Abstract

Marvella Digital Copy & Printing is a private company engaged in printing and retail of school and office stationery. On CV. Marvella Digital Copy & Printing is a phenomenon where employees stop or resign every year, mostly because employees feel less able to meet the demands of work and the second gets a job in another place or company. As well as the phenomenon of the job order system in the printing section of the CV. Marvella Digital Copy & Printing, which is when there is an order in a large capacity or an order that comes almost at the same time the employees experience being overwhelmed in preparing the customer's ordered goods. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of workload and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at CV Marvella Digital Copy & Printing. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Marvella Digital Copy & Printing as many as 37 people. Determination of the sample using the census method or saturated sample. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, F test, t test. he results of this study indicate that workload has a positive & significant effect on employee turnover intention at CV Marvella Digital Copy & Printing. Job satisfaction has a negative & significant effect on turnover intention in CV. Marvella Digital Copy & Printing. It is recommended to CV Marvella Digital Copy & Printing to provide support and motivation and give awards to employees so that they feel valued and enthusiastic about their work and emphasize to each employee to always help each other in completing work, so that the work environment becomes more comfortable and full of family. This study also has limitations, namely the independent variables used in this study do not cover all the factors that influence employee turnover intention at CV Marvella Digital Copy & Printing.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This study aims to determine or analyze the influence of organizational culture, work communication and work environment on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative methods, the total population in this study is all employees of the Sari Sedana Nadi Cooperative, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency, totaling 32 employees and the number of samples used in this study are all employees totaling 32 employees using the population method or saturated sample method. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test. The results of this study indicate that partially it can be concluded that organizational culture, work communication and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Sari Sedana Nadi Blahbatuh Cooperative, Gianyar.

Abstract

Performance is a result of work achieved by an employee in accordance with predetermined standards and criteria within a certain period of time. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and the influence of supervision on employee performance at the National Land Agency Office in Klungkung district. The number of samples taken was 35 employees at the National Land Agency Office in Klungkung Regency with the saturated sampling method. Data was collected by observation, interviews, documentation studies and distributing questionnaires. The research instrument used is validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple correlation test, analysis of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. Based on the results of the analysis of leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the National Land Agency Office of Klungkung Regency. This is evidenced by the significance value of the t-test statistic of 0.001 < 0.050. Supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the National Land Agency Office of Klungkung Regency. This is evidenced by the significance value of the t-test statistic of 0.005 < 0.050. Leadership and supervision styles have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the National Land Agency Office of Klungkung Regency. This is evidenced by the significance value of the F statistical test 0.000 < 0.050.

Abstract

Every company needs employees who will provide performance that exceeds the company’s expetations. Performancecan affect the ongoing activities of a company, the better the performance shown by employes, the more helpful it will bein company’s development. In this case, it is necessary to have the role of the company in creating individualcharacteristics, a good work climate, and compensation in order to improve employee performance. This study aims toknow the effect of individual characteristics, work climate, and compensation on employess performance at CV.Yadnyasesa Sukawati. The population in this study were all employees at CV. Yadnyasesa Sukawati, totaling 33 female employees. The sample size was determined using a saturated sample technique where all members of the populationwere sampled, namely 33 employees. The results of this study indicate that Individual Characteristics, Work Climate, andCompensation have a positive and significant effect on the decline on employee performance.

Abstract

The best performance requires directed management of human resources through various kind of policies that can adjust the common interests between the employees and company. This research aims to recognize the influence of competence, organizational commitment, and work communication on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The population in this research were employees who worked at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana, totaling 35 people. The sampling of this research used is the technique of samping jenuh, so that the number of samples in this research were 35 employees. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana. The work communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Koperasi Artha Gemilang Kencana.

Abstract

Performance is a result of the work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and seriousness and time. There are several factors that can affect employee performance, including human relations, motivation, and organizational culture. This study aims to explain the effect of human relations, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at LPD Desa Pakraman Padangsambian. The population in this study were all employees of the LPD Desa Pakraman Padangsambian, totaling 35 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, where the entire population is used as a sample of 35 people. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that human relations had a positive effect on employee performance, motivation had no effect on employee performance, and organizational culture had a positive effect on employee performance. Suggestions for further research can develop this research by adding other variables such as compensation and work environment.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek (brand equity), gaya hidup, dan kepribadian terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mahasaraswati DenpasarPopulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1.106 orang mahasiswa program studi manajemen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 responden mahasiswa yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, dengan syarat mahasiswa pernah menggunakan smartphoneSamsung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan maupun parsial diperoleh hasil bahwa ekuitas merek (brand equity), gaya hidup, dan kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphoneSamsung pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian atau penggunaan jasa merupakan salah satu tahapan dalam proses pembelian sebelum perilaku pasca pembelian. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan jasa yaitu kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan dan persepsi harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa pada Bengkel Pipi Motor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua kosumen Bengkel Pipi Motor yang telah memiliki kartu keanggotaan Bengkel Pipi Motor selama tahun 2021 yaitu sebanyak 1.186 konsumen. Penentuan sampel dengan teknik probability sampling dengan rumus Slovin sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa pada Bengkel Pipi Motor. Citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa pada Bengkel Pipi Motor. Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa pada Bengkel Pipi.

Abstract

Perhiasan imitasi sekarang sudah seperti jati diri seseorang sehingga setiap pengusaha harus pintar memahami tentang perilaku konsumen. Perilaku konsumen berperan penting dalam memahami bagaimana konsumen secara aktual mengambil keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lifestyle, social media marketing dan online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Panlandwoo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Panlandwoo Jewellery pada konsumen produk Panlandwoo dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 105 orang responden. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lifestyle, social media marketing dan online customer review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Produk Panlandwoo. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik lifestyle, social media marketing dan online customer review konsumen pada produk Panlandwoo maka semakin baik pula keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Investment decisions are often affected by irrational behavioral factors that cause improper logical analysis. Herding and overconfidence are two behaviors that lead to biased decision-making, specifically regarding investment. Therefore, this study aimed to test the effect of herding and overconfidence on investment decisions moderated by financial knowledge and attitude. Using a sample of 267 stock investors, the test was conducted with PLS-SEM. The results showed that overconfidence positively influences individuals' investment decisions, while herding has no effect. Financial knowledge and attitude were found not to moderate this effect but could act as predictor variables with a significant positive impact on investment decisions.
