Abstract

Compensation and motivational aspects are inseparable in human resource management. Compensation and motivation discount linkages and relationships that influence each other in supporting a person's performance. This study seeks to assess the degree of influence between variable compensation on work motivation on temporary teachers in the District Meliau Sanggau. The main problem of this study is: "How the compensation on work motivation of teachers does not remain in the Meliau District?” The method used is quantitative method. The study population was  temporary teachers in the Meliau district 30 people. Namely data collection techniques using indirect communication, direct communication and observation with data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire, interview and observation. Data were analyzed using regression techniques (correlation causality). Based on the survey results revealed that there is an influence of 0.54, or 29.7% of variable compensation to variable work motivation on temporary teachers in District Meliau. The conclusion from this study is that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected because tcount> t table (3.443> 2.045).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine local wisdom from an economic perspective on the marriage tradition of the Kerasi community, Kuala Behe ​​Village. This research was conducted using the phenomenological method.  The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique by setting two criteria on the research informants.  Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation of the wedding committee book records. Data analysis was carried out with data analysis steps, namely collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and concluding or verifying.  The validity of the data was checked by method triangulation and source triangulation.  Method triangulation is done by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, source triangulation is taken by comparing the data received from various selected sources of informants. The results showed that local wisdom in an economic perspective on the marriage tradition of the Kerasi community, Kuala Behe ​​Village, was the establishment of a tradition of providing 3 types of material assistance to the wedding ceremony.  The forms of assistance are in the form of andelan, pembanto’ and amplop.  This tradition is an ancestral tradition that has been adapted to the needs of today's society.  This tradition is a form of mutual assistance between community members which aims to ease the financial burden of the implementer of the marriage.  Although the aim is mutual cooperation, this tradition also contains a reciprocal value, namely the commitment of all community members to provide assistance with the same value to people who have provided assistance to them.  This existing tradition is a hallmark of the Malay community and will not be completely the same as other regional communities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam memberdayakan UMKM sebagai upaya meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Responden penelitian ini yakni Kepala Dinas Koperasi UKM Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Bengkayang dan pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Jagoi Babang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bengkayang dalam upaya pemberdayaan UMKM mencakup pendataan UMKM secara elektronik, menfasilitasi kegiatan Bimbingan Teknis, melakukan pendampingan, mebantu promosi produk, meningkatkan kapasitas pengusaha pemula, menerbitkan izin usaha, melakukan standarisasi produk. Berbagai langkah pemberdayaan tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pemilik usaha, pekerja dan masyarakat umum sekitar lokasi usaha

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a type of research that is considered the most appropriate for teachers, besides being able to improve learning which will have an impact on the quality of education. The objectives of the CAR implementation and report preparation training activities are as follows: (1) Improving teachers' understanding of the CAR implementation procedures; (2) Improving the skills of teachers to carry out CAR; (3) Improving teacher skills in writing CAR reports; (4) Increase the quantity of teacher publications in periodic scientific journals. The community that is the target of this PKM activity is the 16 teachers at FOGIPSI, the teachers who become participants are determined based on their interest in improving CAR skills. The steps for the realization of the PKM problem solving phase are as follows: (1) Conducting a workshop on the correct CAR concepts and procedures according to scientific principles. The presenters of the workshop are members of the research TEAM. (2) Forming a working group consisting of 5 teachers per group. Group members attempted to be heterogeneous in terms of gender, level of education and the value of a previously distributed questionnaire. And (3) Assist the group in preparing the CAR proposal.

Abstract

The background of this research is the decline the value of exports from China to countries in Asia including Indonesia due to the Covid-19 pandemic since December 2019. Indonesia has imposed import restrictions on certain products from China to minimizing the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study is to analyze the value of Indonesia-China trade in the first quarter of 2020. The research method used was a descrptif quantitative with the main data being the value of exports and imports between Indonesia and China obtained from data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. The results of the study of the data obtained, that trade between Indonesia and China still provides a fairly large contribution value to Indonesia's foreign trade. This contribution is expressed as a percentage of Indonesia's total exports to China and imports from China to Indonesia. The recommendation based on the results of this study is that Indonesia-China trade should be maintained because China is the main trading partner country to maintain the continuity of Indonesia's economy

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the “Program Sekolah Penggerak” (PSP) in 2021 at SDN 23 Menyumbung, Sintang Regency. The research method used is a qualitative study in the form of school ethnographic research. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, students and representatives of parents of students at SDN 23 Mengumbung. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and document studies. Data collection tools in the form of observation guidelines, interview guidelines and supporting documents. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: 1) the leadership competence of principals has increased in terms of designing policy directions, managing human resources, designing school budgets and building partnerships with stakeholders after PSP intervention; 2) There is an adaptation to changes in teacher performance in the learning process, namely the teacher guides students more intensively in class and uses media so that students understand the material more easily; 3) Several internal factors that support the initial change in the implementation of PSP at SDN 23 Contributing, namely: the attitude, commitment and managerial competence of the principal, the teacher's performance and positive response to changes in education policy, parental support through the school committee, and school conditions that can relate to electricity and internet network. Meanwhile, external factors are the socio-economic-cultural conditions of the community, support from industry and local government and support for local government policies.

Abstract

Various problems have occurred in implementing learning at home since the transition to online learning to prevent the Covid-19 outbreak. Parents at home are required to provide maximum guidance because parents as educators are tasked with guiding the child's learning process from a distance. However, not all parents can assist their children, so children experience obstacles and problems that require a role not only from parents. Not only that, children face several factors due to the lack of learning assistance, including the lack of student independence in learning caused by the unpreparedness of parents in assisting and guiding students to study at home and discomfort due to using gadgets. To check for a long time. The Tanjung Hulu District Government partners with the Tanjungpura University BEM. The method used in implementing this program is a classical approach carried out by providing learning materials that are easy and understandable for children. The results showed that the activities had run smoothly, starting with introductions, the provision of materials had been carried out well, and the children were also enthusiastic about participating in the implementation of this mentoring

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di Indonesia pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan sumber data berupa artikel ilmiah yang membahas tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi covid-19. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa kualitatif yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi/ penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan dalam penelitian ini bahwa mekanisme pembelajaran daring memiliki dampak positif berupa kemandirian siswa dalam belajar, peningkatan aktivitas mencari sumber belajar dan inovasi gaya belajar. Dampak negatif pembelajaran daring berupa rasa jenuh serta penurunan minat belajar akibat kegagalan siswa dan guru dalam mengatasi kendala seperti sarana penunjang yang tidak memadai, ketiadaan kuota internet dan sinyal internet yang buruk. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh siswa dan guru selama pembelajaran daring yakni ketersediaan sarana penunjang, strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan sinergisitas antara komponen pendidikan. Abstract

obstacles faced by women’s MSMEs in Rukmajaya Village, Sungai Raya Kepualauan District, Bengkayang Regency. The purpose of this study was to formulate a model for developing a creative economy based on local wisdom in order to increase the capacity of MSME practitioners. The method used was Research and Development (R & D). The respondents of this study were the Head of the Department of Labor and Transmigration, SMEs, and Cooperatives in Bengkayang Regency, the Head of Rukmajaya Village and the members of the woman organization (PKK) in Rukmajaya Village that had small businesses. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The results showed several potential businesses developments in Rukmajaya Village, including a strategic location, the existence of an international port, the availability of raw materials and support from the government. The challenges faced were products marketing, additional capital, human resources, and managerial. Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan PKM ini untuk meningkatkan minat guru-guru IPS Kabupaten Mempawah dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis canva, dan meningkatkan keterampilan guru-guru IPS Kabupaten Mempawah dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis canva. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri atas: (a) Pelatihan, yaitu kegiatan interaktif dengan guru-guru IPS SMP Kabupaten Mempawah untuk memberikan penjelasan teori tentang media pembelajaran, dan (b) Praktik, memberikan tugas kepada guru-guru membuat media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi canva kemudian meminta peserta pelatihan mengumpulkan tugas media untuk diberikan penilaian dan masukan. Kegiatan PKM berupa pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis canva bagi guru-guru MGMP Kabupaten Mempawah dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Mempawah dan diikuti oleh 27 peserta yang terdiri atas guru-guru IPS dari sekolah di Kabupaten Mempawah, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian memberikan dampak pada peserta dengan meningkatnya minat guru-guru IPS Kabupaten Mempawah dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis canva serta meningkatkan keterampilan guru-guru IPS Kabupaten Mempawah dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis canva.
