Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of NPF, BOPO, and CKPN on the ROA of Sharia Business Unit in Indonesia. The type of research data with secondary data is sourced from the Financial Ratios of Islamic Business Unit and Islamic Business Unit Operations through the publication of The Sharia Indonesia Banking Statistics, Financial Services Authority (SPS-OJK). The SPS-OJK is is a publication media that provides data regarding the Sharia banking industry in Indonesia. The research sample was taken periodically in the form of monthly data from January 2020 to August 2023. At least, the amount of data that can be further analyzed is 44 data. Sampling technique with simple random sampling. The results of the research are as follows: (1) The estimation model shows an R2 value of 0,893 which represents the value of the coefficient of determination. This means that 89,30% of the dependent variable variation is able to be explained by the independent variable in this model. The remaining 10,70% is explained by other causes that are not included in the model; (2) The regression model on the independent variable simultaneously influence the dependent variable, so that the independent variable regression model can be used to predict the dependent variable; and (3) This research produced output that NPF, BOPO, and CKPN have an influential and are significant on the ROA of Sharia Business Unit in Indonesia.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the Islamic learning process is influenced by the environment, learning materials, educators, learning strategies, media and social background of students. In general In the process of Islamic education there are still many problems that are the target of education Islam, namely the awareness of students to practice Islamic law, faith, piety and morality noble in the process of life has not reached its target. Education provides sensibility assistance students in such a way that in their pattern of life they are able to take steps and decision-making, as well as their approach to science regulated in a very deep Islamic ethics. The learning process is an activity for teach students. To educate students, various equipment is needed including the selection, determination and development of methods based on conditions existing learning. The learning process can help students obtain information, ideas, skills, values, ways of thinking, means of self-expression of students and ways Study.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam mempunyai arti sangat penting bagi perkembangan anak, khususnya remaja yaitu sebagai pondasi yang bertujuan meningkatkan keimanan dan ketakwaan dan pengamalan ajaran Islam dari pesarta didik. Pendidikan Agama Islam hendaknya menjadi perhatian khusus dalam pembentukan karakter remaja dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja. Kenyataan sehari-hari menunjukan bahwa peserta didik dalam usia remaja masih banyak ditemukan yang melakukan kenakalan sebagian tidak mematuhi peraturan yang berlaku di rumah, sekolah maupun lingkungan masyarakat.. Bentuk-bentuk kenakalan yang ada berbentuk kenakalan yang bersifat pergroup seperti perkelahian antar pelajar, kebu-tkebutan, kelompok memalak dan sebagainya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kenakalan remaja yaitu faktor pribadi, keluarga, sekolah dan lingkungan. Pendidikan Agama Islam yang diberiakan secara maksimal untuk meminimalisir adanya kenakalan remaja. Usaha usaha preventif untuk menanggulangi kenakalan remaja seperti mengikutsertakan remaja tersebut dalam kegiatan keagamaan serta kegiatan positif lainnya sehingga dapat membentuk karakter yang positif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of vocabulary learning methods in Arabic language instruction at SMP Islam Al Fadli Medan. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from five Arabic language teachers. The findings indicate that teachers employ interactive methods, such as language games, to enhance student interest. Additionally, the integration of technology, like digital learning applications, aids students in better remembering vocabulary. However, challenges such as limited resources and diverse student abilities persist. Teachers need to adjust methods to accommodate all students' needs and enhance professional training for effective teaching. In conclusion, interactive methods in vocabulary instruction have significant potential to improve the quality of Arabic language teaching. This research is expected to serve as a reference for further development in Arabic teaching at the secondary school level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pelatihan manajemen dan keuangan syariah terhadap pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Tanjung Gusta. Pelatihan ini difokuskan pada peningkatan pemahaman manajemen usaha dan pengelolaan keuangan berbasis prinsip syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei terhadap pelaku UMKM yang telah mengikuti pelatihan Pendekatan survei merupakan salah satu metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan data dari sejumlah besar responden dengan tujuan memahami pandangan, pendapat, atau perilaku mereka terkait suatu fenomena atau isu tertentu. Survei yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara terstruktur, di mana responden menjawab serangkaian pertanyaan yang telah dirancang sebelumnya Data yang dikumpulkan dari survei  dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif , tergantung pada tujuan penelitian. Teknik deskriptif memberikan gambaran umum mengenai data, seperti frekuensi, rata-rata, atau persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun rencana bisnis, mengelola sumber daya secara efisien, serta memisahkan keuangan pribadi dan usaha. Pelaku usaha juga menunjukkan peningkatan akses terhadap pembiayaan berbasis syariah, yang membantu mereka memperluas usaha dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Namun, tantangan masih ada, terutama dalam adopsi teknologi dan keterbatasan modal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan manajemen dan keuangan syariah berkontribusi positif terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM, namun diperlukan dukungan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan untuk memastikan keberlanjutannya.

Abstract

This community service research aims to examine the role of lecturers in building religious moderation in the HKBP Nommensen University Medan environment. In the context of a pluralistic society, universities have a strategic responsibility to instill the values of tolerance, inclusiveness, and peace through higher education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that lecturers at UHN Medan generally have a good understanding of the concept of religious moderation, which is reflected in the integration of the values of tolerance and diversity in learning, providing role models in social interactions, and active participation in interfaith activities. However, the implementation of the values of religious moderation still faces a number of challenges, such as interfaith stereotypes, limited multicultural pedagogy, and lack of institutional policy support. This study recommends strategies to strengthen the role of lecturers through ongoing training, development of inclusive curriculum, collaboration between faculties and religions, and the creation of a campus culture that supports the values of moderation. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of lecturers as agents of change in creating a peaceful and tolerant academic environment amidst diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to understand religious moderation education for early childhood at Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard Malaysia. The research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, display, and verification. The results show that early religious moderation education is needed to prevent children's behavior that does not align with religious teachings in the educational environment. The education is carried out by instilling awareness about religious diversity, teaching the values of religious tolerance, using engaging learning media, conducting practical religious moderation activities in the classroom, and encouraging parental participation. Strengthening religious moderation in early childhood includes four aspects of religious moderation: instilling national commitment, strengthening tolerance, anti-violence, and introducing and preserving local culture. Strengthening religious moderation needs to be taught to children from an early age so that they can develop moderate traits from a young age.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in shaping students’ character in the digital era at SMK Negeri 1 Binjai. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through classroom observations, religious activities, interviews with PAI teachers, and questionnaires distributed to 50 tenth-grade students. The findings reveal that PAI plays a crucial role in instilling key character values, including discipline, honesty, responsibility, religiosity, and digital ethics. PAI teachers utilized interactive media, educational videos, and digital Qur’an applications, which enhanced students’ enthusiasm and facilitated better understanding of the subject matter. Based on the questionnaire results, 83% of students stated that PAI improved their discipline, 77% reported being more cautious in using social media, and 87% acknowledged that PAI fostered a greater sense of responsibility toward themselves and others. However, 60% of students still struggled to control their gadget usage, particularly for entertainment and online games. This indicates the need for continuous guidance and supervision from both teachers and parents. Overall, the study emphasizes that the effectiveness of PAI in the digital era depends on teachers’ competence in integrating technology, the role of exemplary behavior, and strong collaboration between schools and families. Therefore, PAI not only serves as a medium for delivering religious values but also as a vital instrument for shaping Islamic character, enabling students to face moral and social challenges in the digital age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlak Islami di kalangan siswa SMK Swasta PAB 12 Saentis. Di tengah arus globalisasi dan digitalisasi, fenomena degradasi moral pada generasi muda semakin nyata terlihat, seperti rendahnya kedisiplinan, kurangnya rasa hormat kepada guru, serta lemahnya tanggung jawab sosial. Guru PAI memiliki posisi strategis, bukan hanya sebagai penyampai ilmu agama, tetapi juga sebagai figur teladan dan pembentuk karakter melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, serta pendekatan dialogis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai akhlak Islami seperti kejujuran, rasa hormat, tanggung jawab, empati, dan kedisiplinan dapat tertanam secara efektif apabila pembelajaran dikaitkan dengan contoh-contohkehidupan nyata, ditopang oleh keteladanan guru, serta didukung oleh rutinitas keagamaan di sekolah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran PAI, apabila dikemas dengan pendekatan humanis dan kontekstual, mampu menjadi media efektif dalam proses internalisasi akhlak Islami sekaligus pendidikan karakter bagi siswa.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji peran Penelitian Kelas dan Praktik (PKP) sebagai strategi komprehensif untuk meningkatkan iman dan akhlak siswa dalam pendidikan Islam. Dengan mengintegrasikan praktik kelas yang reflektif, nilai-nilai keagamaan, serta pembinaan moral, PKP menempatkan kelas sebagai ruang transformatif di mana pembelajaran akademik dan pembentukan karakter saling berinteraksi. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui kajian literatur dan refleksi praktik mengajar, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKP efektif dalam menginternalisasikan nilai Qur’ani, memperkuat hubungan guru-siswa, serta menumbuhkan pembelajaran partisipatif yang melatih tanggung jawab, kejujuran, empati, dan disiplin. PKP terbukti tidak hanya meningkatkan capaian akademik, tetapi juga menjadi instrumen penting dalam membentuk integritas moral dan kesadaran spiritual siswa.
