Abstract

Customers play a vital role in business success and cannot be ignored. Since customers are the primary driver behind the founding of a firm, competitors will strive to win over new clients. Many businesses are looking for ways to retain their regular customers due to their propensity to repurchase the products the business sells. The development of lifestyle regarding facial care / skincare has resulted in many new businesses in the beauty sector, giving rise to competition between businesses. This study aims to investigate the effects of membership programs, omnichannel strategies and digital marketing on repurchase intention on Sociolla Bali. This study employs multiple linear analysis methods using SPSS 26, the findings show that (1) membership programs have a positive influence on repurchase intention; (2) omnichannel strategy has a positive effect on repurchase intention; and (3) digital marketing has a positive effect on repurchase intention. This means that the better the membership program, omnichannel strategy and digital marketing at PT. Social Bella Indonesia (Sociolla) Bali, the better the interest in repeat purchases from consumers.

Abstract

The current economic climate is becoming more competitive, necessitating management and development forall types of organizations to stay relevant. Companies and government agencies alike need to be aware of theirresources, particularly their human resources. This study aims to ascertain the impact of career development, transformational leadership, and job stress on employee performance at Natural Skin Care Company's Angelo Storein Gianyar. The study's population comprised all 32 employees of the Gianyar Regency-based Angelo Store CompanyNatural Skin Care Products. Saturated sampling is the method of sampling that is employed. Questionnaires,observations, literature reviews, and interviews are some of the methods utilized in the data collection process.Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 is the methodology employed. The results of this study show that transformational leadership at Angelo Natural Skin Care's Products Store Company,Gianyar Regency, has a favorable and statistically significant impact on staff performance. At Angelo Natural Skin Care'sProducts Company, Gianyar Regency, career development has a major and favorable impact on employee performance.Workplace conflicts at Gianyar Regency's Angelo's Products Natural Skin Care Store Company have a major anddetrimental impact on employees' performance. Future researchers can incorporate or apply more independent variables that influence performance, such as work-life balance, job competency, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Supermarket competition is getting tighter and tighter with the number of new supermarkets emerging. This causes old supermarkets to start losing their market. Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya Supermarket is one of the oldest supermarkets in Bali and is still operating today. This research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of brand equity, physical evidence, and responsiveness on consumer repurchase interest at Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya. This research was conducted at Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya (PT. Adikarya Pangan Freshindo) using qualitative and quantitative data types. The population in this study is Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya consumers with more than 2 visits in 2023. The sample used was 80 people using a purposive sampling method. The analytical tools used are multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and f test which is processed using Softawre SPSS vs 26. The results of this research show that brand equity has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya, physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention at Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya, responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention at Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya

Abstract

This research has a purpose to analyze the influence of proficiency, transformational supervision and enjoyment of work on PT performance. SF Garment Manufacturing. This research is kind ofof quantitative analysis and consists ofo 32 employees as the research population and sample. Data collection is carried out through questionnaire techniques using survey method. Data analysis uses SPSS 23 software which includes multiple linear regression test, classical test and hypothesis test, Based on the results of the analysis, research shows that proficiency has significantly give a positive influence both simultaneously and partially on the employee productivity. Transformational supervision also has significantly give  a positive effect simultaneously and partially on employee productivity. Meanwhile, enjoyment of work simultaneously has significantly give a positive effect on PT performance. SF Garment Manufacturing. Research variables have coefficient determination 83,6% to influence the productivity of company’s employee. So, research in the future still needed to analyze other variable out from the research variables that already exist in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Mitra Pemenang Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan bentuk penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara observasi dan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan sampel adalah metode sampel jenuh atau sensus dengan 52 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS versi 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Mitra Pemenang Denpasar

Abstract

Purpose:Local wisdom-based tourism has become a prominent trend as it provides authentic experiences for tourists while supporting environmental and cultural sustainability. This study aims to optimize the management of Munggu Tourism Village, Bali, by implementing the Business Model Canvas (BMC). Munggu Tourism Village holds rich tourism potential, including the Mekotek tradition, natural landscapes, traditional cuisine, and arts.Methodology:The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing observation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving key stakeholders, such as village officials, traditional leaders, and local entrepreneurs. The findings reveal that the application of BMC facilitates mapping the nine essential elements of a business model, such as customer segments, value propositions, and distribution channels.Findings:This study offers practical contributions to the development of local wisdom-based tourism and serves as a strategic guide for creating leading tourism destinations. The theoretical implications include flexibility in long-term business planning and the ease of updating business models to adapt to market dynamics. Future research is recommended to apply BMC to tourism villages operating for over a year to evaluate its long-term impact.Implication: This study confirms that the Business Model Canvas BMC is a strategic tool that effectively supports the sustainable development of tourism villages based on local wisdom. The findings provide practical guidance for tourism village managers and government authorities in designing effective business strategies, empowering local communities, and maintaining the attractions of the destination,

Abstract

Along with the increasing number of car users which shows the development of lifestyles among people in Indonesia, many consumers who have owned a car before wish to sell their old car or exchange it for a new car, thus generating used cars that are still worth selling and providing opportunities for used car showroom business actors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of social class, lifestyle, and personality on purchasing decisions for used Toyota cars at the Dharma Mahendra Mobilindo showroom in Denpasar. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS for Windows version 25 program. The results of the analysis in this study show (1) Social class has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for used Toyota cars at DMM showrooms, (2) Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for used Toyota cars at DMM showrooms, (3) Personality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for used Toyota cars at DMM showrooms. These findings suggest that businesses should focus on segmenting their marketing efforts based on social class, lifestyle preferences, and personality traits to better appeal to their target audience and optimize sales strategies

Abstract

Hotel is one of the most popular accommodation services for tourists. In companies that provide accommodation services, of course, they must pay attention to the quality of their human resources because it will affect performance within the company. There is a phenomenon of decreased realization of company revenue along with customer complaints submitted on google reviews. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the effect of work experience, work communication, and self efficacy on employee performance at The Royal Pita Maha Resort Ubud. The population in this study were employees at The Royal Pita Maha Resort Ubud, which numbered 85 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique with data analysis technique, namely multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that work experience, work communication, and self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Resort management is expected to improve aspects of increasing work experience, work communication, and self efficacy.

Abstract

Meningkatkan tingkat kinerja yang tinggi di kalangan karyawan yakni ihal yang penting bagi suatu organisasi sebab berujung pada peningkatan produktivitas pekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian tertulis ialah menguji bagaimana motivasi intrinsik, komunikasi internal, dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja terapi fisik. Partha Kencana BPR Denpasar Tohpati. Penelitian tertulis ini melibatkan 39 karyawan sebagai populasinya. Baik kuesioner maupun wawancara digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data. Dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25, analisis regresi linier berganda ialah metode analisis pada penelitian tertulis. Menelaah hasil analisis penelitian tertulis mengungkapkan motivasi intrinsik, komunikasi internal, serta lingkungan kerja semuanya terdapat pengaruh secara positif serta signifikan pada kinerja karyawan PT. Partha Kencana BPR Denpasar Tohpati. Increasing high levels of performance among employees is important for an organization because it leads to increased worker productivity. The purpose of the written research is to examine how intrinsic motivation, internal communication, and the work environment influence physical therapy performance. Partha Kencana BPR Denpasar Tohpati. This written research involved 39 employees as the population. Both questionnaires and interviews were used in collecting data. With SPSS version 25 software, multiple linear regression analysis is an analysis method in written research. Examining the results of written research analysis reveals that intrinsic motivation, internal communication, and the work environment all have a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT employees.
