Abstract

The problem in this study is the under ring shooting ability possessed by the extracurricular basketball participants of SMAN 2 Tebo which is still low. This study aims to see the relationship between eye-hand coordination and explosive power of leg muscles to the ability to shoot under the basketball hoop. This type of research is correlational with two free variables. the sample in this study was all participants in basketball extracurricular activities totaling 34 people. The instruments used are vertical jump, tennis ball catch throw and shooting under ring. The data in this study were analyzed using simple correlation and double correlation. The results are as follows: (1) There is a relationship of eye-hand coordination to the shooting under ring ability of  basketball  players with a calculated r value of  0.439 > rtable 0.344, (2) There is a relationship of the explosive power of the leg muscles to the shooting ability of the under hoop of  basketball  players with a calculated r value of  0.402 > rtable  0.344, (3) There is a relationship between eye-hand coordination and explosive power of limb muscles simultaneously to the shooting under hoop ability of  basketball players with a calculated rvalue of  0.518 > rtable 0.344 and with acalculated F value  of 5.69 > Ftable 3.30.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Deduktif, Induktif dan Kemampuan Dasar Terhadap Peningkatan Kebugaran Jasmani Siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan ulang faktorial 2x2. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Akutansi SMKN 4 Sijunjung. Sampel adalah Peserta Didik Kelas X yang berjumlah 32 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling. Instrument Pengumpulan data kesegaran jasmani yaitu: (1) lari 60 meter (2) gantung sikut, (3) baring duduk, (4) loncat tegak, dan (5) lari 1000 meter. Data kebugaran jasmani yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan statistik inferensial ANOVA 2x2 dua jalur (two way ANOVA ). Hasil analisis: (1) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada model pemeblajaran deduktif lebih rendah dari pada model pembelajaran induktif, (2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada kemampuan dasar tinggi memiliki perbedaan dengan kemampuan dasar rendah, (3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran  dan kemampuan dasar terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani, (4) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa yang memiliki kemampuan dasar tinggi, lebih rendah pada model pemeblajaran deduktif dari pada model pembelajaran induktif, (5) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa yang memiliki kemampuan dasar rendah, memiliki perbedaan denagan model pemeblajaran deduktif dan model pembelajaran induktif, (6) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa pada model pemeblajaran deduktif tidak memiliki perbedaan dengan kemampuan dasar tinggi dan rendah, (7) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa  pada model pembelajaran induktif memiliki perbedaan dengan kemampuan dasar tinggi dan rendah. Kesimpulan model pembelajaran induktif lebih berpengeruh dari pada model pembelajaran deduktif dan kemampuan dasar terahadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa. The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Deductive, Inductive and Basic Ability Learning Models on Improving Students' Physical Fitness. The study was conducted using a 2x2 factorial redesign. The population is all students of class X Accounting of SMKN 4 Sijunjung. The sample was Class X Learners totaling 32 students. The sampling technique is probability sampling. Instruments for collecting physical freshness data are: (1) 60-meter run (2) elbow hanging, (3) sitting beding, (4) upright jumping, and (5) 1000-meter run. The physical fitness data obtained were further analyzed with two-way ANOVA inferential statistics (two way ANOVA). Analysis results: (1) there are differences in physical fitness improvement in the deductive learning model lower than in the inductive learning model, (2) there are differences in physical fitness improvement in high basic ability have differences with low basic ability, (3) There is an influence of interaction between the learning model and basic ability on improving physical fitness, (4) there is a difference in improving physical fitness of students who have high basic ability,  lower in the deductive learning model than in the inductive learning model, (5) there are differences in improving the physical fitness of students who have low basic abilities, have differences in the deductive learning model and the inductive learning model, (6) there are differences in the improvement of students' physical fitness in the deductive learning model has no difference with high and low basic abilities, (7) there are differences in improving physical fitness students in the inductive learning model have differences with high and low basic abilities. The conclusion of the inductive learning model is more influential than the deductive learning model and the basic ability to improve the physical fitness of students.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti dilapangan terlihat bahwa kurang maksimalnya materi pendekatan latihan dalam menerapkan pembelajaran lompat jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan model latihan dan tingkat motivasi terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa putera kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang siswa putera kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru setelah dilakukan pembagian kelompok (75x27=20)% tingkat motivasi latihan tinggi dan (75x27%=20) tingkat motivasi latihan rendah. Instrument yang digunakan adalah Test Lompat Jauh dan angket skala liker. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan anava dua jalur dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tuckey. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa: (1) Secara keseluruhan Pendekatan latihan plyometric metode interval lebih baik dari pada pendekatan latihan plyometric metode circuit training. (2) Terdapat interaksi antara pendekatan latihan plyometric metode interval dan pendekatan latihan plyometric metode circuit training dengan motivasi terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa putera kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. (3) Pada motivasi latihan kategori tinggi pendekatan latihan plyometric metode interval lebih baik dari pada pendekatan latihan plyometric metode circuit training terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa putera kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. (4) Pada motivasi latihan kategori rendah pendekatan latihan plyometric metode circuit training lebih baik dari pada pendekatan latihan plyometric metode interval terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa putera kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. Kata Kunci :Interval, Circuit Training, Motivasi, Hasil Lompat Jauh.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian adalah kurangnya kemampuan lay-up shoot atlet bolabasket SMKN 7 Pekanbaru, karena bola jarang masuk ring, dan masih kurangnya konsentrasi atlet ketika melakukan lay-up shoot. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan kemampuan lay-up shoot atlet yang dengan metode latihan kooperatif dan metode drill; (2) pengaruh interaksi antara metode latihan kooperatif dan metode drill; (3) perbedaan kemampuan lay-up shoot atlet konsentrasi tinggi dengan metode kooperatif dan drill; serta (4) perbedaan kemampuan lay-up shoot atlet konsentrasi rendah dengan metode kooperatif dan drill. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen faktorial. Sampel penelitian yang ditetapkan adalah 40 orang atlet bolabasket SMKN 7 Pekanbaru. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data penelitian adalah instrumen tes lay-up shoot bolabasket, dan instrumen tes konsentrasi. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji beda one-way Anova dan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan lay-up shoot bolabasket yang diberi perlakuan metode latihan drill dan metode latihan kooperatif; (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode latihan kooperatif dan konsentrasi terhadap kemampuan lay-up shoot bolabast; (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan kemampuan lay-upshoot bolabasket atlet konsentrasi tinggi dengan metode latihan drill dan kooperatif; serta (4) tidak terdapat perbedaan kemampuan lay-upshoot bolabasket atlet konsentrasi rendah dengan metode latihan drill dan kooperatif. Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of arm muscle strength, eye-hand coordination and concentration on the free throw ability of the Binuang Sakti basketball athletes in Sijunjung district. This research is a type of path analysis research. This research was carried out in the Sibinuang Sakti Basketball Court, Sijunjung Regency. The population comes from all basketball athletes in Sijunjung Regency totaling 41 people. The samples came from basketball athletes, totaling 26 people. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique was descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS version 16. The results showed that there was a significant effect of arm muscle strength, eye-hand coordination and concentration on the free throw ability of basketball athletes in Binuang Sakti, Sijunjung district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of massage, physiotherapy, and nutrision provision of recommended dietary allowances on the confidence of road race cycling athletes. This study's design employs a mixed methods approach, specifically a qualitative approach with a case study method and a quantitative one with an ex post facto method. The subject in this study included ten athletes who received massage, physiotherapy and recommended dietary allowances. Measurement of athlete self-confidence improvement following data collection via survey, massage, physiotherapy, and nutrition administration, followed by interviews with athletes. The data came from the results of in-depth interviews with individuals, specifically between interviewers and research respondents. In this study, researchers used a semi-structured interview method. This research analysis technique goes through the process of data reduction, data display, and verification. Data processing techniques use coding, data classification, categorization, analyzing units of meaning in categories, looking for relationships between categories, and making reports where the results of the analysis are suppressed in the form of draft research reports.The result of this study shows that the provision of massage manipulation has a confident effect on road race cycling athletes. Before being given a massage the athlete feels stiffness in the muscles and after being given the massage the athlete feels fitter. Physiotherapy can increase athletes' confidence through Exercise therapy and Thermotherapy (Heat therapy).  Providing nutritional needs based on recommended dietary allowances increases the confidence of Road Race Cycling Athletes

Abstract

Training programs in supporting an achievement are factors that need to be considered. The impact of these factors will result in the quality and quantity of skills possessed by athletes. This study aims to determine the effect of extensive interval training, intensive interval training, and motivation on the speed of swimming 50 meters freestyle of Agam Regency swimming athletes. This research method uses a quasi-experimental method that uses a treatment design by Level 2x2. The sample of this study was 16 Agam Regency swimming athletes. Swimming athletes' motivation data were measured using questionnaires to measure the speed of swimming 50 meters freestyle using the speed test of swimming speed 50 meters freestyle. Data analysis using two-path ANAVA at significance level α=0.05 and Shapiro-Wilk Sig. normality test 0.05 and continued with the Tukey test. The results of the data analysis showed that: (1) There is an overall difference in freestyle 50-meter swimming speed between the extensive interval training method and the intensive interval training method (Sig. 0.00 0.05) (2) There is an interaction between the interval training method and the motivation to train at the speed of the 50-meter freestyle swimming (Sig. 0.00 0.05) (3) In the highly trained training group, the extensive interval method is more effective than the intensive interval method (Sig. 0.003 0.05) (4) In the group that Having low training motivation, extensive exercise methods could not be different from the intensive interval method group (Sig. 0.057 0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of extensive interval training, intensive intervals, and training motivation on the speed of athletes swimming 50 meters freestyle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shooting practice methods with beef and game concepts on the basketball shooting results of extracurricular students of Islamic State Junior High School Rambah Technology. The research population of all students who participated in extracurricular SMP Islam Teknologi Rambah amounted to 40 people. The sample amounted to 40 people with a sampling technique, namely total sampling. The method used in this study is experimental (pretest postest design). The instrument used is a test to measure basketball shooting results. Data analysis techniques use normality tests and homogeneity tests. The results of this study are 1) There is a significant influence of the BEEF concept exercise on the basketball shooting results of extracurricular students of the Islamic State Junior High School Rambah Technology. 2) There is a significant influence of Game concept training on the basketball shooting results of extracurricular students of Islamic State Junior High School Rambah Technology. 3) There is a significant difference in the effect between BEEF and Game training on the basketball shooting results of extracurricular students of Islamic State Junior High School Rambah Technology. From the calculations that have been done, a t value of 0.892 was obtained, and it turned out to be smaller ttable 5%, which is 2.10. The BEEF concept exercise has a better effect on the basketball shooting results of extracurricular students of the Islamic State Junior High School of Rambah Technology. The increase in the ability of group 1 BEEF concept training was 51.1% and group 2 (the group that received the Game concept training treatment) was 36.1%. It was concluded that the BEEF concept exercise had a significant influence on improving the basketball shooting ability of extracurricular students of the Islamic State Junior High School of Rambah Technology compared to the Game concept exercise.

Abstract

Karate athletes must master mawashi geri. To maximize athlete performance, Resistance and Plyometric Training Methods must be used. This study examines how resistance and plyometric training affect Mawashi Geri's proficiency. Simalungun junior karate practitioner Putera Dojo Tako. A 2x2 factorial experimental design is used in this investigation. The study included 32 Simalungun-based junior karate athletes from Putera Dojo Tako. Grid concentration and mawashi geri kicking proficiency tests were used. Two-way ANOVA and the Tukey test were used to analyze the data. The research shows that resistance and plyometric training improve karate contestants' mawasahi geri kicks. Next, strength training and plyometric training affect karate athletes' mawasahi geri kick performance. At Dojo Tako in Simalungun, male junior karate participants' mawasahi geri kicks varied, especially when performed with attention and passion. Male junior karate athletes at Dojo Tako, Simalungun Regency, who received resistance and low-intensity plyometric training showed variances in mawasahi geri kicking proficiency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical activity, nutritional status and learning motivation on students' physical fitness. This type of quantitative research, with the research design carried out with a Path Analysis approach. The sample in this study amounted to 50 students, data was collected using the PAQ-C questionnaire to measure students' physical activity, and using the Nusantara Student Physical Fitness Test (TKPN) to measure students' nutritional status and physical fitness, while to measure learning motivation using questionnaires. Research Results (1). that physical activity on physical fitness is 30.91%. (2). The effect of nutritional status on physical fitness is 12.25%. (3). The effect of learning motivation on physical fitness is 5.56%. (4). The effect of physical activity through learning motivation on physical fitness is 11.25%. (5). The effect of nutritional status through learning motivation on physical fitness is 8.89%. This means that hypotheses related to the indirect influence of nutritional status through learning motivation on physical fitness are acceptable. (6). Physical activity, nutritional status and learning motivation affect physical fitness. The similarity of pathways from various physical activity, nutritional status, and learning motivation to affect physical fitness (X1, X2 and X3 to Y) is 92%. This figure shows that the magnitude of the influence of physical activity variables, nutritional status and learning motivation has a significant effect on physical fitness. Physical activity, nutritional status, and learning motivation had a significant influence on students' physical fitness, and the complex interactions between the three had a strong impact in the context of this study
