Abstract

Heart attact is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, with mortality increasing due to delayed diagnosis and limited facilities in some regions. Early detection during the crucial first hour after symptoms appear (the golden hour) is crucial for reducing mortality and improving patient prognosis. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the Quantum Neural Network (QNN) by implementing the Variational Quantum Classifier (VQC) model using two types of feature maps: ZZ Feature Map and Angle Encoding, for heart attack detection classification using datasets from Kaggle. The research process includes dataset collection, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), data preprocessing and splitting, model building using ZZ Feature Map and Angle Encoding, ending with model performance evaluation. The results showed that VQC using ZZ Feature Map achieved an accuracy of 52.27% with a confusion matrix showing suboptimal predictions and relatively low precision, recall, and F1-score values. Meanwhile, VQC using Angle Encoding achieves an accuracy of 68.18% with a confusion matrix that shows a higher number of correct predictions and better precision, recall, and F1-score results compared to VQC using ZZ Feature Map. Evaluation using a confusion matrix shows that the model with Angle Encoding can minimize the prediction error. However, the accuracy achieved is not yet optimal for direct clinical implementation. These findings underscore the need for further development to enhance model performance, while serving as a promising first step toward establishing a foundation for developing more optimal QNN methods in the future.

Abstract

Data mining is the process of collecting and processing data with the aim of extracting important information from the data. This process can be done using software that uses mathematical calculations, statistics, or AI. Naive Bayes is the most common classification technique and has a high level of accuracy. Many studies on classification have used the Naive Bayes algorithm. Naive Bayes is a simple probability classification technique used to assume that the explanatory variables are independent. The focus of learning this algorithm is probability estimation. One of the advantages of the naive Bayes algorithm is that the resulting error rate is lower. In addition, this algorithm has a higher level of accuracy and speed when used on larger datasets. This research uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm to classify the Survival Rate (SR) of Vaname shrimp into three classes, namely high, medium and low. The number of sample data used was 200 data which was divided into 2 categories, namely 170 training data and 30 testing data. The variables used in this research are temperature, PH, DO (dissolved oxygen) and salinity. The classification was validated using a confusion matrix and produced an accuracy of 70.4%, precision of 98%, and recall of 79.7%.

Abstract

Chilli is one type of vegetable that is quite important in Indonesia, both as a commodity consumed domestically and as an export commodity. Lima Puluh Kota Regency is the centre of horticultural commodities in West Sumatra Province which continues to strive for development, especially in fruit and vegetable commodities in areas that are production centres in this area. Clustering is needed in this area because many sub-districts in Lima Puluh Kota Regency produce chilli commodities so that it can facilitate the government in determining which areas have the potential to increase and optimise the yield of chilli commodities. This research uses Cluster Analysis with the K-Medoids Algorithm method and forecasting using the Fuzzy Time Series method. The results obtained in clustering using the K-Medoids Algorithm on large chilli plants are Cluster 1; 2 sub-districts, namely Pangkalan District and Kapur IX District. Cluster 2; 7 sub-districts namely Gunuang Omeh District, Suliki District, Guguak District, Mungka District, Akabiluru District, Badger District, and Harau District. and Cluster 3; 4 sub-districts namely Payakumbuh District, Bukik Barisan District, Situjuah Limo Nagari District and Lareh Sago Halaban District. The clustering results on cayenne pepper are Cluster 1; 5 sub-districts, namely Suliki District, Mungka District, Lareh Sago Halaban District, Pangkalan District and Kapur IX District. Cluster 2; 5 sub-districts namely Guguak District, Akabiluru District, Luak District, Situjuah Limo Nagari District and Harau District, and Cluster 3; 3 sub-districts namely Gunuang Omeh District, Bukit Barisan District and Payakumbuh District. The forecasting results based on the Fuzzy Time Series algorithm for large chilli in the following year are 14313.4 Ton/Ha with a MAPE value of 37% and are 4367.8 Ton/Ha for cayenne pepper by 34% of MAPE value.

Abstract

Tanah merupakan hal penting bagi masyarakat maka dari itu diperlukan sistematika yang lengkap dalam hal penggunaan, pemanfaatan, kepemilikan, dan pembuatan hukum yang berkaitan dengan hal tersebut. Semua bertujuan untuk menghindari terjadinya sengketa tanah, sehingga data dan informasi buku tanah perlu di arsip. Salah satu permasalahan yang timbul dalam studi kasus pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Bireuen adalah ketidak efisienan pengolahan dan pengarsipan data buku tanah yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Oleh sebab itu di kembangkan sebuah sistem pengarsipan buku tanah. Sistem dibangun dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain perancangan yang meliputi sistem pemodelan dengan menggunakan metode data flow diagram (DFD) dan menggunakan MYSQL server untuk database. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui sistem yang dibangun adalah untuk membantu petugas Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Bireuen dalam melakukan pengolahan dan pengarsipan data buku tanah.

Abstract

Background: Salah satu faktor penentu kualitas dan produktivitas kopi yang dihasilkan adalah kualitas lahan kebun kopi. Diharapkan para petani dapat menjaga kualitas tanaman dengan perawatan melalui dukungan peningkatan unsur hara tanah pada lahan dengan bantuan pupuk kompos. Kegiatan ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan dukungan penuh dari kepala desa Kenine Bener Meriah dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 26 orang masyarakat desa Kenine. Metode: Pada tahap pertama dilakukan pembuatan alat biopori dan alat sensor pH berbasis IoT yang kemudian di praktekkan langsung pada salah satu lahan kenun kopi masyarakat desa Kenine. Tim penyuluhan juga mengarahkan masyarakat untuk terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk melakukan simulasi penggunaan alat biopori ini. Selanjutnya tim memberikan pengarahan dan manfaat penggunaan alat biopori di bandingkan dengan kegiatan yang biasa dilakukan masyarakat untuk menyuburkan kebun mereka. Selanjutnya pada tahap evaluasi tim juga memantau hasil yang di dapat setelah penerapan biopori serta memantau pemakaian sensor pada kebun warga. Hasil: Peningkatan pada tumbuhan kopi yang dipakai alat biopori dan diharapkan produktivitas kopi juga meningkat seiring dengan pertumbuhan pokok kopi tersebut. Kesimpulan: Penggunaan pipa biopori untuk pembusukan limbah kulit kopi bermanfaat untuk menggemburkan tanah, menjadi pupuk kompos dan dapat menambah volume penyerapan air hujan.

Abstract

The SIGNAL application is a digital service from the Korlantas Polri that makes it easier for people to take care of STNK validation online. However, some users still experience problems such as the verification process that is not always successful, slow delivery of physical documents, less rapid customer service response, and slow verification or login process. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the performance of the SIGNAL application with the PIECES framework approach which includes six aspects: Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires to 300 respondents who use the SIGNAL application. In addition, technical performance testing was also carried out using Apptim tools to measure application technical metrics. The results showed that overall, users were satisfied with the system based on the six aspects of PIECES with an average score of 3.9 on a scale of 5.76% of respondents stated that they were satisfied to very satisfied, 15% were undecided/neutral, and 9% were dissatisfied. This finding indicates that the majority of users consider this application to be quite effective and worth using. Performance testing using Apptim resulted in an average response time of 2.4 seconds, CPU usage of 18%, memory usage of 170MB, and no errors (error rate 0%), indicating that the application is quite stable and runs well on user devices. It is hoped that this research can be the basis for further development of the SIGNAL application, especially in improving service aspects and overall system efficiency.

Abstract

Aplikasi My Pelindo merupakan bentuk fasilitas kerja dari PT. Pelabuhan Indonesi untuk para pegawai dalam aksi dan menerima informasi melalui fitur-fitur yang ada. My Pelindo memiliki beberapa layanan yaitu seputar absensi (PCICO), pelaporan keuangan (PICO), dan Travel. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada layanan aplikasi yang digunakan oleh Perusahaan, ditemukan berbagai kendala pada sejumlah layanan, termaksud PCICO absensi, pelaporan keuangan (PICO), dan Travel. Permasalahan yang muncul meliputi aplikasi tidak dapat diakses dalam waktu tertentu, ketidakmampuan login pada aplikasi seperti PCICO, dan Travel, kegagalan dalam registrasi wajah, gagal absensi pada PCICO, serta berbagai masalah terkait tampilan, seperti tampilan pelaporan keuangan yang hilang pada PICO, dan ada data yang tidak muncul sesuai harapan, serta kendala dalam akses data seperti SPPS yang tidak muncul di Travel. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi My Pelindo perlu dilakukan pengujian aplikasi My Pelindo salah satunya dengan cara standar ISO 25010:2023. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas aplikasi My Pelindo berdasarkan ISO 25010:2023 yang meliputi karakteristik functional suitability, performan efficiency, compability, interactioan capability, reliability, security, maintainability, flexibility, dan safety. Hasil dari penelitian yang sudah diteliti menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi My Pelindo memiliki kekuatan dalam hal functional suitability dan security, sementara kelemahan ditemukan pada performan efficiency, reliability, compability, interaction capability, ,maintainability, flexibility, dan safety, dimana berbagai masalah kendala seperti gagal login, error pada fitur absensi, data tidak ditemukan, data tidak terekan, dan masalah akses data yang berdampak pada efesiensi operasional. Rekomendasi yang diberikan diharapkan dapat membantu PT. Pelindo dalam melakukan pembaruan dan pengembangan aplikasi agar kualitas aplikasi My Pelindo tetap optimal.

Abstract

An Augmented Reality application for detecting pests and diseases in rice and corn has been developed to overcome the limitations of visual identification in the field, which still relies on subjective interpretation by users. This system utilises image processing and AR overlay based on smart farming to classify symptoms in real time, improving the precision of diagnosis and consistency in control decision-making. This study aims to design, implement, and evaluate the performance of an augmented reality (AR)-based smart farming system for the visual and interactive detection of pests and diseases in rice and corn crops. The research method uses an evaluative approach by assessing the performance of the Augmented Reality system in the field based on detection accuracy, operational reliability, and the suitability of the results to the predetermined performance indicators. Testing was conducted in Gampong Releut Barat, Dewantara District, North Aceh. The results showed that pest and disease detection accuracy increased from 42.4% to 66.7%, with a system response time of <2 seconds, accompanied by an 18% reduction in crop damage and a 24% increase in productivity, confirming the reliability of the system for field diagnosis. This achievement is significant because it meets the operational performance threshold for smart farming and demonstrates the system's readiness for adoption as an Augmented Reality-based decision support tool at the farmer level. The research conclusion indicates that Augmented Reality-based smart farming has the potential to improve detection accuracy, control efficiency, and crop productivity as a support for precision agriculture and sustainable village food security.

Abstract

Bone fractures refer to the phenomenon of bone breakage or detachment caused by intensive loads. The primary causes of bone damage include incidents, traffic accidents, and sports injuries. One of the materials commonly used for bone support applications is 316L stainless steel. The design process for T-type bone supports involves creating mechanical drawings and simulations to demonstrate the material's behavior when subjected to mechanical and thermal loads during use by patients.In this study, the researchers aim to examine the mechanical and thermal properties of T-type bone plates using the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) method. The technical drawing of the T-type bone support is developed in Autodesk Fusion 360. The simulations involve the application of static and thermal loads. The loads applied to the T-type bone plate include compressive forces of 1 N, 10 N, 50 N, 85 N and 500 N, as well as temperatures of 28°C, 500°C, 800°C, 950°C, and 1400°C. The smallest stress is observed at a force of 1 N, resulting in a stress of 4.64 MPa, while the highest stress is recorded at a force of 500 N, producing a stress of 2319.70 MPa. Forces below 50 N are considered the safest to avoid deformation during loading. Additionally, temperatures below 912°C are optimal for the operation of bone supports.
