Batik Sopiyan Hadi merupakan toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan sandang yaitu khususnya batik. Proses penjualan batik yang berjalan saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional (tatap muka) dengan menjual barang kepada konsumen secara grosir dan eceran. Bidang usaha penjualan seperti usaha ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari persaingan antar para pengusaha batik. Saat ini para pedagang sudah menggunakan media internet sebagai media dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan dan memasarkan produknya. Berbeda dengan Batik Sopiyan Hadi yang masih menggunakan cara konvensional dalam kegiatan transaksinya yaitu dengan menggunakan lama yang masih belum memaksimalkan penggunaan internet, sehingga cara tersebut dinilai kurang mempermudah Batik Sopiyan Hadi dalam melakukan transaksi. Persaingan bisnis yang terjadi saat ini menuntut Batik Sopiyan Hadi untuk lebih melakukan inovasi baru dalam teknik penjualannya, yaitu dengan lebih memanfaatkan teknologi modern yang ada pada saat ini, sehingga dapat mempermudah transaksi yang terjadi antara calon pembeli dan penjual. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan ialah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital yaitu menggunakan e-commerce. Kendala sistem yang berjalan saat ini adalah toko tidak bisa menampung jumlah pelanggan yang datang jika pelanggan yang datang ke toko banyak, terbatasnya media pemasaran barang yang dijual, sering terjadinya kesalahan pada saat pengolahan data penjualan jumlah barangg yang dijual tidak sesuai dengan uang yang diterima. Dari masalah-masalah yang telah dipaparkan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Batik Sopiyan Hadi memerlukan solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Salah satu solusinya ialah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet yaitu membuat suatu aplikasi web yang berbasis electronic commerce (e-commerce). Sistem yang akan dibangun menggunakan Bahasa pemograman PHP dan database Mysql.

Persediaan adalah suatu aktiva lancar yang meliputi barang-barang milik perusahaan dengan maksud dijual dalam periode usaha. Persediaan merupakan faktor penting dalam sebuah perusahaan dagang, karena persediaan menentukan aktivitas operasi perusahaan. Sama halnya dengan teknologi, jika suatu organisasi belum memanfaatkan teknologi, maka akan tertinggal oleh organisasi lain yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi. Salah satu teknologi yang memberikan banyak manfaat adalah teknologi informasi berbasis web. Pada Optik Trio Jaya dalam pengolahan data, pemeriksaan, konsultasi dan penjualannya masih terdapat kekurangan-kekurangan. Terutama dalam hal permasalahan persediaan stok lensa merupakan hal yang mendasar dalam menetapkan keunggulan yang kompetitif terlebih untuk jangka panjang. Pada penelitian ini penulisakan mencoba untuk mengembangkan sistem yang sedang berjalan ke dalam sebuah sistem informasi persediaan menggunakan konsep web sebagai alternatif bagi Optik Trio Jaya cabang Tangerang dalam mengatasi masalah yang ditimbulkan pada sistem yang telah ada dengan menggunakan metode analisis dan metode rancangan untuk Membuat sitem informasi pengendaliaan persediaan stok lensa secara online yang dapat dilakukan tanpa mengenal waktu yakni dapat diakses selama 24 jam tanpa mengenal tempat yakni dapat diakses dimana saja.

Kabupaten Wonogiri merupakan wilayah kapur yang tandus dan berbukit – bukit. Untuk menyiasati kondisi daerah yang kering warga menanam padi gogo. Kecamatan manyaran terdapat dua jenis lahan yaitu lahan sawah dan lahan gogo. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan, efisiensi, untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan dan tingkat produktivitas usahatani padi sawah dan padi gogo di Kecamatan Manyaran. Metode dasar yaitu deskriptif. Pengambilan lokasi secara purposive di Kecamatan Manyaran. Jumlah responden 60 yaitu 30 petani padi sawah dan 30 petani padi gogo. Metode analisis yaitu analisis usahatani dan analisis komparasi. Hasil penelitian 1) Rata-rata biaya produksi padi sawah Rp. 2.369.988/Ha dan padi gogo Rp. 890.770/Ha. Rata-rata penerimaan padi sawah Rp. 4.643.933/Ha dan padi gogo Rp. 1.813.400/Ha. Rata-rata pendapatan padi sawah Rp. 2.273.935/Ha dan padi gogo Rp. 922.630/Ha. Nilai B/C ratio padi sawah 0,96 artinya tidak layak dan padi gogo 1,04 artinya layak. Sedangkan nilai R/C ratio padi sawah 1,96 dan padi gogo 2,04 artinya baik usahatani padi sawah maupun padi gogo layak untuk diusahakan, maka efisiensi padi gogo lebih besar dari pada padi sawah. Nilai BEP Produk padi sawah dan padi gogo 527,49 Kg dan 198,52 Kg. Nilai BEP harga padi sawah dan padi gogo Rp 2.294,29/Kg dan Rp 2.204,88/Kg. 2) Hasil uji t biaya produksi 0,000, pendapatan 0,000, dan produktivitas 0,001 artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara biaya produksi, pendapatan, dan produktivitas usahatani padi sawah dengan padi gogo. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui kelimpahan, keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dan dominansi ikan karang di terumbu buatan di perairan Penyusuk. Upaya rehabilitasi terumbu karang dengan menggunakan metode terumbu buatan dilakukan oleh PT. Artha Cipta Langgeng. Desain terumbu buatan berbentuk kubus berongga dengan luas bagian dasar 6,25 m2 yang diharapkan dapat menjadi habitat baru bagi organisme laut. Pengamatan ikan karang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode stationary visual sensus. Hasil menunjukan bahwa ikan karang di lokasi terumbu buatan ditemukan sebanyak 23 spesies dari 10 famili. Kelimpahan ikan karang di semua stasiun pengamatan terumbu buatan berkisar 189,92 – 325,28 indivudu.m-2,termasuk kategori Sangat Melimpah. Indeks keanekaragaman jenis ikan berkisar 1,09 - 1,65, termasuk kategori Sedang yang berarti bahwa penyebaran setiap spesies ikan karang stabil dalam komunitas dan berada dalam kondisi normal. Nilai indeks keseragaman berkisar 0,47 - 0,67, termasuk dalam kategori Sedang (5 stasiun) hingga Tinggi (1 stasiun). Kondisi spesies ditemukan merata pada setiap stasiun karena tidak adanya spesies yang lebih dominan. Nilai indeks dominansi berkisar 0,29 - 0,43, termasuk kategori Rendah (1 stasiun) dan Sedang (5 stasiun). Tiga famili yang paling dominan yaitu famili Lutjaniade, Apogonidae, Leiognathanidae. Terumbu buatan di perairan Penyusuk didominasi oleh kelompok ikan target.The aim was to determine the abundance, diversity, uniformity, and dominance of reef fish in artificial reefs in Penyusuk waters. Coral reef rehabilitation efforts using the artificial reef method were carried out by PT. Artha Cipta Langgeng. The artificial reef design is in the form of a hollow cube with a volume of 6.25 m3 which is expected to become a new habitat for marine organisms. Reef fish observations were carried out using the stationary visual census method. The results showed that there were 23 species of reef fish in the artificial reef site from 10 families. The abundance of reef fish at all artificial reef observation stations ranged from 189.92 – 325.28 individual/m3, including the Very Abundant category. The condition of this fish abundance is strongly influenced by food factors, orientation towards the new environment, and finding a safe place to take shelter. The fish species diversity index ranged from 1.09 to 1.65, including the Moderate category, which means that the distribution of each reef fish species is stable in the community and is in normal conditions. The environmental pressure on the fish community is not too heavy and the environmental carrying capacity for the fish community is quite good. The uniformity index values range from 0.47 to 0.67, belonging to the Moderate (5 stations) to High (1 station) categories. The condition of the species was found evenly at each station because there were no more dominant species. Dominance index values range from 0.29 to 0.43, including the Low category (1 station) and Medium (5 stations). The three most dominant families are the Lutjaniade, Apogonidae, and Leiognathanidae families. The artificial reefs in the Susuk waters are dominated by target fish groups.

Diabetes is one of the four priorities for non-communicable diseases. In 2015 diabetic 415 million adults with diabetes, a 4-fold increase from 108 million in the 1980s. In 20140 it is estimated that the number will be 642 million people. This study aims to determine the relationship of anxiety level of patients with dietary adherence in patients with Diabetes Mellitus at Mitra Medika General Hospital Medan in 2018. This research use analytic survey research design with cross sectional approach using chi-square test. The population in this study was Diabetes Mellitus patients amounted to 49 respondents, while the sample is the total sampling of the entire population of 49 respondents. The type of data used is primary data, secondary data and tertiary data, while the analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. From the results of this study with Parson Chi-square statistical test, showed that the P value of 0.014. Where the value is smaller than α value of 0.05, then there is a relationship between the anxiety levels of patients with dietary adherence in patients with Diabetes Mellitus at Mitra Medika General Hospital Medan. The conclusions in this study showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between the anxiety levels of patients with dietary adherence in Diabetes Mellitus patients at Mitra Medika General Hospital Medan. It is suggested to do more research about patient's anxiety level with diet compliance, by using different research location and research method.

This study aims to determine the ratio of meat and bones of broiler fed a diet containing fish meal with different proportions. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replicates and each replication consisted of 6 chickens. The treatment used was commercial feed BP-11 as control feed (P0), 43% corn + 21% rice bran + 27% CAB Concentrate + 9% fish meal (P1), 43% corn + 23% rice bran + 22% CAB Concentrate + 12% fish meal (P2), dan 43% corn + 25% rice bran + 17% CAB Concentrate + 15% fish meal (P3). The variables measured in this study were the percentage of meat weight, the percentage of bone weight, and the ratio of meat and bones of broiler. The data obtained were analyzed by variance analysis and the treatment that affected the measured variables was further tested using Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The results showed that the average percentage of broiler meat in this study was 67.26% (P0), 68.71% (P1), 69.36% (P2) and 70.23% (P3). The averages of bone percentages were 23.18% (P0), 25.53% (P1), 22.48% (P2) and 22.58% (P3). Meanwhile, the ratio of meat and bones were 2.92% (P0), 2.79% (P1), 3.09% (P2), 3.20% (P3). The results of the analysis of variance showed that the treatment had no effect on the percentage of meat, the percentage of bone and the meat-bone ratio. It was concluded that the addition of fish meal up to 15% into diet had no significant effect on percentages of meat and bone, and the ratio of meat to bone.Keywords: broiler, fish meal, meat, bone, ratio

A first-principle study using density functional theory (DFT) and Boltzmann transport was conducted to evaluate the thermoelectric (TE) properties of an Fe-based full-Heusler alloy. The compound studied is Fe2CuSi with a Cu2MnAl-type structure. The electronic properties of Fe2CuSi were obtained using DFT calculations by running the Quantum ESPRESSO (QE) package. By contrast, TE properties, including electron thermal conductivity, electric conductivity, and Seebeck coefficient, were computed using a semi-empirical Boltzmann transport model solved through the BoltzTraP software at 50–1,500 K temperature range. The spin-orbit coupling effect on these properties was also evaluated, demonstrating notable effects on the results. Multiple electronic bands crossing the Fermi level for both spin directions were confirmed by the density of state curve, indicating the metallic behavior of Fe2CuSi. The magnitude of the figure of merit was determined by the Seebeck coefficient, electric conductivity, and electron thermal conductivity. In this study, the maximum dimensionless figure of merit was 0.027, reached at 1,000 K for the spin-down channel.

Background:Stroke is one of the main causes of mortality. WHO defines stroke as a spatial neurological disorder with sudden onset, lasting more than 24 hours without any cause and causing serious long-term disability in Indonesia and the United States. Objectives; This study aimed to determine the profile of ischemic stroke drugs usage in patients of Aceh Tamiang Hospital and the use of types of drugs given to ischemic stroke patients.Method; This study was non-experimental prospectively by using a questionnaire on ischemic stroke patients in October 2020. The data was processed using Microsoft Excel.Results; The results of 26 respondents and the drugs issued in October for the neurology clinic at Aceh Tamiang Hospital obtained antiplatelet drugs, namely aspirin 80mg/tab with a total of 238 drugs (38.3%) and pletaal 50mg/caplet with a total of 42 drugs (6.7%). The neuroprotectant group was pirassetam 80mg/tab with 140 drugs (22.5%). The antihyperlipidemic group of the drug simvastatin 5 mg/tab totaled 21 drugs (3.4%). The antihypertensive drug class was amlodipine 10mg/tab total 28 drugs (4.5%), amlodipine 5mg/tab total 56 drugs (8.9%), captopril drug type 25 mg/tab total 63 drugs (10.2%), the type of drug furosemide dose 40mg/tab the amount of 35 drugs (5.6%).Conclusion; Drugs that were widely used in patients with ischemic stroke are the antiplatelet group, namely aspirin 80mg/tab obtained 238 tablets (38.3%), the neuroprotectant class of the drug piracetam 800mg/cap were 140 caplets (22.5%), the antihypertensive group amlodipine 5mg/tab were 56 tablets (8.9%), the antihyperlipidemic group of the simvastatin 5mg/tab were 21 tablets (3.4%).

E-Commerce has created a new phenomenon in modern society's commercial dealings. Due to the novelty of the transaction model, the inheritance law of scholars has not yet been codified in any traditional fiqh text. In light of this fact, scholars must use ijtihad to discover Islamic law. The purpose of this study is to examine e-commerce online buying and selling transactions from an Islamic law standpoint. This study is a literature review using a standard legal research paradigm. It is a research model whose purpose is to establish the connection between legal structures and legal norms or principles. According to this study's findings about the deployment of online purchasing and selling, consumers chose to purchase things from the seller's website. The customer deposits multiple payments to the seller's account, and the seller provides the consumer the merchandise. The review of Islamic law pertaining to online purchasing and selling is permissible so long as there are no prohibited aspects in Islamic law that prohibit and clash with the idea of muamalah

The Operational Assistance for Family Planning (BOKB) is a government policy aimed at supporting the Population and Family Planning programs in regions, funded by the central government through DAK Family Planning Sub-sector funds. This study aims to understand the implementation of the Operational Assistance for Family Planning policy in supporting the achievement of family planning participation in Subang Regency and to identify and analyze the factors influencing policy implementation. Using a phenomenological approach, this research applies a mixed-methods methodology, combining quantitative and qualitative research methods simultaneously to obtain a comprehensive picture of the studied phenomenon. Emphasizing qualitative methods, the researcher concludes that the policy implementation has not met expectations. Indicators of this include the still low level of family planning participation and the suboptimal budget absorption. These issues are influenced by several factors, including the low ability of officers to communicate and provide family planning counseling, the low quality of human resources affected by educational factors, and the resulting low disposition of implementers. Recommendations include increasing resource availability, strengthening coordination between agencies, enhancing education and public awareness, conducting regular monitoring and evaluation, ensuring budget transparency and accountability, and fostering cross-sector collaboration.
