Abstract

Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan penyakit kelainan metabolik yang disebabkan oleh gangguan kerja insulin. DM ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar glukosa darah (hiperglikemia).. Pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah meliputi Kadar glukosa darah berupa Glukosa Darah Puasa (GDP), Glukosa Darah 2 jam postprandial (GPP), dan HbA1c wajib diperiksa pada pasien DM setidaknya selama 3 bulan sekali untuk mengontrol kualitas pengendalian kadar gula darah jangka panjang dan menilai efektifitas obat. Pengendalian kadar glukosa darah dilakukan dengan menggunakan oral antidiabetik (OAD). Penggunaan terapi kombinasi OAD lebih efektif dalam mengkontrol kadar glukosa darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan efektivitas kombinasi metformin – glimepirid dengan metformin – akarbosa terhadap kadar glukosa darah. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional deskriptif dengan metode pengambilan data secara retrospektif terhadap 133 data rekam medis pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kedua kombinasi tidak berbeda bermakna dalam menurunkan kadar gula darah (p= 0,064).

Abstract

Hydroponic farming offers an efficient and sustainable solution for modern agriculture, although main-taining stable nutrient levels remains a key challenge. Previous systems often exhibited high overshoot and were unable to adapt to external changes or disturbances, and no existing research has adaptively regulated nutrient levels based on the plant’s growth stage. Therefore, this study aims to develop a smart nutrient monitoring and control system for hydroponics using a Sugeno-type fuzzy logic controller inte-grated with an IoT-based application. Unlike prior systems that rely on fixed setpoints or only address nutrient deficiency, this system dynamically adjusts nutrient and water levels based on real time sensor data and plant growth phase. The system utilizes nutrient, water level, and temperature sensors connected to an ESP32 microcontroller, with fuzzy logic determining solenoid valve activation duration. The control system achieved stable regulation with zero overshoot, a settling time of 840 seconds, and effective recov-ery from nutrient disturbances. Growth tests on celery showed a 102.6% improvement in height, 275% in stem diameter, and 112.5% in leaf width compared to manual control. IoT monitoring via a mobile appli-cation ensured real time visibility of hydroponic parameters. These results demonstrate the system’s ca-pability to maintain optimal nutrient levels, improve control precision, and enhance plant productivity.

Abstract

Basreng (fried meatballs) is one of popular Sundanese snacks that is highly favored by the Indonesian people. Its savory flavor, crunchy texture, and long shelf life make it a favorite snack choice among various groups. In Madiredo Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency, there is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) called Della Muda, led by Atik Muda. This MSME has a unique innovation in producing basreng made from vegetables, with a production capacity of up to 30 kilograms per batch. However, in practice, the business faces challenges during the oil-draining stage, which is still done manually. This process not only takes a considerable amount of time but can also affect the final quality of the product, such as its texture and shelf life.As a solution to this problem, appropriate technology in the form of an Automatic Oil Drainer Machine is applied. This technology works on the principle of centrifugal force, which can speed up and optimize the oil-draining process from fried products. The machine is designed using food-grade stainless steel material, which is rust-resistant, easy to clean, and safe for use in both household and small-scale industries. The implementation of this machine is expected to make the production process more efficient and improve product quality. This will certainly have a positive impact on increasing the productivity of Della Muda MSME, maintaining the consistency of taste and texture of basreng, and indirectly supporting the economic growth of the surrounding community through the strengthening of local businesses based on technological innovation.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut inovasi dalam pembelajaran, terutama untuk mengakomodasi gaya belajar visual siswa yang masih kurang terfasilitasi dalam metode konvensional. Untuk mengembangkan dan menilai kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis Edpuzzle dalam meningkatkan presentase minat peserta didik untuk belajar pada mata pelajaran Informatika SMP penelitian perlu dilakukan. Research dan Development (RD) adalah metode yang dipilih dengan model ADDIE, melibatkan satu guru pamong sebagai validator dan 30 siswa kelas 7.4 SMPN 23 Malang sebagai subjek uji coba. Ahli materi memvalidasi dengan skor 92,5% dengan hasil kategori  pada kriteria Sangat Baik, sedangkan ahli media memvalidasi dengan skor 88,3 % dengan  hasil kategori  pada kriteria Sangat Baik dan respon peserta didik hasilnya 82,1 % dengan hasil kategori pada kriteria Baik. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran yang menggunakan Edpuzzle layak digunakan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan presentase minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study began with students who had difficulty in understanding and remembering formulas in Microsoft Excel, this caused students to feel bored and less enthusiastic in learning formulas using guidebooks, even though students were allowed to bring cell phones to school. The study was conducted to develop learning media on number processing material that has validity, practicality, and effectiveness in learning. The ADDIE model in Research and Development (R&D) was used as a method using questionnaires and questionnaires for data collection. The trial subjects involved 15 7th grade students of SMPN 23 Malang. The validation results by material and media experts showed a very high level of feasibility with scores of 97.5% each for material validation and 100% for media validation. The practicality of the media was shown from the student's response that the media was very feasible with a score of 85.33%. The effectiveness of the media was seen from the N-Gain value which showed an influence of 0.657 in the moderate category and an increase in student learning outcomes from an average score of 51.55 to an average score of 83.33. Thus, the developed learning media is proven to be very feasible, practical, and effective in improving students' understanding of number processing material. Follow-up of this research can be done with wider trials and the development of more interactive media features.
