Abstract

Patrimony science or faraid is a branch of science in Islamic law that discusses the ins and outs of the division of the estate based on descent in the family hierarchy. All the rules of calculation derived from the Qur'an and are discussed in the book devoted to the science of inheritance. It’s now widely available software that can be used as a tool for the calculation of the distribution of the estate so that it can be used by a layman though. The software is currently still used as a form-like based interface.Natural Language Processing or NLP is a branch of Artificial Intelligence or AI that allows the computers to understand natural language  similar to those used by humans. While still on the use of written language, NLP has allowed the interaction between humans and computers can be done with natural language, no longer use the mediation form or the like. With the use of NLP can be made an heir by the name of counter application NL-Faraid (Natural-languaged Faraid) using natural language as a medium of inter-face.The results showed this application can be used to calculate the distribution of the estate. Abstract

AbstrakPromosi saat ini merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu bisnis pada perusahaan. Persaingan dengan penyedia barang jasa lain menjadi alasan utama dilaksanakannya kegiatan promosi pada suatu perusahaan.Sekolah sebagai lembaga penyedia jasa pendidikan perlu belajar dan memiliki inisiatif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan (siswa), karena pendidikan merupakan proses sirkuler yang saling mempengaruhi dan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan untuk memenangkan kompetisi antar sekolah serta untuk meningkatkan akselerasi peningkatan kualitas dan profesionalisme manajemen sekolah.Sistem Penunjang Keputusan dibuat untuk membantu pengguna dalam mengambil keputusan. Abstract

INTISASISebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Teknologi informasi lainnya PT Gits Solution  dapat menganalisa dahulu produk yang dikeluarkan akan diterima oleh konsumen atau tidak. Dalam pemilihan produk teknologi menggunakanmetode Fuzzy ME-MCDM untuk menentukan teknologi pertanian. Fuzzy Multicriteria Decision Making Methods (MCDM) adalah sebuah metode yang mengacu pada proses melihat, memprioritaskan, melakukan perangkingan, untuk memilih alternative dengan kriteria yang bersifat independent, incommensurate atau conflicting. Dalam penelitian ini pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil dari keluaran sistem dengan perhitungan secara manual,  hasil dari perbandingan itu membuktikan bahwa perhitungan secara manual dan sistem sama.Kata kunci— SPK; fuzzy; fuzzy ME-MCDM ABSTRACTIn order to compete with other companies , PT Gits Solution must analyze the products issued will be accepted by consumers or not. Abstract

Abstract -  The use of 3D models of vegetation consisting of plants and trees have been widely used in the depiction of scenes scenery / natural in the animation film industry, video games, simulations, and architectural visualization. The use of vegetation for the industry is also an important factor to generate natural scenery scenes more vivid and realistic in terms of graphics display and animasi.Penelitian aims to determine the effect of the vertex color to the effects of wind on procedural animation and 3d models of vegetation musaceae vertex parameters appropriate color to generate animated 3D models of vegetation musaceae realistic.Keywords - 3D, Procedural Animation, Vegetation Abstrak – Penggunaan model 3D dari vegetasi yang terdiri dari tanaman dan pohon-pohon telah digunakan dalam penggambaran adegan pemandangan / alam dalam animasi industri film, video game, simulasi, dan arsitektur visualisasi. Abstract

Recruitment is a means to prepare as many workers as possible according to the requirements and qualifications expected by the organization. In recruitment one of the things that is calculated is the character of the prospective employee itself. Companies or organizations usually carry out psychological tests and interviews to get the character of prospective employees. This will make the recruitment process longer and require a lot of money. One way to find out a person's character can be done by looking at the publication of daily activities on various social media. In this study the classification of prospective employees is based on tweets found on twitter. The results of this study are grouping prospective employees based on their characters using the naïve bayes classifier algorithm. From the research that has been done naïve bayes classifier algorithm has an accuracy accuracy of an average of 52% by weighting using the term document frequency.Keywords: Naïve Bayes Classifier, TFIDF, Character

Abstract

Pengaruh penerapan pipeline dalam sebuah industry animasi 3d sangat mempengaruhi produksi animasi agar maksimal. Dalam masing-masing divisi juga terdapat pipeline yang digunakan contohnya pipeline pada divisi cloth simulation. Pada MSV Studio pipeline simulasi yang diterapkan di divisi cloth simulation masih terdapat beberapa kendala pada saat produksi. Cara kerja pipeline yang sudah ada yaitu pada saat proses pengecekan data asset yang masih manual antara Sceneres dan Renderes yang diperlukan untuk simulasi cloth masih sering terjadi kesalahan seperti human error dan set up cloth masih dilakukan disetiap shot. Dari masalah tersebut diusulkan untuk dilakukan pengembangan pipeline cloth simulation agar bisa meminimalisir kesalahan dan menghemat waktu pengerjaan. Hasil dari produksi film animasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh pipeline yang digunakan dalam produksi tersebut. Studi ini memberikan gambaran bagaimana sebuah pipeline ikut andil besar dalam sebuah hasil dari produksi film animasi 3D terutama dalam masalah waktu. Pada akhirnya studi ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam pembuatan sebuah pipeline film animasi khususnya pada divisi cloth simulation.Kata Kunci — pipeline, cloth simulation, animasi 3DThe effect of pipeline application in a 3D animation industry greatly influences the production of animation for maximizing. In each division. there is also a pipeline that is used for example the pipeline in the cloth simulation division. In the MSV studio pipeline simulation applied in the cloth simulation division there were still some obstacles during production. The work of the existing pipeline during the process of checking asset data which is still manual between Sceneres and Renderes needed for cloth simulation is still often had an error such as human error and set up cloth still done in every shot. From this problem it is proposed to develop a pipeline cloth simulation in order to minimize errors and saving time processing. The results of the production of animated films are strongly influenced by the pipeline used in the production. This studyprovides an illustration of how a pipeline contributes greatly to the results of the production of 3D animated films, especially in the matter of time. In the end, this study can be a reference in making an animation film pipeline, especially in the cloth simulation division.Keywords — pipeline, cloth simulation, 3D animation

Abstract

The corona virus outbreak, commonly referred to as COVID-19, has been officially designated a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). To minimize the impact caused by the virus, one of the right steps is to develop a vaccine, however, with the vaccination for the Indonesian people, it is controversial so that it invites many people to give an opinion assessment, but the limited space makes it difficult for the public to express their opinion, because Therefore, people choose social media as a place to channel public opinion. Support vector machine algorithm has better performance in terms of accuracy, precision and recall with values ​​of 90.47%, 90.23%, 90.78% with performance values ​​on the Bayes algorithm, namely 88.64%, 87.32%, 88, 13%, with a difference of 1.83% accuracy, 2.91% precision and 2.65% recall, while for time the Naive Bayes algorithm has a better performance level with a value of 8.1 seconds and the Support vector machine algorithm gets a time speed of 11 seconds with a difference of 2, 9 seconds. With the results of sentiment analysis neutral 8.76%, negative 42.92% and positive 48.32% for Bayes and neutral 10.56%, negative 41.28% and positive 48.16% for SVM.

Abstract

Chroma key is a special effect on video editing, used for compositing (layering) two images or video streams together based on chroma range. The technique has been used heavily in many fields to remove a background from a subject or videos. A color range in the foreground footage is made transparent, allowing separately filmed background footage or a static image to be inserted into the scene. Abstract

INTISARIPada kantor UPK Kecamatan di kabupaten klungkung, belum adanya sistem informasi untuk mengelola segala bentuk proses. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pemberian dana hibah PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan. Disamping itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan sistem pendukung keputusan serta untuk mengetahui respon user terhadap sistem pendukung keputusan yang telah diciptakan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Membangun rancangan sistem pendukung keputusan proses, yaitu (1) Identifikasi masalah, (2) Alternatif solusi, (3) Rancangan produk, (4) Rancangan pengembangan materi dan perangkat lunak, (5) Produk awal, (6) Uji ahli, (7) Revisi tahap I, (8) Uji empirik terbatas, (9) Revisi tahap II, (10) Uji kelompok lapangan, (11) Produk akhir. Analisis pada pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pemberian dana hibah PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan menggunakan pendekatan analisis model dengan metode profile matching, analisis kebutuhan fungsional dan kebutuhan non fungsional.Hasil pada uji kelompok kecil memperoleh skor total sebesar 77,77% dan hasil pada uji kelompok besar memperoleh persentase skor total 98%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem sangat layak digunakan sebagai pendukung keputusan PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan. Pengujian perbandingan sistem kerja lama dan sistem baru pembuktiannya dengan pengujian t-test. Hipotesis alternatif berbunyi Ha lebih baik. Hasil pengujian harga t hitung adalah -9,726 dan t tabel adalah 1,812. Harga t hitung jatuh pada Ha atau penolakan Ho. Artinya, terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara sistem kerja baru dan lama. Sistem kerja baru lebih baik dari sistem kerja lama.Kata kunci: Sistem, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan. ABSTRACT                At the UPK Kecamatan office in klungkung district, there is no information system to manage all forms of process. The purpose of this research is to design decision support system in PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan grants grant selection. Besides, this study was conducted to determine the feasibility of decision support systems and to determine the user response to decision support systems that have been created.                This research uses research development approach (Research and Development). Data collection is done by using questionnaire, while research method used to analyze data is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. (1) Problem identification, (2) Alternative solution, (3) Product design, (4) Material and software development plan, (5) Initial product, (6) Expert test, (7) ) Revision phase I, (8) Limited empirical test, (9) Revision phase II, (10) Field group test, (11) Final product. Analysis of decision support in PNPM Mandiri Rural grants election using model analysis approach with profile matching method, functional requirement analysis and non functional requirement.                The results in the small group test obtained a total score of 77.77% and the results in the large group test obtained a 98% total score percentage. From these results it can be concluded that the system is very suitable to be used as a supporter of PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan decision. Comparative testing of old working system and new system of proof with t-test. Alternative hypothesis reads Ha better. The result of t test price is -9,726 and t table is 1,812. Price t arithmetic falls on Ha or rejection Ho. That is, there is a significant difference between new and old work systems. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dewasa ini mendorong masyarakat untuk selalu tanggap teknologi, terlebih di era pandemi covid-19 yang selalu mengedepankan social distancing. Media sosial digunakan sebagai suatu alat untuk menyampaikan opini masyarakat kepada khalayak. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan penelitian tentang opini masyaraat pada media sosial instagram dengan mengguakan Support Vector Machine. Setelah dilakukan uji akurasi dan presisi ternyata SVM belum sesuai digunakan sebagai algoritma yang dapat menangkap urutan karena susunan kata yang dibolak-balik meskipun maknanya berbeda tetap bermakna sama oleh mesin SVM, hal ini dibuktikan juga dengan jumlah akurasi yang kecil.yaitu 59%. Sehingga diperlukan langkah untuk bisa diteliti dengan algoritma lain misalnya algoritma HRRN (Highest Response Ratio Next) atau LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) yang memperhatikan urutan dan proses dengan rasio respon paling tinggi. Jika berdasarkan pendekatan ekstraksi fitur SVM dengan pendekatan count vector, tf-idf word level, tf-idf ngram level dan tf-idf char level. Dalam skenario ini nilai akurasi tertinggi terdapat pada perhitungan dengan menggunakan ekstraksi fitur count vector dan tf-idf ngram level.
