Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam perekonomian di Indonesia, seperti dapat mengatasi beberapa permasalahan misalnya, masalah pengangguran, penyerapan tenaga kerja dan peningkatan inovasi. Sehingga dapat memberikan peluang bagi masyarakat untuk membuka usaha lainnya dan menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan. Peluang tersebut harus diiringi dengan usaha dan biaya. Namun terdapat kendala bagi pelaku usaha mikro dalam mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan pendapatan salah satunya adalah modal. Masalah permodalan ini berlaku untuk semua kalangan pelaku UMKM yang ada saat ini, keterbatasan modal yang dialami UMKM berimbas pada kegiatan operasi dan menjadi permasalahan yang serius dan dapat membatasi potensi perluasan usaha dan kurang adanya inovasi dalam usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa penting peran Bank Syariah Indonesia terhadap pembiayaan UMKM di masa pandemi Covid-19. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini. Wawancara dengan narasumber dari Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Sidoarjo A. Yani digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran BSI KC Sidoarjo A. Yani dalam memberdayakan usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) memungkinkan bank untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan usahanya dengan memberikan pendanaan dan memfasilitasi aplikasi pembiayaan Murabahah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram advertising variables, prices, and halal labeling KFC fast food restaurants on purchasing decisions of students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo using quantitative methods. The sample size was taken as many as 99 respondents with stratified random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between Instagram Advertising, Price and Halal Labeling variables on purchasing decisions with a fcount value of 26.933 > ftable 2.70 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. While the partial results of the Instagram Ads variable have a tcount value of 3,391 > ttable 1,988, the Price Variable has a tcount value of 4.708 > 1,988 and the Halal Labeling Variable has a tcount value of 2,978 > 1,988. So it can be concluded that the three variables in this study have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo

Abstract

This study was used to determine the effect of Islamic celebrity endorser, halal label and product quality on interest in buying Wardah cosmetics at Muhammadiyah University students of Sidoarjo using quantitative methods with 98 respondents who were taken using Stratified Random Sampling sampling technique. The results of the study partially show that Islamic celebrity endorsers have a tcount value of 1.490 < ttable 1.985 and a significance value of 0.140 > 0.05, the halal label has a tcount value of 3.037 > ttable 1.985 and a significance value of 0.003 <0.05, and product quality has a value of tcount. 4.891 > t table 1.985 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that partially Islamic celebrity endorser has no effect on buying interest, while the halal label and product quality affect the buying interest of Wardah cosmetics at Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo students. Meanwhile, simultaneously Islamic celebrity endorser, halal label and product quality affect the buying interest of students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Fundraising is an importan activity for a nonprofit institution, because through this activity, the nonprofit organization can runout its program. This is also done by the Lazizmu district Sidoarjo, as an effort to realize its participation in community empowerment, and as to maximize potential social fund in Indonesia. The Study is conducted using a descriptive qualitative method of data collecting technique that are used in interview tevhniques, observation and documentations. The informant in this study is leader of Lazizmu Sidoarjo, chief of fundraising finance manager Sidoarjo, and fundraising volunteers. According to the study, there are 3 alternating strategies employed by Lazizmu Sidoarjo, namely dialogue fundraising involving the advent of fundraising volunteers, incidental ising, and socialization by mubaligh and various event, and than retention & development donor includes magazine management and services hotline and volunteers contact occupational ising after every seedling, and the last one is multichannel fundraising include telefundraising, the supply of cans in the AUM, with KLL at AUM and mosques and the use of social media.

Abstract

One of the marketing strategies at Islamic banks is by building a company's brand image and customer trust to gain customer loyalty. The focus of this research is to show the relationship between brand image, trust and loyalty of Syariah bank customers in Sidoarjo. This study uses a random sampling technique with 100 customers of Islamic banks domiciled in Sidoarjo and at least have become customers of Islamic banks within one year. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that if there is an increase in brand image and customer trust will also have an impact on increasing the level of customer loyalty. There is a partial influence of brand image on loyalty and between trust in loyalty, and there is a simultaneous relationship between brand image and trust in customer loyalty of Islamic banks in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Halal tourism is a new trend that has emerged from the rise of the halal industry. Many Muslim and non-Muslim countries hope to conquer the Muslim tourism market as the Halal market advances the tourism sector by offering tourism goods, services and infrastructure to meet their needs. Although in recent phenomena, publications and theoretical studies in this field are still limited, studies related to provisions and commitments on halal tourism and their patterns are considered lacking. Thus, the scarcity of literature and specific studies in this field is aimed at exploring and describing the concept of halal tourism in an Islamic context with special reference to the verses of the Koran and Hadith as the main sources in Islam. Meanwhile, to appreciate the existing implementation of this concept, this paper will provide a further case of the current trend of halal tourism in certain countries in Asia. This study adopted a qualitative research method using literature study and observation for data collection techniques. The results of this study include the opening of the concept of halal tourism and a comparison of cases of halal tourism in Asia, in this case Nepal as a non-Muslim country

Abstract

In accordance with the purpose of Sidoarjo District as the city of Indonesian SMEs, the government of Sidoarjo regency fierce empower SMEs and also creating new entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo. We assess with jealous people creating new businesses to supplement the family income, especially housewives should be appreciated properly. Obstacles often faced by new entrepreneurs are not have a good knowledge of the methods of recording finance both the cost of raw materials, operating costs, gain and losses. Not infrequently, the money that had been due to run out mixed business purposes or used for the needs of the family shopping. For that we want to provide training and mentoring for the housewife as new entrepreneurs especially in rural Kenongo to be able to make a simple bookkeeping for his business transactions. In the end, we hope that the additional knowledge of recording financial transactions, the housewife are able to get increased revenues and able to raise their business.

Abstract

This study to describe the picture of ziswaf potential and Ziswaf's realization in Indonesia explained the difference between potential and realization. Beginning with a quantitative descriptive approach method by collecting secondary data from various sources. A very large gap between the value of potential and the amount of realization. During the last five years until 2016. The realization of zakat receipts was only less than 1%. The development of Ziswaf funds in Indonesia must have strategic objectives that must be reduced in the policies of all stakeholders. Thus, muzakki and mustahik are important components in the development and succession of empowerment. The selection of the right strategy can be done using the SWOT analysis method to produce a condition map of the research group and the right strategy to support the strategic objectives. The results of the analysis show that Ziswaf's condition in Indonesia has experienced and significant development. The results of the analysis also show that there are 6 (six) strategies that can be used to achieve Ziswaf's strategic objectives, namely: (1) digitizing of Ziswaf, (2) Islamic Inclusive Finance Council, (3) Database Development, (4) Regulation Implementation, (5) Zakat Automation, (6) Tax incentives for muzakki.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) pada perbankan syariah. Banyak kendala yang terjadi dalam perbankan syariah salah satunya adalah masalah SDM sehingga dibutuhkan manajemen yang baik untuk meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia di Bank Syariah. Jenis metode yang digunakan pada penulisan ini adalah analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka atau literatur review pembahasan yang relevan dengan menggunakan kajian yang diambil dari beberapa artikel yang terkait dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen sember daya manusia pada perbankan syariah diperlukan pelatihan, pengembangan, dan pendidikan mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan dalam perbankan syariah serta diberlakukannya sertifikasi sebab jika tidak ada serifikat yang menunjukkan keahliannya seseorang pada bidangnya itu mengakibatkan sulitnya bersaing pada era globalisasi.

Abstract

The musyarakah financing product is a competitive flagship product of Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) which has not growth yet as like as other financing products. The lack of development of musyarakah financing products has caused BPRS to have more products based on fixed income financing which is similar to the conventional pattern that uses a fixed income structure. PT. BPRS Baktimakmur Indah is the largest BPRS It has assets Rp 163,147,899,000 and the financing provided has Rp 126,807,530 as of December 31, 2019. This research was conducted at BPRS Baktimakmur Indah Cabang Sepanjang Sidoarjo that located at Jln. Raya Bebekan No.21 Sepanjang kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of musyarakah financing based on the standard book of musyarakah products published by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). By using qualitative research methods through a phenomenological paradigm approach that requires researching a natural setting, with observation data collection techniques, direct interviews and literature from companies to support data needs. After the research was conducted, it was found that the BPRS Baktimakmur Indah Cabang Sepanjang had implemented musyarakah financing in accordance with the standard book of musyarakah products issued by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
