Abstract

Product innovation and the utilisation of local culture are significant in strengthening marketing strategies and encouraging the economic growth of MSMEs. This study aims to analyse the role of local culture-based product innovation and marketing strategies in improving the economic development of MSMEs in West Java Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population involved was MSME players in West Java, with a purposive sampling technique and a sample size of 200 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and structured interviews. The results showed that local culture-based product innovation has a significant positive influence on marketing strategies, thus contributing to the economic growth of MSMEs. This study emphasizes the importance of incorporating local culture into marketing strategies to enhance product attractiveness and the competitive position of MSMEs in the market. The study suggests that MSMEs should continue to develop locally culture-based product innovations and enhance their marketing strategies to maximize contributions to local economic growth, especially in the face of global challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan penumpang pada Kereta Api Ranggajati. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 105 responden yang merupakan penumpang KA Ranggajati rute Cirebon–Jember. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kualitas layanan (X1) yang mencakup lima dimensi SERVQUAL, dan harga (X2), sementara variabel dependen adalah kepuasan penumpang (Y). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, kualitas layanan dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,482 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel menjelaskan 48,2% variasi kepuasan penumpang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan yang konsisten serta penerapan harga yang sesuai dengan nilai yang dirasakan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan penumpang KA Ranggajati. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi masukan strategis bagi PT Kereta Api Indonesia dalam merancang kebijakan pelayanan dan tarif yang berorientasi pada pelanggan.Kata kunci: kualitas layanan, harga, kepuasan penumpang, Kereta Api Ranggajati. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on passenger satisfaction on the Ranggajati Train. The approach used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents who are passengers of the Ranggajati Train on the Cirebon-Jember route. The independent variables in this study consist of service quality (X1) which includes five dimensions of SERVQUAL, and price (X2), while the dependent variable is passenger satisfaction (Y). The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression through the SPSS version 22 application. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.482 indicates that both variables explain 48.2% of the variation in passenger satisfaction. This study concludes that consistent improvement in service quality and the application of prices that are in accordance with perceived value are very important to increase passenger satisfaction on the Ranggajati Train. These findings are expected to be strategic input for PT Kereta Api Indonesia in designing customer-oriented service and tariff policies.Keywords: service quality, price, passenger satisfaction, Ranggajati Train.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan literasi AI terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melibatkan 75 mahasiswa Universitas BSI Kampus Kramat 98 sebagai responden, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa baik penggunaan teknologi AI maupun tingkat literasi AI memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pencapaian akademik. Literasi AI terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat secara statistik dibandingkan penggunaan teknologi semata, karena turut mendorong pemahaman etis dan tanggung jawab akademik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan AI yang optimal dalam pendidikan tinggi harus dibarengi dengan pemahaman yang kritis dan etis. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi institusi pendidikan untuk mengintegrasikan literasi AI ke dalam kurikulum guna menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang adaptif, etis, dan berkualitas di era digital. Kata kunci: Artificial Intelligence, literasi AI, prestasi akademik, etika, pendidikan tinggi. Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and AI literacy on students’ academic achievement. Using a quantitative approach and involving 75 students from Universitas BSI, Kramat 98 Campus, the findings reveal that both AI usage and AI literacy positively impact academic performance. However, AI literacy demonstrates a stronger statistical effect, as it also promotes ethical understanding and academic responsibility. These results suggest that effective integration of AI in higher education requires not only access to technology but also critical and ethical awareness. Therefore, educational institutions are encouraged to incorporate AI literacy into the curriculum to foster adaptive, ethical, and high-quality learning environments in the digital era. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Sint Carolus Jakarta melalui empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard—keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif non-statistik dengan instrumen kuesioner skala Likert 1–5 kepada 100 perawat tetap sebagai sampel (purposive sampling). Hasil menunjukkan kecenderungan penilaian “setuju” dan “sangat setuju” yang mendominasi pada seluruh indikator, mengindikasikan capaian kinerja yang sangat positif pada keempat perspektif. Temuan ini menegaskan relevansi Balanced Scorecard sebagai alat evaluasi komprehensif untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan mutu layanan, efisiensi operasional, serta pengembangan SDM di rumah sakit. Keterbatasan studi meliputi cakupan unit profesi (fokus perawat) dan pendekatan analisis non-inferensial. Implikasi praktis diarahkan pada penguatan budaya efisiensi, service excellence, kepatuhan SOP, dan program pelatihan berjenjang. Kata kunci: Balanced Scorecard, kinerja karyawan, rumah sakit, service quality, SOP Abstract This study analyzes employee performance at Sint Carolus Hospital Jakarta using the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives—financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning & growth. A descriptive quantitative, non-statistical approach was applied, employing a 1–5 Likert scale questionnaire administered to 100 permanent nurses selected via purposive sampling. Results indicate predominantly “agree” and “strongly agree” responses across all indicators, reflecting highly positive performance in all four perspectives. The findings affirm the Balanced Scorecard as a comprehensive evaluation tool for continuous improvement in service quality, operational efficiency, and human resource development in hospitals. Limitations include a single profession focus (nurses) and non-inferential analysis. Practical implications emphasize efficiency culture, service excellence, SOP adherence, and tiered training programs. Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memiliki peran strategi dalam menentukan keberhasilan operasional dan daya saing perusahaan. Dua faktor utama yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Inter Kreasi Selaras Jakarta, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, melibatkan seluruh populasi sebanyak 50 orang sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan oleh nilai T hitung 2,131 dan 2,465 yang lebih besar dari T tabel 2,012 serta tingkat signifikansi 0,038 dan 0,017. Secara simultan, keduanya juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 12,126 > F tabel 3,20 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Persamaan regresi Y = 11,727 + 0,238 X1 + 0,272 X2 menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pada motivasi kerja maupun gaya kepemimpinan akan mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

There is an intriguing link between product quality and pricing to investigate because of the reciprocal effect they have on consumer satisfaction. This study's overarching goal is to dissect Jago Coffee in North Jakarta to determine how pricing and product quality interact to maximize consumer happiness. Clients of Jago Coffee in North Jakarta provided the main data. Using questionnaires as a data collecting tool, the researcher picked a sample size of 100 people to interview. The analytical techniques used included tests for reliability and validity as well as tests for multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. For the purpose of evaluating hypotheses, the t-test and the f-test were used. Collaboratively, the study's independent variables—product quality (9.712>1.660) and price (2.020>1, 660)—had t-values that were higher than the t-table value. Ultimately, consumer satisfaction is a dependent variable, and product quality and price are two independent factors that partly affect it.

Abstract

This study focuses on regional marketing strategies in West Java to address suboptimal economic development and to leverage local cultural potential in regional branding. The purpose of the research is to develop a conceptual model integrating visionary leadership, social transformation, and place identity to enhance investment readiness through the mediation of Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), with environmental sustainability and infrastructure support as moderating variables. The method employed is qualitative conceptual analysis and a review of literature and reliable documentary sources. The findings produce a conceptual model showing that successful regional marketing strategies require a holistic synergy of leadership, Sundanese cultural values, and social innovation supported by sustainable practices. The study’s contribution and novelty lie in the multidimensional integration of regional branding strategies, focusing on SCA and investment readiness. The study’s limitation is its conceptual nature, necessitating empirical validation and gradual policy implementation.

Abstract

PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pengoperasian jal tol yang dibawah naungan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Perseroan ini memeiliki bisnis usaha sendiri yakni JMTO, JMRB, JMTM. Tujuan dari maksud judul yang peneliti ambil yakni untuk melihat adakah atau tidak pengaruh yang dihasilkan dari perputaran modal kerja dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan dengan menggunakan data triwulan dari periode 2012-2021. Pada penelitian kali ini penulis menggunakan penelitian jenis kuantitatif yakni menggunakan uji penelitian berbasis IBM SPSS Statistic 26 dengan melakukan metode analisis data yakni uji determinasi dengan hasil 0,016 atau 1,6% yang memiliki arti jika hubungan variabel X terhadap variabel Y adalah lemah. Kemudian menggunakan metode koefisien korelasi memyatakan bahwa Si. F Change senilai 0,748 yang artinya tidak berkorelasi, kemudian untuk tingkat hubungan terdeteksi senilai 0,125 dan itu dapat diartikan jika hubungan tersebut sangat lemah. Kemudian pada pengujian terakhir yakni hasil yang dihasilkan lebih  rendah dari pada ketentuan dari  t Tabel dan f Hitung, yang dimana pengaruh  X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap  Y adalah sebesar 0,748  > 0,005  dan nilai F hitung 0,292 < 3,24 yang dapat dirtikan jika perputaran modal kerja dan current ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh yang simultan perhadap profitabilitas PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce business is increasingly influenced by modern lifestyle with changes in international activities and industries. Factors in the development of e-commerce can be caused by the increasing number of entrepreneurs in recent years, the shift from traditional businesses to digital according to needs and increasingly broad competitors. This study uses quantitative research. This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, social media engagement, and customer trust on E-Commerce Customer Loyalty. This study focuses on E-Commerce users in Indonesia, by applying the Non-Probability Sampling technique to determine the sample obtained as many as 120 respondents. The results of this study have found that digital marketing, social media engagement, and customer trust have an effect on e-commerce customer loyalty.

Abstract

Green entrepreneurial education and motivation are critical because they foster a mentality oriented toward sustainability and environmental responsibility, which is necessary for creating green entrepreneurial purposes. This study examines the influence of green entrepreneurial education and green entrepreneurial motivation on green entrepreneurial intention among students at IPB University Business School. The study used a quantitative research design with a case study approach. Data collected by the questionnaire was distributed to 109 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. Data processing begins by conducting instrument quality tests, which include validity and reliability tests. Then the classic assumption test is run to ensure the model used does not have econometric problems. The t test and the F test are used to test the hypothesis. The findings show that partially, there is a positive and substantial impact of GEE on the formation of students' GEI (t calculated value 6.753 > t table 1.982). Partially, GEM has a positive and significant influence on GEI (t calculated 6.753 > t table 1.982). Simultaneously, GEE and GEM have a positive and substantial impact on GEI (F statistic is 1062.270, which is more than the F table 3.03). This study provides valuable insights for educational institutions to enhance support for students in developing green entrepreneurial intentions and initiatives.
