Abstract

Penelitian dikerjakan untuk memahami pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, etika profesi, kelebihan peran, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja auditor pada Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di kota Medan. Alat analisis yang digunakan: uji multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi hipotesis (R2), uji f dan uji t. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai kuesioner. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian secara parsial memperlihatkan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual, etika profesi, dan gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi positif dan signifikan kinerja auditor akan tetapi kelebihan peran tidak memengaruhi yang signifikan kinerja auditor tersebut. Hasil pengujian secara simultan memperlihatkan bahwa variabel independen kecerdasan intelektual, etika profesi, kelebihan peran, dan gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi variabel dependen kinerja auditor.

Abstract

Application of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) and Supply ChainManagement (SCM) systems by conducting research on one of the developingcompanies in Batam City. By implementing these two systems, it can have aninfluence on the implementation of ERP and SCM systems. The research methodused is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the researchconducted illustrate that the SCM application system carried out by PT PanasonicIndustrial devices Batam has been designed in accordance with the systematics ofthe product distribution process. And in the application of ERP systems, PTPanasonic Industrial devices Batam is to use the Application and Product in DataProcessing (SAP) System. By empowering these two systems, PT PanasonicIndustrial devices Batam can provide performance in accordance with themanagement system that has been implemented.

Abstract

Frequent marketing activities are also classy marketing work done all over theplace. Global marketing opportunities exist for all entrepreneurs who can channeltheir innovation and creativity into emerging markets. Pizza Hut is a restaurantthat was founded in 1958. This business first entered Indonesia in 1984, and it wasalso the first pizza restaurant in Indonesia at the time. The author's goal in carryingout this analysis is that pizza is an Italian dish that is very well known everywherewith a very unique and varied taste image, which is of course very popular withIndonesians. Based on the results of the analysis, there are six tasks in the globalmarket.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi financial planning bagi siswa SMA di Surabaya ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan sejak dini, mengingat rendahnya tingkat perencanaan keuangan di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Metode sosialisasi adalah dengan melakukan ceramah interaktif dan diskusi aktif, dimana siswa diajak untuk menentukan tujuan keuangan, membuat anggaran, serta memahami pentingnya menabung dan berinvestasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan motivasi siswa untuk menerapkan pengetahuan yang didapatkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa sangat antusias terhadap topik ini. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi program edukasi keuangan di masa depan. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah untuk memperpanjang durasi pelaksanaan kegiatan dan memperkaya metode sosialisasi yang digunakan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 incident reminds us that having an emergency fund is a crucial allocation outcome for someone in the face of unexpected conditions. The fact is that from various surveys conducted, most Indonesians admit that they do not have adequate emergency funds. This research was conducted to see how financial literacy and spending behavior influence the ownership of emergency funds in young adults in Surabaya. Young adults were chosen in this study because, based on previous studies, in this age range, a person begins to move into a condition of being economically independent and should already be doing financial planning. Data were obtained through questionnaires and processed using logistic regression. The results of the study show that both financial literacy and spending behavior have a significant effect on emergency fund ownership among young adults in Surabaya. This research contributes to the personal finance literature by providing an overview of emergency fund ownership. For young adults, this research can provide insight into the meaning of financial literacy and spending behavior and how these variables can affect one's emergency fund.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dampak citra produk, harga dan lokasi terhadap volume penjualan. Penyelidikan semacam ini bisa menjadi semacam penyelidikan grafis kuantitatif. Sifat dari pertanyaan ini jelas bersifat instruktif. Populasi penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang telah melakukan ekspansi perusahaan pada periode tahun 2022 yang berjumlah 2.147 konsumen. Karena populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 2.147 pembeli, maka populasi tersebut akan diperkecil dengan menggunakan strategi pengujian Slovin dengan tingkat kepercayaan 90% dan tingkat kesalahan 10% dimana keseluruhan hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh adalah 96 sampel yang diteliti. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan bahwa Gambar Barang mempunyai dampak positif dan penting terhadap Volume penjualan. Biaya mencakup dampak positif dan penting pada Volume penjualan. Area memiliki dampak  positif dan penting terhadap Volume penjualan. Pada saat yang sama, citra produk, harga, dan lokasi mempunyai dampak penting terhadap volume penjualan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the health impacts caused by child marriage in the North Surabaya Region of East Java Province. The identified and analyzed impacts include physical, mental, and social impacts. Marriage is crucial for every human being since it creates a balance in a person's life socially, biologically, and psychologically. This study's method used the descriptive qualitative method. Interviews and documentation are used as data collection techniques. Furthermore, the data analysis stages included the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study’s results showed that respondents experienced physical impacts. Meanwhile, the impacts of child marriage on mental health included the husband and wife's unstable emotions and wives who tend to be passive, insecure, and afraid to make any decisions. In addition, this study showed that child marriage also made some respondents unable to be independent; instead, they depended on their husbands. The impact of social health in this study was the emergence of financial problems. Due to the children's immature age and low education level, the couples from child marriage struggle to get a decent job, resulting in they have a low income.

Abstract

The waste problem in Indonesia has become unavoidable due to the increase in population and daily community activities. In facing this challenge, early education plays an important role in forming positive mindsets and habits regarding waste management. This article presents a community engagement project aimed at educating young children about waste management. Implemented at Unyil Kindergarten, the program consists of interactive sessions and a scrapbook workshop. Results showed enthusiastic participation and understanding among children, highlighting the effectiveness of the interactive approach. Scrapbooking activities serve as a practical evaluation tool, demonstrating children's ability to apply knowledge. This initiative also creates opportunities for parents and teachers to get involved in the learning process, reinforcing concepts taught in the classroom, and extending its positive impact to the home environment and surrounding communities. With a fun and hands-on approach, children not only understand the importance of waste management but also feel motivated to take concrete action in their daily lives. Through collaboration between educational institutions and the community, this project provides a real example of how early education can be the key to forming future generations who care about the environment and have a high awareness of their responsibilities towards this earth.

Abstract

The increase in writing paper waste is quite large in office and educational areas. Likewise in households and the surrounding community. Therefore, the utilization of used paper into seed paper is an interesting thing to be tested in village communities. This community service activity aims to educate the community regarding the utilization of used paper into seed paper. This used paper is soaked in water then printed with a paper printing tool, then given flower seeds. The paper that is ready to be printed is then dried. Seed paper that is no longer used is then planted. This activity is expected to be an alternative to empowering used paper in the Batu Belah Village community, Kampar District.

Abstract

Tingginya tingkat kegagalan usaha baru yang dijalankan wirausaha muda menjadi salah satu permasalahan utama dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan dan konsultasi terkait kelayakan bisnis bagi mahasiswa yang berencana membuka usaha rental PlayStation dan café di Sidoarjo. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kegiatan usaha ini, metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi terkait pengelolaan usaha bisnis rental dan café, serta pendampingan langsung pada mahasiswa sebagai mitra dalam merancang dan memulai bisnis tersebut. Selain itu, promosi bisnis juga dilakukan melalui sosial media sebagai sarana pemasaran yang efektif. Hasil dan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terbentuknya usaha Rental Playstatiion dan café di Sidoarjo yang dapat berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan ekonomi local. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, mahasiswa mendapatkan solusi parakits yang berdampak positif bagi perkembangan kewirausaaan di tingkat lokal.
