Abstract

This game was intended to provide information for children with autism on rescue procedures clearly in the form of images, simulations, and demonstrations, regarding the earthquake disaster mitigation in simple language. The game design techniques of earthquake disaster mitigation education was developed using the MDA framework. This game covers information on disaster signs, mitigation procedures, and preparing their own survival bags. The evaluation on the proposed games was conducted by examining the functionality of the game on a variety of Android devices, disaster mitigation material testing, appropriateness testing needs of children with autism, and the evaluation test understanding earthquake disaster mitigation. From the results of the evaluation of the game in two weeks, children with autism showed an increased understanding of the earthquake disaster mitigation.

Abstract

PT Git Solution merupakan salah satu badan usaha milik yayasan AMIKOM Yogyakarta yang bergerak pada sektor jasa perancangan, pembangunan dan pengembangan sistem informasi berskala nasional. Selama ini, PT Git Solution belum menerapkan defect management secara maksimal dan belum menggunakan defect tracking tool khusus dalam pengujian game yang dikembangkan, sehingga bug report yang dihasilkan belum memuat informasi lengkap mengenai bug dan kekurangan komponen pengkategorian dan status penangganan. PT Git Solution tengah mengembangkan mobile game berjudul Dash Soccer: Premier League. Pada tahap pengujian proyek ini, PT Git Solution ingin bug report yang dihasilkan mengandung informasi-informasi yang mempermudah proses monitoring bug. Oleh karena itu defect management process dan defect life cycle digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan pengujian, ditambah menggunakan Jira Software untuk memantau dan mengelola bug report. Dengan penerapan defect management process dan defect life cycle dalam tahap pengujian mobile game, terbukti dapat menghasilkan bug report yang mengandung informasi lengkap dan mudah dipantau proses penanganannya.

Abstract

Kalurahan Tirtorahayu is one of the villages that is highly receptive to the growth of information technology. No Posyandu Information System (SIP) has been implemented in the village to date; so, the management of maternal and child health data has encountered considerable obstacles. This activity was intended to develop and implement SIP in Tirtortahayu Village. The activities consist of four phases: 1) situation analysis; 2) application development; 3) system implementation; and 4) program evaluation. The situation analysis was conducted via FGDs and direct observation of Posyandu activity implementation. SIP development was done with direct user participation. Posyandu cadres who became pilots, village midwives, and personnel who handled health data received training in two phases. The first phase consists of a web-based SIP training, while the second phase focuses on maternal and child health data entry via an Android-based application. The results of the evaluation proved that the participants viewed this SIP as important and as needed immediate implementation. The successful implementation of this SIP were the support of the village government, the usability of the application, and the experience of participants in using information technology-based applications.

Abstract

Prior to the implementation of health technology, the proposed system or device needs to be assessed in various aspects. This assessment is known as the Health Technology Assessment (HTA). HTA is a systematic evaluation on effect, and/or impact of health technology which aims to provide information to policy makers regarding health technology. This information is needed to minimize costs and prevent the adoption of questionable technologies. The health technology in question can be in the form of drugs, therapy, medical procedures, and medical devices. The HTA process and methodology for medicines has been widely used, while for medical devices it is still scarce. From several literature reviews, the use of HTA criteria is different even though the nature of the object under reviews was in the same category of medical device. Hence, we conducted a study to determine what criteria that are often used in HTA for medical devices. The method in this research was a scoping review on previous HTA publications (n=392) available on PubMed and ScienceDirect databases. Based on the results of a literature search using PRISMA, there were only 7 articles according to the inclusion criteria related to HTA for medical devices with different subjects, namely: medical devices and hospital based HTA. Conclusion from these findings, it can be learned that the criteria often used in HTA for medical devices were namely economy, safety, effectiveness, and organization.

Abstract

Perancangan sebuah gim dapat diartikan dengan merancang sebuah pengalaman untuk penggunanya. Dalam prosesnya terdapat berbagai macam metode dapat digunakan oleh perancang yang mana seiring berkembangnya waktu metode ini juga berkembang. Salah satu metode pengembangan ini adalah dengan merancang sebuah Core Flow/Loop yang digunakan untuk mengukur ekspetasi pengalaman yang akan dirasakan pemain dalam gim. Pengembangan Core Flow/Loop ini juga memiliki berbagai macam metodenya sendiri. Pada ulasan kali ini, akan ditinjau proses pengembangan sebuah Core Flow/Loop dengan menilik sebuah aspek gim bernama Characters, Camera, Controls. 3C ini merupakan sebuah sarana perancang untuk melihat gim dari perspektif tiga sudut pandang ini untuk merancang sebuah konsep gim.

Abstract

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia is running a program to eliminate Tuberculosis (TB) by 2030. At the Primary Health Care level, AFB (acid-fast bacteria) examination confirms the TB diagnosis. In this process, the patient's sputum is prepared in the form of preparation and observed by the laboratory analyst through the lens of a microscope. The reporting process to establish this diagnosis requires calculating the number of TB bacteria in 100 fields of view per preparation. This manual microscopic observation process is tedious, and the reading results are subjective. This study offers an integrated design for automatic microscopic imaging with a computer-integrated TB bacteria detection system. The process of taking pictures is automatically obtained with the help of a driving motor added to the microscope. With the addition of this motor, the process of taking microscopic images for 100 fields of view takes ±450 seconds. The proposed system integration process can reduce laboratory analysts' work fatigue in conducting microscopic observations manually. The TB bacteria detection system utilizes the working principle of image processing techniques by combining color-deconvolution, segmentation, and contour-detection methods. The comparative value of the TB object detection system with experts resulted in a sensitivity value of 77% and a specificity value of 68%. However, the low detection rate is because the image obtained is still blurry. Thus, further investigation is needed to determine the driving motor's movement rate and the right timing for taking microscopic images so that the resulting image is not blurry. The final result that is the focus of this paper is the successful integration of the system carried out between the motor drive system on the preparation stand and the TB bacteria detection system to become a unified system.

Abstract

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) affects the academic performance of youngsters. Children with ADHD struggle to remain focused during learning due to decreased attention and concentration. They are highly active and have trouble remembering teachers' instructions. Attention difficulties, focus disorders, and hyperactivity might hinder learning. This work aims to observe the impact of serious games with a platformer genre and puzzles titled "Tanji Adventure to the Diamond Temple" on the learning activities of kids with ADHD. The goal is to create a fun and engaging learning environment to boost the motivation and focus of those with ADHD. Game development process utilizes iterative prototyping. Each iteration yields a prototype that refines in the next iteration. The game was tested on children with ADHD by examining their behavior before and after playing to evaluate whether new game mechanics were necessary. The review procedure includes observing youngsters and interviewing teachers and involves specialists to evaluate its contents. The study confirms that the concentration of children with ADHD increase after playing the game. The game incorporates elements that help youngsters with ADHD concentrate and increase their attention span

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan SIMRS diharapkan Rumah Sakit dapat memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dan efektif serta memberikan kenyamanan pada pasien untuk mendapatkan layanan medis yang dibutuhkan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di RSUD Buton Selatan yaitu pengelolaan data medis yang kurang efektif dan masih manual sehingga pelayanan pasien menjadi lambat dan rekam medis pasien sering hilang atau tidak ditemukan. Sistem informasi manajemen ini bertujuan agar proses administrasi mulai dari registrasi pasien, penyimpanan data rekam medis sehingga memungkinkan seorang penata laksana kesehatan sampai dengan petugas administrasi rumah sakit untuk mengakses informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menerapkan metode TCSD ( Task Centered System Design ) di dalam pembangunannya untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kebutuhan user dan juga kebutuhan task . Dengan implementasi penggunaan metode Task Centered system Design (TCSD) diharapkan sisi desain sistem SIMRS dapat membantu terutama pada kebutuhan task dan kebutuhan user yaitu tersedianya beberapa menu jalan pintas, presentasi data yang mudah dan menarik, struktur menu yang lebih user friendly , dan model pencarian yang bisa sangat membantu.

Abstract

The ability to identify color is a basic ability for a human to live easily. Unfortunately not all humans have normal sight, there are some humans who have an eye disorder called color blindness. Color blindness is an eye disorder that affects color perception of the affected person in everyday life, therefore the person that has color blindness needs a device to help them to identify some colors. In the medical world, the usage of Augmented Reality is still limited for education for medical practitioners, so the application of AR as a tool to help patients is still considered to be minimal. Augmented Reality as a Mobile Based Colorblind Helper Research aims to find out how effective a color detection system using AR as a tool to help the colorblinds identify color in an application called “EYE-R”. The research method employed in the research and development of this application is the Waterfall method that involves the stages of Requirements, Design, Programming, Testing, and Implementation. The main feature of “EYE-R” is chosen using a survey which is Real Time Color Detection which is developed using the Unity engine and implemented using Android. The research results show that the majority of users can operate the Real Time Color Detection system accurately. The user satisfaction results recorded using USE Questionnaire shows that the EYE-R Real Time Color Detection system really helps users’ daily lives and can be used very well.

Abstract

Masalah gizi dan gangguan pertumbuhan seperti risiko stunting, wasting dan underweight pada anak dapat diantisipasi sejak dini. Evaluasi terhadap status gizi dan perkembangan balita perlu didukung oleh suatu teknologi komputer yang menghimpun pengetahuan-pengetahuan terkait antropometri anak. Salah satu pendekatan untuk memodelkan masalah terkait perkembangan balita berbasis AI adalah logika fuzzy. Makalah ini akan membahas desain model pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian kondisi gizi dan perkembangan balita dengan menerapkan metode Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Tsukamoto. Berdasarkan seluruh hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan FIS Tsukamoto dapat menghasilkan model pendukung keputusan yang valid yakni memiliki akurasi sebesar 78% dalam menilai status gizi balita, akurasi 75% dalam menilai kondisi pertumbuhan berdasarkan BB/U dan akurasi 84 % untuk kondisi pertumbuhan berdasar TB/U .
