Abstract

This study aims to develop a product in the form of Nearpod-assisted learning media that was developed. The research method uses Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The object of this study is Nearpod-assisted learning media for lithosphere dynamics material for class X IPS and geography subject teachers. The results of this study are that the development of Nearpod-assisted learning media has passed a validity test by product experts who got a percentage value of 84.28%, then a trial by material/content experts who got a percentage of 82.85% and finally by a validator learning expert who got a percentage of 90%. The results of student responses to Nearpod-assisted learning media in geography learning were tested twice, namely limited tests and general tests. The limited test on 15 students and got a result of 90.66%, while the general test on all 28 students got a result of 87.85%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul pembelajaran berbasis Story map pada materi Flora dan Fauna. Story map merupakan suatu layanan berbasis online yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam penyusunan media pembelajaran yang berhubungan dengan materi Flora dan Fauna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE sebagai pendekatan dalam menyusun media pembelajaran tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kriteria penilaian untuk mengetahui kelayakan media dari ahli materi, ahli media, dan guru geografi serta respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan angket. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli mata pelajaran. Modul pembelajaran ini di ujicobakan dengan skala terbatas dan skala general pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Limboto dengan menggunakan angket, skala terbatas ini di ujicobakan pada siswa kelas XI IPS 1 dengan jumlah siswa yang hadir 25 siswa, sedangkan skala general di ujicobakan pada siswa kelas XI IPS 2 dan 3 dengan jumlah keseluruhan siswa yang hadir 54 siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengelola kawasan ekowisata berbasis budaya Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan/edukasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang kepariwisataan dan kawasan ekowisata, pelestarian budaya daerah berbasis kearifan local masyarakat, serta adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap kesenian tradisional, budaya dan adat istiadat berbasis kearifan local yang akan menarik wisatawan. Peserta dapat mengetahui dasar teori serta prosedur kerja yang dilakukan pembuatan cinderamata dan ole-ole makanan khas serta memperoleh pengetahuan dalam pembuatan media sosial lainnya seperti Instagram facebook, blog, leaflet, selebaran, spanduk dan baliho untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya

Abstract

This whale shark tourism is the best tourism in Gorontalo province, this tourism attracts many tourists to visit and enjoy the beach. This study aims to determine the impact of whale shark tourism on the socio-culture of coastal communities. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection through a questionnaire survey. The results of the study showed an increase in the community's economy by 20-30% from 70% of respondents who answered the questionnaire survey. For environmental awareness, the community participated in conservation, as many as 60% of respondents were active in environmental conservation programs after participating in whale shark tourism socialization. Changes in social norms 40% of respondents experienced changes in traditions and social norms due to interaction with tourists and environmental conditions 55% of respondents were aware of an increase in environmental pollution and pressure on natural resources since whale shark tourism was opened. So it can be concluded that there are positive and negative impacts including increasing community economic income, increasing awareness of environmental conservation, changes in local cultural values ​​and pressure on natural resources.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dan menjaga keberlanjutan ekosistem mangrove sehingga dapat memberdayakan komunitas local, karang taruna dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat Desa Hutamonu. Oleh karena itu perlu pengelolaan kawasan ekowisata mangrove berbasis kearifan local untuk mendukung konservasi lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan/edukasi, seminar dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mahasiswa KKN Tematik UNG merintis kawasan ekowisata mangrove yang ada di pantai Wulungo Botu dan melaksanakan seminar pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mengelola kawasan ekowisata mangrove dan konservasi lingkungan, dapat disimpulkan yaitu terciptanya Kawasan ekowisata mangrove dan diberi nama Ekowisata Mangrove “WULUNGO BOTU”. Kawasan ekowisata mangrove yang dirintis oleh mahasiswa KKNT UNG sangat bermanfaat untuk menjaga keberlanjutan ekosistem mangrove sehingga dapat memberdayakan komunitas local, karang taruna dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat Desa Hutamonu. Peserta seminar pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mengelola kawasan ekowisata mangrove dan konservasi lingkungan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang pemahaman masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat untuk mengelola ekosistem mangrove secara berkelanjutan, serta memperkenalkan praktik-praktik ekowisata yang mendukung pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Urgensi kegiatan ini yaitu pentingnya membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitigasi bencana gempa bumi melalui simulasi evakuasi, mengingat wilayah Tutuyan merupakan daerah rawan gempa yang belum sepenuhnya memahami prosedur evakuasi yang tepat. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapsiagaan siswa menghadapi bencana khususnya gempa bumi melalui pendekatan sosialisasi dan simulasi secara langsung. Metode: Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pre-test, penyampaian materi, praktik simulasi evakuasi, serta post-test. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebelum kegiatan, seluruh siswa belum memahami langkah evakuasi yang benar. Namun, setelah dilakukan kegiatan simulasi, sebanyak 20 dari 23 siswa telah memahami secara baik, sementara 3 siswa lainnya baru memahami sebagian. Kesimpulan: Melalui kegiatan ini dapat diketahui bahwa metode simulasi mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan siswa dalam menghadapi potensi bencana gempa bumi.

Abstract

The use of technology is increasingly on the rise, and the importance of information technology is also manifested in various aspects of life, such as in communication, access to information, and also in the learning process.Interactive learning platforms can be effective teaching tools to enhance student understanding and retention, one of which is Edpuzzle.The purpose of this research is to develop geography learning media using Edpuzzle on the topic of geographic information systems (GIS).Analyzing the feasibility of the media as a geography learning tool.This research is a development and research study, also known as Research and Development (RD).The development model used is the ADDIE development model, which has 5 stages including analysis, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.In the first stage or development stage, the learning media using eddpuzzle was evaluated by several validators and 30 students from class X at SMA Negeri 6 Gorontalo City.The assessment results by subject matter experts were 85.71% (very feasible), the media expert assessment was 82.67% (very feasible), while the geography teacher's assessment reached 90% (very feasible) and the student assessment obtained 87.33% (very feasible).Based on the assessment results from the validators and students, it can be concluded that the Development of Geography Learning Media on Geographic Information System (GIS) Material to Improve the Learning Outcomes of Class X Students at SMA Negeri 6 Gorontalo CityUsing Edpuzzle is already suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop wordwall-based learning media integrated with google classroom on lithospheric dynamics material at SMA Negeri 5 North Gorontalo. The model used is the ADDIE development model, whose research includes 5 stages including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of research on the development of learning media based on wordwall integrated google classroom on the material of lithospheric dynamics show the assessment of material experts which is 81% very feasible, the assessment of media experts 89% very feasible, the assessment of geography teachers 92% very feasible and the results of product trials on class X students of SMA Negeri 5 North Gorontalo. the results of student responses to learning media using Wordwall natural disaster mitigation material, namely by using a limited test of 78% and a general test getting 86%. So that learning media using Wordwall integrated Google Classroom can be used in the learning process in class related to natural disaster mitigation material. The conclusion of this research is that learning media is declared feasible to use in the learning process

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the tourism potential of the marine park in Olele Village to be feasibly developed as a tourist attraction in Bone Bolango Regency. This is qualitative research, also known as the naturalistic method, because the research is conducted in natural conditions. It is often also called the interpretive method because the research data is more related to interpreting the data found in the field. The data analysis technique used is the Analysis of Operational Areas of Natural Tourism Objects and Attractions of the Directorate General of PHKA (Forest Protection and Nature Conservation) in 2003. Based on the assessment of object and attractions, the marine park tourism area has a percentage value of 85.9%. The marine park tourism attractions criteria have a percentage value of 90%. While the accessibility criteria have the lowest percentage value of 77.8%. supporting facilities and infrastructure have a feasibility level of 90%, so they are categorized as worth developing. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that marine park tourism is worth developing as one of the tourist destinations
