Abstract

The socio-cultural life of the Madurese community is full of the inheritance of the local wisdom of the people, at least we can see in the culture of Ngereng Dhabu. The value of Ngereng Dhabu in another approach can be said to be a form of devotion to figures such as a Kiai or people who are socially more respected in their environment. Hierarchically, it is like a Madurese philosophy of Bhuppa'-Bhabhu'-Ghuru-Rato, and the value of keihklashan in the cultural concept of Ngereng Dhabu is a construction of the collective life of the Madurese community whose historicity lasts relatively long. The Madurese hierarchically obey these figures, and the culture of Ngereng Dhaba is a form of ethical behavior in a community called local wisdom, as they reconstruct the conception of devotion and obedience in their social life. does not reflect the values ​​of devotion and sincerity implied in the concept of Ngereng Dhabu Culture. Ideally, the character of a counselor must have a high sense of dedication and great sincerity in carrying out the service process, in order to help others in overcoming problems faced by the counselee.

Abstract

Aktivitas pemberdayaan masyarakat yang baik, pada umumnya mengharuskan adanya proses pendampingan. Ini menjadi hal yang penting karena objek pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah masyarakat dengan dinamikanya yang beragam. Maka dari hal tersebut banyak kemampuan dan keterampilan masyarakat yang harus dikembangkan. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilaksanakan. Pemberdayaan ini dikhususkan untuk ibu rumah tangga dengan latarbelakang keluarga Pra Sejahtera. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara memotivasi ibu rumah tangga untuk melakukan wirausaha secara mandiri di rumahnya. Sehingga nanti home industry ini bisa berkembang untuk menunjukan bahwa peremouan juga bisa malakukan ekonomi secara mandiri. Salah satu upaya dalam peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat adalah dengan membuat usaha baru yaitu pembuatan kue yang mana bahan dari kue tersebut mudah didapatkan dimana-mana. Tujuan dari pemberdayaan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan perekonomian ibu rumah tangga di desa tersebut agar memiliki mindset berwirausaha sehingga mampu menghasilkan profit dan benefit bagi keluarganya.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas dan menganalisis tentang Dampak Sertifikasi Dosen (Profesionalisme, Profesi, kompetensi) terhadap Kinerja Dosen sebagai tambahan wawasan bagi Dosen dan Mahasiswa agar dapat memahami hal-hal yang mempengaruhi pembangunan pendidikan tinggi islam. Metode penulisan artikel Kajian Pustaka ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan/atau media online akademik lainnya. Hasil dari artikel ini adalah: 1) Profesionalisme berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dosen 2) Profesi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dosen dan 3) Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dosen. Selain 3 variabel eksogen tersebut yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen adalah proses Hasil Pendidikan, pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional masih banyak faktor lain diantaranya fasilitas, kurikulum, lingkungan kerja dosen dan factor-faktor lainnya

Abstract

Building strategic feasibility towards improving the quality of higher education institutions is a must for every higher education institution so that they are able to compete and adapt to various dynamics of contestation, technological change, as well as socio-economic and cultural changes. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design at UII Yogyakarta, as one of the oldest private universities in Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews, documentation and direct observation. The findings show that the implementation of the internal quality assurance system in UII Yogyakarta is carried out through an ongoing process phase that improves the quality of the education process through decision making, implementation, evaluation, management and improvement. The quality assurance cycle is a process that helps ensure that the quality of a product or service is high. The SPMI Study Program at UII Yogyakarta is carried out by the Quality Assurance Cluster System organization (SGPM) in coordination with the Quality Assurance Agency of the Islamic University of Indonesia (BPM-UII) in which the quality assurance (QA) specialist is responsible for planning and implementing a quality assurance system that is comprehensive and complete.. The SPMI cycle consists of nine steps or stages, namely: standard setting process, implementation, and monitoring of a project which are essential to ensuring quality, self-evaluation and internal quality audit which are also important ways to ensure that the project remains on track., formulation of corrections, and in order to improve the quality of service delivered to stakeholders, it is important to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the results.. Utilization of the results of the implementation of SPMI at UII Yogyakarta is carried out internally to improve the performance of study programs.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) with the theme “Innovations in Community Service: Updating Google Maps Data for the Promotion of UMKM and Social Facilities” is motivated by the rapid development of information technology, particularly geospatial information systems such as Google Maps, which significantly support various community activities, including spatial planning, local economic promotion, and improved access to social facilities. The purpose of this service is to update Google Maps data to support the promotion of UMKM and social facilities in the area. This activity involved youth and the general public of Dusun Eka Jaya, using methods such as lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions, attended by 30 participants. The approach included providing understanding and explanation of the material, along with socialization and discussion regarding updating Google Maps data. The results showed many inaccuracies in the digital map data, such as incorrect positioning of roads and social facilities. The service team, together with the youth, made corrections and additions to the data, including UMKM locations. Consequently, the digital map became more accurate, and the community increasingly understood how to independently update data and utilize Google Maps in daily activities, including online shopping transactions. This activity provided technical, social, and economic benefits to the community of Dusun Eka Jaya, Kecamatan Dendang, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, Province of Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze learning management of Al-Qur’an memorization (Tahfidz Al-Al-Qur’an) at An-Nahl Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Jambi. The approach employed in this study was descriptive approach, utilizing qualitative methods with data collection instruments such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this research undergoes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the learning management of Al-Qur’an memorization at An-Nahl Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Jambi has been effectively implemented. This Al-Qur’an memorization learning is facilitated through the collaboration among the school principal, the Chairman of the foundation, the Curriculum Vice Principal, the Student Affairs Vice Principal, and the Tahfidz teachers who are responsible for optimizing the Al-Qur’an learning process and providing greater understanding of the importance of memorizing the Al-Qur’an for the students. This achievement is closely related to the adjustment of planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation processes of Al-Qur’an memorization learning at An-Nahl Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Jambi.

Abstract

In general, there are many familiar methods used in memorizing the Qur'an, such as the tahfiz method, the wahdah method, the kitabah method, the combined method, the jama' method, the talaqqi method, the Jibril method, and the takrir method. The Mutqin method is a combination of several methods used in the process of memorizing the Qur'an. This research is motivated by the condition of ability to memorize the Qur'an at the Tahfidz Satu Qur’an Islamic Boarding School, Jambi. With the mutqin method applied at the Tahfidz Satu Qur’an Islamic Boarding School Jambi, it can help in memorizing the Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to examine the process of implementing the Mutqin method in memorizing the Qur'an at the Tahfidz Satu Qur’an Islamic Boarding School, Jambi. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach in the form of words or direct interviews with the Tahfidz Satu Qur’an Islamic Boarding School caretaker in Jambi which includes the process of implementing the mutqin method to memorize the Qur’an. The results showed that the process of implementing the mutqin method in memorizing the Qur'an at the Tahfidz Satu Qur’an Islamic Boarding School, Jambi, had gone well. Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kreativitas organisasi OSIS melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi desain grafis Canva dan aplikasi pengumpulan data Google Form. Dalam kegiatan ini, anggota OSIS diberikan pelatihan praktis untuk membuat flyer, banner, spanduk, dan sertifikat yang berkualitas tinggi untuk berbagai acara sekolah, serta mengintegrasikan Google Form untuk menghasilkan sertifikat secara otomatis. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap penggunaan kedua aplikasi tersebut. Sebelum pelatihan, peserta hanya memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai penggunaan Canva dan Google Form, namun setelah pelatihan, mereka mampu membuat desain grafis yang menarik serta menggunakan Google Form untuk mengumpulkan data dan membuat sertifikat secara otomatis. Penggunaan Canva meningkatkan efisiensi pembuatan materi promosi, sementara integrasi dengan Google Form mempercepat proses distribusi sertifikat. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan waktu pelatihan yang terbatas ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Secara keseluruhan, pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas administrasi dan promosi dalam organisasi OSIS, serta mengembangkan kemampuan kreatif peserta dalam mengelola berbagai tugas organisasi dengan lebih efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership and management practices of the Heads of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Offices in improving the performance of supervisors at State Islamic Senior High Schools in Jambi Province. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, the research was conducted across several local Ministry offices. The findings reveal four key aspects. First, performance improvement planning is typically conducted through coordination meetings at the beginning of the academic year. Second, supervisor performance enhancement is carried out through official briefings, routine school visits, and both formal and informal coaching, though its implementation remains inconsistent due to limited time, the advanced age of many supervisors, and the broad scope of their responsibilities. Third, performance monitoring tends to emphasize administrative compliance rather than substantive areas such as managerial guidance or support for the Merdeka Curriculum. Fourth, key obstacles include a shortage of qualified supervisors, insufficient training provided by the Ministry, and weak structural alignment between Ministry leadership and supervisor working groups, which often operate independently. The study recommends the strengthening of technical regulations, recruitment of subject-specific supervisors, implementation of continuous curriculum-based training, and the empowerment of Ministry heads as strategic leaders in supervisory management. Strengthening these aspects is expected to significantly enhance the quality of madrasah education in the region.
