Abstract

Teknologi selalu dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi setiap kebutuhan bagi para penggunanya, salah satu manfaat dari adanya teknologi yaitu dapat mengelola data baik data individu ataupun data instansi. Pengelolaan data terutama di bagian pertukaran data dapat dengan mudah di lakukan apabila suatu sistem sudah menerapakan web service atau biasa disebut Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface. Pada penelitian ini terdapat masalah dalam melakukan pertukaran data/mutasi pegawai yaitu, belum adanya aplikasi untuk menjembatani pengelolaan data seperti pertukaran data pada intansi yang berbeda serta sistem yang berbeda dan perlu adanya proses pertukaran yang mudah aman serta real time. Penggunan Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Garut yang memerlukan data eksternal sehingga pertukaran data cepat, mudah, real time serta aman, metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metodologi Rational Unified Process (RUP). Aplikasi Pengelolaan Transfer Data Kepegawaian Pemerintah Daerah Berbasis Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface dan Codeigniter, memiliki peran untuk membantu pegawai pemerintahan dalam mengelola data kepegawaian dalam kaitan nya dengan proses mutasi dan penerimaan mutasi pegawai.

Abstract

Stunting is a disease of child growth and development which is characterized by low body height and with increasing age the body still does not develop properly according to its age and lasts a long time. Stunting can be triggered by several factors including infection or malnutrition in pregnant women, malnutrition in infancy, and poor stimulation from the environment. Along with the development of technology in the world of health such as expert system applications that can function to help someone to diagnose a disease. An expert system for diagnosing stunting can help the community find out whether their child is stunted or not, so stunting can be followed up quickly. Therefore the purpose of this research is to create an expert system that can detect stunting. The method used in this expert system is the certainty factor method by utilizing data on stunting symptoms. The web-based application is designed using the ESDLC (Expert System Development Life Cycle) expert system application development method and the blackbox testing method. The result of this research is the application of a web-based expert system for diagnosing stunting. This research is expected to be a tool that makes it easier for parents who have toddlers to diagnose stunting.

Abstract

The existence of health institutions that provide health services today is growing not only in hospitals, but also in clinics. One of the clinics that distributes health services is the Baiturrahman Clinic which is located on Jalan. Merdeka Number. 217, Jayaraga, Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency, West Java 44151. Baiturrahman Clinic certainly provides basic and specialized medical services, with health workers who are self-perpetuating and have knowledge and expertise in the health sector. Not only that, patient satisfaction is also one of the most important aspects that make health service activities run dynamically, especially in clinical administration services, especially for inpatients, this clinic still does not use data technology in carrying out maximum services, there are still many patients who do not know data regarding inpatient treatment costs in totality, thus causing the patient or the patient's family to find out about payment data for clinical administration staff. Therefore the purpose of this research is to design a web-based clinical administration data system. The methodology used is Extreme Programming (XP) which has several stages, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The procedure for testing uses black box testing. The results of this research are in the form of a clinical administration data system that can make it easier to search for data regarding inpatient healing fees in totality even remotely.

Abstract

Management of sales and inventory is very important for a business entity, for example in a pharmacy engaged in the pharmaceutical trade with a good process of managing sales and monitoring of drugs that will provide a maximum increase in profits and can reduce the risk of losses due to miscalculations at the pharmacy, so that the process sales and inventory run effectively and efficiently. we need a system that helps manage sales, monitor sales, and monitor drug supplies quickly and precisely. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research is to design and build an application for selling and supplying drugs at an android-based pharmacy that is carried out at the Tanjung Farma Garuti pharmacy. The system development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) with the stages of Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. For modeling the system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with diagrams used use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams. The application will be developed based on Android. The results of this study are in the form of an application that can make it easier for pharmacy employees to make notes to manage sales data and check/monitor drugs as well as to provide facilities for the Tanjung Farma pharmacy to improve service to the needs of drugs to the public.

Abstract

Clinics have human resources that aim to support the needs of health services to provide health services to patients. At the Medika Cempaka Garut Clinic, employee data management is ongoing using recording and archiving for each employee data and has not been computerized, using the archiving method in book form and written on paper data may be lost and carrying out data search activities takes a long time. takes a long time, and health services are felt to be lacking because of unskilled human resources and a lack of service to the wishes of patients, which can reduce trust and reduce the image of the clinic in the eyes of the public. Based on these problems the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a solution that can be applied to manage human resource information systems. So from these problems a system was created that could manage human resources for clinics, with the Human Resource Information System able to make an optimal contribution in terms of managing human resource data. In compiling this research for data collection conducting observations, interviews, and the Human Resource Information System information system using the Rational Unified Process method, this method has an empathic phase, namely inception, elaboration, construction and transition, where modeling is using the Unified Modeling Language, while for making applications using the PHP language along with the Yii2 framework and for the database using MySql. In the end, this research resulted in a Human Resource Information System application that can be accessed via a web browser. This application is expected to help the Cempaka Garut Medika Clinic for managing HR data.

Abstract

Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Bina Insan Qur'ani is an A-accredited elementary school education institution located on Jl. Raya Cibatu Bandrek, RT 02 RW 06, Padasuka Village, Cibatu District, Garut Regency, West Java, 44185. In developing and improving the quality of school service complaints quickly and service satisfaction is always fulfilled, every school will of course prepare the best service for every student namely by utilizing existing information technology at this time. This is due to the unavailability of a complaint system at SDIT Bina Insan Qurani so that it can make it difficult for parents of students to provide aspirations or suggestions to the school. The purpose of this research is to create a system capable of reporting the results of complaints from the Bina Insan QurĂ¡ni Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) services. This study uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method by going through four phases, namely inception, elaboration, construction and transition, the modeling design used is the Unified Modeling Language (RUP) modeling. In making the website using the PHP programming language, with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database server. The results of this study are a service complaint information system that can be accessed on various browsers, with features that can assist school administrators in receiving complaints or suggestions from students' parents.

Abstract

The Pengayoman Diamond Cooperative (KOPIN) Garut Prison was formed in 1984 with the aim of building, developing the potential and increasing the economic capacity of members based on the principle of kinship of members and for the welfare of members. In managing the work process of the Garut Correctional Cooperative (KOPIN) Garut prison consists of management of savings and loans, management of the trade sector, management of the livestock sector and management of the fishing sector. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the manual management system has created several obstacles, including low data accuracy and low response time, thereby reducing service to its members. As an alternative solution is the development of a web-based system with the methodology used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). The results of this study indicate that the application system built is relevant to the expected goals in accordance with the alpha testing that was carried out. Thus it can be concluded that with the aim of developing this system, it has been able to improve services to members.
