Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge and work attitudes on employee performance at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service. The sample in this study was 47 respondents with ASN status. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that knowledge has no significant effect on employee performance, but work attitude has a significant effect on employee performance. Together, knowledge and work attitudes have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Bima Regency livestock service.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2024 simultaneous elections has ended. Many male and female candidates, as well as running for executive and legislative positions have introduced themselves to the public. However, various surveys show that female candidates are still unpopular and have low electability, especially presidential candidates. Generation Z voters can be categorized as first-time voters. As a generation, they have different characteristics from previous generations. They were born during the development of internet technology, so they are very internet literate. Therefore, this study aims to find out Generation Z's views toward female candidates from the perspective of social capital. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Based on the answers of 55 students, it was shown that there was no significant difference between the perception of female candidates in terms of gender and type of voters. However, judging from the interaction of gender and type of voters, there is a significant difference between female and non-female first-time voters. There is a difference in the perception of female candidates compared to male and non-female first-time voters.

Abstract

Hybrid corn has high productivity and contributes to the growth of the animal feed industry. However, farmers' use of hybrid corn varieties still needs improvement. Farmers have complained about the relatively high price of hybrid corn seeds. Pesisir Selatan Regency is one of the leading corn producers in West Sumatra. In 2022, the corn production reached 203,028.00, the second highest after West Pasaman. However, the productivity is only 6 tons/ha, which is still low compared to the potential productivity of hybrid corn, which is 10-12 tons/ha. The productivity achievements are related to the technical culture farmers apply and their income and feasibility. This study aims to (1) describe the technical culture of hybrid corn and (2) analyze the income and feasibility of hybrid corn farming. The research was carried out in the "Pesisir Selatan" Regency, which is one of the leading producers of hybrid corn in West Sumatra. Data was collected by observation and interviews with 50 farmers, PPL, collector traders, and production input suppliers. The variables observed were related to technical culture, land area, amount of production, selling price, costs paid, and farming costs. Data collection was carried out in the last planting season. The data were analyzed by comparing the suitability of technical culture with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), income analysis, and income and profit analysis. The study shows that farmers' technical culture is partially influenced by GAP, especially in embroidery, seeding, and fertilization activities. The income received by farmers reached Rp. 17,737,815.71/Ha/MT, and profits amounted to Rp. 8,022,822.02/Ha/MT. Hybrid corn farming has an R/C value of 1.34, making it feasible and profitable for farmers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan dan solusi dalam implementasi arbitrase syariah di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks perbankan syariah dan lembaga keuangan syariah. Melalui pendekatan hukum normatif dan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji regulasi yang ada serta peran Badan Arbitrase Syariah Nasional (BASYARNAS) dalam menyelesaikan sengketa. Fokus utama penelitian adalah untuk memahami bagaimana mekanisme arbitrase syariah dapat berfungsi secara efektif dalam mengatasi konflik yang muncul di sektor ekonomi syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun arbitrase syariah menawarkan solusi cepat dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam, masih terdapat berbagai tantangan yang harus diatasi. Tantangan utama termasuk minimnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang arbitrase syariah, terbatasnya jumlah arbiter yang kompeten, dan inkonsistensi regulasi yang mengatur penyelesaian sengketa. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa upaya sosialisasi dan peningkatan kapasitas arbiter sangat penting untuk memperkuat implementasi arbitrase syariah. Sebagai solusi, penelitian merekomendasikan peningkatan edukasi mengenai arbitrase syariah kepada masyarakat dan pelaku bisnis, serta penguatan regulasi yang mendukung penyelesaian sengketa berbasis syariah. Dengan langkah-langkah tersebut, diharapkan arbitrase syariah dapat berkontribusi lebih signifikan dalam menciptakan iklim investasi yang aman dan stabil dalam ekonomi syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Aquaponic system is a cultivation method that combines fish and plant farming or aquaculture and hydroponics that are mutually beneficial (symbiotic mutualism) at one time. Aquaponic water level control to maintain water volume is still done using conventional methods. Therefore, this research aims to produce a good control system to control aquaponic water levels equipped with an on/off control system and can monitor water levels remotely. This research method includes designing a control system for water level, functional test and performance test of the control system to aquaponics as well as data loss test and network delay to Thinger.io platform. The parameter observed was the water level. The results showed that the on/off control system was able to regulate the water level with no overshoot, the settling time reached for a height of 20 cm was 9 minutes, a height of 25 cm for 22 minutes and for a height of 30 cm for 34 minutes and the steady state error that occurred was still within the tolerance limit. The IoT system using the Thinger.io platform implemented is able to send data and store data during the testing process, and the Thinger.io platform can monitor water levels remotely and provide data in excel format. The test results of lost data with an average of 1.81% and delay testing with an average of 0.88%, based on data mapped every 6 hours, the largest percentage of lost data and delay occurs at 00.00 -06.00 GMT +8.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the question of how each actor of the pentahelix model plays a role in the conservation of cultural tourism in the Betawi Setu Babakan Village, Jakarta, according to research that has been conducted. The research method used is a systematic literature review (SLR), a method that aims to systematically identify, study, evaluate and interpret data in journals according to the steps that have been set. Based on these stages, four journal articles were selected, namely: analysis of the potential of the Betawi Setu Babakan Cultural Village in the development of sustainable tourism objects; SWOT analysis as an effort to improve tourism planning capabilities through the 5A approach to tourism potential in the Betawi Setu Babakan Cultural Village; development of the Betawi Setu Babakan Cultural Village as a cultural tourism area in Jakarta; and planning and development of resources for the tourism industry in the Betawi Setu Babakan Cultural Village, Serengseng Sawah Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta Province. The results of the study show that apart from academic actors, the five pentahelix actors, namely business, government, community, and media, have not played an optimal role, so there is still a lot of homework to be done.

Abstract

Dampak dari adanya pembelajaran covid-19 siswa mengalami kejenuhan dan kesulitan belajar, sehingga menurunnya proses belajar siswa saat kegiatan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu Guru harus berupaya untuk mengembangkan kembali pembelajar dan minat belajar siswa sekolah MTS Al-Ikhlas Depok selama mengikuti pembelajaran masa pandemi dengan media pembelajaran online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh media pembelajaran online terhadap proses kegiatan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, teknik pengambilan sampel pada umumnya dilakukan secara random, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat korelasi atau hubungan antara media pembelajaran online dengan proses kegiatan pembelajaran siswa Mts. Al Ikhlas Depok. Pengajaran lebih mernarik dan dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar, bahan pengajaran lebih jelas dan rinci serta memungkin dapat dipahami secara mendalam oleh murid, metode belajar mengajar bervariasi dan tidak monoton, yang berpengaruh kepada situasi dan emosional murid, pembelajar lebih aktif dan terjadi timbal balik antara siswa dan guru, disebabkan kegiatan belajarnya tidak hanya asal menyampaikan materi memiliki penaruh terhadap proses kegiatan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi di Mts. Al Ikhlas Depok.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in Islamic education and its impact on students' social awareness. Project-Based Learning, which integrates active and collaborative learning, allows students to engage in projects that embody social values and Islamic teachings, such as empathy, justice, and social responsibility. Using a qualitative research method based on literature review, this study analyzes various literatures related to PjBL, Islamic education, and students' social character. The findings indicate that the implementation of PjBL can enhance students' social awareness by involving them in activities focusing on real-world social issues and linking them to Islamic principles. This method not only develops students' social skills but also strengthens their character in the context of Islamic values.

Abstract

Perkembangan iklim investasi di Indonesia ditandai dengan munculnya Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) yang bernama Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara). . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran hukum dan kedudukan Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) sebagai Badan Sovereign Wealth Fund di Indonesia serta perbandingannya dengan Sovereign Wealth Fund milik negara Malaysia dan Singapura. Penelitian ini metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan konteks dan pendekatan perbandingan. Dari pembahasan didapat bahwasannya Danantara membentuk amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan Ketiga atas Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 Tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara Danantara sebagai pelaksana di lapangan (eksekutor) mempunyai tugas untuk mengelola BUMN, mengatur dividen dari penyelenggaraan investasi, operasional operasional, dan BUMN, serta menyetujui penambahan atau pengurangan penyertaan modal negara pada BUMN yang bersumber dari pengelolaan dividen. Dalam penelitian ini juga membandingkan Danantara dengan Sovereign Wealth Fund Temasek Holdings milik Singapura dan Khazanah Nasional Berhad milik Malaysia. Terdapat beberapa pembentukan dalam hal pembentukan serta operasional di masing-masing negara.

Abstract

Nowadays, online buying and selling transactions are an option that is very popular with the public because of its convenience and benefits. In these transactions there are also many payment methods in online buying and selling, one of which is cash on delivery (COD), however, in this cash on delivery payment method, many business actors experience losses as a result of unilateral cancellations made by consumers. Therefore, this research aims to find out the mechanism for cash on delivery as well as legal protection for business actors due to unilateral cancellations by consumers in online buying and selling through the cash on delivery system. The method in this research uses empirical juridical research which is often called sociological legal research or field research. This research links law with real human behavior. The results of this research are online buying and selling transaction mechanisms in the cash on delivery payment system. When placing an order, consumers are required to make payment first before opening and viewing the product ordered so that the consumer cannot cancel it. If the consumer feels it is not suitable for the product, the consumer can returning the product to the business actor.  Legal protection for business actors is inadequate due to the lack of good faith by consumers in canceling online buying and selling transactions using the cash on delivery payment system and there are no sanctions that have been determined if consumers are legally guilty of unilateral cancellation, therefore the need for the government to carry out a review reinstate the Consumer Protection Law or create new regulations specifically for online shopping, especially to protect business actors from consumers who do not have good intentions.
