Abstract This paper discusses how to use Werewolf game to teach speaking to Senior High School Students. As for the background of this paper because teachers are hard to find a fun and effective method in teaching speaking. Werewolf game is a fun, critical, effective and creative game where the learners have to voice their arguments and opinions through discussion activity. The learners will get used to using English without realized that they are in teaching learning process through this game. Before playing this game, the teachers have to explain how to run the game or give example using video. This game uses cards as media that contain the roles of each players. When the learners are playing Werewolf game, they have to voice their opinions and arguments to win the game. In conclusion, this game can help teachers to teach the learners in teaching speaking in English.Key words: Speaking, Discussion, Werewolf Game.

Semakin meningkatnya penyebaran Virus Corona yang mempengaruhi sektor ekonomi Kabupaten Enrekang. KKN Tematik Kewirausaan menjadi salah satu prioritas program pemberdayaan masyrakat dalam meningkatkan sektor ekonomi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu mempunyai dampak positif yang luar biasa, karena adanya kegiatan kewirausahaan pembuatan Jasuke sebagai alternatif pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam hal kuiner dan lainnya. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut maka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini perlu dilakukan dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Kabupaten Enrekang khususnya masyarakat pegunungan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tindak lanjut juga terekam, beberapa manfaat praktis yang diperoleh oleh Ibu-ibu di Desa Kabupaten Enrekang, yaitu mereka mendapatkan informasi yang jelas dan utuh mengenai hakekat pemberdayaan masyarakat dari segi pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Bermakna untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru yang sifatnya inovatif dari pengembangan industri rumah tanggga, ibu-ibu yang menjadi peserta pelatihan memperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai langkah pengembangan iklim usaha dengan memanfaatkan pembuatan Jasuke, peserta pelatihan juga mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas dan utuh tentang manfaat Sumber Daya Alam jika dikelola dengan baik. Rencana tahapan berikutnya adalah Pendampingan pengolahan produk sehingga didapatkan standar mutu baik kualitas maupun kuantitas yang standar dan bermutu dari produk serta evaluasi program untuk melihat seberapa jauh program ini bermanfaat bagi Ibu-ibu di Desa Kabupaten Enrekang.

This article is written based on the research aiming at describing the duties and responsibilities of supervising teachers during the conduction of student-teaching program in the period of January-June 2010 by English department students. The data were the perceptions about the supervising teachers’ duties and responsibilities obtained from the questionnaires given to the student-teachers. Generally, the questionnaires asked the sample about the performing of duties and responsibilities by supervising teachers in three periods: observation, guided teaching and independent teaching period. Based on the data it is found that although in the third (independent teaching) period the supervising teachers performed their duties and responsibilities well, both in the first (observation) and second (guided teaching) period the supervising teachers did not perform their duties and responsibilities as they should have been. Key words: student-teachers, supervising teachers, duties and responsibilities, observation, guided teaching and independent teaching period.

. English class in Health Promotion Department faced many obstacles. Those might be related to low English proficiency students, inappropriate learning materials and the ignorance of need analysis. To overcome the obstacles, need analysis is regarded as the most crucial stage. It covered a wide range of activities coping with either the students’ learning needs or their target needs and would begin by analyzing the needs of curriculum demand. It is known as needs analysis. Needs analysis is assumed as the starting point to choose the suitable subject material to fulfill the demand of work field. Therefore, an evaluation of teaching materials based on the needs of Health Promotion Department Students at Health Polytechnic of Padang is required to conduct as the purpose of this research.This research was designed as a survey research. It involved 107 respondents who registered as all active students of Health Promotion Department from the first until the third year; enroll 2017 – 2019 academic years. The data were collected through questionnaire and observation document. The data was analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative method. The questionnaire was analyzed by using quantitative method, meanwhile document observation from the syllabus and questionnaire from the students were analyzed by using qualitative. The findings of this research concluded that the teaching materials on the syllabus of Health Promotion Department Padang have been enough appropriate with the students’ need in short-term (during study process); and long-term (for working life); it was proven by, or a half of them have been appropriate. However, the implementation of the four skills of English has been not appropriate applied yet, since the teaching materials gave for reading more. Teaching English with specific topic that related to the students’ major for all language skills would make them become more enthusiastic. This would be a recommendation to the institution, curriculum designer and course designer to consider the result of this research. The new syllabus and module should be recommended.

Soil and water conservation efforts continue to be encouraged, considering the increasing number of openings of oil palm plantations that occur in various regions, including Wawolemo Village Konawe Regency. Clearing new land for oil palm planting is generally carried out by land clearing, which has the potential to cause erosion, so soil and water conservation efforts are needed to prevent land degradation, especially the loss of nutrients in the topsoil layer due to erosion. This community service activity aims to provide the community in Wawolemo Village with an understanding of the importance of soil and water conservation. Activities carried out in January 2024 for the farmers/community of Wawolemo Village. The method used was in the form of lectures or counseling and evaluation, where questionnaires were filled out before and after the activity took place. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in the understanding and insight of the Wawolemo Village community after being provided with education, especially about erosion, soil, and water conservation techniques, as well as environmentally friendly and sustainable palm oil plantation practices based on soil and water conservation. By implementing a soil and water conservation system, smallholder oil palm growers are also expected to be able to save on fertilizer costs, which have been considered quite large, in order to obtain optimal production. Upaya konservasi tanah dan air terus digalakkan mengingat semakin banyaknya pembukaan kebun kelapa sawit yang terjadi di berbagai daerah, tidak terkecuali Desa Wawolemo Kabupaten Konawe. Pembukaan lahan baru untuk penanaman kelapa sawit umumnya dilakukan dengan cara land clearing yang berpotensi menyebabkan erosi, sehingga diperlukan upaya konservasi tanah dan air untuk mencegah terjadinya degradasi lahan terutama hilangnya unsur hara pada lapisan tanah atas karena erosi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat di Desa Wawolemo tentang pentingnya konservasi tanah dan air. Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2024 pada petani/masayarakat Desa Wawolemo. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah atau penyuluhan dan evaluasi dengan mengisi kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan wawasan masyarakat Desa Wawolemo setelah diberikan penyuluhan terutama tentang erosi, teknik konservasi tanah dan air, serta praktik perkebunan kelapa sawit yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan berbasis konservasi tanah dan air. Dengan penerapan sistem konservasi tanah dan air, pekebun sawit rakyat juga diharapkan dapat berhemat dari biaya pemupukan yang selama ini dianggap cukup besar untuk mendapatkan produksi yang optimal.

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Madrasah Digital Report Card Application (RDM) in evaluating learning outcomes at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sabilal Muhtadin Maroangin, Puncak Village, South Sinjai District. Qualitative descriptive method was used with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of RDM provides convenience in evaluating learning outcomes, including filling in grades, archiving, and printing student grades. Assessment indicators show that RDM in the madrasah is in accordance with existing guidelines and SOPs, with good planning preparation, efficient assessment implementation by educators, and effective digital reporting. This research is expected to increase understanding of the implementation of RDM in the context of madrasah education.

Empowerment of traditional markets in Sungai Salak serves to improve people's welfare. In this case the Government must develop this market, because the economic activities of the Salak River are in this market. the government must carry out development both in terms of infrastructure and basic needs of traditional markets. Because it is feared that after Covid 19, traditional markets will disappear to be replaced by modern markets and online markets, even though these traditional markets are one that can revive the community's economy after the economic downturn due to the Covid 19 pandemic that occurred. it is a big responsibility for the government to be developed, because traditional markets are now competing with modern markets. Of course, the development of traditional markets requires the right strategy from the government.

The purpose of this research is to know students’ ability and students’ difficulties in identifying transitivity system. The population of this research was all English Language Education Program of UNP in academic year 2021, while the sample of this research was K2 Class which consisted of 22 students. This research used descriptive with quantitative method and included two instruments: transitivity test and questionnaire. The transitivity test was used to know the students’ ability in identifying transitivity system while questionnaire was used to know students’ difficulties faced by them. The mean of student’ ability in identifying transitivity system was poor with score 47.72. In addition, students’ difficulties in identifying transitivity encountered that there were several significant challenges. The most difficulties that faced by the students were relational identifying process, mental process and verbal process. Difficulties in relational identifying process was difficulty in determining “role” “identity” or “meaning” with 86.3%. Difficulties in mental process were difficulty in determining verbs of feeling, thinking, and perceiving with 81.8%. Additionally, in verbal process, students had limited understanding of the function of Target with 77.2%.
