Abstract

Abstrak Kepuasan kerja merupakan subjek yang sering diangkat dan dipelajari dalam lingkungan akademis. Kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi seberapa baik suatu proses bekerja dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan gaji terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai moderasi. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 150 tanggapan responden. Dalam penelitian ini, partisipan yang paling umum adalah pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan gaji berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun motivasi kerja sebagai moderasi tidak mampu memoderasi kepemimpinan dan gaji bterhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Gaji, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

UMKM plays an important role in the economy of a region or country. Financial technology is one of the important roles to change behavior and expectations and can increase the quality and number of UMKM actors. This dedication aims to provide understanding, improvement, and quality improvement for UMKM actors through improvements in terms of standard and good financial management. The method used in this community service is Community Based Research (CBR) using the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) approach. The results of the activity show that some UMKM actors still do not understand the importance of Financial Technology (FinTech) in the business world, especially in terms of financial management.

Abstract

Researchers believe that the Management Knowledge variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on employee performance because the resulting activities can be structured and systematic so that targets achieved can be achieved easily and ultimately this can improve employee performance. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management on employee performance. In contrast to previous research, this research adds the Work-Life Balance variable as a moderating variable due to external factors from Knowledge Management which produce planned, systematic and structured activities if supported by a balanced lifestyle of employees which is believed to be able to further improve employee performance. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from the method of distributing questionnaires to 300 Bank BTN Syari'ah employees spread throughout Indonesia. These data were analyzed using the Samrt PLS 4.0 tool analysis. The result in this research show the influence of the Knowledge Management variable which is positive and significant on employee performance because the P-Values value has a value less than the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.005. Apart from that, the Work-Life Balance variable is able to moderate the influence of the Knowledge Management variable on employee performance because the P-Values value of 0.000 is below the significance level of 0.05. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted.

Abstract

The major problem facing by the Regional Secretariat of Minahasa Regency is the lack of leaders’ attention to employees’ motivation and passion at work. This study aims to measure the relationship between leadership and employees’ work motivation in the Regional Secretariat Office of Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. It occupies a central role in advancing employees’ work motivation and passion. This study uses a quantitative method to measure leadership’s effect on employees’ motivation and work passion. Questionnaires were used as the main instrument to obtain the data. These questionnaires were distributed to all respondents in this study. This study’s population was predominantly made up of twenty-four employees in the Regional Secretariat Office of Minahasa Regency. Due to the limited population (24 employees), this study used all of the population as the samples. The results of this study showed a significant relationship between leadership and employees’ motivation. Since leadership is directing and influencing employees’ activity process, leaders should diligently extend it to their organizations utmost.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Martabak Hokky SME customers in Tondano city, with the aim of knowing how the level  of influence of Customer Bonding to Customer Loyalty, and  the influence of Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty, especially in the SMEs  we studied, in addition to that, this research will also look at the  joint influence of Customer  Bonding and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty from the SMEs studied.  Quantitative method with multiple regression analysis is the method and analysis that is the choice to be used in this study, by taking a sample of  1 10 people. The findings from the  multiple analysis test obtained from the  study, show that  there is a significant effect of Customer Bonding to Customer Loyalty, it can be explained that  good Customer Bonding will help increase Loyalitas Customer significantly.  The  next result also shows a partially significant influence of Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty, so it can be said that if Customer Satisfaction increases, it will also increase Loyalty as Customers significantly as well, The final results of the study show  The simultaneous significant influence from Customer Bonding and Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty from SMEs studied in this study, in other words,  the increase in customer loyalty is strongly influenced by the better  Customer Bonding and Customer Satisfaction.  It can be suggested to the manager of Martabak UKM Hokky Kawanua to be able to pay better attention to how to maintain Customer Bonding and Customer Satisfaction in order  to be able to continue to form loyalty from strong customers, so that customers will continue to buy  products, and for further research to be able to see and test more deeply about customer loyalty by paying attention to other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan survey dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 28 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan Uji Hipotesis. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat software yaitu Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Uji Hipotesis yang pertama menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara variabel pengalaman kerja terhadap promosi jabatan memiliki nilai korelasi 0.273. Hasil Uji Hipotesis yang kedua menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara variabel prestasi kerja terhadap promosi jabatan memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 0,007. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menujukan bahwa pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan, dan prestasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of decision making, acknowledgment, organizational commitment, and work motivation towards employee’s perfomance at Bolaang Mongondow Timur regency. This research administrated at Dinas pendidikan Bolaang Mongondow Timur regency with the sample size n = 81. Casual survey was the method used implementing path analysis. The research findings showed that : 1) positive direct influence of decision making towards employee’s performance, 2) ) positive direct influence of acknowledgment making towards employee’s performance, 3) positive direct influence of organizational commitment towards employee’s performance, 4) positive direct influence of work motivation towards employee’s performance, 5) decision making, 6) acknoledgment, 7) organizational commitment had positive direct influence towards work motivation, 8) positive direct influence of acknowledgment toward decision making, and 9) positive direct influence of acknowledgment towards organization commitment. These findings recommend that to improve the employee’s work performance quality, need to have firmness in decision making, acknowledgment, organization commitment, and work motivation. Abstract

Indeks literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan masyarakat Sulawesi Utara pada 2024 sebesar 56% dan 86%, dimana nilai ini masih berada dibawah target pemerintah, yaitu 65,43% dan 90%. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pasar modal masyarakat Sulawesi Utara, khususnya mahasiswa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode sharing session dan tutorial oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan BRI Danareksa Sekuritas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelajar atau mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi saham. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui data tangkapan layar portofolio masing-masing mahasiswa yang dikirimkan melalui link gdrive, dimana sebesar 86% mahasiswa yang hadir pada setiap batch kegiatan telah berhasil membeli saham melalui aplikasi BRIGHTS. Tindak lanjut yang diharapkan adalah kegiatan ini dapat dilaksanakan dalam skala yang lebih besar, yang melibatkan lebih banyak mahasiswa dan masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of carrying out this community service activity is to provide an understanding of "Implementation of Digital Marketing for Pottery Entrepreneurs in Pulutan Remboken" which is located in Pulutan - Remboken - North Sulawesi. After carrying out this activity, it is hoped that it can increase understanding and benefits to the Tataaran Dua sub-district community. This community service activity is held within 1 (one) day. In carrying out this service activity, the problem found was that the public still did not have a good understanding of "Implementation of Digital Marketing for Pottery Entrepreneurs", in accordance with the principles of management functions and strategy. The results of community service activities show that there has been increased knowledge and understanding among the community to start running their businesses in facing the current digital era. Overall, community service activities received a positive response from Pulutan pottery entrepreneurs.
