Abstract

AbstractCoffee is one of the commodities which contribute in foreign exchange for Indonesia. As the largest coffee producing and exporting country in the world, analyzing the coffee export is important to conduct. The objective of this study is to analyze coffee exports in Indonesia. The variables used are the exchange rate, world coffee prices, and world economic growth. The data used is time series data using data from 1990-2019. The model used in this study is Multiple Data Regression with Ordinary Least Square. The data sources are from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the World Bank (World Bank). Of the three variables used in this study, only the exchange rate variable has a significant effect on coffee exports in Indonesia, while the coffee price variable and world economic growth have no significant effect. Therefore, it is recommended to the government to maintain the stability of the Indonesian Rupiah against the US Dollar so that Indonesian coffee exports can continue to increase Keywords: Exchange Rate, Economic Growth, Indonesian Coffee Prices, Coffee Exports

Abstract

Abstract                                                                   The purpose of this study is to analyze the response of tax revenues changing due to economic conditions changing based on gross domestic product in Indonesia. This is called tax buoyancy.  The variables that used in this study are total tax revenue and gross domestic product during the period 1990 - 2020. The source of data from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Finance. The model used is the double log regression model. The result of the analysis is the response is elastic which is 1.72. This means that the changing of tax revenues is higher than changing in gross domestic product. Therefore, Indonesian government should maintain the economic growth in order to maintain the total tax revenue economic greater than gross domestic product sustainably.Keywords: Tax Revenue, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Tax buoyancy, Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of the quality of human resources on employee performance in the North Tombatu District Office. With the formulation of the Problem How to Influence the Quality of Human Resources on Employee Performance in the North Tombatu District Office and the Research Objectives to determine the effect of the quality of human resources on employee performance in the North Tombatu sub-district office. In this study using quantitative research methods, with a sample of 34 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire using a Likert measurement scale. The analysis technique used in this study uses Simple Regression Analysis. Data that meets the requirements for analysis are processed using the SPSS program. From the results of statistical tests, the results found that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the North Tombatu District office, Keywords: Quality, Human Resources, Employee performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Tombatu Utara. Dengan rumusan Masalah Bagaimana Pengaruh Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Tombatu Utara dan Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor kecamatan tombatu utara. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 34 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner Dengan menggunakan skala pengukuran Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Sederhana. Data yang telah memenuhi syarat untuk dianalisis, diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Dari hasil pengujian secara statistik, hasil yang ditemukan Bahwa Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Tombatu Utara, Kata kunci : Kualitas, Sumber Daya Manusia, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This studyyaims to determine the implementation of the Capture Fisheries Production Improvement Program for Fishermen's Communities in Manado City. This study used a qualitative method with the researh location at the Department of Agriculture, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the City of Manado and the informants interviewed were 2 official employees and 4 fishing communities. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviewss, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the program to increase capture fisheries production in fishing communities in the city of Manado every year hassbeen carried out properly in accordance with theeapplicable SOPs, although it is still not optimal and will experience development. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program peningkatan produksi peikanan tangkap pada masyarakat nelayan di kota manado setiap tahun telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengannSOP yang berlaku, walaupun masih belum maksimal dan akan mengalami perkembangan. Abstract

Foreign debt is one of the alternative incomes or sources of domestic capital financing to cover the lack of development capital. The purpose of this research is to assess the short-term and long-term impact of foreign exchange reserves, the rupiah exchange rate, and foreign interest rate on Indonesia's foreign debt from 2008 to 2020. The results of VECM model show that foreign exchange reserves have a positive and significant effect on foreign debt in the short term, but a negative and significant effect on foreign debt in the long run. The rupiah exchange rate has no influence on foreign debt in the near term, but it has a negative and considerable effect in the long term. Then, in the short and long run, foreign interest rate has no influence on Indonesia's foreign debt. Hence, the government is expected to take appropriate policy steps to lessen its reliance on foreign debt. One of them is to optimize the use of foreign debt for productive purposes, so increasing foreign exchange reserves while decreasing the amount of debt borrowed.

Abstract

ABSRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources and work discipline on the performance of freelance workers at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province. This research uses a census research type with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were all freelance daily workers, totaling 42 people. The collection of research data comes from questionnaires, observation and literature studies with data analysis techniques is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the quality of human resources and work discipline have an influence on the performance of freelance workers. The percentage of the independent variable to the dependent variable has a coefficient of determination of 0.644. These results show that the ups and downs of the performance of freelance workers at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services for the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province are influenced by the quality of human resources and work discipline of 64.4%, while the remaining 35.6% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the Onsite Online Service Program and CommunitySatisfaction at the Tondano Branch of the Employment Social Security Organizing Agency. This study usesa quantitative descriptive research method with Chi Square data analysis techniques or also known as ChiSquare. Existing data obtained is from the distribution of questionnaires / questionnaires to 40 respondents.Chi square analysis was carried out by testing nominal or discrete data from the output of the questionnaireand processed using the statistical analysis program IBM SPSS Version 26.0. The results of this studyindicate the relationship or relationship between variable X onsite Online Service Program and variable Y.Community satisfaction is at a moderate level (the result of the Chi Square Count) by analyzing theContingency Correlation Coefficient. This is associated with the factors that influence the level ofrelationship between the Onsite Online Service Program and Community Satisfaction. Namely, theuncertain period of the pandemic, facilities and infrastructure such as supporting technology, supportingfacilities, but also the individual capabilities of BPJSTK participants in which there is an age factor.Keywords: Onsite Online Service Program, Community Satisfaction, Chi Square Analysis

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Gondang, terletak di Kabupaten Lombok Utara, terdiri dari 12 dusun, termasuk dusun Lekok yang mencakup Lekok Tenggara, Lekok Timur, Lekok Selatan, dan Lekok Utara. Dusun Lekok memiliki TPS 3R Ita Peduli sebagai tempat pembuangan sampah dengan pendekatan Reduce, Reuse, dan Recycle (3R). Akantetapi, pengelolaan TPS ini kurang efektif. Pengelolaan sampah yang baik adalah kunci menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk memperbaiki pengelolaan sampah, dilakukan program kerja KKN edukasi, meliputi observasi awal, perencanaan, persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi, pembuatan ecobrick, dan pemasangan Plang. Hasil dari program ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pengelolaan sampah, bahaya sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik, serta kerjasama antara Bank Sampah Persada Lotara dengan KSM. Program ini juga menciptakan produk bernilai tambah berupa ecobrick dan Plang TPS 3R, yang meningkatkan fasilitas desa. penyelenggaraan program ini diharapkan menjadi inspirasi bagi desa-desa lain dalam pengelolaan sampah, menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat Desa Gondang.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan sampah; edukasi; TPS 3R; Desa Gondang; lingkungan.

Abstract

Strategi Pengembangan Potensi Wisata Benteng Keraton Buton dalam Meningkatkan Wisatawan Asing di Kota Baubau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi serta tantangan dan hambatan dalam Pengembangan Potensi Objek Wisata Benteng Keraton Buton dalam Meningkatkan Wisatawan Asing Di Kota Baubau dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan informan para pegawai atau staff Dinas Pariwisata Kota Baubau, para wisatawan dan masyarakat setempat. Dalam melakukan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Pengembangan Potensi Wisata Benteng Keraton dalam meningkatkan Wisatawan Asing di Kota Baubau dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari Dinas Pariwisata Kota telah berupaya secara maksimal telah melakukan berbagai pengembangan seperti promosi, aksesibilitas, kawasan pariwisata dan sumber daya manusia. Namun dibalik itu ada beberapa hambatan dan tantangan yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengembangan objek wisata Benteng Keraton Buton seperti daya tarik wisata yang kurang di eksplor dan dipromosikan khususnya di kancah internasional, serta sumber daya manusia yang terbatas dan partisipasi masyakarakat yang kurang berperan aktif dalam melihat potensi wisata yang ada menjadi salah satu faktor minimnya kunjungan wisatawan asing di Kota Baubau

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the prevalence of gastrointestinal endoparasite infections in swamp buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) in Polewali Mandar. This study was used 80 samples of buffalo feces taken from community farms in the three districts with the largest population in Polewali Mandar i.e., Tinambung, Luyo and Campalagian. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of the examination of 80 samples of buffalo feces in this study found 48 (60%) positive samples infected with gastrointestinal endoparasites. After microscopic identification, the following types of endoparasites were found with their respective prevalence levels: worms of the nematode class consisted of Strongyloides sp. (8,75%), Toxocara sp. (13,75%), Ascaris sp. (7,5%), Bunostomum sp. (11,25%), Haemonchus sp. (17,5%), Trichostrongylus sp. (36,25%), the cestode class consisted of Moniezia sp. (18,75%) and Taenia sp. (10%), Trematode class Paramphistomum sp. (13,75%). The types of protozoa found were Eimeria sp. (46,25%) and Entamoeba sp. (6,25%).
