Abstract

One of the products that students are interested in today is the products of imported used goods that are often referred to as "shell". The study is aimed at analyzing the purchasing decisions of retail products in FKIP University of Tanjungpura Economic Education Students. Research approach using qualitative and case study research methods. The data source used is the primary source. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling where samples are selected based on specific considerations. The informants of this study are students of economics education force 2019 - 2021 who have purchased clothing products at auction at least 3 times. Data collection techniques are interviews, literature, and observation. Data analysis methods include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion withdrawal. The results show that the basic aspects of consumer behavior are the cultural aspects due to foreign fashion; the social aspects are the products of clothing auctions presented by close relatives; the psychological aspects with a simple, fashionable and economical lifestyle. While the dimension of consideration of the purchase decision is the selection of products with detail in terms of quality and price; the choice of different brands has different quality characteristics of materials and models; complete store / location and friendly service; time of purchase without planned, make a purchase when looking at a good auction product; the number of purchases vary with the amount of purchase between Rs5,000-Rp200,000.

Abstract

Pengabdian tentang Pentingnya Pengembangan Attitude Untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Di SMA Negeri 1 Mempawah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Kompetensi Kepribadian guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mempawah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat diselenggarakan di ruang kelas SMA Negeri 1 Mempawah, Kabupaten Mempawah pada tanggal 14 Juli 2023. Pertemuan ini dihadiri oleh 47 orang guru-guru SMA Negeri 1 Mempawah. Kegiatan tersebut berisi antara lain: Materi pertama berisi pemaparan materi pentingnya pengembangan attitude untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru. Pada Pemateri kedua dilakukan pemberian contoh masalah sikap guru kepada Peserta Didik dan demonstrasi menentukan cara menyelesaikan kasus/masalah. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan guru-guru SMA Negeri 1 Mempawah dalam meningkatkan atitude guru. Penyuluhan dirasakan memiliki manfaat yang sangat berarti terutama dalam meningkatkan atitude yang baik dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted in Sintang District, West Kalimantan. This study purposedto determine: 1) the local economic wisdom of Sintang Malay community, 2) thebounded rationality perspective in terms of the achievement of goals and, 3) in termsof the efficiency of economic activity. The approach used is a qualitative approachwith the type of phenomenological research. Collecting data using interview andobservation techniques. Collecting informants using snowball sampling technique.There are 11 informants which are divided into 4 key informants and 7 supportinginformants, and using several documents relevant to the research. The results showthat the implementation of the local wisdom economy by Sintang Malay community, itwas seen from the aspect of goal achievement that the implementation of umpanbenua, marriage customs and terempoh in accordance with the rules and traditions insociety so that people get their own satisfaction after carrying out these activities. Inmaking special Sintang Malay fabrics is made based on the typical Sintang Malaymotif, its meaning is still felt by its users. Seen from the efficiency aspect of economicactivity, the implementation of the continental bait has been budgeted for by thegovernment. In the implementation of traditional weddings, terempoh and themanufacture of typical Sintang Malay fabrics using existing resources adapted to thecapabilities of the community.Keywords: Bounded Rationality, Local Wisdom Economy, Sintang Malay

Abstract

AbstractThe research objectives were to determine: 1) attractive packaging design accordingto the perceptions of the Economic Education Study Program of the University ofTanjungpura, 2) impulsive buying of the Economic Education Study Program of theUniversity of Tanjungpura, 3) the effect of packaging design on impulsive buying ofthe Economic Education Study Program of the University of Tanjungpura, Theresearch method used is a quantitative form with the type of correlation research.Sampling techniques with simple random sampling as many as 80 respondents. Theresults showed: (1) attractive packaging design according to student perceptions wasincluded in the very high category of 82.48%, (2) impulsive buying of students was inthe high category of 70.38%, (3) Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the ttest showed that the value of t count > t table or 2.542 > 1.9908, meaning that H0 isrejected and Ha is accepted. The correlation coefficient value of 0.277 is a lowrelationship category. The coefficient of determination is 0.077 or 7.7%. So it can beconcluded that packaging design has a positive and significant effect on impulsivebuying.Keywords: Packaging Design and Impulsive Buying

Abstract

The Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association has conducteda survey internet penetration and internet user behavior in Indonesia2019. The survey results show that Indonesian internet users havereached around 171.17 million. This means that the number ofinternet users is 64.8% of the total population of Indonesia. One thee-marketing innovations by providing PayLater facilities. PayLater isa credit card-like payment method where the app company pays theuser's bill the merchant. The presence of PayLater can be a solutionfor residents to shop when they don't have money. Easy registrationrequirements make people tempted to use it. So there is an allegationthat how to shop using PayLater services can affect product buyingbehavior impulsively. Informants in this study were 32 studentsEconomics Education. This type of research is quantitative whichidentifies the effect of using paylater in e-marketing on students'impulsive buying behavior. The data collection technique used in thisresearch is the questionnaire method. The results the research anddiscussion showed that students Economics Education FKIP Untanhad a good perception of paylater and e-marketing but the use ofpaylater in e-marketing did not significantly affect impulsive buyingbehavior in Economics Education students of FKIP UNTAN.

Abstract

The number of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia is increasing, according to BPS data, including in the Mempawah Regency area. The Business Scale Data for MSMEs in West Kalimantan Province in 2021 showed that MSMEs in Mempawah Regency totaled 3,053 units. Thus, the number of MSME actors are also increasing, with the hope that after opening a MSME business, they can increase their income. This study was aimed to find out the role of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in increasing the income of MSME actors in the Sungai Kunyit District, Mempawah Regency. The participants in this study were the MSME actors in the Sungai Kunyit District, Mempawah Regency, totaling 6 people. A case study was employed as the method of this study. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies were used as data collection techniques in this study. The results of the research and discussion indicated that MSME actors in the Sungai Kunyit District, Mempawah Regency experience changes in the income they get before and after starting a MSME business. The change is an increasing income. The increase in income is used to meet daily needs and other needs. In addition, it is also used to support the economy of the family of MSME actors.

Abstract

AbstractLearning is one of the obstacles experienced or experienced by a student in thelearning process to be able to achieve good learning outcomes. As for the causesexperienced by students who become believers into 2, namely internal factors(intellectual, etc.) and external (social environment, etc.). This study aims to beable to identify the factors of student learning difficulties during the covid-19pandemic in economics class XI SMAN 11 PONTIANAK. The informants in thisstudy were to find 20 students of class XI as many as 20 people. This type ofresearch is a qualitative description that identifies the factors of studentdifficulties during the covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques used in thisstudy added 3 namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results ofthe research and discussion showed that the factors of learning difficulties forstudents during the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI economic subjects wereinternal factors such as lack of interest in learning and understanding of studentsduring learning. Abstract

This study aims to analyze self- confidence in improving entrepreneurship motivation MBKM students entrepreneurship Economic Education FKIP Tanjungpura University. This research approach uses qualitative approach with descriptive study research. Informans in this study are students of Economic EDUCATION fkip Tanjungpura University of class of 2021 and 2022 as many as 13 people. The informant category is students who have followed MBKM Entrepreneurship. Data collection techniques use direct interviews and observation. The result of this study shows that students self confidence can increase after participating in MBKM entrepreneurship activities and can provide ideas, implement to make finished products that have been approved by the market and aspects that can be increase entrepreneurial motivation is aspect 1) confidence in the ability of self by improving skills; 2) optimistic by always thinking positively; 3) objective by continuing to learn from the surrounding to learn from the surrounding environment; 4) responsible by not harming the surrounding environment; 5) realistic and rational can balance the shortcomings of self and facts in the field. Motives that increase entrepreneurial motivation are 1) need for achievement, namely achievement in the from of income: 2) need for power, namely to make changes and guide the team in achieving maximum potential; 3) need for affiliation, namely building good relationship so that they can work together

Abstract

Abstract The research objective was to see the effect of financial literacy on student investment in the West Kalimantan Indonesia Stock Exchange representative office (study on UNTAN students). The method used is a quantitative method, firstly carried out by testing the validity and reliability of the study, then the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linear regression test, simple regression test, determination coefficient test, and t test. From the results of the data normality test, both the X and Y variables are completely normally distributed. From the results of simple linear regression, namely Y = 0.762 + 0.766X, there is a change in change in 1 financial literacy (variable X) or constant (0.762), then it will be followed by an average change of 0.766 in investment decisions (variable Y). Meanwhile, hypothesis testing is based on the determinant coefficient of r2 = 0.600 or 60%. Based on the research results, that literacy has an effect on student investment decisions. This is tested by acceptance of the results of the tests conducted by the researcher. Therefore, to be able to improve investment decisions students must be able to improve financial literacy properly.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Investment Decisions, Untan Student.

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is entitled "The Effect of Promotion and Service Quality on Consumer Purchase Decisions at the AA_SPEEDSHOP Online Shop". The problem in this research is "How do promotions and service quality affect consumer purchasing decisions at the AA_SPEEDSHOP online shop". The research method used is descriptive method. The form of research is quantitative description. Data collection techniques in this research are: indirect communication with data collection tools, questionnaires, documentary studies with data collection tools, data archives. The results of the study are: from the results of the research the influence of promotion and service quality have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the online shop AA_SPEEDSHOP and in terms of sub-problems, it can be concluded that: 1) Promotion has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the online shop AA_SPEEDSHOP. 2) There is an influence partial promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at the online shop AA.3) There is a partial effect of service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at the online shop AA_SPEEDSHOP.4) There is a simultaneous effect of promotion and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at the online shop AA_SPEEDSHOP, the results of calculations using the help of SPSS version 18 obtained that this equation model has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 5) Promotion and service quality variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable of Consumer Purchase Decisions at the online shop AA_SPEEDSHOP.Keyword : Promotion, Service Quality, Consumer Purchase Decision on online shop AA_SPEEDSHOP
