Abstract

Praktik penyalahgunaan dan peredaran narkotika di Aceh Timur sangat mengkhawatirkan. Kasus sabu tahun 2018 berjumlah 119 kasus, 75 kasus tahun 2019 dan 45 kasus tahun 2020. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis peran Kepolisian, (BNNP) dan masyarakat dalam menanggulangi dan koordinasi dalam penanggulangan kejahatan narkotika di Aceh Timur. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris. Bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tertier. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepolisian, BNNP dan masyarakat memiliki peran strategis dalam menanggulangi praktik narkotika dan koordinasi kurang berjalan efektif karena kedudukan BNNP belum ada di Aceh Timur.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the contribution of zakat and economic growth in increasing fiscal independence in Aceh Province in 2015-2019. The study used secondary data, consisting of zakat realization, economic growth, and fiscal independence. It used multiple linear regression method and chose a random effects model approach (Random Effect). This study found that zakat and economic growth positively and significantly affect fiscal independence in Aceh Province in 2015-2019. Therefore, local governments can increase fiscal independence through socialization to the community to pay their zakat through Baitul Mal. This will increase own source revenue and increasing the fiscal capacity of Aceh in conducting development. Thus, local government should maintain the level of economic growth through increasing the production of goods and services in Aceh Province.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Trayek bus Medan-Banda Aceh saat ini adalah trayek angkutan utama yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk kelancaran kegiatan masyarakat yang beraktifitas pada Sumatera Utara-NAD. Namun dari pengamatan awal diketahui jika pelayanan bus pada trayek ini belum beroperasi secara optimal, seperti jadwal keberangkatan yang tidak tepat waktu, fasilitas keselamatan dan keamanan penumpang yang tidak memenuhi standar, sehingga hal tersebut menjadi alasan untuk dilakukannya penelitian ini. Setelah melakukan penelitian, hasilnya juga menunjukkan hal yang sama dengan hasil pengamatan awal, yaitu pelayanan yang diberikan pihak bus yang penelitiannya pada bus Kurnia dan bus PMTOH juga belum maksimal, ini terlihat pada nilai pelayanannya yang rata-rata hanya antara 2-3 (perhitungan dengan metode importance performance analysis), padahal nilai pelayanan yang memuaskan adalah 4-5. Begitu juga perhitungan dengan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), hasil pelayanan yang diberikan kedua bus tersebut juga belum cukup memuaskan bagi penumpang, nilai CSI dari bus Kurnia adalah 62,48 %, dan bus PMTOH sebesar 60,55 %. Abstract

AbstractCoffee is one of the commodities which contribute in foreign exchange for Indonesia. As the largest coffee producing and exporting country in the world, analyzing the coffee export is important to conduct. The objective of this study is to analyze coffee exports in Indonesia. The variables used are the exchange rate, world coffee prices, and world economic growth. The data used is time series data using data from 1990-2019. The model used in this study is Multiple Data Regression with Ordinary Least Square. The data sources are from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the World Bank (World Bank). Of the three variables used in this study, only the exchange rate variable has a significant effect on coffee exports in Indonesia, while the coffee price variable and world economic growth have no significant effect. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the agricultural sector and economic growth in a large Aceh district. The data used in this study is a series of time (time series) and are quantitative (Gujarati, 2006). The method used is Location Quotient, sampling using data from the Central Statistics Agency. The agriculture sub-sector is the base sector in Aceh Besar because it is from 2011-2016 that the agriculture sub-sector is higher than one. Where according to the model of the Location Quotient (LQ) if the number generated is greater than one then the subsector is base, then from this the agriculture subsector is the base subsector, while the forestry and fisheries subsector is the nonbase subsector. The agricultural sector is very important in a large Aceh district therefore the government must take part in developing the agricultural sector one way to develop the agricultural sector is, by means of more support to make agro-tourism or agro-industry that can process and regulate the output of the sector.Keywords: Agriculture sector, Economic Growth, Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP), Location Quatient (LQ).

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of the movement of world textile prices and the dollar exchange rate on the export value of textiles and textile products in ASEAN countries from 1990-2017 by using the OLS model with multiple linear regression methods. The countries studied were Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. The results of this study indicate that the world textile prices variable has a positive coefficient, meaning that the relationship between the world textile prices and export value of TPT is positive. While the dollar exchange rate coefficient value is negative, which shows that the relationship of dollar exchange rate with esport value of TPT is negative. This is contrary to the hypothesis, the cause occurs minus the exchange rate is very sharp decline because textile exporting countries such as Malaysia and Thailand do not have enough raw materials. Unlike Indonesia, it has a lot of raw materials.Keywords: Exchange Rates, Exports, World Textile Prices, Multiple Linear Regression

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of population, the number of industries and the GDRP of advertisement tax receipts in Banda Aceh, Lhokseumawe, Padang and Tanjung Balai. The samples in this study were advertisement tax receipts, population, number of industries and GDRP in Banda Aceh City, Lhokseumawe, Padang and Tanjung Balai for 11 years. From 2007-2017. The data used is secondary data obtained from official documents issued by the relevant agencies. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis. Regression analysis results show that based on panel data estimation results, it is found empirical evidence that the population has a positive and significant effect on advertisement tax revenue, GDRP also has a positive and significant effect on advertisement tax revenue while the number of industries has a positive but not significant effect on advertisement tax in the City Banda Aceh, Lhokseumawe, Padang and Tanjung Balai.Keywords: advertisement tax, population, number of industries, GDRP.

Abstract

Abstract This purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of village funds and human development index (HDI) on poverty in Aceh Province. This study uses panel data from 23 districts/cities in Aceh from 2015-2019. The method used in analyzing the research is panel data regression method. Choosing a fixed effect model in the analysis, it was found that the village fund had a positive and significant effect, while the human development index had a negative and significant effect on poverty in Aceh Province. The positive relationship between village funds and poverty indicates the ineffectiveness of village funds usage which has not been able to reduce poverty levels yet. Meanwhile, the negative relationship between HDI and poverty means that the higher the HDI can reduce the poverty levels. Therefore, it suggests that the government must supervise in the village funds allocation that focus on economic development for community to increase welfare and reduce the poverty rate in Aceh. Furthermore, it is necessary to improve the quality of education for the poor and adequate health in remote areas so that it can reduce poverty.Keywords: Village Fund, Human Development Index, Poverty, Panel Data Regression.

Judul penelitian ini adalah : “Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Kearifan Lokal Dalam Pengembangan Pariwisata Budaya  di     Kabupaten Bima. Dengan tujuan  untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal sebagai wujud representasi budaya daerah dalam pengembangan pariwisata  budaya di Kabupaten Bima dan Untuk mengetahui faktor pendorong dan penghambat implementasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal sebagai wujud representasi budaya daerah dalam pengembangan pariwisata  budaya di Kabupaten Bima. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah a. Kepala UPTD Museum ASI Mbojo, b. Kepala Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bima, c. Kabid Pengembangan dan Promosi Wisata, d. Ketua Majelis Adat Kabupaten Bima dan e. Perusahaan jasa Pariwisata (Tour and travels). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini selain menggunakan observasi, Wawancara tak terstruktur dan studi dukementasi. (d) Tehnik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan Reduksi data, Display data dan Pengambilan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.Hasil penelitian bahwa : Implementasi atau penerapan nilai kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan pariwisata budaya di Kabupaten Bima dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik apabila nilai kearifan lokal dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan pariwisata budaya Kabupaten Bima. Abstract

Sheep is one of the preeminent commodities of Central Sulawesi in term of natural/pastural resources, climatic and cultural social condition. All varieties of local sheep in Central Sulawesi were generated from a cross-breeding between Fat-tail sheep (FTS) and Merbas sheep. The research was aimed at identifying the sheep phenotype characteristics as the criteria for sheep selection. The study was carried out in Palu city, and Biromaru sub district of Central Sulawesi from February to May and from November to December 2006. Data of sheep body sizes were collected from three different sites: Poboya (East Palu), Kawatuna (South Palu) and Loru (Biromaru). A total number of 412 sheep from the three sites were used and then randomly selected to obtain 102 (24%), 122 (10%), and 56 (28%) adult sheep from Poboya, Kawatuna and Loru, respectively. The research results showed that the local sheep population has been steadily decreased every year and currently there have been only 3270 sheep remained.  Among the three sites, the highest body weight of sheep was found with those from Biromaru. The average of birth weight,  weaning,  adult  males  and  females  body  were  3.25±0.53  kg,  11.25±3.33  kg,  42.00±6.245  kg,  and  30.14±6.28  kg, respectively. The body size of 18-24 month old sheep from Biromaru was also higher than those from the other sites.  Whereas for 36 month old sheep, those from  East Palu and Biromaru  were higher than those  from South Palu. The principal  Component Analysis (PCA) showed that the best criteria for sheep selection were breast diameter, body length, height of hip, and wide of tail.
