Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Harian Gorontalo Post. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Harian Gorontalo Post. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling sensus atau sampel jenuh, yaitu jumlah sampel merupakan semua populasi. Adapun jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh responden. Data dalam penelitian ini akan diuji dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian, yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji parsial (uji t). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya perusahaan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada Harian Gorontalo Post., sedangkan kompensasi (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada Harian Gorontalo Post. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Perusahaan, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the growth of Fintech transactions in banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. As we all feel that the covid-19 pandemic outbreak is a serious threat to life and the economy. This has an impact on all business sectors which has a bad influence on world financial inclusion, especially in Indonesia. This impact is also felt by the banking sector. As a financial intermediary institution that prioritizes services to the community (customers), banks are increasingly aggressively carrying out their business activities on a technological basis. Financial technology is a base that continues to be rushed in its development and updating to support cash less transactions that allow transactions without cash and without face to face. The opening of payment channels through leading and well-known start-ups continues to be established so that it is possible to interlock in transactions. Peer to peer (P2P) is one of the right ways to help strengthen inclusiveness for businesses and customers. Creating convenience in every transaction is an obligation for every banking institution. Facilitating the reach of services to each individual is also an expectation that must be achieved and realized. Financial technology (Fintech) is the right tool to build an image in the eyes of the community as a partner / user.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh skeptisme profesional dan pengalaman auditor sebagai variabel bebas serta variabel dependen adalah kemampuan auditor dalam mendeteksi kecurangan (Y). Penelitiann menggunakan sampel sebanyak 35 responden dan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner serta studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 21 untuk analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut Y=-0.331+0.564 X1+0.980 X2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap skeptisme dan pengalaman yang dimiliki auditor berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kemampuan auditor dalam mendeteksi kecurangan yang terjadi dan memiliki koefisien determinasi sebesar 55.1%. Secara parsial, semua variabel X1 dan X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan auditor dalam mendeteksi kecurangan. Variabel pengalaman yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan auditor dalam mendeteksi kecurangan pada Inspektorat Kota Gorontalo, karena diperoleh angka β atau koefisien regresi standarized coefficient yang lebih besar dari variabel lainnya Kata Kunci: Skeptisme Profesional; Pengalaman Auditor; Kemampuan Auditor; Mendeteksi Kecurangan.

Abstract

Mengikat jual beli tanah dengan status Sertifikat Hak Milik merupakan tindakan hukum awal yang mendahului tindakan hukum jual beli tanah. Akta pengikatan jual beli tanah dalam praktiknya sering dilakukan dalam bentuk akta otentik yang dibuat di hadapan Notaris, sehingga Akta Pengikatan Jual Beli adalah akta otentik yang memiliki kekuatan bukti sempurna. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, ditetapkan 2 (dua) formulasi permasalahan, yaitu: (1) apakah akta pengikatan penjualan dan akta kekuasaan penjualan yang telah dilakukan sebelum Notaris dapat diminta pembatalan oleh pemilik petok; dan (2) apa perlindungan hukum bagi pembeli Sertifikat Tanah Milik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembeli tanah yang telah disertifikasi yang telah terbukti membeli dengan Kekuatan Jual Beli Yang Mengikat, terutama sertifikat tersebut telah benar asalnya dan telah diterbitkan lebih dari 5 (lima) tahun tidak mengajukan klaim, maka klaim atau keberatan pihak yang dirugikan dengan penerbitan sertifikat tersebut dianggap batal.

Abstract

As is known in articl 35 UUJN when the notary dead at the time of running the holiday, the task of notary Office is executed by a substitute notary as a provisional official Notary 30 (thirty) days since the date of notary death. The problem in this research is how is the responsibility of the notary of the deed made because there is a third party submission in the evento that the notary is reimbursedo before the end of leave? And how are the legal efforts of a substitute for the deed he made because there is a third party claim in the event that the notary was changed before the end of leave? The research uses normative juridical methods that are supported by juridically empirical. The data used is a secondary data consisting of primary legal material, secondary legal material and a tertier legal material. Besides, it also used primary data as a supporter of secondary data legal material. The theory of the responsibility of Hans Kelsen and the legal protection theory of Phillipus M. Hadjon is used. The responsibility of the notary public on the deed made because there is a third party guidance in the case of the notarized changed before the expiration of the leave is a permanent substitute responsibility until the death because it has changed its legal status to the provisional Office notary, for that the substitute notary has the same responsibilities. In the event that a replacement notary is proven to commit negligence, a surrogate notary has a civil liability that is to compensate the third party, the responsibility of the notary Public administration receives an oral rebuke, written reprimand, disrespectful termination, and criminal liability in a substitute subject to criminal penalties. A substitute legal remedy for the deed he made because of a third party claim in the event that the notary was changed before the end of leave, i.e. a substitute is entitled to make a repressive law attempt, because the legal status of the substitute was switched to as a notary provisional office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of members' savings and non-performing loans on the performance of business capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. This research uses descriptive research method.And.verification with a quantitative approach. The objects in this study were members of the Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) with a total sample of 97 people. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis of the data used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 24. The results of the study found that members' savings, non-performing loans and working capital performance at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung were good. There is a significant influence between members' savings and non-performing loans simultaneously on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. There is a significant influence between member savings partially on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. Non-performing loans have no significant effect on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung simultaneously. Therefore this can be used by the cooperative as an evaluation material for the performance results so that it can be taken into consideration for making decisions in improving the performance of venture capital in cooperatives. This research is different from other researchers because there are no other researchers who have examined specifically members' savings and problem loans on business capital performance at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung, besides that indicators of member savings variables have a greater value and influence than problem credit variables

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth is increasing year after year. Property and real estate sector companies are one of the nation's economic growth pillars. Property and real estate companies are industrial firms that provide services by facilitating the development of dynamic areas. The purpose of this research is to look at the impact of Return on Assets (ROA), Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on stock prices in the property and real estate sector listed on the IDX from 2021 to 2022. This study used data from the quarterly financial reports of five companies in the property and real estate sector, namely SMRA, DILD, BSDE, JRPT, and MTLA, obtained from the IDX. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, which includes the normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, as well as panel data regression and the coefficient of determination test. This research was tested using the EViews10 application. The partial test results show that the ROA and PER variables have no effect on stock prices. While the variable EPS influences stock prices. While the results of the simultaneous testing of the ROA, EPS and PER variables simultaneously affect the stock price variable.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate whether or not innovative work behaviors (X) covering idea exploration (X1), idea generation (X2), idea championing (X3), and idea implementation (X4) have a positive effect simultaneously or partially on employee performance (Y) at the Civil Registry Service Office of Gorontalo City. The data collection is through a list of questions tested in two stages, namely validity and reliability tests for each item contained in the list of questions. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results of the study show that innovative work behaviors (X) covering idea exploration (X1), idea generation (X2), idea championing (X3), and Idea Implementation (X4) have a positive effect simultaneously or partially on performance (Y). The Idea Exploration (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on the employee's performance. The Idea Generation (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The idea championing (X3) partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The idea of implementation (X4) partially has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan dan kemajuaan ilmu material di dunia industri saat ini sedang berkembang dengan pesat. Baja AISI 1015 merupakan salah satu jenis logam yang sudah banyak digunakan sebagai bahan utama pada dunia otomotif permesinan. Salah satunya adalah velg sepeda motor. Namun masalah yang sering ditemui adalah keterbatasan dalam hal ketahanan korosi karena velg sepeda motor berhubungan langsung dengan lingkungan korosif yaitu air dan oksigen. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan korosi dari baja AISI 1015 dengan memeberikan pelapisan logam dasar dengan metode elektroplating. Elektroplating adalah proses pelapisan logam dengan menggunakan arus listrik sehingga terjadi pengendapan ion-ion logam pelindung. Pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan variasi tegangan 3 volt, 4 volt, dan 5 volt pada electroplating tembaga nikel. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisa pengaruh tegangan listrik terhadap laju korosi dan nilai kekerasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai laju korosi raw material 10,227 mpy, tegangan 3 volt sebesae 1,713 mpy, tegangan 3 volt sebesar 0,628 mpy dan tegangan 5 volt sebesar 0,662 mpy. Hasil terhadap nilai kekerasan yaitu pada tegangan 3 volt didapat rata-rata 147,188 VHN, tegangan   4 volt didapat rata-rata 155,522 VHN, dan tegangan 5 volt didapat rata-rata 159,4 VHN. Semaki tinggi tegangan akan menurunkan nilai laju korosi dan meningkatkan nilai kekerasan yang didapat.

Abstract

Pantai District, Gorontalo Regency. In Bongo Village there are tours that have their own charm, the beauty of the beach or natural panorama that can become a leading tourist attraction. The research objective was to determine the effect of location and tourism facilities on tourist satisfaction in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District, Gorontalo Regency. The population in this study was the number of visitors in June 2008 as many as 1,183 people who were in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District, Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is a survey research method used to explain casual relationships and hypothesis testing. Tests were carried out with the path analysis test (Path Analisys). The results showed that location and tourist facilities simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District, Gorontalo Regency.
