Abstract

Information is one of the important things in an agency, company, organization, institution and environment that is outside the system. The current Bengkulu City DPRD Secretariat in terms of finding information on the DPRD Secretariat data is still simple and there is no support system that can facilitate and search for data about employees, so we need a fast, precise and accurate system that can be useful for employees to find out administrative data and information. staff at the DPRD Secretariat. Therefore, the author intends to design a personnel information system at the Bengkulu City DPRD Secretariat. It is hoped that it can be used to find out information about the Bengkulu City DPRD Secretariat. This system is designed using MySQL Database and PHP Programming Language. And overall this information system can help users to find out information about the Bengkulu City DPRD Secretariat.

Abstract

Mail server is one of the most widely used server functions in a school or other company. This is because the email function itself can reduce the cost of correspondence using paper, is faster and more efficient than manual communication and uses attachments that are useful as complements and additional documents related to the contents of the email. Mail Server implementation is done offline by installing on a server that has been prepared. There are 2 operating systems that will be used in the implementation of this mail server, namely for the server (Windows Server 2012) and for the client (Windows 10). The mail server uses Exchange Server 2010 installed on the server (Windors Server 2012). In its application using wireless router with 1 laptop will be used as a server and 2 client laptops, so that the results of the shipment that will be sent to the recipient are automatically stored on the server. While the client accesses the message reception and sends the message. Based on the tests that have been done, if you enter the appropriate username and password, you can enter mail so you can send messages or receive messages from the server to the client and the system is able to send or reply emails from one account to another.

Abstract

PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah is one of the companies that manages palm oil production. In the palm oil industry there is a collection of information that can be extracted and developed for the advancement of the industry. The data has been processed using the office application package, namely Microsoft Excel. However, the data is only for filing for PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah and was not reviewed for information in the data. Application of Prediction of Total Palm Oil Production Results at PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah was created using the Visual Basic.Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database by applying the Extreme Learning Machine Method. In the application of the Extreme Learning Machine Method, predictions are made to determine the amount of production for 12 months in 2021 based on trend data analysis of palm oil production for 12 months in 2020. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Prediction Application for the Amount of Palm Oil Production at PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah is successfully carried out, and can provide predictive information on the amount of palm oil production for 12 months in the following year, as well as the functionality of the application has been running as expected

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a network analysis of the Virtual Private Network Point To Point Tunneling Protocol at the UPTD of the Bengkulu Province Cooperatives and SMEs Training Center. to carry out activities that occur on the wifi network at the UPTD Cooperatives and UKM Training Center Bengkulu Province and also as one of the requirements for obtaining a bachelor's degree in the Department of Informatics, Dehasen Bengkulu University. The research method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method which aims at the process of making and designing a Virtual Private Network Point To Point Tunneling Protocol using a mikrotik RB951Ui-2HnD. The process of making and designing is how to connect the proxy with a computer then by making a remote access remote from the mikrotik location using the Winbox application. Mikrotik can configure a network that is needed on the UPTD network of the Bengkulu Province Cooperatives and SMEs Education and Training Center by applying remote access remotely, the remote results and security when logging in to the Mikrotik connection can be done by applying the network login and password display so that it is secure when connecting to the mikrotik. and can make it easier for us to operate the mikrotik network remotely and safely.

Abstract

The use of GDSS in concentration selection using TOPSIS method offers a systematic and data-driven approach to group decision-making. This enables more informed decisions that are widely accepted by all group members, thereby enhancing satisfaction and achieving better outcomes. This new system will be designed to be web-based using PHP and MySQL with computerized programs. Based on the results of the design, implementation, and testing of Group Decision Support System (GDSS) for selecting student concentrations using TOPSIS method, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1.GDSS system that was developed successfully helped the process of selecting student study concentrations objectively and efficiently. By considering various criteria (academic grades, student interests, lecturer recommendations, job opportunities, facilities), the system was able to recommend the right concentration choices. 2.TOPSIS method proved to be effective in calculating concentration alternatives based on the principle of distance from positive and negative ideal solutions. 3.The use of the system accelerates the decision-making process. The average time required to determine a concentration has decreased drastically from approximately 1–2 days (manually) to less than 20 minutes with the system's assistance. 4.The implementation of a web-based GDSS makes the system more flexible and easily accessible to all parties involved, including faculty, students, and administrators

Abstract

Hotel Adeeva is one of the hotels in Bengkulu City that provides various services, such as room rental, meeting money rental, party money rental, restaurant and others. The computer network at Hotel Adeeva Bengkulu City is currently connected to the internet network, the utilization of the LAN network, especially the internet at Hotel Adeeva Bengkulu City is not optimal, because it is still used for staff and employees, while guests cannot enjoy it. This study aims to implement wireless LAN authentication using the PHP API at Hotel Adeeva Bengkulu City. The study uses a quantitative experimental method. With the existence of a wireless LAN authentication system using the PHP API, it is hoped that the LAN network, especially the internet, can be enjoyed by all (staff, employees and guests). So that it adds value to the services at Hotel Adeeva. The Wireless LAN authentication system based on the PHP API uses the Mikhmon application, so that it can manage users in terms of bandwidth, users and active duration

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has encouraged various sectors, including education, to adapt in terms of information dissemination. SDIT Insan Madani of Bengkulu City, as an Islamic educational institution, still faces obstacles in promotion and information dissemination, which has so far been done manually. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a school website as an effective and efficient medium for information and promotion. The system development method used is the waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The website was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The main features of this website include registration information, school activities, student achievements, subject data, and school agendas. The result of this study is an online-accessible school website that helps the institution deliver information quickly, accurately, and efficiently. It is expected that the system will improve the quality of information services and support the school's digital promotion efforts.

Abstract

The admissions of New student are an important process that determines the quality of students at a school. Until now, the selection process for prospective students at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City, particularly in the Computer Network and Telecommunications Engineering (TJKT) program, has been carried out manually, which is time-consuming and prone to subjectivity in decision-making. To overcome this, this study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for new student admissions using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which can help schools determine eligible prospective students more quickly, accurately, and objectively. This system was developed using PHP programming language with MySQL database and tested using the black box method to ensure that all functions ran as required. The results of testing 15 prospective new student data for the 2025/2026 academic year showed that the system was able to display the calculation results automatically and provide recommendations on eligibility for admission. From this test, 7 prospective students were accepted and 8 prospective students were not accepted..
