This research is motivated by the fact that the development of an increasingly modern world and the ease of transportation around the world make CSEC cases more complex. The high number of CSEC cases in Indonesia encourages the Indonesian government to focus more on developing policies and programs related to child sexual exploitation. To maximize its policies, the Indonesian government cooperates with various related parties, both government and non-government institutions, one of which is ECPAT. ECPAT is an international organization whose goal is to eliminate all forms of sexual exploitation of children. This study aims to find out the cooperation of Indonesia government policy with ECPAT in handling cases of CSEC in Indonesia. This study uses the theory of the role of International Organizations and qualitative research methods with library research techniques, namely utilizing secondary data obtained through literature studies obtained from various literatures such as books, journals, bulletins, newspapers, annual reports of several related agencies, documents, or other materials that support research. In implementing their policies, the Indonesian government and ECPAT cooperate with other parties involved in the implementation of the fight against child sexual exploitation, such as community organizations, the private sector, academics, and international agencies. The policies and programs that have been carried out by the Indonesian government with ECPAT in Indonesia are conducting research or collecting data related to child exploitation, advocating for related parties, training with related institutions to be better prepared to deal with child sexual exploitation problems, and socialization such as campaigns, workshops, or online education. Through the actions that have been taken, several achievements have been made, such as conducting research to record CSEC cases in Indonesia, such as creating a module containing ways to prevent CSEC, guiding and inviting the private sector to cooperate and be willing to pay attention to the protection of children's rights, and actively provide education and campaigns both on social media and in person.

Poor Household Research on Social Capital and Food Resilience (RTM) The socioeconomic imbalances of impoverished households in the Siak watershed areaprovide the backdrop for the execution of the 2020 Social Distancing and PSBBpolicies. The condition of the population in the Tanjung Rhu and Rumbai PesisirSub-Districts that has tested positive for Covid-19 is relatively low, but the potentialfor the rise and socio-economic gaps is substantial. This research sought to answerthe following key question: How can social capital be mobilized to increase foodsecurity for poor households in the context of social distancing and PSBB policies intwo Pekanbaru sub-districts? Social participation and social capital theory canprovide answers to this topic. The goal of this study was to look at the state of socialcapital and the possibilities for enhancing food security for disadvantaged familiesin the two Covid-19 in the year 2020: (1) The level of public trust in workingtogether to strengthen food security during the implementation of social distancingand PSBB policies; (2) The level of a family trust in working together to strengthenfood security during the implementation of social distancing and PSBB policies; (3)The benefits of formal and informal social networks in dealing with SocialDistancing and PSBB; (4) The benefits of socialization medium for formalgovernment and informal regulations fo? The following are the findings of theresearch given in this paper: To begin with, this PSBB policy influenced the riverflow resilience of impoverished households in Pekanbaru City's Tanjung Rhu andMeranti Pandak villages. Second, the components of social capital that weresignificantly related to community and household trust in establishing relationshipswithout mutual suspicion, household trust in being able to maintain a sustainableenvironment, and in dealing with the impact of the implementation of Covid 19 afterthe PSBB's enactment. Third, social capital can be established and improved at thecommunity level in the form of social institutions that help improve food security inpoor communities.

Keputusan Munas Alim Ulama dan Konferensi Besar Nahdhatul Ulama yang melarang menyebut kafir pada non-muslim telah memantik kontroversi sehingga menimbulkan kritikan dan tanggapan kontra dari berbagai pihak. Beberapa media online yang memberitakan kontroversi pelarangan penyebutan kafir bagi non-muslim adalah Kompas.com dan Republika.co.id. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat medan wacana, pelibat wacana dan sarana wacana dalam pemberitaan kedua media online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembahasan tentang kontroversi kafir di Kompas.com dan Republika.co.id adalah lebih menekankan latar belakang serta tanggapan pro dan kontra dari publik. Narasumber yang diangkat sebagai kutipan sesuai dengan bidangnya. Bahasa pada pemberitaan ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompas.com bersikap setuju sedangkan Republika.co.id bersikap setuju dan tidak setuju.

COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MINAPOLITAN TOURISM AREAS IN PETALONGAN VILLAGE, INDRAGIRI HULU REGENCY. Petalongan village is located in the district of Pasir Penyu, Indragiri Hulu Regency-Riau Province. This village is still underdeveloped. Even though petalongan village has a lot of potential to be developed. In this case, the service activity aims to change people’s behavior in organizing, utilizing or managing their nature, traditions and culture to improve the community’s economy through the development of a tourist village minapolitan area. The targets of this service activity are BUMDes managers and PKK mothers. The service model uses Community Based Tourism (CBT), starting from mapping village potential, socialization, FGD, training, and mentoring. Based on the mapping and FGD, the potential of a village that can be developed is to make the village a minapolitan area for aquaculture-based tourism. The training activities focused on catfish and tilapia farming for BUMDes. Product development training is carried out aimed at supporting tourism and is also carried out in order to increase community understanding, attitudes and expertise in utilizing the potential of the village. This community service activity has had a positive impact on increasing community awareness and expertise in utilizing the existing potential by cultivating fish in the lake and having the will to develop the village as a tourist destination.

Pekanbaru sebagai ibukota Provinsi Riau tidak terlepas dari masalah kemiskinan perkotaan yang menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah pengemis setiap tahunnya semakin signifikan. Kegiatan-kegiatan sosial sebagai bentuk kepedulian masyarakat oleh Komunitas @Ketimbang.Ngemis.Pekanbaru bertujuan memberikan inspirasi bagi masyarakat dikota Pekanbaru untuk bekerja daripada mengemis. Kegiatan ini dilakukan antara lain untuk mempromosikan “sosok mulia” @Ketimbang.Ngemis.Pekanbaru sebagai sosok inspiratif yang ditampilkan melalui kanal instagram mereka. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan didukung dengan Teori Determinisme teknologi. Subjek dalam penelitian terdiri dari empat orang yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui wawancara medalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa instagram @ketimbang.ngemis.pekanbaru mampu menarik minat masyarakat kota Pekanbaru untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sosial yang diadakan komunitas tersebut khususnya sebagai donator. Namun di sisi lain, isi pesan dan aktivitas di kanal instagram @ketimbang.ngemis.pekanbaru belum menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap pengurangan jumlah pengemis di Kota Pekanbaru justru isi pesan tersebut meningkatkan kreativitas pengemis yang mencoba menarik simpati masyarakat dengan meniru “sosok mulia” yang dipublikasikan komunitas ketimbang ngemis Pekanbaru

Petalongan Village is one of the villages in Pasir Penyu District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is still left behind. This village has rivers, lakes, and cultural traditions for economic or tourism development. People still do not realize the importance of managing this ecosystem. Therefore, the purpose of this service activity is to change people's behavior in managing and utilizing nature, traditions and culture to improve the community's economy. The targets of this activity are the managers of Village-Owned Enterprises and Women Empowerment of Family Welfare. The service methods carried out started from the socio-economic mapping, counseling, FGD, and mentoring. This community service activity has mapped the economic potential of the village on a lake-based basis. Counseling and FGDs regarding problems in Petalongan Village have contributed to increasing public awareness. Extension activities focused on using the lake for the cultivation of catfish and tilapia. Besides that, training on tourism awareness and UMKM needs to be carried out immediately in order to increase understanding, attitudes and the ability of the community in utilizing the wealth of natural resources in this village. This counseling has a positive impact so that people want to immediately cultivate fish and use the lake for tourism to increase the community’s economic income.

Empowerment is an effort to provide or strengthening to the community. Community empowerment activities in Tanjung Belit Village, Kampar Regency, university service programs in the development of regional tourism in Indonesia. The community service program in collaboration with real work lectures (KKN) aims to improve community welfare by utilizing information technology in the tourism sector. The method of implementing the service program is carried out by socializing the improvement of community human resources, utilizing technology, and practice as well as collaborating with the community in carrying out tourism development programs. The results of this activity are 1) Increasing human resources (HR) in the tourism sector for rural communities through social technology, 2) Fostering community creativity in processing juaro fish catches into processed fish balls. 3) Increasing public knowledge about the use of narrow land with the Budikdamber method. 4) aware of the importance of protecting forest ecosystems.

AbstrakProgram mimbar agama merupakan program pendidikan mengenai keagamaan yang ditayangkan secara live di TVRI Riau, dengan mengangkat tema yang berbeda-beda setiap minggunya sesuai dengan agama masing-masing, yaitu: Islam, Kristen Protestan, Khatolik, Budha dan Hindu yang diisi oleh narasumber yang berbeda. Penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat manajemen produksi program acara dengan menggunakan teori POAC yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengambilan narasumber dengan menggunakan pertimbangan tertentu sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak empat orang yaitu produser program, pengarah acara serta pengisi acara. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: Pertama membuat susunan acara program mimbar agama mulai dari perencanaan isi dan biaya. Kedua membuat susunan kerabat kerja yang bertugas dalam pelaksanaan perencanaan produksi program. Ketiga penggerakan produksi program secara live di TVRI Riau yang melibatkan semua kru yang telah ditentukan dan yang terakhir pengawasan terhadap acara tersebut dengan cara evaluasi yang diakukan oleh produser program secara langsung. Kata Kunci: program; manajemen; agama; televisi. AbstractThe religious pulpit program is an educational program on religion that is broadcast live on TVRI Riau, with a different theme each week according to their respective religions, namely: Islam, Protestant Christianity, Catholicism, Buddhism and Hinduism filled with different sources.. The research was conducted to see the production management of the program using POAC theory, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are the result of observation, interviews and documentation. Retrieval of sources by using certain considerations in accordance with the objectives of the study. The informants in this study were four people, namely program producer, program director and performers. The results of this study are: First, make arrangements for the religious pulpit program starting from content planning and cost planning. Second, make the arrangement of work relatives who are in charge of implementing program production planning. The third is the movement ofprogram production live on TVRI Riau involving all predetermined crews and the last one is supervision of the event by means of evaluation carried out by the program producer directly Keywords: program; management; religious; television.

Ruqyah syar’iyyah method for gay patient is one of interesting phenomenon that currently happening around society. This methods is still rare to be found, especially when it comes to treat patient that find their self as gay. Gay existency in Indonesia is still under debate among society. The contradiction created because of ruqyah syar’iyyah method that being told could help patient cured is creating another meaning for each patient itself. The purpose of this research is to understand patient motive, meaning of ruqyah syar’iyyah method for patient and the communication experience for patient. This study uses qualitative research method with phenomenology approach also uses snowball technique to get 4 informants as the subject of this research. Data collection done through in-depth interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique uses interactive data ana While for the data validation check, researcher uses triangulation and extension of participation method.The result of this study shown that first, the reason why gay patient doing ruqyah syar’iyyah method is split in two, there are past motive (because motives) (1) uncomfortable feelings (2) information from social media and (3) the willing to change, future motive (in order to motives) (1) self-intropection (2) getting close to god (3) having partner and heredity. Second, the meaning of ruqyah syar’iyyah for gay patient is Islamic law based, as a process of hijrah, and solution for variative disease. Third, the communication experience for patien is split in two which are happy and unhappy. Happy communication experience there are well accepted, getting new friends and getting peace. While for bad communication experience there are self-personal (feeling unwell), shunned by past friends, and getting underestimated

Datariau.com merupakan salah satu media online erada di Pekanbaru yang berdiri sejak 20 Agustus 2012. Meskipun telah terverifikasi oleh Dewan Pers, masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian penulisan bahasa jurnalistik yang ditemukan di situs Datariau.com. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan bahasa jurnalistik di portal berita kategori Hukum Kriminal Datariau.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pers tanggung jawab sosial. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Informan dalam penelitian ini redaktur pelaksana, pimpinan redaksi dan wartawan Datariau.com. Sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah berita kategori hukum kriminal dalam portal berita Datariau.com. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian berada di kantor redaksi Datariau.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan bahasa jurnalistik di portal berita kategori hukum kriminal Datariau.com masih terdapat 65 ketidaksesuaian penulisan bahasa jurnalistik dan terdapat ketidaksesuaian 4 dari 5 ciri bahasa jurnalistik yaitu kata mubazir.
