Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang bervariasinya media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran IPA. Guru hanya menggunakan buku tema saja sebagai acuan dalam proses pembelajaran materi organ peredaran darah manusia dan hewan. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan siswa menjadi cepat bosan dan kurang termotivasi untuk belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan dan kelayakan dari produk komik digital materi organ peredaran darah manusia dan hewan pada siswa kelas V SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D (Research adn Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan, diketahui hasil dari validasi ahli media sebesar 3,69, hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 4,3, hasil respons guru sebesar 4,84, dan hasil respons siswa sebesar 92,2%. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa komik digital materi organ peredaran darah manusia dan hewan pada siswa kelas V SD sangat layak digunakan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the results of the project assignment for making a simple jidor musical instrument and the relationship between the project assignment and the ability to develop 4C skills in PGSD students. The subjects of this research were PGSD students at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. The data collection technique uses product assignments for simple jidor art imitation tools. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive by describing the results of assignments which are supported by the results of literature studies to find connections between project assignments and developing 4C skills. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the jidor art ethno science project assignment in learning sound concepts for PGSD students is able to develop 4C skills well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan rendahnya minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila materi nilai-nilai pancasila. Dengan penerapan strategi proyek kolaboratif siswa dapat berpartisipasi aktif, saling melakukan interaksi dan melakukan kolaborasi serta dapat menarik minat siswa dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan strategi proyek kolaboratif pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila materi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam aktivitas guru, siswa dan respon siswa setelah pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan angket. Instrumen penelitian ini observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, angket respon siswa dan wawancara untuk menguatkan hasil observasi serta angket. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi proyek kolaboratif pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila materi nilai-nilai Pancasila untuk siswa kelas IV efektif, dibuktikan pada aktivitas guru dan siswa, diperkuat melalui hasil wawancara guru dan siswa, serta angket respon siswa setelah proses pembelajaran mendapatkan hasil yang baik dan dapat menarik minat siswa dalam belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of the tahfidz curriculum for the acceleration and retention program for memorizing the Qur'an at the Hamalatul Qur'an Pondok Center in Jogoroto, Jombang. And This reasearch uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used interviews, documentation observation and triangulation. Analysis techniques include data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the management of the tahfidz curriculum for the acceleration and retention program of Pondok Hamalatul Qur'an Center Jogoroto Jombang was carried out in several stages, namely, strategic planning, implementation of the daily activity schedule and evaluation of the activity program. The supporting factors for managing the tahfidz curriculum are getting full back up by caregivers, free education costs and a conducive environment. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are human resources who have not yet mastered management, infrastructure which is still inadequate and the ustadz's lack of knowledge in child psychology.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun kapasitas guru dalam menerapkan Pembelajaran Kontekstual (Contextual Teaching and Learning/CTL) guna menunjang literasi sains siswa di SDN Ketintang Surabaya. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan participatory training and mentoring yang melibatkan 10 guru kelas I–VI. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru terkait penerapan CTL, dengan rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 60% menjadi 78%. Sebagai implementasinya, guru berhasil merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran IPA berbasis konteks nyata, eksperimen sederhana, serta refleksi ilmiah yang teramati mampu mendorong keaktifan dan minat siswa terhadap sains. Luaran penting lainnya adalah terbentuknya komunitas belajar guru sebagai wadah kolaborasi berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan partisipatif berbasis CTL efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif bagi tumbuhnya literasi sains siswa.

Abstract

This research is based on the demands of the 21st century, one of which is the ability to think critically. But the reality is still relatively low, especially in mathematics so needed for means to deliver messages to achieve effective and efficient learning goals using innovative learning media there is math scrabble. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of math scrabble media on critical thinking skills mathematics learning in class V at SDN Sedati Gede II Sidoarjo. It is a quantitative research, a quasi experimental design with a posttest only control design. The subjects were fifth grade students of SDN Sedati Gede II Sidoarjo, VA classes totaling 41 students as an experimental class and VB classes totaling 41 students as a control class. The data collection technique uses test instruments which are then tested using the t test. Based on the results of data analysis at a significance level of 5%, it is obtained the price of tcount 7> ttable 1.99, it can be concluded that there is the influence of math scrabble media on critical thinking skills mathematics learning in class V at SDN Sedati Gede II Sidoarjo. Keyword: critical thinking, mathematics, math scrabble.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of STREAM-based project assignments on the spiritual attitudes of fifth-grade elementary school students. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research type. The research instrument is a spiritual attitude questionnaire used to measure students' spiritual attitudes. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing spiritual attitude questionnaires to fifth-grade students of SDN Kebraon 1/436 Surabaya. The data obtained are analyzed using statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of STREAM-based project assignments on the spiritual attitudes of fifth-grade elementary school students. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of STREAM-based project assignments is effective in improving students' spiritual attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student engagement and the factors that hinder student engagement in participating in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning in 3rd grade elementary school. This study combines descriptive research with qualitative methodology. Third grade students and teachers are the topics of this study. Observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires were used to collect data through technical triangulation, source triangulation, and time triangulation. Data collection, data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification are steps in data analysis using an interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman. According to the research findings, the engagement of 3rd grade elementary school students with IPAS learning is still low. This is caused by various factors. Factors inhibiting student engagement consist of internal and external factors. Internal factors include physiological factors such as; fatigue and drowsiness, psychological factors; such as lack of attention and concentration, low interest and motivation to learn, which cause students to have difficulty focusing and less enthusiastic in participating in learning. External factors include social and non-social factors. Social factors include; peer influence that sometimes causes teasing or harassment, thus reducing students' self-confidence, interactions with teachers that still cause fear for some students, and a lack of learning support from parents. Meanwhile, non-social factors are the most dominant obstacles, especially the limitations of media, methods, and learning facilities, such as the use of lecture methods that tend to be monotonous, minimal use of learning media, the lack of LCDs and limited classroom facilities that affect learning comfort. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using interactive PowerPoint media on the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Margorejo 1. This research used an experimental method with a quantitative approach and a non-equivalent posttest-only control group design. Data were collected through observation and posttest results. The data were analyzed using prerequisite tests, namely normality and homogeneity tests, followed by a two-tailed t-test to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between students taught using interactive PowerPoint media and students taught using conventional methods. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of interactive PowerPoint media has a significant effect on the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Margorejo 1. Abstract

This research aimed to 1) describe the implementation of the experiential learning model in cultivating High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS); 2) determine students' activities in the application of the experiential learning model in foster High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS); 3) assess students' responses to learning using the experiential learning model; 4) evaluate students' learning outcomes with the experiential learning model in developing High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This study adopted a descriptive quantitative research design. This study is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The research subjects are grade VA students at SDN Dukuh Menanggal I/424 Surabaya. Data collection techniques use instruments such as observation sheets, questionnaires, and tests. Based on the research results, the experiential learning model can be implemented effectively and successfully enhances students' HOTS. Students' activities during the learning process reach a score of 90, in accordance with the HOTS activity indicators. Students' responses to the implementation of the experiential learning model are very positive. Overall, the learning outcomes achieve a mastery level of 95% with the category "Very Good."
