Abstract

Cetho Temple area has many historical sites that have not been documented. Because the location and existence of the site spreads in various places and is difficult to reach by the community. RECO Community have cares about these sites. This community was built 2016 and numbered 18 people. They believe  historical sites should be cared for and protected. The wishes of the community are in line with the program of the community service from the History Education  and Civic Education Course. The purpose of the community service program is for the community to document historical sites in the Cetho Temple Area through activities they have the knowledge and skills to document cultural heritage in the area. The method is to introduce equipment for historical site documentation, exercise, practice, mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that RECO Community could use them to document historical sites.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa klas IV SD Negeri 2 Gunungtumpeng dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Data diperoleh berdasarkan hasil observasi dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif komparatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV dengan jumlah 24 siswa. Hasil penelitian siklus I menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kategori tinggi 3%, kategori sedang 37%, kategori rendah 42%, dan kategori sangat rendah 8%. Pada siklus II meningkat yang ditunjukkan dari kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kategori sangat tinggi 54%, kategori tinggi 30%, kategori sedang 8%, kategori rendah 8%, dan kategori sangat rendah tidak ada. Ketuntasan hasil belajar pada siklus I yang tuntas KKM ada 3 siswa atau sebesar 13â„…, sedangkan siswa yang belum tuntas KKM ada 21 siswa atau sebesar 87%. Siklus II yang tuntas KKM ada 20 siswa atau sebesar 83%, sedangkan yang belum tuntas KKM ada 4 siswa atau sebesar 17%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Discovery learning terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of students' spiritual intelligence through Asmaul Husna activities at SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga, which is aligned with the school's vision in producing graduates with noble character and environmental insight to compete in the global era. The research method used is a qualitative approach by exploring data through interviews, observations, and literature studies as primary data, and strengthening the results with the use of questionnaires as secondary data. The results showed that routine efforts in carrying out Asmaul Husna activities have not made a significant impact on the development of students' spiritual intelligence. Observations show that most students can merely cognitively grasp the concepts or at the knowledge level, but are not fully able to implement them in their daily lives, especially with regard to changing attitudes. Therefore, comprehensive support from all the stakeholders of the school is needed in designing a more effective strategy for developing students' spiritual intelligence. Asmaul Husna activities that are carried out every day need to be carefully monitored by the school and family, considering that the success of this activity can be assessed from significant changes in students' attitudes and behaviour, which are the initial capital in their future career development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether parental attention significantly influences students' learning outcomes in class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Wonosegoro in Civics subjects. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses explanatory research. Primary data comes from questionnaires, while secondary data comes from school data and books. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Wonosegoro totaling 216 students. Sampling in this study was determined non-randomly, namely students of class XI IPS 1 with a total of 36 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires or questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and learning outcomes documents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique uses simple linear regression test statistics with the SPSS version 20 program. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it can be concluded that HO is accepted and HI is rejected, meaning that there is no significant effect of parental attention on the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 1. The R Squares value is 0.071, which shows that the effective contribution of parental attention variables in influencing learning outcomes is 7.1%. The rest is influenced by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research aims to improve Civic Education learning outcomes through the implementation of problem-based learning (PBL) models assisted by video media. The research subjects for class IX G SMP N 2 Ampeltotaled 32 students. Observation and tests as data collection techniques, and comparative descriptive techniques as data analysis techniques. This study used two cycles. In cycle 1, the teacher applied learning using the problem based learning (PBL) model assisted by video media, and then in cycle 2, the teacher gave evaluation questions. The results of the study concluded that learning PPKn with the problem-based learning (PBL) model assisted by video media can improve student learning outcomes. This is shown by an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. In the pre-cycle, 14 students (43.75%) completed KKM ≥ 75 and an average score of 69.59. In cycle 1, 21 students (65.62%) completed, and 11 students (34.38%) did not complete, and the average value was average 78.28. Then in cycle 2 increased by 32 students (100%) completed and the average value of 82.25. This research succeeded in achieving a success indicator of 100%. Therefore teachers are advised to use problem-based learning (PBL) models assisted by video media in order to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the inculcation of the values of patriotism and nationalism in students through PPKN learning in class XI TAV-A SMA Negeri 2 Salatiga. The type of research: descriptive qualitative, research subjects were PPKn teachers and students of class XI TAV-A. Collecting data using observation techniques, interview tests, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the inculcation of the values of patriotism and nationalism through Civics learning had been carried out starting from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The values of patriotism and nationalism that were instilled were: respecting differences, maintaining unity, being willing to sacrifice, caring about helping friends who are in trouble, being responsible, honest, disciplined and religious. Based on student questionnaire data processing, the effectiveness of Civics learning in instilling the values of patriotism and nationalism is manifested in eight attitudes of students who fall into the very high category with an average value of >3.0

Abstract

This research aims to analyze local cultural values that support and hinder regional development in West Sumba. West Sumba is a region rich in unique cultural heritage, but also faces challenges in development efforts. This research uses qualitative methods combined with case study methods. Data collection through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The research results show that strong cultural values such as mutual cooperation, togetherness and customs have an important role in supporting development in West Sumba. Gotong royong allows communities to work together on local development projects, while togetherness strengthens collaboration between government, communities and the private sector. However, some cultural values can also hinder development, such as a strong attachment to tradition which may hinder innovation, as well as norms that limit the role of women in the development process. This research contributes to the understanding of how cultural values can influence development efforts in areas with a rich cultural heritage. The practical implication of this research is the need for a balanced approach between utilizing positive cultural values and overcoming obstacles that may arise due to certain cultural values. By considering these complex dynamics, policy makers and decision makers can design more effective and sustainable development programs in West Sumba.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship (correlation) between student learning discipline and student learning achievement in Civics subject in class X SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga. The samples in this study were students of class X TKJ B and X DPIB B who were taken by nonrandom sampling, a total of 70 students. The data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment correlation statistical test from Person. Based on the results of the statistical correlation test, it shows that there is a significant positive correlation between learning discipline and Civics learning achievement of class X students of SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga. The results of the correlation analysis (test) between the learning discipline variable and student learning achievement show a positive correlation of r = 0. 302 with a significant level of 0.011 <0.05. With this positive correlation result is shows that learning achievement is not entirely influenced by learning discipline factors, but also influenced by factors outside the learning discipline. Although the contribution (contribution) of learning discipline to learning achievement is small, the habit of learning discipline must still be instilled in students.

Abstract

This research aims to increase student activity and learning outcomes using the Team Game Tournament (TGT) method in Civics subjects in class XII ATPH SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga. The issues of this study amounted to 36 students. Data collection techniques were observation and tests, while data analysis techniques used comparative descriptive techniques. The results obtained from this study indicate that the TGT learning method can increase student activity and learning outcomes in Civics subjects. This is evident from the average increase in student learning activeness in the first cycle of the 1st meeting 47.23% (17 students) in the 2nd meeting 69.44% (25 students), then increased in the second cycle of the 1st meeting 80, 56% (29 students) to 91.66% (33 students) at the 2nd meeting. Student learning outcomes also increased in each cycle. Pre-cycle 13.89% (5 students) who scored KKM ≥ 77 increased to 77.78% (28 students) in cycle I, and rose again to 94.44% (34 students) in cycle II. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that using the TGT method can increase the activity and learning outcomes of civics subjects’ students of class XII ATPH SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan membangun karakter generasimuda yang beretika pancasila dalam kebhinnekaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kepustakaan (library Research). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukandengan mengkaji buku-buku, hasil penelitian, makalah, skripsi, thesis, desertasi,artikel yang berkaiatn dengan materi yang diteliti. Teknik analisis data dilakukansecara kualitatif yaitu mengkroscekkan data-data terseleksi dari berbagai sumberbaik yang on line maupun tidak. Selanjutnya dilakukan display data, danpenarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengkajian berbagai sumberditemukan bahwa ada 18 karakter yang wajib dimiliki generasi muda(Kemendikbud ) yaitu; Religius, Jujur, Toleransi, Disiplin, Kerja keras, Kreatif,Mandiri, Demokratis, Rasa Ingin Tahu, Semangat Kebangsaan, Cinta Tanah Air,Menghargai Prestasi, Bersahabat/Komunikatif, Cinta Damai, Gemar Membaca,Peduli Lingkungan, Peduli Sosial, Tanggung Jawab. Dari 18 nilai tersebutmenurut Perpres Nomor 87 Tahun 2017 tentang Penguatan Pendidikan Karakterdisebutkan, Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter yang selanjutnya disingkat PPKadalah gerakan pendidikan di bawah tanggung jawab satuan pendidikan untukmemperkuat karakter peserta didik melalui harmonisasi olah hati, olah rasa, olahpikir, dan olah raga. Menurut Penpres tersebut ada 5 nilai karakter yang sangatperlu dilakukan PPK dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasiladalam pendidikan karakter terutama meliputi nilai-nilai religius, jujur, toleran,disiplin, bekerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangatkebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, komunikatif, cinta damai, gemarmembaca, peduli. Kelima nilai tersebut dilakukan penguatan melalui 3 lingkunganpendidikan yaitu keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat dengan strategi : pembiasaan,keteladanan, penghargaan dan hukuman yang bersifat edukatif. Kelima nilaikarakter dilakukan penguatan karena banyak fenomena yang dilakukan generasimuda baik berupa sikap, perilaku dan perbuatan yang menyimpang dari lima nilaikarakter tersebut. Jika tidak dilakukan penguatan dapat mengancam kehidupanberbangsa dan bernegara. Kesimpulannya bahwa nilai karakter generasi mudasangat perlu dilakukan penguatan melalui pendidikan keluarga, sekolah danmasyarakat dengan menggunakan strategi pembiasaan, keteladanan, penghargaandan hukuman yang bersifat edukatif
