Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education financing management on the quality of graduates in a private Islamic school in Banten. In this study, there are two variables involved, namely the Education Funding Management variable which is positioned as the independent variable or independent variable and is symbolized by the variable (X). This variable is a variable that is considered to influence or cause the dependent variable or dependent variable to arise. Meanwhile, what is positioned as the dependent variable or the dependent variable in this study is the Quality of Graduates. The dependent variable or dependent variable is considered the variable that is affected or becomes the result because of the existence of the independent variable and is symbolized by (Y). This research uses quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been described previously, it can be put forward a number of findings as follows: education financing management is in the moderate category. This means, the implementation of education financing management is not all good and in terms of education funding budget allocations are managed and implemented effectively. The quality of graduates is in the moderate category, this means that schools have not been able to produce good quality graduates. Only 18% of graduates each year are able to enter public schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles on the learning independence of elementary school students in one of the public schools in Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research with linear regression research method. Quantitative research according to Sugiyono can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical in nature with the aim of testing hypotheses which has been set. In this study using the linear regression method, namely statistical techniques to create a model and investigate the effect of one or several independent variables on one response variable. Based on the results of the research, data analysis, and discussion that was carried out in the previous chapter, it can be concluded from 112 respondents that students with dominant visual learning styles are 56 students, auditory learning styles are 21 students, kinesthetic learning styles are 13 students, visual learning styles and auditory as many as 10 students, visual and kinesthetic learning styles as many as 6 students, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles as many as 4 students, and students with the three dominant learning styles as many as 2 students

Abstract

The era of globalization demands more and more character building so that graduates from various levels can compete with their peers in other parts of the world. Character is something that is unique only to an individual or group, nation, and is the key to individual success. In accordance with the mission of national education, the purpose of character education is to develop skills and build a valuable national character and civilization in the framework of the formation of the nation's life. In today's world of education, it is very important to apply character values to students to be able to welcome the new Era 5.0. Through this study, it is expected to find the application of character values in the world of education to welcome Era 5.0. This research is a qualitative research with a literature study method. The object of study focuses on analyzing books, scientific articles, and other literacy sources related to efforts to apply character values in education to welcome Era 5.0. Data analysis is carried out by examining the process of strengthening character derived from digital literacy. From the study, efforts to apply character values in education can be carried out in schools and universities so that students have good character values in welcoming the 5.0 era

Abstract

Character plays a crucial role in shaping religious moderation in the millennial generation. This research investigates the role of character education in forming attitudes of tolerance, respect for differences, and understanding of religious moderation in the millennial generation. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, the findings show that character education activities in schools, such as group discussions and extracurricular activities, have a positive impact in shaping the character of the millennial generation who are moderate in religion. Character education programs that emphasize the values ​​of diversity, harmony and respect for religious plurality have also proven effective in building a strong foundation for religious moderation. In conclusion, character education is a vital instrument in supporting the development of religious moderation in the millennial generation, by emphasizing the need for collaboration between schools, government, families and society.
