Abstract

This research examines the analysis of the form of a father's affection for his child in the film Miracle in Cell No. 07. This research uses qualitative methods to produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from Film Miracle in Cell No. 07. Film is the mass media that has the most influence on imitation of human behavior patterns, sometimes information from films enters the subconscious of the human mind. This study aims to determine the form of father's affection for his child verbally and non-verbally from Film Miracle in Cell No. 07 07. Affection is a unique relationship pattern between two or more human beings. This relationship pattern is characterized by feelings of affection, mutual love, mutual love, mutual care and mutual giving, thus, it can be said that, affection is a basic human need. , so it will affect someone's life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi Cyber PR yang diterapkan oleh Universitas Buana Perjuangan (UBP) Karawang dalam mempromosikan program kuliah dan meningkatkan jumlah pendaftar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Informan yang diwawancarai dalam penelitian ini meliputi staf hubungan masyarakat dan marketing Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang, serta mahasiswa yang telah mendaftar melalui jalur promosi digital. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode reduksi data, dan keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang telah menerapkan strategi Cyber PR yang mencakup empat elemen utama sesuai dengan teori Holtz, yaitu Strategic, Integrated, Targeted, dan Measurable. Pada aspek Strategic, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang merencanakan promosi melalui platform media sosial yang populer seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube. Pada aspek Integrated, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang menggunakan media digital secara terpadu untuk menyebarkan informasi yang konsisten di berbagai platform. Pada aspek Targeted, kampanye promosi Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang disesuaikan dengan platform digital yang paling sesuai dengan target audiensnya, seperti calon mahasiswa reguler dan mahasiswa karyawan. Sedangkan pada aspek Measurable, Universitas Buana Perjuagan Karawang secara aktif mengukur efektivitas kampanye digital melalui engagement rate dan kunjungan situs web. Implementasi Cyber PR di Universitas Buana Perjuagan Karawang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan minat calon mahasiswa baru, dengan adanya peningkatan interaksi di media sosial serta respon positif dari calon pendaftar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication in increasing tumbler sales at Starbucks Rest Area KM 57, which is located in the Rest Area of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road. In this case, the researcher seeks to obtain in-depth and detailed information about the implementation of integrated marketing communication of Starbucks Coffee Rest Area KM 57 Toll Jakarta - Cikampek. This research was conducted through Qualitative methods with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation regarding the Implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication at Starbucks Rest Area KM 57 in increasing tumbler sales with the theory according to Firmansyah (2020) in the Implementation of integrated marketing communications, namely Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Personal Selling, Advertising, Word of Mouth Marketing, Events and Experiences, Interactive Marketing. From this implementation, Starbucks Rest Area KM 57 uses a partnership called 8 ijo in selling tumblers, besides that marketing efforts through are still carried out and assisted by baristas through personal social media.

Abstract

Dalam pendidikan inklusif, anak berkebutuhan khusus dan anak reguler belajar bersama, sehingga guru perlu memberikan arahan tentang cara melakukan komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal. Komunikasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif jika guru mampu menyampaikannya dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal guru dalam meningkatkan interaksi siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusif. Fokus utama penelitian adalah bagaimana guru menggunakan berbagai pesan komunikasi verbal dan non-verbal yang digunakan untuk mendukung dan memperbaiki interaksi sosial serta akademik siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan teori interaksi simbolik dari Geoge Herbert Mead. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, obersevasi di kelas, serta analisis dokumen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru di SDN Kalangsari V menggunakan berbagai strategi komunikasi, termasuk komunikasi verbal, komunikasi nonverbal, dan penggunaan media visual untuk memfasilitasi interaksi yang lebih baik antara siswa. Komunikasi verbal melibatkan penggunaan bahasa yang sederhana dan jelas, serta pemberian instruksi yang detail. Sementara itu, komunikasi nonverbal meliputi penggunaan isyarat tubuh, ekspresi wajah, dan kontak mata untuk memperkuat pesan yang disampaikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi komunikasi bisnis M-Knows Consulting dalam upaya menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. M-Knows Consulting adalah lembaga konsultan manajemen yang mengalami peningkatan penjualan dan repeat order dari pelanggan dalam tiga tahun terakhir, meskipun tidak melakukan promosi masif melalui media sosial yang berbeda dari kompetitor, M-Knows Consulting lebih mengandalkan pendekatan langsung oleh sales consultant. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teori AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) digunakan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi komunikasi mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan langsung oleh sales consultant efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan minat klien, membangkitkan keinginan untuk terus menggunakan layanan, dan mendorong repeat order serta rekomendasi dari pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang strategi komunikasi personal dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan di industri konsultan manajemen, serta rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi.

Abstract

The motivation for this study stemmed from the frequent posts on the Instagram social media account @prabowo, which has become a popular subject of discussion among individuals in Indonesia. The objective is to determine the extent to which posts on the Instagram account @prabowo impact Prabowo Subianto's political image. This study employs quantitative methodologies, namely an explanatory survey. The study use the Image Formation Theory as its main theoretical framework, supplemented by the media exposure theory. The research population consisted of individuals who followed the Instagram account @prabowo. The sample was selected using a Non-Probability Sampling approach, namely the purposive sampling method. The data gathering method used was a survey conducted via the use of Google Form. Additionally, the data analysis approach employs a Likert scale. The findings of this study demonstrated that the frequency, substance, and level of attention in posts on the social media platform Instagram, namely the account @prabowo, had a substantial impact on the political image of Prabowo Subianto.

Abstract

Disaat pandemi covid-19 melanda indonesia terdapat beberapa sektor yang terdampak mulai dari ekonomi, industri hingga pendidikan. Pada sektor pendidikan terdapat perbedaan yang terjadi pada guru sekolah dasar pada saat pemberian materi masa pandemi di karenakan komunikasi yang dilakukan berbeda dengan biasanya sehingga sering terjadinya komunikasinya yang tidak efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru sekolah dasar dapat memaknai profesinya saat memberikan materi dimasa pandemi covid-19 dan untuk mengetahui komunikasi guru sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode pada penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat kendala komunikasi yang di alami pada guru sekolah dasar, terdapat minimnya pengetahuan teknologi saat ini pada guru, orangtua dan anak yang mengakibatkan komunikasi yang terjadi kurang maksimal saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung

Abstract

There are different types of uniqueness and diversity of mothers who can be an option for women who, in addition to carrying out their duties as mothers, choose to carry out other activities such as working mothers, mothers who become politicians, and mothers who have street children, as in the research conducted. The purpose of this research is to find out how the mother's communication experience is on the streets. This study was carried out using qualitative research methods and Alfred Schutz's phenomenological approach. Researchers take steps that are deemed necessary in order to explore and comprehend the experiences of street children's mothers and their points of view. This study included 14 informants, including 10 key informants and 4 additional informants. The findings of this study are the experiences of street children's mothers while accompanying their children to work on the streets, as well as the actions they receive from other people as a result of the street children's mothers' acts of communication. Mothers of street children have both pleasant and unpleasant communication experiences;  As for the unpleasant experiences that were obtained, among others, being considered an irresponsible mother for allowing her child to be on the streets even though she knew that the streets were very dangerous for herself and her child. Meanwhile, a pleasant experience gained by a mother of street children is the closeness she feels with her child, considering that mothers of street children will be with their children longer than other mothers, mothers of street children can discuss many things with their children, understand children better and discuss what they will do and where they will go each day. From this communication experience, mothers interpret the meaning of children as reinforcement in the life they live and children as helpers who will bring mothers of street children to a better life.

Abstract

The use of smartphones has increased significantly since the COVID-19 pandemic. This is due to the government's policy of restricting human-to-human gatherings in order to avoid the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. People's lives are being made easier as communication and information technology advances; the world appears to be shrinking, and distance and time are no longer obstacles to humans meeting their needs. Technological advancements must be accompanied by an increase in the community's ability to use technology in order for it to be used optimally, particularly in efforts to improve the family economy. This community service aims to increase public awareness of the use of Internet-based media for digital marketing purposes. Community service is accomplished through direct exposure, discussion, and practice. This study was followed by mothers and women in the Waluya village. The information provided was about digital marketing and how to use it to improve the family economy by starting a home-based industry-based business. Mothers and women in Waluya Village are becoming more knowledgeable, and there is a greater interest in starting an online store to help the family economy.

Abstract

The advancement of communication and information technology in Indonesia has become one of its strengths for handling maternal and infant mortality in Indonesia; with good skills in managing information using advanced technology and information sources from a midwife, the public will more easily recognize the signs of an emergency felt by pregnant women. and will give birth. This community service activity is carried out to increase the knowledge and ability of midwives to manage sources of maternal and newborn health information. The activity was carried out in Waluya District, Karawang Regency, and was attended by 20 midwives in the area. The activity found an increase in the knowledge and ability of midwives to manage digital information by 40%.
