Abstract

This research was conducted using a field research method by means of a survey, namely research that took a number of samples from the population using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. Determination of the number of samples for this research is the total number of employees who work in the Department of Population Control and Family Planning Labuhanbatu Regency, amounting to 39 people, so this research is called population research. While the approach used is a quantitative approach, namely the approach using data analysis in the form of numeric or numbers. The aim is to develop and use mathematical models, theories or hypotheses related to the phenomena investigated by the researcher. The data analysis technique starts from collecting information through a questionnaire in the form of a statement and at the final stage by drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu Population and Family Planning Department. Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu Population and Family Planning Department. Leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu Population Control and Family Planning Service. Motivation, Work Discipline and Leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu Population and Family Planning Department.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Pelatihan, dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Medan Sumatera utara. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksploratif, Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan, daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Medan Sumatera utara. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi yaitu sebanyak 45 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat menunjukkan bahwa varibel disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar. Lain halnya dengan variabel pelatihan yang berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diperoleh sebesar 0,419 yang berarti bahwa 41,9% variabel kinerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel Disiplin kerja, pelatihan dan motivasi dan sisanya sebesar 58,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Peneletian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh organizational transformation, corporate culture terhadap corporate performance dengan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 232 responden. Seluruh responden merupakan pegawai PT. Angkasa Pura Aviasi Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan instrument berupa angket kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan program Smartpls3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa hasil sebagai berikut : (1) Organizational transformation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance; (2) Corporate culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance,; (3) Organizational transformation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (4) Corporate culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (5) Organizational transformation melalui organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap corporate performance; (6) Corporate culture melalui organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap corporate performance; (7) Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap corporate performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research conducted at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre I North Sumatra is to determine the effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance with employee engagement as an intervening variable. the effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance simultaneously and partially, as well as the effect of employee engagement on employee performance in part, and to find out how these factors affect employee engagement. The participants in this study were. By using the census method, which turns the entire population into a sample, this sample can be identified. Data collection used questionnaires, and multiple linear regression and path analysis were used to analyze the results. Talent management has an effect on employee engagement, knowledge management has an effect on employee engagement, talent management and knowledge management have an effect on employee engagement, and talent management and knowledge management have no effect on employee performance, according to the findings of this study. Through employee engagement, talent management has a greater direct impact on employee performance than it does indirectly through talent management. And ast is employee engagement has a smaller indirect impact on employee performance than knowledge management directly affects employee performance.

Abstract

In response to the transformation of the human resource management (HR) paradigm in the digital era, this research explores the impact of technological change on talent management and employee performance in the context of modern organizations. This research aims to identify emerging challenges and opportunities and formulate effective strategies for managing diversity as a source of innovation and productivity. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with data derived from research results and relevant previous studies. The data collection process involved a thorough literature review, and the results of the data analysis provide a comprehensive picture of the role of technology in the transformation of talent management. The research results found that the transformation of the human resource management (HR) paradigm in the digital era has had a significant impact on organizational dynamics. The evolution of management models from traditional to digital, the use of technology in recruiting and developing employee skills, and the use of technology-based performance management are critical shifts in responding to changing demands. Employee diversity in the digital era brings challenges that need to be managed carefully. Managing the risk of inequality and increasing inclusiveness are key aspects of creating a competitive work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of determinated: 1). The effects of entrepreneurship knowledge to the decision of entrepreneurship of students; 2) The effects of character entrepreneur to the decision of entrepreneurship of students; 3) The effects of motivation to the decision of entrepreneurship of students; 4) the effects of interaction of entrepreneurship knowledge, character entrepreneur and motivation to the decision of entrepreneurship of students. This is Quantitative description study. Study population were students of SMK Muhammadiyah Tanjung Anom. The study sample as are 80 students take from slovin formula with taken proporsional sampling. The data analisys technique was perfomed by multiple linier progressions. The result study of this are as follows; 1) the entrepreneurship knowledge has a direct positive influence on the decision of  entrepreneurship with significant value of 0,00; 2) character entrepreneur has a direct positive influence on the decision of  entrepreneurship with significant value 0,005; 3) motivation has a direct positive influence on the decision of  entrepreneurship with significant value 0,00; 4) conclude 30,2% of students in decision of  entrepreneurship can be influenced the entrepreneurship knowledge, character entrepreneur and motivation. Furthermore, the remaining 69,8% is influenced by other factors, namely evironment factors and contextual factors.

Abstract

Hospitals in Indonesia in responding to service marketing, are far behind from neighboring countries, management problems, unfinished service standards, accreditation, dissatisfaction with service quality and others. This study aims to determine and prove empirically: the effect of service marketing mix performance and service value on patient trust, either partially or simultaneously. The object and scope of this research is the service marketing mix, service value and trust. While the research method used in this research is explanatory research method. The population and the unit of analysis were inpatients in class B private general hospitals, totaling 10 hospitals in the city of Medan, North Sumatra province, amounting to 200 people.Determination of the sample using the principle of random sampling, ie each member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. NextSampling for this study was based on Yamane's sample size. The analysis used in this study is path analysis with the help of the SPSS application. This research resulted in findings in the form of developing the dimensions of the marketing mix from 7-Ps to 9-Ps, with the addition of professional dimensions and employee appearance. In general, from the results of the study, patients judged that the performance of the RSU's marketing mix was not entirely in line with patient expectations, including product, promotion and professional dimensions. The discrepancy between the dimensions of the product and the patient's expectations, because the services provided by the type of treatment class are different from the patient's perception, as is the case with doctor's consultation services. The discrepancy between the dimensions of promotion and patient expectations is due to a lack of information on the type of service.

Abstract

Purchasing decision is an action or consumer behavior so whether or not to make a purchase or transaction, whether or not the number of consumers in making decisions is one of the determinants of whether or not the company's goals are achieved. In theory, the lower the price of an item, the more demand for the item and the better the quality, the higher the price. The formulation of the problems of this research are: (1) Is there an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for consumers who use the Tiktok platform?, (2) Is there any influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions for consumers who use the Tiktok platform?, (3) Is there an effect on quality? Products on consumer emotions on consumers using the Tiktok Platform?, (4) Is there any effect of digital marketing on consumer emotions on consumers using the Tiktok Platform?, (5) Is there an influence of consumer emotions on Purchase Decisions for consumers using the Tiktok Platform?, (6) Is there an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions with consumer emotions as an intervening variable for consumers using the Tiktok platform?, (7) Is there an effect of digital marketing on purchasing decisions with consumer emotions as an intervening variable for consumers using the Tiktok platform?. This study was designed using quantitative methods with a sample size of 356 respondents using Accidental Sampling. The data collection instruments used were questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that (1) Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) Product quality has no significant positive effect on consumer emotions, (3) Digital marketing has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions , (4) Digital marketing has a significant positive effect on consumer emotions, (5) Consumer emotions have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (6) Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with consumer emotions as a mediating variable, (7) Product quality has no effect significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with consumer emotions as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of work environment and job embeddedness on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediator. All employees of PT Medan Jaya Pangan Mutu are the research subjects. The saturated sample method was used to select a sample of 36 individuals. PLS (Partial Least Square) software was used to process the data in this study. The results of this study indicate that work environment, job embeddedness, and job satisfaction directly affect turnover intention; job satisfaction indirectly affects work environment and job embeddedness on turnover intention at PT Medan Jaya Pangan Mutu.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of workload and remuneration on plaintiff performance moderated by extrinsic motivation at Sanobar Gunajaya Company. The sample in this study was a saturated sample in which the entire population was surveyed, but supervisors were not included in the sample. Although this research sample consists of 74 plaintiffs, this type of research is quantitative and uses SEM-PLS statistical analysis. This study used the SmartPLS 4 software program for data processing. The data were analyzed using a quantitative approach with statistical analysis, namely the Partial Least Squares Structural Equality Model (PLS-SEM). The results of this study prove that workload has a positive and significant influence on plaintiff performance. Compensation has a small positive impact on claimant performance. Extrinsic motivation does not reduce the impact of workload on plaintiff performance. Extrinsic motivation does not moderate the impact of rewards on claimant performance.
