The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of Return On Asset (X1), Earning Per Share (X2) and Price Earning Ratio (X3) on return share of manufacturing company sub sector cigarettes industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data used is secondary data that is gathered from Indonesia Stock Exchange Website. Technique of data analysis is multiple linear regressions, which is proceeded with E-Views program version 9. The result of study confirms that partially, Return On Asset (ROA) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have non-significant influence on Return Share in manufacturing company sub sector cigarrettes industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2012-2016 while Earning Per Share (EPS) has significant influence on Return Share. Simultaneously, Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) show significant influence on Return Share in manufacturing company sub sector cigarrettes industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016 by 20,2328%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Asset (X1), Earning Per Share (X2) dan Price Earning Ratio (X3) secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Return Saham Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Industri Rokok Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda yang diolah menggunakan program E-Views versi 9. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Secara parsial Return On Asset (ROA) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return saham pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Industri Rokok yang Terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2012-2016. Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return saham pada Perusahaan Manufaktur. Price Earning Ratio (PER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return saham pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Industri Rokok yang Terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2016. Secara simultan menunjukan bahwa Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat Return saham Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sekor Industri Rokok yang Terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2016 dengan besar pengaruh yakni sebesar 20,2328%.

Increasing the prosperity of the owners or shareholders through increasing the firm value is the main goal of the corporation. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to grow the company and use an optimal capital structure in accordance with the trade-off theory that predicts a positive relationship to the value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of company growth and capital structure on increasing company value. The research method uses a quantitative approach, using the purposive sampling technique in the food and beverage sub-sector, and multiple regression is used for data analysis. The finding of the study indicates that firm growth has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Capital structure has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Together, firm growth and capital structure have no significant effect on firm value in the food and beverage sub-sector. The growth of a firm requires large investment costs and optimizing the funding of the company’s capital structure.

Motilango Pine Forest is a natural resource that is able to provide economic value to the surrounding community. Mtoilango pine forest has another potential in the form of natural beauty that has not been utilized as a source of income for the community. To increase the utilization of the Motilango pine forest as a tourist destination that has a tourist attraction, it must meet the criteria of Attraction, Accessibility, Ancilary service, Community. This activity aims (a) To realize the Motilango pine forest into a tourist destination to improve the welfare of the people around the area. (b). Fulfillment of the criteria for tourist destinations that have tourist attractions and their management based on the concept of Community Based Tourism (CBT). The method used in this service activity uses the Focus group discussion method, training and counseling, as well as simulation and practice. The focus group discussion was attended by partners, namely the Pinus Jaya Sejahtera Cooperative and the village government and the Motilango village community agreed on the formation of a tourist destination with the name Motilango pine ecotourism, and succeeded in arranging an ecotourism committee in charge of managing and working in the manufacture of tourism support facilities. Furthermore, training and counseling are carried out by the service team so that partners, village government and youth organizations as well as the community to understand the legal aspects and utilization of forest areas produce a group that is aware of the motilango village tourism. Simulation and practice in determining the zoning of the use of the Pinus Motilango Ecotourism area in the form of a regional master plan design. The achievement of this activity is the availability of a master plan that can be used as a guide in the development and utilization of Pine Ecotourism. In the end, this service succeeded in realizing a tourist destination in the form of Pinus Motilango Ecotourism and the fulfillment of community-based ecotourism criteria that could improve the welfare of the community.

Many companies experienced bankruptcy lawsuits during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. This was so when the companies’ asset cannot afford their obligations upon their creditors, especially banks and other financial institutions. The creditors demanded compensation to avoid losses due to the companies’ failure in repaying their loans. The question is who should be held liable if the companies are of limited liability companies. This paper aims to examine the liability of corporation for creditors' losses. This normative legal research relies on secondary data in the form of legal materials, especially primary and secondary legal materials. The result shows that demanding compensation through bankruptcy lawsuit is not an easy task for the creditors. In fact, a separate lawsuit is required rather than incorporating it in a bankruptcy lawsuit. Even, it is not only a matter of civil case but also criminal case. Therefore, the companies may be subjected to both civil and criminal liability.

The success of a leader in improving the performance of its members is very dependent on his behavior in carrying out leadership functions in his leadership strategy. Faculty leaders in universities need to apply transformational and transactional leadership so that the performance of the lecturer is able to achieve the desired goals. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on the performance of the lecturers of the economics faculty of University of Ichsan Gorontalo with a sample of 31 active teaching lecturers, using a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis using the WarpPLS program. The results of the study showed that the effect of transactional leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers, which had a greater influence than the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of lecturers. The objectives of this study were to analyze and investigate the human capital resource of SMEs to achieve the expected level of performance and to see if the quality of human capital had been appropriate enough to be able to apply certain business strategy. This study also intended to see if the cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy, as well as appropriate focus strategy to improve the performance of SMEs. This study employed a survey design in which researcher conducted a survey to managers or owner of 68 SMEs of Karawo handicraft in Gorontalo city. This study also employed the structural equation or PLS approach using warpPLS application to analyze the data. The finding of this study showed that the ability of the human capital owned by the SMEs had not yet maximized in improving its performance. The role of the mediation business strategy (cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy) have been appropriate and matched the ability of the human capital to improve the performance of SMEs. The result of this study enriches the body of knowledge related to the resource based theory and the development of strategic management of the human capital investment for the implementation of business strategy to achieve good performance and system. This study also offers practical benefit for managers or owners of SMEs, and government in developing the business. The data were collected using cross sectional strategy by analyzing the opinions and perception of the managers or owners of the business. Future researchers are encouraged to expand this by involving bigger number of sample and broader scope of study. Future researcher may also develop this study using mix method research design to verify and take action on the interesting result of this study related to the implementation of focus strategy based on the ability of the human capital which has been confirmed to have the highest coefficient path, yet did not have significant effect to the improvement of the performance without the involvement of mediational variables such as the combination of focus-cost strategy or focus-differentiation strategy. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price, customer value, and company image on customer satisfaction in La Lati's broiler business. This research was conducted on 50 customers of La Lati's beef cattle business. The study was conducted using a questionnaire instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it was found that simultaneously and partially price, customer value and company image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine how much influence the asset structure, non-debt tax shields, firm size and profitability have on the capital structure of the Food and Baverages Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Asset structure has a positive and significant impact on the capital structure of companies listed in the Food and Beverage Industry Sector on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period. With the value of the beta coefficient included in the low category, the results of this study are in accordance with the Trade-off theory. Non-debt tax shields have no significant effect on the capital structure of companies listed in the Food and Beverage Industry Sector on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period. With the value of the beta coefficient being very low, the results of this study are not in accordance with the trade-off theory. Firm size has a significant effect on the capital structure of companies listed in the Food and Beverage Industry Sector on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period. With a low beta coefficient value. The results of this study are not in accordance with the pecking order theory. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sector Listing on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period. With the value of the beta coefficient is included in the low category. The results of this study are in accordance with the pecking order theory.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kualitas layanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Dinas Catatan Sipil Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masyarakat Kota Kendari yang menggunakan layanan masyarakat pada Kantor Catatan Sipil Kota Kendari sebanyak 75 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang telah lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisa data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Peneliti menemukan bahwa secara simultan kualitas layanan yang diproksikan oleh dimensi bukti fisik (X1) empati (X2), kehandalan (X3), daya tanggap (X4) dan jaminan (X5) secara secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Sedangkan uji parsial ditemukan variabel empati (X2), kehandalan (X3), daya tanggap (X4) dan jaminan (X5) memiliki prngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, namun kualiatas layanan pada dimensi bukti fisik (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perputaran modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan tambang batubara yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri tambang batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2019, yaitu sebanyak 21 perusahaan. Metodel pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website IDX yang berasal dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang menjadi sampel dengan periode 2017-2019. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi. Data dalam penelitian ini akan diuji dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian, diantaranya yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perputaran kas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan Tambang Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sementara perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Tambang Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata Kunci: perputaran kas; persediaan; piutang; profitabilitas; ROA.
