Abstract

Latar belakang: Jumlah kasus TB Menurut laporan Dinas kesehatan tuberkulosis (TBC) di Kota Sukabumi selama Januari-Desember 2020 mencapai sebanyak 1.218 kasus. Kondisi ini menurun jika dibandingkan dengan kasus TBC pada 2019 lalu. Dari data Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kota Sukabumi menyebutkan, kasus TBC pada mencapai 1.550 kasus pada 2018, 1.820 kasus pada 2019, dan 1.218 kasus pada 2020. Sebagian wilayah kabupaten sukabumi hingga kini masih berstatus endemik penyebaran penyakit Tuberculosis (TBC). Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita TB di RSUD Jampangkulon.Metode: Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian “retrospektif” yaitu suatu penelitian yang didasarkan pada catatan medis, mencari mundur sampai waktu peristiwanya terjadi masa lalu. Responden sebanyak 31 orang yang diambil dengan Accidental Sampling. Alat ukur dengan kuesioner serta dianalisis menggunakan Analisi Univariat dan Bivariat.Hasil: motivasi dan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita TB memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Dimana dalam tabel 5.7 diperoleh angka signifikasi atau p value = 0.000 artinya p value < 0.05 maka H1 diterima jadi ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita TB. Kesimpulan: Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan motivasi dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis pada pasien TB. Sebagai perawat rumah sakit perlu melakukan pendidikan kesehatan mengenai TB dan memberikan motivasi pada pasien TB dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang terapeutik.

Abstract

The values of peace education have consistently been implemented in public educational institutions and peace communities such as schools, Islamic boarding schools, and non-governmental peace organizations (NGOs) so that studies on the implementation of peace values in other educational institutions, such as pesantren-based schools, have become rare. This article seeks to fill this gap by examining the performance of peace values in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, focusing on Peaceantren Welas Asih (PWA) of Garut, West Java. The qualitative research method collects observation data, interviews, and document reviews. This research found a process of implementing the values of peace in PWA using the 12 values of peace as a basis. This was then revealed in activities encouraging PWA students to become peacemakers. The program I Massage Card, Positive Discipline, and Peace Camp is part of PWA's efforts to instill peace values that have proven successful. In addition, cooperation between schools and parents of students helps these programs run successfully. This study concludes that developing pesantren-based schools is not only concerned with modernizing Islamic education. Still, the social-community role is far from that, especially the creation of human resources aware of peace. Contribution: The study emphasizes the importance of collaboration between schools and parents in reinforcing peace education efforts. This insight can guide other institutions in developing partnerships that support educational goals.

Abstract

Perkembangan sosial merupakan salah satu aspek perkembangan pada anak. Bagi orang tua yang bekerja TPA menjadi alternatif untuk membantu menstimulasi perkembangan sosial anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi yang dilakukan Tempat Penitipan Anak dalam menstimulasi perkembangan sosial anak, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta strateginya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode fenomenologi dengan menggunakan Teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitiannya yaitu kepala TPA, 2 pengasuh, dan 3 orang tua anak yang dititipkan di TPA Aisyiyah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan interaktif melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stimulasi perkembangan sosial pada anak dilakukan dengan pembiasaan. Diantaranya pembiasaan kemandirian anak, berbagi dan tolong menolong, serta menghargai dan sopan santun. Faktor pendukungnya yaitu motivasi dari diri anak, orang tua, dan lingkungan. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu perbedaan pola asuh orang tua dan nenek. TPA Aisyiyah juga menerapkan strategi dengan pembiasaan dan pemberian dukungan kepada anak serta kesabaran.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological advancement, innovation in education is crucial. As one of the key pillars of human and societal development, education must continuously evolve to address the needs and challenges of modern times. Preparing the younger generation for future challenges necessitates prioritizing educational innovation on the global policy agenda. The philosophical foundation of education is essential in providing a framework for understanding the purpose of education, teaching methods, and the relationship between education, individuals, and society. This research aims to serve as a reference for educators, curriculum developers, and policymakers in designing effective and relevant learning strategies and to contribute to the academic literature on the intersection of education and technology. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative techniques. The research begins with a qualitative phase, where in-depth interviews and literature analysis are used to explore integrating educational philosophy with technological advancements in learning. This qualitative step identifies key challenges, opportunities, and needs within current educational systems. In the subsequent quantitative phase, surveys and questionnaires are distributed to a larger sample of educators and students to gather data on their experiences and perceptions regarding the use of technology in education. The study results confirm that a deep integration of educational philosophy with advancements in learning technology is crucial for creating a holistic and effective education system. This approach fosters character development, enhances critical thinking skills, and prepares learners to face future challenges with empathy, critical thinking, and wisdom. The data collected through qualitative and quantitative methods reveal significant correlations between educational philosophy's application and technology's successful integration in fostering an adaptable, forward-thinking educational environment.

Abstract

One of the Islamic boarding schools that has long carried out this noble mission is Pondok Daarul Amien Gontor 10. As an Islamic educational institution that has been established for a long time, Pondok Daarul Amien Gontor 10 is not only a place of education, but also a center for developing Islamic character and personality. The purpose of this study is to analyze teacher performance in evaluating the role and contribution of Islamic education in pondok daarul amien gontor 10. This research method uses This research is designed as a qualitative field research with the main focus on analyzing teacher performance in Pondok Daarul Amien Gontor 10. The purpose of this study is to gain an in-depth understanding of the role and contribution of teachers in the context of Islamic education in the institution. Teacher Performance in Evaluating the Role and Contribution of Islamic Education in Pondok Daarul Amien Gontor 10 provides an in-depth understanding of the role of teachers in shaping learners holistically. Teachers in this institution not only act as teachers, but also as spiritual mentors who guide students in the journey of achieving religious knowledge and building Islamic character. The research findings highlight their success in creating a holistic learning environment, where Islamic ethical values, morality, and spirituality are well integrated in the formal curriculum and the daily lives of learners

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the sound layer, the meaning layer, the object world layer, the world layer, and the metaphysical layer in the poem “Mother Pertiwi and Royan Reformasi” by Hasan Aspahani. The data collection technique used in this research is library technique. The result of the research from poetry data using Roman Ingarden strata norm analysis obtained layer of sound, namely mixed rhymes with continuous and broken rhymes and the sound of kakofoni. The layer of meaning obtained are the layer of the world of objects are obtained, namely the main character “nature” and the background of the feeling of sadness, chaos and sadness. The layer of the world, namely the author describe the sadness and state of nature due to the actions of irresponsible humans, so that humans can realize that they can use and protect nature simultaneously. It is found that metaphysical layer of the poet wants to convey how suffering nature is due to irresponsible human hands, arid forests land that is no longer fertile, barren mountains, and damaged oceans, this can result in nature disasters.

Abstract

Madrasa are in a condition of interrelated problems, including inadequate funding, inadequate facilities, modest teachers and attending more than one school, low quality, lack of enthusiasm, low innovation, and low interest. Madrasas do not yet have an internal quality assurance. This research aims to reveal the implementation of quality management in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman Cimahi City, Indonesia. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach that is describing phenomena in the implementation of quality in private madrasas. Data collection techniques used interview studies with the headmaster, deputy headmaster and educators; documentation study relating to documents related to 8 standards in madrasas; observational studies namely the implementation of quality, internal quality assurance in madrasas. The results showed that the low quality of education in the madrasas had an impact on funding madrasas that still did not have financial independence, madrassas still relied on madrasah operational assistance and monthly fees from students. The academic quality assurance agenda is carried out maximally by the madrasah academic community.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate financing management strategies in Islamic educational institutions, specifically at Rumah Tahfidz Qur'an Al-Harun, using a SWOT analysis approach. The analysis explores the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the institution's financing management. The findings indicate that the institution's dependency on family donors is a major weakness, while the loyalty of family donors represents a strength that needs to be maximized. The study also identifies significant opportunities to expand external networks and diversify funding sources, which can strengthen the institution's financial stability. The recommended strategies include diversifying funding sources, implementing technology-based budget management, and enhancing human resources capacity in financial management. By consistently applying the results of the SWOT analysis, Rumah Tahfidz Qur'an Al-Harun is expected to develop a sustainable and adaptive financing system in response to ongoing changes.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of (1) Religiosity on the OCB of employees of the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (2) Transformational leadership style on the OCB of employees of the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (3)Physicological capitaltowards the OCB of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Pasaman Regency. (4) Work environment towards the OCB of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Pasaman Regency. (5) Job satisfaction towards the OCB of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Pasaman Regency. (6) Religiosity, transformational leadership style, psychological capital, work environment and job satisfaction together affect the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The population in this study was allemployees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Pasaman Regency as many as 44 people. The sampling technique in this study used the total sampling technique or population sample. Where the sample in this study was all employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Pasaman Regency as many as 32 people. The results of this study show that(1) Religiosity has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (2) Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (3) Psychological capital has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (4) The work environment has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (6) Religiosity, transformational leadership style, psychological capital, work environment and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kesiapan anak usia dini dalam menghadapi transisi menuju Sekolah Dasar (SD) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Kesiapan anak dalam memasuki SD merupakan faktor kunci yang memengaruhi keberhasilan akademik dan sosial di masa depan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru, orang tua, dan pengamat pendidikan, serta observasi langsung terhadap anak, dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator sosial-emosional, seperti kemampuan berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya dan regulasi emosi, merupakan aspek yang paling dominan dalam menentukan kesiapan anak. Selain itu, peran guru terbukti paling signifikan dalam mendukung proses transisi, khususnya melalui strategi pembelajaran yang adaptif dan pendekatan yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan anak. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan triangulasi data dari berbagai sumber untuk mendapatkan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai kesiapan anak. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara keluarga dan lembaga pendidikan dalam mempersiapkan anak memasuki jenjang pendidikan dasar secara optimal.
