Abstract

Currently it is known to use online or through distance learning (PPJ) teachers when explaining lessons using applications (Zoom, Google chrome, Whatshap, Google from) of course learning through online media or learning (online) also affects other teachers, especially teachers guidance and counseling, as teachers are required to be active on student psychology, guidance and counseling teachers play a role in facilitating the development of students' potential in the personal, social, learning, career, and personal development aspects of students, so that this becomes a new challenge for guidance and counseling teachers in providing services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to describe the factors that trigger low learning motivation of students in class XI IPS 3 at SMA Darul Falah Cihampelas during the covid-19 outbreak. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the factors that caused low learning motivation for the six students were students. It often happened that students who did not excel were not caused by their lack of ability, but because there was no motivation to learn so they did not try to direct all their abilitie the traditional.  Keywords: Learning Motivation, Group Guidance, Pademic Covid-19

Abstract

Academic procrastination is a problem that often occurs among SMP/MTs students. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of guidance services with self-management techniques to overcome academic procrastination of students at MTsN 3 Purwakarta during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The population in the study was 32 students in class VIII E MTsN 3 Purwakarta. Based on the results of interviews with BK teachers and homeroom teachers from the population, there were 6 students who experienced academic procrastination. Collecting data in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the data analysis, group guidance services have been provided with self-management techniques through several stages and are going well. From these stages, it produces an overview of group guidance services with self-management techniques that can overcome academic procrastination of students at MTsN 3 Purwakarta during the covid-19 pandemic. Keywords:   Group Guidance, Self-Management Techniques, Academic Procrastination

Abstract

This study aims to describe the negative self-concept of students who have experienced a broken home. Broken home families have the opportunity to make children have a negative self-concept. This is because in a broken home there is a conflict so that the family is not harmonious. This research was conducted using qualitative research. The data collected in this study are data obtained by means of interviews, observation and documentation study. There were 3 subjects in this study, namely HS, DK and AA. The results showed that students who have a broken home family background have a negative self-concept. They have low self-esteem so that behaviors that appear are inappropriate / deviant behavior such as frequent truancy, smoking in the school environment, violating school rules, always being late at school, disobeying the teacher, not doing tasks that are wrong. given. Thus social interactions and social relationships are disrupted and result in obstruction of efforts to develop themselves. In addition, there are also feelings of inferiority, low self-esteem, feeling unnoticed, unlucky and different from other people.Keywords: Negative Self-Concept, Broken Home, Students

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of group guidance services with discussion methode in developing positive self-concepts for class IX students at SMP Karya Pembangunan Pasirjambuonline via WhatsApp. Data collection techniques in this study include observations, interviews and documentation studies. The results demonstrated that students with negative self-concepts who participated were slowly able to understand and develop their positive self-concepts. In this study, the service was conducted three times. The first meeting was held to strengthen the relationship between group members, and the second meeting discussed self-concept, problem identification and existing problem-solving strategies, and in the last meeting evaluation and follow-up were carried out. The results of the service found that students with negative self-concepts who participated in group guidance services with online discussion methods at the SMP Karya Pembangunan Pasirjambuslowly and developed their positive self-concepts. This can be seen from during the service process where students can realize their self-concept.Keywords:Group Guidance, Online Discussion Method, Self Concept.

Abstract

This study aims to describe group guidance services through the Reinforcement technique for students who have low self-confidence at Mts Darussalam. The research design used is descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects in the study were 4 students of class VIII at MTs Darussalam. Information assortment methods used are interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing of data. The results of the research obtained from the research are group guidance services through the Reinforcement technique carried out to students who are indicated to have low self-confidence, student responses are very good to group guidance services through reinforcement technique. Obstacles faced by BK teachers when implementing services are inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Students experienced an increase in self-confidence after being given the Reinforcement technique group guidance service. Based on these results, group guidance services using the Reinforcement technique can be used as a reference for future researchers who will conduct research on the level of student confidence.Keywords:Self Confidence, Group Guidance Service, Reinforcement

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' emotional intelligence. The method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive method. The research was conducted at SMPN 2 Cisarua. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and supported by documentation. The guidance counselor and students were observed and interviewed by asking a number of questions which had to be answered supported by documentation for evidence of reporting. The results of this study are: 1) the general profile of students' emotional intelligence 2) the personal-social guidance program using zoom meetings is effective for increasing emotional intelligence. Therefore the results obtained were that the three students at SMPN 2 Cisarua had low emotional intelligence which was categorized as medium.Keywords: personal-social guidance, emotional intelligence, zoom meetings, student

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assist students in overcoming their academic stress using a group guidance module with the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) technique. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods using the Borg and Gall model. The sample used in this study were 8 students of class VIII SMPN 1 Darangdan. The results showed that the product developed at SMPN 1 Darangdan, namely the development of group guidance module media with the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) technique to overcome students' academic stress was very feasible to use, this is in line with the results of expert practitioner validation which is 90% "Very Eligible" and the validation of student responses to the product is 97% "Very Eligible" so that the group guidance module with the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) technique is categorized as suitable to be used to help overcome students' academic stress. Keywords: Group, Guidance Module, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), academic stress

Abstract

This research  is  motivated by  the  existence of  a  negative self-concept  in  class IX  students.  This is  indicated  by the  behavior  that is  not  in accordance  with  the behavior  of  students at  school.  This study  uses  a qualitative  descriptive  method with  the  aim of  describing  the implementation  of  pribadi-social  guidance. The  results  of the  research  obtained in  the  implementation  of pribadi-social  guidance  using a  zoom  meeting, namely  planning  first then  carrying  out services  through  several stages  such  as problems,  diagnosis,  prognosis, therapy  and  evaluation and  follow-up.  This can  be  seen from  inappropriate  behaviors such  as  not liking  criticism,  withdrawing from  friends  and not  understanding  himself, his  family,  and the  people  around him.  Social  interaction is  also  hampered and  makes  it difficult  for  these students  to  develop their  potentialKeywords: Pribadi-Social  Guidance,  Self-Concept, Zoom  Meeting,  Learners

Abstract

Discipline is an attitude of obedience and obedience to the rules or regulations that apply with full responsibility without any coercion from anyone. This study aims to determine the description of student discipline at MTs Negeri 4 Bogor. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the low discipline of students against rules at school was caused by a lack of awareness of discipline, not being able to control their own will, managing themselves and lack of attention from parents to motivate and remind them to be orderly, so they do whatever they want.Keywords: Discipline, Students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of Prezi-based information services in students' career decision-making skills, in connection with Vocational High School (SMK) graduates who are prepared to become "BMW" namely work, continue education and entrepreneurship for students, then SMK students start to take career decisions seriously. This research uses research and development (R and D) methods. The subjects in this study were 10 class XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. Product validity tests were carried out by product experts, material experts, practitioners in schools and student responses to Prezi-based information service media. The results showed that the development of Prezi-based career information service media products obtained 96% results, which means the research product has a feasibility in the very good category to be used in providing career information services. Keywords:Career Decision Making, Prezi, Information Services
