Abstract

Many junior high school students do not understand career planning, therefore students need to be given an understanding of career planning. This_study_aims_to_determine_the effectiveness of audio-based mind mapping media to improve understanding of career planning for class IX students of SMP Al-Mahmud Plus Cililin.”The subjects in this study amounted to 30 students of class IX and were selected based_on_the recommendations of­guidance_and_counseling_teachers on consideration by looking at the low level of understanding of career planning. This_study_uses_quantitative_research_with_experimental_methods, namely pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design.”Data analysis used normality test and T test, the process of testing audio-based mind mapping media was carried out by distributing questionnaires and calculating effectiveness using SPSS. The results of normality show that the pretest significance value is 0.411 and the posttest is 0.326 so that in this normality test, the research data can be said to be normally distributed because it has a significance value of 0.05. The results of the t-test showed a 2-tailed significance value of 0.000 in this t-test there was a difference between the pretest and posttest variables. The results of the t-test carried out can be seen that the audio-based mind mapping media developed in this study is effective for career planning for class IX students of SMP Al-Mahmud Plus Cililin.”

Abstract

Efikasi diri performa akademik adalah keyakinan atas kemampuan diri sendiri dalam melakukan segala aktivitas yang menunjang proses belajar individu. Perkembangan efikasi diri dalam tiap fase dibutuhkan kompetensi dari individu itu sendiri untuk berhasil melalui tiap fase tersebut, meskipun tahap perkembangan yang dilalui individu tidaklah sama. Hal ini dikarenakan permasalahan dalam pendidikan sangat kompleks, dimulai dengan perubahan struktur kurikulum yang selalu berubah setiap pergantian pemangku kepentingan juga permasalahan teknis lainnya yang berimbas langsung kepada proses-proses pendidikan yang sedang berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efikasi diri mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling IKIP Siliwangi dari perspektif dimensi Bandura. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari angket yang disebarkan secara daring. Hasil dari penelitiannya adalah 23,9% mahasiswa berada pada kategori efikasi diri performa akademik rendah, disusul sebanyak 61,2 % mahasiswa yang termasuk ke dalam kategori efikasi diri performa akademik sedang, dan terakhir terdapat 14,9% mahasiswa yang termasuk ke dalam kategori efikasi diri performa akademik tinggi. Kemudian, tingkat efikasi diri performa akademik ini lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kekuatan dan kemantapan individu terhadap keyakinannya serta kemampuan individu dalam menguasai suatu tugas.

Abstract

The bandwagon syndrome phenomenon is getting stronger among teenagers in the digital era, where the tendency to follow the majority trend without rational consideration hinders the development of independent thinking. This intervention aims to measure the effectiveness of critical thinking training in reducing bandwagon syndrome in 95 MA Miftahurroja students. The quasi-experimental method with a pre-test post-test design is used with a bandwagon syndrome understanding questionnaire instrument, a critical thinking skills questionnaire, and a behavior observation sheet. Intervention is carried out through three stages: interactive education, decision-making simulation, and continuous assistance with the Digital Critical Thinking Learning Platform (DCTLP). The results showed a significant increase in the understanding of bandwagon syndrome from 28% to 82% (t=19.234, p<0.001) and critical thinking skills from 35% to 76% (t=17.456, p<0.001). Behavioral observation shows that 60% of students experience a change in a more critical and independent mindset. The aspect of a critical attitude towards information develops the highest (77.5%), while confidence in acting differently requires reinforcement (57.5%). Research proves that the integration of digital technology in critical thinking training is effective in reducing bandwagon syndrome and can be replicated in other educational institutions.

Abstract

The research was designed to increase students' learning motivation, the method used was quantitative method with a total researchsample of 20 students through a questionnaire learning motivation questionnaire. The results showed that this quantitative dataprocessing analysis used a learning motivation scale with a reliability of 0.915. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-test, theSig. (2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05, this shows the Sig. (2-tailed) value is smaller than 0.05. And the results of the n-gain test results from the mean value obtained 56% adjusted to the category obtained 56% is quiteeffective. This is also proven by the normality results which show a value of 0.128 because the significance value is more than 0.05, this shows that the data is normally distributed, so the effectiveness of classical guidance with the discussion method can increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the application of group guidance with psychodrama techniques to reduce academic procrastination of class X students, this study was conducted on class X students at SMA KP Cikalongwetan. The data of this study were analyzed using Mixed Methods with Explanatory design. The subjects of this study were class X students of SMA KP Cikalongwetan with a population of 95 students, so the researcher took the number of research samples with a 10% error rate from a population of 95 students, namely 71 students with the number of subjects given intervention being 7 students. This sampling technique was carried out by simple purposive sampling. The results of the study were carried out with statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS), where the researcher used calculations with validation tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and paired sample t-tests. In the paired sample t-test, the Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that group guidance services with psychodrama techniques are effective in reducing academic procrastination in class X students.
