Abstract

This study aims to describe the mechanism and practice of fintech-based loan services on the SPinjam feature which is analyzed based on the Sharia Economic Law Compilation. This type of research is an empirical legal research using a case approach through observation, interviews and documentation instruments. The data analysis technique is descriptive using the Miles and Huberman model through three activity lines, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There are two steps to getting fintech-based loan services on the SPinjam feature, namely activating the SPinjam feature and following the loan application procedure on the SPinjam feature. In practice, the SPinjam feature has set the smallest interest rate of 2.45%, administrative fees of up to 3%, and additional funding sanctions of ± 5.0% of the remaining loan principal for late installment payments. Payments can be made through Indomaret outlets, Alfamart, Bank Transfers, and others. (2) Judging from the compilation of sharia economic law, the practice of fintech-based lending services on the SPinjam feature is not justified just because users both agree, because in its operation it applies an interest system that is prohibited in Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana hukum bergerak seiring dinamika laju cepatnya perkembangan industri fintech syariah yang tak terhindarkan. Dengan menggunakan kombinasi pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, artikel ini menguraikan perjalanan evolusi fintech syariah dan kerangka regulasi hukumnya. Temuan penelitian menyoroti kebutuhan akan pembaharuan terus-menerus dalam regulasi hukum untuk menjawab tantangan yang muncul seiring dengan lonjakan inovasi di sektor industri fintech syariah, sembari tetap berpegang teguh pada prinsip-prinsip syariah dan kebutuhan konsumen. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun tantangan hukum hadir secara signifikan, namun dengan penerapan regulasi yang cermat dan tepat, industri fintech syariah dapat terus tumbuh dan berkembang secara positif.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the strategy of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in improving road infrastructure in Bone Regency. This study used descriptive research type with qualitative research type. This research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of validating the data was done by triangulating the source, technique and time and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the strategy of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in improving infrastructure in Bone Regency was not yet effective. Based on several strategic indicators in this study, namely: 1) Human resources, work results or work quality was low quality because the results of road repairs did not last long and were not  professional yet at work, 2) Effective, the work was still less effective due to limited funds which results in poor workmanship and damage quickly, 3) Efficient, not yet efficient because in road infrastructure improvements there were still some areas that had not been touched and evaluated for road infrastructure improvements, 4) Objectives, to improve the community's economy and the welfare of the people of Bone Regency.Keywords: Strategy, Repair, Road Infrastructure

Abstract

This study aims to examine the methods employed by lecturers in teaching a Paragraph Writing class during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also investigates their perceptions of online peer observation as a tool for professional development. Peer observation serves as a professional development tool that enhances the learning process and improves teaching practices. Using a qualitative design, the study involved two lecturers who were observed by a senior faculty member across four online sessions. Data were gathered through pre-observation meetings, classroom observations, post-observation discussions, and semi-structured interviews. Post observation discussions and feedback sessions between the observer and lecturers fostered critical thinking, idea exchange, heightened awareness of teaching performance, and collaborative efforts to achieve better student outcomes. The findings indicate that (1) lecturers should advance their pedagogical methodologies, with a particular emphasis on learning strategies and information technology competencies, (2) peer observation is perceived as a valuable collaborative learning activity that improves teaching practices through feedback, skill acquisition, and mutual collaboration, and (3) challenges such as device issues, internet connectivity, and student engagement were encountered during the online teaching. The study concludes that online peer observation contributed meaningfully to professional growth by facilitating feedback, reflective practice, and collaboration.

Abstract

Penyakit busuk daun yang disebabkan oleh cendawan Phytophthora infestans termasuk salah satu jenis cendawan yang sulit untuk dikendalikan pada tanaman tomat, awalnya penyakit ini dikenal dengan nama Botrytis infestans mont. Berdasarkan klasifikasinya cendawan ini termasuk dalam kelas Oomycetes, bangsa Peronosporales dan suku Pythiaceae. Penyakit ini dapat menyebar ke batang, tangkai dan buah. Penyebarannya semakin cepat pada tingkat kelembaban diatas >95% disekitar kanopi dan suhu sekitar 20oC. Penyakit busuk daun dapat menyebabkan penurunan hasil panen secara signifikan dan bahkan mengakibatkan gagal panen apabila tidak ditangani dengan cepat dan efektif. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa dosis terbaik untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman dan menunda munculnya penyakit adalah 80g/10 liter air yang diaplikasikan dengan metode kocor dan semprot menggunakan Trichoderma spp. pada bedengan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan konsentrasi GMN Trichoderma sp. yang paling efektif jika dilarutkan dalam air cucian beras untuk mengendalikan P.infestans penyebab penyakit busuk daun pada tanaman tomat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Labolatorium Penyakit Tanaman dan screen house, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tadulako, Palu, selama kurang lebih delapan bulan. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan enam perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Konsentrasi perlakuan GMN Trichoderma sp. yang digunakan sebagai berikut: (kontrol, 5g/1 liter air cucian beras, 10g/1 liter air cucian beras, 15g/ 1 liter air cucian beras, 20g/ 1 liter air cucian beras, 25g/ 1 liter air cucian beras). Parameter yang diamati meliputi tingkat keparahan penyakit, kejadian penyakit, jumlah buah tomat dan berat buah tomat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan GMN Trichoderma sp. dengan konsentrasi 20g/1 liter air cucian beras memberikan hasil terbaik dalam menurunkan tingkat keparahan penyakit di umur 57 HST, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kejadian penyakit, jumlah buah dan berat buah.

Abstract

Taxes are a vital source of state revenue that play a crucial role in supporting fiscal independence and national development. As the contribution of natural resources declines, the government seeks to optimize tax revenue by enhancing public awareness, including among younger generations. This community service activity aimed to instill early tax awareness by introducing Income Tax Article 21 (PPh 21) to senior high school students at Madrasah As’Adiyah in Makassar. The methods used included interactive tax education, simple tax calculation simulations, and assessments to measure students' understanding. The results indicated a high level of enthusiasm, significant improvement in both conceptual and practical understanding of PPh 21, and an increased awareness of the role of taxes in national life. Educating students about PPh 21 proved to be an effective long-term strategy for developing a tax-conscious generation. Therefore, integrating tax education into the formal school curriculum and fostering sustained collaboration with tax authorities are essential to strengthening these outcomes. Keywords: Tax Literacy; Tax Education; Community Service Abstrak Pajak merupakan sumber utama pendapatan negara yang berperan vital dalam mendukung kemandirian fiskal dan pembangunan nasional. Seiring menurunnya kontribusi sektor sumber daya alam, pemerintah mendorong optimalisasi penerimaan pajak melalui peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, termasuk generasi muda. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan kesadaran pajak sejak dini melalui edukasi Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 (PPh 21) kepada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Madrasah As’Adiyah, Makassar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, simulasi perhitungan pajak, dan evaluasi pemahaman siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi, peningkatan pemahaman konseptual dan praktis mengenai PPh 21, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran siswa terhadap peran pajak dalam kehidupan berbangsa. Edukasi PPh 21 terbukti efektif sebagai strategi jangka panjang dalam membentuk generasi sadar pajak. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan integrasi materi pajak dalam kurikulum sekolah serta kolaborasi berkelanjutan dengan otoritas perpajakan untuk memperkuat hasil yang dicapai. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of income expectations, use of social media and digital literacy on increasing interest in entrepreneurship. The object of this research is Economics and Business students at the Islamic University of Malang with a sample size of 82 students who have taken entrepreneurship courses and do not yet have a business. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis tools. This research uses a quantitative approach because the data is obtained in the form of numbers. Based on the results of research analysis, income expectations have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The use of social media has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. and digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Income Expectations, Use Of Social Media, Digital Literacy And Interest In Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah cukup besar di Indonesia hingga saat ini dengan prevalensi yang cukup tinggi mencapai 37,2% (Riskesdas, 2023). Angka stunting di Kabupaten Garut mencapai 35%, merupakan daerah tertingi di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pada bulan Juni 2023, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten (Pemdakab) Garut menyebutkan angka stunting turun menjadi 23,6% dan menargetkan 13% di tahun 2024. Untuk mencapai target tersebut, salah satu strategi Pemdakab Garut dengan membentuk Tim Pendamping Keluarga (TPK) yang merupakan bagian dari Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting (TPPS) yang beranggotakan ibu-ibu kader Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di setiap desa, salah satunya Desa Sukasenang, Banyuresmi. Sebagai upaya untuk membantu program Pemdakab Garut, maka dilakukan penyuluhan pada ibu-ibu kader PKK mengenai pencegahan anemia pada remaja putri (rematri), calon pengantin wanita, dan ibu hamil agar dapat menurunkan risiko lahirnya anak stunting. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu-ibu kader PKK mengenai upaya bebas anemia untuk penurunan dan pencegahan stunting. Penyuluhan dilakukan secara audiovisual dengan metode ceramah dan membagikan media leafleat. Dilakukan juga pre-test dan post-test pada responden dengan instrument kuesioner. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan 89% responden berpengetahuan baik dan post-test menunjukkan 100% berpengetahuan baik. Hal ini menunjukkan penyuluhan berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu-ibu kader PKK.

Abstract

The introduction of the pharmacist profession serves as an effort to broaden children's understanding of the roles and contributions of health professions in daily life, including the proper use of medications. Additionally, teachers in kindergartens play a central role in ensuring safety at school, including performing first aid when necessary. Therefore, this community service program aims to enhance the knowledge of Al Biruni Kindergarten students about the pharmacist profession and to improve the knowledge of Al Biruni Kindergarten teachers on first aid measures to prevent fatal accidents. The methods used included introducing the pharmacist profession through an audiovisual presentation and simple pharmaceutical job simulations conducted by the children, as well as providing first aid seminar to teachers and evaluating their knowledge before and after the session. Questionnaire result showed an increase in teachers' knowledge from 78.12% to 93.75% in the "excellent" category after the session. Feedback from the event indicated participants satisfaction level of 98.4%. In conclusion, this community service program was conducted successfully and provided significant benefits, particularly in introducing the pharmacist profession to children and improving teachers' ability to perform first aid at Al Biruni Kindergarten.

Abstract

This study explores the development of written reading comprehension questions by English teachers in junior high schools in Padang, focusing on the use of Bloom's Taxonomy to support higher-order thinking skills (HOTS). Given the importance of English as a foreign and international language, reading comprehension is crucial for students, not only for information retention but also for critical thinking. Using Bloom's cognitive taxonomy as a framework, this study assesses teachers' abilities to formulate questions across three HOTS levels: analysis, evaluation, and creation. Data were collected from four English teachers across three schools, employing qualitative methods, including interviews and test assessments. Results show that while teachers predominantly formulated questions at the analysis level (76%), questions requiring evaluation and creation—skills essential to fostering critical and creative thinking—were significantly lower, at only 15% and 8%, respectively. These findings reveal that although teachers demonstrate some capacity for incorporating analytical questions, there is a need for improvement in crafting questions that challenge students to evaluate and create, aligning with HOTS objectives. Teachers cited challenges such as limited student vocabulary, time constraints, and a lack of in-depth training on Bloom’s taxonomy. This study underscores the importance of targeted professional development to enhance teachers' competence in developing HOTS-oriented questions, thereby fostering students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
