Abstract

This research aims to understand the research trends in radio da'wah, identify relationships between scientific concepts, and determine the radio da'wah science network based on keywords and author collaboration. The method used in this research is descriptive bibliometric analysis, and the data used was taken from 2013-2023. Data was collected from the Scopus and Google Scholar databases with the keyword da'wah radio. Data collection was carried out using Publish or Perish software as metadata. Data analysis was carried out using Vosviewer software as a bibliometric analysis medium. The research results show that da'wah radio publications experience fluctuating development, with Scopus publications being very low. Meanwhile, publications in nationally accredited journals and national journals have increased significantly. From the visualization Vosviewer, it can be seen that Islamic institutions or universities dominate research on radio da'wah.

Abstract

Based on data from the Bukittinggi Tourism Office, the number of tourists continues to increase. The high number of visits does have a positive impact but the lack of control of professional actors creates problems for visitors. Congestion and cleanliness are one of the impacts of the lack of supervision of the traders. In response to this, the Bukittinggi City Government created an innovation to discipline professional groups through the Tourism Hero Card. The research is descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the Hero Tourism Card is socialized directly and also informed through social media. The innovation has an impact on professional actors because it is quite effective in structuring traders and the location of the trading area. However, Covid-19 caused the innovation diffusion process at the beginning of its release to be less effective. The lack of access to information for some professional actors makes the Hero Tourism Card innovation need special attention in the future.

Abstract

Stunting remains a critical public health issue in Indonesia, particularly in underdeveloped areas such as Bengkalis District. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies—specifically the implementation of the e-HDW (Human Development Worker) application—in reducing stunting prevalence, grounded in the Diffusion of Innovation theory and Health Belief Model to understand technology adoption and behavior change processes. This research applied a descriptive qualitative case study approach involving structured questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Informants included local government officials, healthcare workers, and Human Development Cadres (KPM). The main outcome measured was the effectiveness of the e-HDW communication tool in increasing knowledge and adoption of stunting prevention behavior at the community level. The results indicate that the e-HDW application facilitated real-time nutrition monitoring and enhanced cross-sector collaboration, contributing to a measurable decline in stunting prevalence from 21.9% (2021) to 12.6% (2024). This supports previous findings that digital health interventions can significantly improve public health outcomes when combined with community-based communication strategies. The findings align with the theoretical framework, showing that communication agents like KPM accelerated technology adoption and behavior change. In conclusion, the e-HDW app is not merely a technical tool but an effective communication platform that fosters awareness, behavioral change, and inter-agency coordination. This study highlights the strategic role of communication technology in public health interventions and suggests replicability for similar contexts across Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia continues to experience persistent territorial disparities as a result of the long-standing application of symmetric decentralization, under which uniform administrative standards are imposed on regions with fundamentally different structural capacities. This approach has contributed to chronic governance underperformance and spatial injustice. The resulting mismatch between regional heterogeneity and policy uniformity underscores the need for a conceptual reorientation grounded in normative theories of justice and constitutional principles. This article aims to develop a coherent framework for asymmetric regional development capable of addressing structural inequalities while remaining consistent with the constitutional architecture of the Unitary State. Using a normative legal research approach that combines statutory analysis with case studies of Aceh, Papua, and Yogyakarta, this study investigates how asymmetric arrangements can be operationalized as both legally legitimate and philosophically justified governance models. The article presents four key contributions: first, it reconceptualizes asymmetric regional development as an ethical and constitutional imperative, grounded in Rawlsian distributive justice, Sen’s capability approach, and contemporary spatial justice theory; second, it highlights the policy pitfalls of symmetric decentralization through a critical assessment of historical and empirical evidence, including failures in regions such as Malaka; third, it introduces the Regional Inclusion Feasibility Index (IKPD) as a juridical and technocratic innovation, providing objective, multidimensional criteria for regional expansion; and fourth, it situates Indonesia’s asymmetric model within global comparative practices, demonstrating its alignment with principles of proportional autonomy and contextual justice. Collectively, these contributions position asymmetric regional development as a viable pathway toward equitable and sustainable territorial governance in Indonesia.
