Abstract

Sebagaimana kita kctahui bahwa pengawasan mcrupakan salah satu fungsi manajemen yang memegang peranan penting dalam kegiatan operasional maupun perusahaan. banyak usaha yang gagal disebabkan pengawasan yang buruk ataupun lemahnya pengawasan, sehingga dengan adanya pengawasan dapat mengendalikan segala kegiatan yang ada pada perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan dari pengawasan produksi harus dibandingkan antara apa yang direncana dengan hasil yang dicapai. Perbedaan antara yang direncanakan dengan keadaan yang sebenarnya terjadi disebut penyimpangan. Untuk itu pcrlu diketahui scbab-sebab tcrjadinya penyimpangan dan sumber-sumber informasi untuk menentukan tindakan perbaikan bagi pengawasan produksi.

Abstract

Kualitas produk adalah keseluruhan citra serta sifat dari suatu produk yang berpengaruh pada kemampuan untuk memuaskan kebutuhan yang dinyatakan atau tersirat. Minat beli adalah proses memilih satu alternative, cara bertindak dengan metode efesien sesuai situasi.Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada PT. Telkom Speedy. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pelanggan atau pengguna internet Speedy. Untuk menentukan jumlah atau ukuran sampel dan menggunakan teknik Non Probability sampling dengan teknik sampling quota sampling, dalam penelitian ini penulis hanya membatasi sampel sebanyak 100 pemakai atau pengguna internet Telkom Speedy.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, daftar pertanyaan {Questioner) dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment, uji t, dan determinan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas produk internet speedy terhadap minat beli konsumen pada PT. Telkom, Tbk. Selanjutnya berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R-Square) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,641, menunjukkan sekitar 64,1 % variabel Y (minat beli) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel X (kualitas produk), atau secara praktis dapat dikatakan bahwa kontribusi variabel X (kualitas produk) terhadap variabel Y (minat beli) adalah 64,1 %. Sedangkan sisanya 35,9 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, convenience, quality of information and price on students' decisions to enter the University of Harapan Medan. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of Harapan University, Medan. Sources of data using primary data obtained by using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique. The results show that trust has a significant effect on college admission decisions. The magnitude of the contribution of trust in influencing college admission decisions is 0.663. This means that trust is very important because it can increase college admission decisions by 66.30%. Ease has a significant effect on college admission decisions. The magnitude of the contribution of convenience in influencing college admission decisions is 0.845. This means that convenience is very important because it can increase college admission decisions by 84.50%. The quality of information has a significant effect on college admission decisions. The magnitude of the contribution of information quality in influencing college admission decisions is 0.412. This means that the quality of information is very important because it can increase college admission decisions by 41.20%. Price has a significant effect on college admission decisions. The amount of price contribution in influencing college admission decisions is 0.517. This means that the price is very important because it can increase the decision to enter higher education by 51.70%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors can influence students' decisions in choosing a private campus. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research using primary data, namely questionnaires using Google forms and secondary data in the form of supporting documents. The population in this study was all vocational and high school students in the city of Medan, due to limited time and ability, this study took samples using the Slovin formula so that only 100 respondents were taken as samples. The data analysis model used multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are partially on the transactional factors only promotion factors, Person and physical evidence that have a significant effect on students' decisions to choose a private campus while the influential but not significant factors based on the results of the study are product, price, and location factors. , process. Then the relational factors that have a significant influence are familiarity and professional awareness, while the trust factor has an effect but is not significant. Simultaneously, the factors that exist in transactional (product, price, promotion, person), physical evidence and process) and relational (trust, familiarity, and professional awareness) influence the student's decision to choose a private campus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training and leadership on employee performance at PT. Gyatha Anugerah Persada Medan. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees, while secondary data was obtained from documentation studies obtained from various information held by the company and the results of previous research. The data analysis method uses quantitative methods, namely Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Gyatha Anugerah Persada Medan and the sample in this study was the total population of 113 employees. The results showed that training (X1) and leadership (X2) on employee performance, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant effect of training and leadership on employee performance at PT. Gyatha Anugerah. While the ability of Training (X1) and Leadership (X2) together can explain changes in Employee Performance (Y) by 41.5% while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The approach in this study is to use an associative approach, the associative approach is an approach where to find out that there is a relationship or influence between the two variables (the independent variable and the dependent variable). In this study the independent variable X1 is Transformational Leadership Style, X2 is Work Motivation, X3 is School Facilities and the dependent variable Y is Teacher Performance. The data analysis technique starts from collecting information through a questionnaire in the form of a statement and at the final stage by drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat. In addition, motivation also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat. From the results of further research, it was found that school facilities had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat. After that, it was tested simultaneously and it was found that transformational leadership style, motivation and school facilities had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, organizational commitment and digitization on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch. This study uses a quantitative associative approach, which is an approach to determine the effect of independent variables and dependent variables where data is collected in quantitative form to examine certain populations or samples with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The population in this study were employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch Office. The sample in this study used a sample of 57 people consisting of 15 employees of the Electronic Facility & IT Division, 23 employees of the Electrical & Mechanical Facility Division and 19 employees of the Infrastructure Division. Data collection techniques through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch with a value of 0.293 and P-Values ​​= 0.033 <0.05. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch with a value of 0.374, and P-Values ​​= 0.033 <0.05. (3) Digitization has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch Office with a value of 0.339 and P-Values ​​0.008 <0.05. (4) Competence, organizational commitment and digitization have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi sekarang ini, telekomunikasi memegang peranan yang sangat penting dan strategis dalam kehidupan manusia. Seiring dengan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat sekarang ini, masyarakat membutuhkan akses informasi yang beragam, mudah, cepat dan handal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci, teknik pengumpulan data dengan triangulasi, analisis data bersifat induktif atau kualitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih adanya minat para konsumen Kota Medan untuk menggunakan IndiHome karena dari segi komersil yaitu perusahaan Telkom yang sudah berdiri sejak lama, yang dahulunya bernama speedy menjadi indihome dan meningkatkan kepercayaan orang untuk berlangganan serta menggunakan indihome ini dari segi ketersediaan jaringan ditempat-tempat umum diseluruh Indonesia baik dikantor, sekolah atau kampus, cafe maupun taman umum dengan menggunakan fitur wifi.id. Harga yang ditawarkan masih bisa dijangkau oleh masyarakat. Dengan harga yang ditawarkan memudahkan untuk memilih paket sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
