Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas XI TPM B di SMK N 2 Salatiga dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe team game tournament berbantuan media word wall. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan model penelitian Tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TPM B SMK N 2 Salatiga yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe team game tournament berbantuan media wordwall dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PPKn siswa XI TPM B SMK N 2 Salatiga. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada siklus I, siswa yang hasil belajarnya tuntas KKM berjumlah 27 siswa atau 75%. Kemudian siklus II, siswa yang tuntas KKM berjumlah 33 siswa atau 91,6%.

Abstract

In accordance with the research problem that has been formulated, the aim of this research is to find out how much interest in learning mathematics in class IV students at SD Negeri Kalicacing 02 Salatiga has increased after implementing the TGT type cooperative learning model. The hypothesis in this research is "There is an increase in students' interest in learning mathematics subjects in implementing the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model in class IV of SD Negeri Kalicacing 02, Salatiga." This research was carried out at SD Negeri Kalicacing 02 Salatiga which is located on JL. Lmu Adisucipto No.06, Rt 1 Rw. 2, Kalicacing, District. Sidomukti, Salatiga City, Central Java, in the second semester. The subjects of this research were fourth grade students at SD Negeri Kalicacing 02 Salatiga. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Based on table 3, namely before the implementation of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model or pre-cycle, students' interest in learning obtained an average percentage of 53.38%. In cycle I, the implementation of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model experienced an increase in student interest in learning. The results of this cycle I action obtained an average percentage of 64.26%. The results of the actions in cycle II also saw an increase in students' interest in learning mathematics. The average percentage gain is 79.19%. The results of this classroom action research show that the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model is suitable for application in mathematics subjects for fourth grade students at Kalicaing 02 State Elementary School as a solution to the problem of low interest in learning mathematics. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is concluded that the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model can increase interest in learning mathematics in class IV students at SD Negeri Kalicacing 02 in the 2023/2024 academic year. This increase can be seen from the increase in students' interest in learning from  Cycle I to Cycle II.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the development of Ispring Suite-based interactive learning media can increase students' interest in learning in Civics learning subjects at SMK N 1 Kaliwungu. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) development with the ADDIE development model. The research results showed that the learning media developed was declared suitable for use with material expert validation test results of 90% and media expert validation test results of 83%. The results of the analysis of data on learning interest of class After using the media, there were 4 students (16%) in the moderate category, 12 students (48%) in the high category and 9 students (36%) in the very high category. There is no longer any interest in learning from students in the low category.

Abstract

Low student engagement can hinder their ability to develop their skills, thereby not aligning with the expected learning objectives. This study aims to increase the engagement of fourth-grade students at SDN Kalicacing 02 Salatiga by using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The participants in this study were 17 students from the fourth grade of SDN Kalicacing 02 Salatiga. The research design is based on the CAR design by Kemmis and McTaggart (1988) and was conducted in two cycles. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The success criteria for this research were that at least 75% of the fourth-grade students at SDN Kalicacing 02 Salatiga should have a high and/or very high level of engagement. The results of the study showed that the engagement of fourth-grade students at SDN Kalicacing 02 Salatiga can be improved by using the Problem-Based Learning model. Observation results from the first cycle showed an engagement score percentage of 65.56%, which then increased to 82.60% in the second cycle. Meanwhile, the student engagement questionnaire results showed a percentage score of 63.97% in the first cycle, which increased to 80.78% in the second cycle. The actions in the second cycle met the research success criteria of 75% of the students. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Problem-Based Learning model can increase the engagement of fourth-grade students at SDN Kalicacing 02 Salatiga.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perspectives of Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) students from Papua on the armed violence conflict that occurred in Nduga, Papua Mountains, and its impact on the protection of human rights in the area. The research method used is qualitative with an in-depth interview approach to collect data from students who have a background and direct experience related to the conflict. The results showed that students had diverse views on the causes and impacts of the conflict, including the political, economic and social factors that contributed to the tensions in Nduga. In addition, students also highlighted the negative impact of the conflict on human rights protection, such as violations of the right to life, the right to education, and the right to health. Recommendations resulting from this research include the need for dialogue between conflicting parties, increasing the role of the government in protecting the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the political participation of WSSW students from North Sumatra Batak Toba in the 2024 presidential election. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation of 50 student respondents. The results showed that the level of student political participation was still low, only 11 people (22%) of respondents used their voting rights and 39 people (78%) did not use their voting rights in the 2024 presidential election. Internal factors that influence political participation include political knowledge, individual interests, and political awareness. Meanwhile, external factors that influence are the friendship environment, social media, and socialization of presidential elections from the campus. Internal factors such as political awareness and knowledge, as well as external factors such as social environment and election socialization, encourage students to participate more. In contrast, individual interests and the friendship environment are the main factors for students to participate. This study recommends the need for increased socialization, political education, and social environmental support to increase student political participation in the next election.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class X7 students of SMA Negeri 1 Bergas in PPKn subjects through the application of the Buzz Group learning model with Quizizz media. This type of research is classroom action research. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. With data collection techniques of observation, documentation, and tests. The data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative description techniques to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in cycles I and II. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle, only 58.33% of students achieved KKM ≥75, in cycle I it increased to 72.22% and in cycle II it reached 88.89%. This increase in learning outcomes shows that the use of the Buzz Group learning model with Quizizz media is effective in improving students' PPKn learning outcomes. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X7 SMA Negeri 1 Bergas dalam mata pelajaran PPKn melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Buzz Group dengan media Quizizz. Jenis  penelitian ini adalah  penelitian tindakan kelas (clasroom action research).Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskripsi kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada tahap siklus I dan II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa. Pada pra siklus, hanya 58,33% siswa yang mencapai KKM ≥75, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 72,22% dan pada siklus II mencapai 88,89%. Peningkatan hasil belajar ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Buzz Group dengan media Quizizz efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar PPKn siswa.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) to find out and describe the implementation of character instilling in students through online Civics learning with the Jagaratu application during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMK N 3 Salatiga, 2) to find out the effectiveness of implementing character instilling in students through PPKn learning online with the jagaratu application during the covid 19 pandemic at SMK N 3 Salatiga. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with Civics teachers as subjects and students in class X TSM 2, XI M 1 and XII W 1, totaling 107 students. Data collection technique using techniques observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and research instruments. Data analysis techniques in this study were analyzed through techniques analysis qualitative data which include reduction, data display, conclution drawing/verification). (1) The results of the study show that the implementation of character cultivation is carried out through inculcation, exemplary, facilitation, and skills development methods, (2) The character values instilled by the teacher are religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, friendly / communicative, love peace, love to read, care for the environment, care socially, and be responsible, (3) The effectiveness of implementing character building in students through online Civic Education learning with the jagaratu application during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMK N 3 Salatiga in class X TSM 2, XI M 1, and XII W 1 were stated to be quite effective based on the results of the questionnaire at 85.6%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the school committee in implementing school-based management at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques based on data obtained in writing and orally from informants. Data validity using triangulation techniques. The research subjects/informants were committee administrators, school principals and teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga. The research results show that the role of the school committee in implementing school-based management, namely as an advisory body, supporting body, controlling body and liaison body is not optimal. This is caused by a lack of communication and coordination between the school committee and its members, a lack of coordination and communication between the head of the school committee and the school and a lack of understanding of the role of the school committee..

Abstract

Keterampilan kolaborasi menjadi salah satu seperangkat keterampilan abad 21 yang perlu dikuasasi sebagai bekal menghadapi tantangan di era digital. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kelas 5 SD N Cebongan 03 Salatiga adalah kurangnya inovasi guru dalam menerapkan model maupun pendekatan pembelajaran sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar dan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas 5 SD N Cebongan 03 Salatiga tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Melalui pelaksanaan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dengan mengacu desain Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya kenaikan keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik pada pra siklus hingga siklus 2 mencapai 86%. Adanya peningkatan hasil belajar juga ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar pada pra siklus, siklus 1 dan siklus 2 mencapai 93% sehingga melebihi indikator keberhasilan penelitian. Dengan demikian penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan hasil belajar.
