Abstract

Clinics have human resources that aim to support the needs of health services to provide health services to patients. At the Medika Cempaka Garut Clinic, employee data management is ongoing using recording and archiving for each employee data and has not been computerized, using the archiving method in book form and written on paper data may be lost and carrying out data search activities takes a long time. takes a long time, and health services are felt to be lacking because of unskilled human resources and a lack of service to the wishes of patients, which can reduce trust and reduce the image of the clinic in the eyes of the public. Based on these problems the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a solution that can be applied to manage human resource information systems. So from these problems a system was created that could manage human resources for clinics, with the Human Resource Information System able to make an optimal contribution in terms of managing human resource data. In compiling this research for data collection conducting observations, interviews, and the Human Resource Information System information system using the Rational Unified Process method, this method has an empathic phase, namely inception, elaboration, construction and transition, where modeling is using the Unified Modeling Language, while for making applications using the PHP language along with the Yii2 framework and for the database using MySql. In the end, this research resulted in a Human Resource Information System application that can be accessed via a web browser. This application is expected to help the Cempaka Garut Medika Clinic for managing HR data.

Abstract

Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Bina Insan Qur'ani is an A-accredited elementary school education institution located on Jl. Raya Cibatu Bandrek, RT 02 RW 06, Padasuka Village, Cibatu District, Garut Regency, West Java, 44185. In developing and improving the quality of school service complaints quickly and service satisfaction is always fulfilled, every school will of course prepare the best service for every student namely by utilizing existing information technology at this time. This is due to the unavailability of a complaint system at SDIT Bina Insan Qurani so that it can make it difficult for parents of students to provide aspirations or suggestions to the school. The purpose of this research is to create a system capable of reporting the results of complaints from the Bina Insan Quráni Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) services. This study uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method by going through four phases, namely inception, elaboration, construction and transition, the modeling design used is the Unified Modeling Language (RUP) modeling. In making the website using the PHP programming language, with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database server. The results of this study are a service complaint information system that can be accessed on various browsers, with features that can assist school administrators in receiving complaints or suggestions from students' parents.

Abstract

The Pengayoman Diamond Cooperative (KOPIN) Garut Prison was formed in 1984 with the aim of building, developing the potential and increasing the economic capacity of members based on the principle of kinship of members and for the welfare of members. In managing the work process of the Garut Correctional Cooperative (KOPIN) Garut prison consists of management of savings and loans, management of the trade sector, management of the livestock sector and management of the fishing sector. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the manual management system has created several obstacles, including low data accuracy and low response time, thereby reducing service to its members. As an alternative solution is the development of a web-based system with the methodology used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). The results of this study indicate that the application system built is relevant to the expected goals in accordance with the alpha testing that was carried out. Thus it can be concluded that with the aim of developing this system, it has been able to improve services to members.

Abstract

Wisata kuliner merupakan kegiatan bepergian bersama-sama untuk memperluas informasi atau wawasan mengenai makanan. Aplikasi web katalog dapat menunjang informasi seputar wisata kuliner yang bisa dinikmati dengan mudah oleh semua kalangan masyarakat. Aplikasi seputar kuliner yang ada belum mengakomodir seluruh tempat wisata kuliner yang ada pada suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi seputar wisata kuliner di mulai dari informasi kuliner, lokasi pertama kali wisatawan mengakses aplikasi dengan dilengkapi dengan rute jalan menuju tempat kuliner. Tidak hanya memberikan informasi kepada para wisatawan maupun masyarakat saja, akan tetapi dapat membantu pegiat-pegiat usaha kuliner sebagai media promosi untuk perusahaan kuliner mereka. Dengan menambahkan rute menuju lokasi kuliner yang menerapkan konsep Geographic Information System pada suatu aplikasi dapat memberikan informasi lebih akurat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa studi pustaka, studi lapangan dengan melakukan observasi, serta studi literatur sejenis. Sedangkan untuk pengembangan aplikasi penulis menggunakan metodologi yang digunakan yaitu Rational Unified Process dengan tahapan diantaranya yaitu inception, elaboration, contruction, kemudian menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modelling Language dan menggunakan metode pengujian black-box, serta menerapkan konsep Geographic Information System. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi web katalog produk wisata kuliner berbasis Geographic Information System ini mampu menyampaikan informasi mengenai tempat wisata kuliner dan membantu mempromosikan perusahaan kuliner, dimulai dari informasi tentang tempat, lokasi serta produknya.

Abstract

Text Pre-Processing is the first step in Sentiment Analysis. Categorizing a sentiment in a dataset is part of the Text-Preprocessing stage to get the optimal model accuracy value. Generative Pretrained Transformer, often known as Chat GPT, is a Machine Learning model that can automatically generate realistic and meaningful text. This study aims to examine the capability of GPT Chat as an alternative in the Text-Pre-Processing stage by utilizing GPT Chat 3 from the openai.com website in the Text-Pre-Processing stage of the collected tweet data. The data used in this research is the result of crawling Twitter by inserting the keyword "Chat GPT”. This study method was carried out by measuring performance using the K-Nearest Neighbor and Naïve Bayes Algorithms to find the best performance value and compare it with the Text-Preprocessing generated by Rapidminer. It is shown that the performance accuracy produced using the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm is 73.57% using the Linear Sampling method. The comparison result with the Text-Preprocessing method using Rapidminer indeed shows a better accuracy of 75.33%, which means it has a narrow difference of 1.76% with the Chat GPT Text Pre-Processing method. However, both are still in the same category, which is Fair Classification. The results of this research show that Chat GPT can be an alternative in Text-Preprocessing datasets for sentiment analysis.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al Halim Garut is a non-formal educational institution with the aim of studying, interpreting, exploring, animating, and applying Islamic teachings by emphasizing the importance of religious ethics as a guideline for daily behavior. The Santri Academic Information System is needed to make it easier for parents of students and administrators of Islamic boarding schools to search for academic information for students at Islamic boarding schools. Because the Santri Academic Information System at the Al Halim Garut Islamic Boarding School has just been used, it is necessary to analyze the Santri Academic Information System Acceptance using the Technology Acceptance Model Method, to determine the measurement of influence between constructs as well as a benchmark for adapting user acceptance of the system used. In this study, data processing analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling through the tools of Statistical Product and Service Solution and Analysis of Moment Structures. This study resulted in the level of user acceptance of the Santri Academic Information System with a probability value of below 5%, namely 0.000 and the influence between the constructs of the Technology Acceptance Model with 3 accepted hypotheses, namely the variable perceived ease of influencing perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness affecting intention to use, and intention to use influencing use. real.

Abstract

Alumni tracer study is a method of tracking or surveying alumni by tertiary institutions as well as private universities, the tracer study is used as a source of information and to find out the absorption process, and the position of graduates in the world of work. The Garut Institute of Technology is a tertiary institution located in Garut Regency which always produces the best undergraduate graduates from year to year the number of students continues to increase. The Garut Institute of Technology already has an alumni tracer study system, due to the limitations of the system in terms of adding variables to add question items, the tracer study alumni still use the Google form, and for questionnaires as the number of students at the Garut Institute of Technology requires a separate database and applications in its management . The purpose of this research is to design and build a tracer study information system to accelerate tracer study alumni management, and facilitate alumni data processing. This study uses the Rational Unified Process methodology with the stages of inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. Application testing uses the alpha test and beta test with the black box testing method. The results of this research are: the website-based information system for tracer study alumni of the Garut Institute of Technology makes it easy to recap the results of the tracer study questionnaire and manage alumni data, as well as access information on job vacancies for alumni.

Abstract

Polyclinic is a health facility for health services, which consists of basic medical or specialist medical. In a polyclinic there is a media queue as the serial number of the patient from the first to the last. In processing the queue still uses paper, with an average number of patients who come as many as 10 to 15 people per day the queue process takes quite a long time, this sometimes makes patients complain because the queue and registration process is quite time consuming. The purpose of this study is to create a queuing system that can make it easier for patients and staff at the polyclinic, with a queuing system that can provide smoothness and convenience in handling queues. In compiling this research for data collection conducting observations, interviews, and queuing system applications using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. This method has four phases, namely inception, elaboration, construction, and transition, where modeling is using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while for making applications using Python and MySQL as databases. In the end, this research resulted in a queuing system application that can be accessed via an online web browser. This application is expected to help the internal medicine polyclinic at the Tk hospital. IV. 03.07.04 Guntur to minimize piles of patient queues.

Abstract

The Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) is an educational scholarship from the government for students who lack funds to continue their education, one of which is at the junior high school level. It is still done manually when selecting students who are eligible to receive the PIP scholarship at the junior high school level. This is less efficient because the selection process will take a long to analyze, and the reporting process is not yet computerized. To overcome these problems, a decision support system is needed to assist schools in selecting students who receive PIP assistance. The method used for the development of a decision support system is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The choice of this method is because the decision-making process is carried out by searching for the highest alternative from all alternatives so that the assessment is more accurate based on the provisions of the criteria values and preference weights. With the construction of this system, it is expected to be able to provide a solution so that the student selection decision-making process can be carried out quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Realizing that education is very important, the government supports every citizen to get education. One of the government programs is the Smart Indonesia Program. PlP is a scholarship designed to help school-age children from poor/vulnerable families to continue to receive education services, both through formal elementary to high school/vocational schools and non-formal pathways from package a to package c and special education. SDN II Babakanloa has not been touched by technology for processing student data. So that the student section has difficulties in recording and updating student data. Student names have unique identities and errors often occur in typing the keywords to be searched. This results in an information that is desired or sought can not be found. Therefore we need a web-based data application that can provide keyword corrections in searching for student names. This study aims to create a web-based student data application by optimizing corrections to typing keywords searched by implementing the Levenshtein Distance Algorithm and also making it easier to process and search student data. The development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) with the stages of Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. Designed using the CodeIgniter Framework with the PHP and JavaScript programming languages. The application of the Levenshtein Distance Algorithm can optimize the search for student data and reduce the occurrence of search errors by School Operators. The application of the Levenshtein Distance Algorithm produces a very good accuracy rate of 94% of the results of student data correction. accordance with the expectations of the School Operator. So it shows that the application of the Levenshtein Distance Algorithm is appropriate to use in optimizing the search.
