pesisir memiliki persentase tertinggi pada katarak matur (54,2%). Pegunungan memiliki persentase 82,4% pada derajat katarak matur. Pasien katarak di pesisir memiliki jumlah visus sangat buruk terbanyak (70,8%). Pegunungan memiliki visus pre op sangat buruk (41,2%). Pasien yang tidak menderita penyakit DM (91,7%) di wilayah pesisir, sedangkan pegunungan memiliki persentase 76,5%. Pasien katarak pada pesisir yang tidak memiliki penyakit penyerta Hipertensi (75%), sedangkan pada wilayah pegunungan, pasien yang terkena katarak, tidak diikuti dengan penyakit Hipertensi (82,4%). Karakteristik katarak sering terjadi pada golongan usia 60-69 tahun pada pesisir pantai dan pegunungan. Katarak pada pegunungan dan pesisir lebih banyak terjadi pada pasien dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki. Derajat katarak matur mempunyai persentase tertinggi pada pasien di pesisir dan pegunungan. Visus preop didominasi oleh visus sangat buruk, baik pada pesisir pantai maupun pegunungan. Penyakit komorbid diabetes melitus maupun hipertensi pada penelitian didapatkan banyak pasien tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit penyerta. ABSTRACT Cataract is a condition in which the lens becomes cloudy due to hydration of the lens and denaturation of lens proteins. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), approximately 18 million people worldwide experience blindness in both eyes due to cataracts. This study employs a retrospective descriptive research method with total data sampling. A sample of 24 cases was collected from the coastal region out of a total of 115 patients, and 17 cases were collected from the mountainous region out of a total of 63 patients who met the criteria for each variable. The frequency of each variable was calculated. The study found that the majority of cataract patients on the coast were aged between 60-69 years (54.2%), while in the mountains this figure was 58.8%. The prevalence of cataracts was higher in men in coastal areas (58.3%), whereas in the mountains, 64.7% of respondents were male. Mature cataracts were the most common type among patients on the coast (54.2%), while in the mountains, the percentage of mature cataracts was 82.4%. Patients on the coast also had the highest proportion of very poor visual acuity (70.8%). The preoperative vision of patients living in mountainous areas was found to be poor (41.2%). In coastal areas, 91.7% of patients did not have diabetes, while in mountainous areas, this percentage was 76.5%. Patients with cataracts in coastal areas did not have comorbid hypertension (75%), whereas in mountainous areas, patients with cataracts did not have hypertension (82.4%). Cataracts are more prevalent in males in the 60-69 age group residing in coastal and mountainous regions. The highest percentage of mature cataracts is found in patients living in these areas. Preoperative vision is generally very poor in these patients. The study found that many patients did not have a history of comorbid diseases such as diabetes mellitus or hypertension. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) hubungan antara variabel penggunaan live streaming, kepercayaan merek online, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, serta (2) faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dalam social commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 104 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif social commerce di kota Makassar yang melakukan pembelian secara online. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang telah diuji kualitasnya, kemudian diuji menggunakan asumsi klasik untuk memvalidasi model regresi linear berganda yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam social commerce, kepercayaan merek online tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sebaliknya, penggunaan live streaming dan promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen, bisnis dalam social commerce sebaiknya fokus pada optimalisasi penggunaan live streaming dan strategi promosi yang efektif.

Abstract

Identify differences and gaps between existing practices and best standards to formulate recommendations for improvement. to find out the analysis of the success of its implementation and the factors needed by the company to optimize the success of SAP implementation. Identification of problems: indications of accounting recording errors in the calculation of PT INALUM's Fixed Assets using System Application And Processing (SAP). There were findings by an independent external auditor regarding the recording of PT INALUM's fixed assets. The research results stated that the calculation of PT INALUM's fixed assets. Inalum (Persero) based on SAK 16 using Application and Processing (SAP) has several advantages and challenges. Implementing SAP can increase efficiency, accuracy and transparency of fixed asset information. However, implementing SAP also requires quite high implementation, training and maintenance costs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan saat pandemi covid 19 pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019 - 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder bersifat kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu paired uji t sample tested dan wilcoxon signed rank test. Dari hasil penelitian tidak terdapat perbedaan baik sebelum dan saat pandemi covid 19 pada rasio DAR, DER, ROA, ROE dan PER. Sedangkan Current Ratio terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan baik sebelum dan saat pandemi covid 19. Kata Kunci: Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Profitabilitas, Rasio Pasar, Rasio Likuiditas, Kinerja Perusahaan Sebelum dan Saat Pandemi Covid 19, Perusahaan Farmasi.

Abstract

The elderly population is currently increasing, therefore the government has formulated various health service policies for the elderly aimed at achieving a happy and efficient old age in family and community life in accordance with their existence. As a concrete manifestation of social and health services for the elderly, the government has launched services at the community level, namely the Elderly Integrated Service Post (Posyandu). The targets of the activities are cadres and the elderly. The aim is that cadres and the elderly can understand the health of the elderly and practice elderly exercise so that the optimization of the cadre's role can increase. The result of this community service is the increasing role of elderly posyandu cadres in health services at Posyandu Edelweis Thehok Village, Jambi City. This was achieved through survey approaches, education, giving booklets, and demonstrating elderly gymnastics to cadres and the elderly. In addition, the elderly Posyandu cadres are also able to provide better and more targeted health services to the elderly in the area and provide recommendations for improving health services for the elderly in other areas.

Abstract

The tendency to increase the use of addictive substances among young people allegedly in line with increasing pressure in all areas of life including students.The study was conducted with the aim to find out how the description of drug abuse in students  STIKBA Jambi.Sampling technique used is non-random sampling technique with data collection tool in the form of open-ended questionnaire.It is known that according to the STIKBA students' admission they never use drugs (99%), the reason never to abuse drugs (46%), the effect of never using drugs is to stay healthy (98%), knowledge of where and how acquisition of drugs is not know (85%), source of income is still from parents (99%), the positive effect of never using drugs is body remain healthy (49%), knowledge of drug type is shabu-shabu (24,2%) .According to the STIKBA students' admission they never use drugs (99%) and those who have used drugs (1%) factors causing previous drug abuse is due to social factors, this is based on the conclusions of direct interviews from the informant who stated that the association factor with peers that are too free and uncontrolled cause the students get involved in doing drugs drug misuse.
