Abstract

Beberapa kasus yang lagi marak disebabkan oleh ketidak tepatan dari cara komunikasi. Dalam menghadapi beberapa permasalahan ini pemerintah mengeluarkan sebuah program untuk dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di keluarga yaitu dengan program Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga atau Puspaga. Selain Puspaga, Pemerintah Kota Surabaya juga membuka layanan dengan sistem online atau melalui website yang dinamakan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (SIAP-PPAK). Di SIAP-PPAK maupun di sosial media Puspaga tentunya terdapat penyajian data atau informasi yang disebut Infografis, yang dimana segala bentuk pengetahuan dan informasi seputar Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga (Puspaga) tercantum pada Infografis tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan melalui teori model Implementasi Kebijakan dengan data primer berupa wawancara dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan sebagai pelaksana program Mahasiswa Magang Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Selain data primer, terdapat data sekunder melalui artikel penelitian terdahulu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kemudahan yang diterima oleh masyarakat dan juga instansi karena adanya penginputan infografis melalui SIAP-PPAK khususnya pada menu Komunikasi, Edukasi, dan Informasi (KIE). Meskipun belum banyak masyarakat yang mengetahui website ini pemerintah tetap mengupayakan dengan upaya promotif dan edukatif di berbagai media.

Abstract

The research begins with the observation that Generation Z tends to be consumptive and lacks finansial knowledge, so they are interested in finding alternative sources of funding such as online loans. There is a significant gap between finansial inclusion in Indonesia and finansial literacy knowledge. This research uses partial least square analysis with SMART PLS 3.0 analysis tool on 392 UPN Veteran East Java students as research objects. The findings of this study indicate that finansial inclusion can act as a moderator between finansial literacy and consumptive behavior on online loan interest. Conversely, finansial literacy has a significant and positive effect on online lending interest, while consumptive behavior has a significant and positive effect on online lending interest. Finansial inclusion cannot act as a moderator between finansial literacy and consumptive behavior on online loan interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable on assistant store leader level employees at Super Indo Surabaya. The material of this study is based on the problem of dual roles carried out by ASL, namely as a team leader and technical implementer, where this has the potential to disrupt the balance between work and personal life, or what is known as work life balance. Work environment problems that require improvement and procurement of supporting equipment for workers to facilitate employees in doing their work optimally. The research method used is quantitative. The sample in this study was 75 assistant store leader level employees at Super Indo Surabaya. The data analysis technique used partial least square (PLS). The results showed that work life balance and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work life balance affects employee performance through work motivation but work motivation is not proven significantly as an intervening variable between the work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

Program Koperasi Kelurahan Merah Putih (KKMP) merupakan bagian dari visi besar ekonomi kerakyatan yang diusung oleh Presiden yang bertujuan sebagai pusat aktivitas ekonomi lokal yang diharapkan menjadi lebih mandiri dan produktif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Program Pelatihan Peningkatan Kapasitas Usaha bagi anggota dan calon anggota Koperasi Kelurahan Merah Putih (KKMP) di Kota Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang mencakup penguatan mindset kewirausahaan, penyusunan model bisnis melalui Business Model Canvas (BMC), pengembangan dan standarisasi produk, perencanaan keuangan usaha, pemasaran digital, serta pemahaman peran koperasi sebagai organisasi produksi bersama mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola usaha secara lebih terstruktur dan adaptif terhadap dinamika pasar. Namun demikian, implementasi pascapelatihan masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan literasi digital dan perlunya pendampingan berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, program pelatihan ini berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM serta mendukung penguatan kelembagaan Koperasi Kelurahan Merah Putih (KKMP) di Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

The dynamics of airport operational activities often lead to discrepancies between scheduled and actual departure times, particularly in cases of flight delays. One of the resulting implications is the lack of synchronization in gate boarding assignments at Terminal 1 of Juanda International Airport, which affects the clarity of information and passenger convenience. This article aims to describe the factors contributing to gate boarding discrepancies and to analyze their impact on departure flow and passenger experience. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through direct observation and interviews with Terminal Inspection Services (TIS) personnel involved in gate management. The findings indicate that airline operational delays, limitations of the Flight Information Display System (FIDS), the implementation of a less adaptive dedicated gate system, and inconsistencies between boarding gates and aircraft parking stands are the main factors influencing the effectiveness of departure services. These findings highlight the importance of improving operational coordination and implementing more flexible gate management systems to support smoother departure processes and enhance overall passenger service quality at the airport.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of consumer trust in mediating the effects of affiliate marketing and online customer ratings on purchase decisions for fashion products among Shopee users in Surabaya. A quantitative approach was used in this research, with data collected through questionnaires from 100 Shopee users in Surabaya. The data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to examine the direct and mediating relationships between the variables: affiliate marketing, online customer ratings, consumer trust, and purchase decisions. Validity and reliability tests of the instruments were also performed to ensure the accuracy of the variable measurements in this research model.The findings indicate that affiliate marketing does not significantly drive consumer purchase decisions. However, consumer trust plays a key role in mediating the relationship between affiliate marketing and purchase decisions. Without trust, affiliate marketing promotions have limited influence. Additionally, online customer ratings positively influence purchase decisions, and consumer trust is crucial in mediating the relationship between online customer ratings and purchase decisions. Positive ratings from other customers enhance trust in both the product and the seller.

Abstract

The Business Identification Number (NIB) is an important part of the business licensing system because it helps Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to obtain licenses, access funding, and participate in various government programs. In addition, the NIB also serves as a legal identity that forms the basis for MSMEs to start and run their business activities officially. However, in reality, many business actors still do not understand what the NIB is or how to apply for one, causing them to encounter difficulties in the NIB registration process. This condition is clearly evident in Kalisari Village, where many business actors do not have an NIB not because they do not need one, but because of a lack of information and guidance. Through an internship program run under the guidance of the Cooperative Office, MSMEs assistance activities in Kalisari Village focus on providing education, disseminating information on regulations, assisting with the use of the OSS system, and assisting business owners with the registration process.

Abstract

Pada jurnal pengabdian dengan melakukan observasi ini membahas secara mendalam mengenai peran strategis dari Human Resource (HR) dalam menjaga kedisiplinan kerja secara humanis di lingkungan PT Pos Indonesia Regional V Surabaya. Dalam konteks transformasi digital dan perubahan budaya kerja, pendekatan humanis menjadi pilihan yang relevan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif namun tetap memperhatikan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Melalui metode observasi yang dilakukan selama kegiatan magang berlangsung, junal pengabdian ini mengandalkan observasi dan evaluasi selama magang dilakukan dengan memahami kebijakan perusahaan yang di tetapkan untuk memahami strategi dan implementasi yang ada di tempat magang. PT Pos Indonesia Regional V Surabaya. PT Pos Indonesia Regional V Surabaya menjadikan nilai – nilai budaya kerja AKHLAK (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, dan Kolaboratif) sebagai landasan utama dalam membangun kedisiplinan yang berkelanjutan. Dukungan teknologi juga dioptimalkan melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi Livie sebagai sistem digital yang mempermudah pengelolaan kehadiran, evaluasi kinerja, serta administrasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) secara real time. Di samping itu Human Resource (HR) mengembangkan berbagai strategi seperti pelatihan berkelanjutan, pemberian penghargaan atau bonus atas pencapain kinerja, serta sanksi yang bersifat edukatif dan adil. Komunikasi terbuka antara manajemen dan karyawan juga menjadi kunci dalam membangun rasa saling percaya dan bertanggung jawab. Dengan adanya perlakuan humanis ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan kedisiplin, loyalitas, dan motivasi kerja karyawan secara meningkat dengan seiring waktu, sekaligus menjadi solusi dari tantangan era digitalisasi dalam tata kelola organisasi modern.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi program Sertifikasi Halal Gratis (SEHATI) melalui jalur self-declare pada 20 pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) makanan dan minuman di Kelurahan Keputran, Surabaya. Kewajiban sertifikasi halal yang akan berlaku penuh pada Oktober 2024 menjadi dasar urgensi kegiatan ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi survei minat awal, sosialisasi mendalam, dan pendampingan teknis hands-on untuk pendaftaran melalui sistem SiHalal, guna mengatasi kendala non-finansial seperti literasi digital dan pemahaman prosedur Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH). Partisipasi UMKM dalam kegiatan tercatat sebesar 67%. Angka ini terbilang rendah meskipun motivasi mereka tinggi. Penghambat utama adalah literasi digital yang masih rendah dan prosedur yang dipersepsikan berbelit-belit oleh para pelaku UMKM. Kesimpulan ini menekankan bahwa keberhasilan sertifikasi self-declare sangat ditentukan oleh peran aktif pendamping sebagai fasilitator administrasi sekaligus edukator teknis. Oleh karena itu, perlu diupayakan peningkatan intensitas pendampingan, penyederhanaan prosedur administratif, dan percepatan verifikasi BPJPH guna menjamin keberlanjutan dan efektivitas program SEHATI di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

The research aims to understand the impact of work discipline and competence in part on the performance of employees as well as the influence of working disciplines and competences on Employee Performance with organizational commitment as a variable of moderation. This case study was conducted on one of the tourism companies that moved in the area of amusement parks in the city of Surabaya. The sample in this study consisted of 103 permanent employees with saturated/sensus sampling techniques. The type of data used is quantitative data. Primary data collection techniques use questionnaires distributed to permanent employees and secondary data of permanent employees from the entertainment park tourism company in the city of Surabaya. This study uses Smart PLS data analysis. The conclusions of this study showed that in part work discipline and competence contributed to improved Employee Performance, while organizational commitment as moderation could not contribute to the relationship of work disciplines and competencies in improving Employee Performances.
