This research examines the imaginary role of the Ampera Bridge in the city of Palembang in the changes of space orientation in trades. The unifcation of the upstream and the downstream areas of Musi River, followed by some improvements of the transportation infrastructure resulted in the modernization of the city of Palembang. The erection of the Ampera Bridge, a hub connecting the upstream and the downstream areas, created new orientation of space in the minds of traders. Trading activities, which had mainly followed the water way, underwent a transformation where both water and land ways served as effective paths.

PT. Kencana Andalan Nusanatara is one of the companies engaged in the development of oil palm. For the office of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara Medan itself is located on Jalan Cemara No.3, Medan. PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara Medan also has 42 employees. Decreased employee productivity causes employees to be unable to work effectively and efficiently in providing optimal work results to the company. Superiors are considered unable to make good decisions when needed by their subordinates and make subordinates have to spend time waiting for directions from superiors. Strict supervision and care in order to make employee expenses efficient makes it difficult for employees to work. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 42 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of leadership style and facilities on the work productivity of employees of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. While partially found leadership style variables have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. Partially it was found that the facility variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. The results of this study indicate that the facility variable has more influence than the leadership style on the work productivity of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara.

This research aims at how the effect of profitability, asset tangibility, firm size, and growth opportunity towards financial leverage on manufactur industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019. Sample was selected using purposive sampling method and the valid data was 35 companies. Data processing techniques using multiple regression analysis what helped by Eviews program (Econometric Views) for Windows released 11 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant and negative influence on financial leverage while tangibility, firm size, and growth have insignificant and positive influence on financial leverage. The implication of this study is the need to increase the role of management to manage the financial leverage that will bring a good signal for investors.

Permasalahan yang dikeluhkan masyarakat Desa Teluk Jambu Kecamatan Taman Rajo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi adalah penyakit kulit yang umumnya banyak terjadi pada orang dewasa. Desa Teluk Jambu memiliki banyak pohon kelapa. Minyak kelapa merupakan potensi alam yang dapat digunakan untuk menjadi obat penyakit kulit. Metode pengabdian ini adalah dengan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai penyakit kulit dan masyarakat mampu membuat minyak kelapa untuk mengobati penyakit kulit yang diderita warga.

This study describes application of the thematic learning model in the cultivation of character values based on Minangkabau (case study of SDN 01 Batipuh Baruah Batipuh sub-district, SDN 21 rice field in the middle of Pariangan sub-district, and SDN 01 sub-distict Limo Kaum) flat land district. This research is motivated by. Application thematic learning models in the cultivation of character values based Minangkabau cultural values. This study used a descriptive qualitative appoarch with the research informants being the principal, first grade theacers first grade students. Technical analysis consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this study indicate that the learning planning stage of all teacers has done the planning before implementing the thematic learning model at school in the form of an educational calender, syllabus, annual program, semester program, and learning implementation plan (RPP). The application of thematic learning has been carried out well, the way in which the delivery of the teacher varies makes the impression of learning to be fun in the application of thematic learning teacher associates the learning material according to the conditions and circumstances around the conditions and circumstances around the students. The obstacles are complicated and complicatd assessments, lack of learning media such as infocus.

Abstract: Film is one of the most widely used mass media because it combines visual and rhythmic elements into one complete unit. Film also functions as a propaganda and educational tool to spread moral and cultural values to the community. Nussa and Rara is an animated film that contains moral lessons and educational values. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the moral principles contained in the Nussa Dan Rara film in the episode "Spesial Ramadhan" This study was conducted using the Gamson and Modigliani framing model. The results of this study are that the moral values in the episode "Spesial Ramadhan" describe positive issues that benefit humans in positive teachings to be trusted and always be responsible for everything they do and the desire to advise in terms of goodness as a form of affection in the family.

It is very important to carry out community service in the from of socialization or education, one of which is exercise during pregnency. This activity was carried out at posyandu desa batursari kecamatan sirampog Sub-dristrict in order to increase the knowledge of pregnant women, reduce discomfrom, and pregnency exercess can facilitate the birth process. The is in line with the government’s efforts to make the Maternal Health Program a success in the from of reducing maternal mortality. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge for pregnant women as an effort to reduce the occurrence of complication during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period thereby reducing maternal mortality. The results obtained in this activity were that there were 21 pregnant women who took part in the socialization about pregnancy exercise at < 22 weeks and > 22 weeks of gestation and were very enthusiastic about listening to the explanation about pregnancy exercise, while pregnant women demonstrated pregnancy exercise as a only 5 probands were aged > 22 weeks. Pregnant women practiced pregnancy exercise movemonts step by step and during the interview the mother felt directly the positive impact of pregnancy exercise movements. Based on the sicialization activities and practice of pregnancy exercise, it was well received by all pregnant women, proven to be very enthusiastic during the socialization unti the question and aanswer discussion took place and showed an enthusiastic attitude during practice.

Providing education about the importance of financial literacy to students aims to ensure that students are able to manage their money intelligently, such as saving. All financial literacy service activities are adjusted to the type of educational media using methods adapted to several activity stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage of service activities carried out at the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School. Activities carried out include providing education to students on the priority scale of needs, how to save and asking several questions to determine students' understanding and the evaluation stage of activities.

This service, which has been carried out by real work course (KKN) students, explains the process of making Bio Herbal in Pembuang Hulu II Village, Hanau District, Seruyan Regency. This service aims to provide and foster new enthusiasm for the people of Pembuang Hulu II Village in carrying out entrepreneurial activities or MSMEs by providing training in making Bio Herbal by explaining the steps in marketing activities that can be carried out so that in the future it can become a provision for the community or that already in running their business optimally, apart from that, also to find out how Real Work Lecture (KKN) students have an influence on improving the standard of living and welfare of the people of Pembuang Hulu II Village, Hanau District, Seruyan Regency. The method used by KKN students as the implementing team is to use skills, knowledge and mentoring training methods for training participants who have an interest in continuing to develop the results of the training up to the marketing stage. The impact resulting from training in making Bio Herbal can be a new, sustainable opportunity and can become a characteristic of the Pembuang Hulu II Village community.
