Abstract

Desa wisata berbasis masyarakat kini telah menjadi perhatian dunia karena dampaknya yang luar biasauntuk memperkuat pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal serta meningkatkan tanggung jawab sosial secaraberkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali makna kemandirian masyarakat desa wisatakarena merupakan salah satu indikator utama kemajuan desa wisata berbasis masyarakat. Penelitian inimengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) untukmenyelidiki makna pengalaman masyarakat, dari aktivitas inter-subyektif dalam proses hermeneutikganda antara peneliti dan orang yang mengalaminya. Wawancara semi terstruktur dilakukan dengandelapan (8) subjek penelitian dari masyarakat desa wisata. Kajian ini menunjukkan makna kemandirianmasyarakat dalam hal: (1) kemandirian masyarakat; (2) integritas; (3) komitmen masyarakat; (4)ketahanan masyarakat; (5) keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini terbatas pada penduduk desa wisata Pentingsaridi Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Desa ini bertumpu pada kesederhanaan dan alam, serta kemandirianmasyarakat, sehingga menjadi contoh desa wisata mandiri di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Pariwisata berbasis Masyarakat; Desa Wisata; Kemandirian Masyarakat; PemberdayaanMasyarakat; Analisis Fenomenologi Interpretasi.

Abstract

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar saat ini dibutuhkan perangkat lunak yang dapat berjalan maksimal di berbagai perangkat android. Pada workshop ini menggunakan pemrograman android dengan kotlin beserta ragam dan implementasi algoritma kompleksitas teknologi informasi sehingga dalam pengembangan aplikasi android yakni Kotlin dapat melakukan analisis performa pada aplikasi yang dibangun dengan masing-masing bahasa pemrograman tersebut. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan mengukur performa aplikasi pada saat aplikasi berjalan di perangkat android dengan mengoperasikan fitur-fitur yang tersedia pada aplikasi tersebut. Contoh Masalah yang dihadapi yaitu menentukan paket promosi. Untuk menemukan pola-pola kebiasaan makan pelanggan maka dibutuhkan algoritma apriori yang mengasosiasi antar-menu atau preferensi kombinasi makanan yang sering dibeli bersamaan, maka berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan pengukuran dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahasa pemrograman Kotlin memiliki performa yang lebih baik dengan kotlin beserta ragam dan implementasi algoritma kompleksitas teknologi informasi sehingga dalam pengembangan aplikasi android yakni Kotlin dapat melakukan analisis performa pada aplikasi yang dibangun dengan masing-masing bahasa pemrograman tersebut.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia now does not only emphasize students' academic grades. But it also emphasizes student skills, builds student character, and also increases learning motivation. This aims to ensure that education in Indonesia is not only based on numbers. Since ancient times, people have judged that smart students are students who get high grades. However, in the current era, education does not only look at high scores. Smart and outstanding students are considered to be able to apply the knowledge they gain while at school. So, students really understand how to apply the knowledge they gain in everyday life. That way, the knowledge he gets will be more useful.

Abstract

Technological developments and competition in the fashion business are increasingly rapid, companies must be able to adapt quickly to changes. Technological transformation is the right step to respond to the changes that occur. Companies and individuals within them are required to carry out digital transformation. The aim of this activity is to provide education and training in order to improve the ability of MSME players in implementing point of sales (POS) applications in one of the fashion companies (clothing lines) in Bandung City, West Java Province. The method used in this training is in the form of a seminar or workshop with 20 participants and is carried out over two days. The main theme in this training activity is to find out the impact of implementing the point of sales (POS) application on sales figures and the impact of implementing the point of sales (POS) application on company profits. Not a few companies have implemented the use of point of sales (POS) applications to be able to adapt to these changes. Digital transformation cannot be done that simply, but requires understanding and how to manage digital transformation effectively. The benefit of research is to provide references and information to stakeholders in the fashion company (clothing line).

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy, but many business actors still face challenges in systematic and transparent financial records. The Pituin Coffee House, as one of the MSMEs in the culinary sector, faces obstacles in managing bookkeeping effectively. Therefore, digital financial bookkeeping training and assistance are carried out using the YouTap POS application to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial records. The methods used in this activity include training sessions, hands-on practice, and intensive mentoring to ensure optimal understanding and implementation. The results of this program show that the use of the YouTap POS application is able to improve financial management skills, make it easier to monitor transactions, and support better business decision-making. With the digitization of bookkeeping, it is hoped that MSMEs such as The Pituin Coffee House can be more developed and competitive in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the transformation of Islamic Spiritual Activities (Rohis) in shaping religious moderation in the school environment. The approach used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), by capturing data from various national scientific articles through databases such as Google Scholar and Garuda. Data collection was carried out using keywords related to "Rohis", "religious moderation", and "Islamic education" in the 2015–2024 period. Of the total 85 articles found, screening was carried out based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 25 articles were obtained that were further analyzed. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis, which groups information into large patterns and themes related to Islamic values and moderation coaching strategies. The results of the study show that Rohis' activities have changed from a symbolic-ritual approach to a more contextual and responsive coaching model to the digital era. The Islamic values developed are not only normative, but also adaptive to the social dynamics of students. This study recommends the integration of digital and thematic approaches in the development of Rohis to be more effective in instilling the value of religious moderation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee work productivity at Pucuk Jaya Limited Liability Company (PT) Batu Engau District, Paser Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees at PT. Pucuk Jaya Batu Engau District, Paser Regency, totaling 153 people. In this study, the sampling technique used was the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The sample taken by the researcher was 25% x 153, the result was 38.25 rounded up to 38 respondents. The techniques used in calculating data analysis in this study were validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t test. The test results show that the work stress variable has an effect on employee work productivity, this is proven by the calculated t value of 8.507 with a significant value of 0.05>0.000 when compared to the t table value of 1.68830, then the calculated t> t table is (8.507>1.68830).

Abstract

The integration of Western psychology and Islamic perspectives has become an important issue in the development of contemporary science and education. The rapid advancement of modern psychology calls for a synthesis with the epistemological framework of Islam to be more contextual in addressing academic and practical needs, particularly in the fields of education, counseling, and character development. This article aims to answer the research question: How is the trend of integration between Western psychology and Islamic perspectives in the current literature, and what are the implications for Islamic education theory and practice? This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach. Articles were collected via Google Scholar and the Publish or Perish application using the keywords "integration of psychology" AND "Islamic education." From the initial 40 articles, the screening process resulted in 5 (five) articles that met the publication year criteria (2021–2025), topic relevance, and open access. The review results show three main themes: (1) epistemological integration emphasizing the Islamization of knowledge; (2) the application of Islamic psychology in education, counseling, and curriculum; and (3) conceptual and practical challenges in connecting Western psychology with the Islamic paradigm. This literature synthesis highlights the importance of an integrative framework to strengthen the relevance of Islamic psychology in both academic and social domains. Future studies need to expand empirical methodologies and deepen the development of cross-disciplinary applicative models.
