Abstract

IN 2013, the World Health Organization, released data in the form of Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) worldwide, and the number reached 289,000 per 100, 000 live births, which 99% of cases occurred in developing countries. Research aims to discover the relationship of antenatal class towards mothers’ knowledge of the dangerous sign during pregnancy. The result showed that there is a relationship of antenatal class towards mothers’ knowledge of dangerous sign during pregnancy, From this result, the researcher concludes that antenatal class could increase mothers’ knowledge of dangerous sign during pregnancy and may decrease the complication risk during the childbirth.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to be able to provide midwifery care for pregnant women with third trimester physiological vaginal discharge at Gondokusuman Health Center I Yogyakarta. The research design used descriptive observational method and observational approach. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling method with a sample of third trimester pregnant women who experienced physiological vaginal discharge and used picot analysis. The results of this study after a visit for 3 times and given a counseling intervention about personal hygiene and maternal hygiene in caring for women, complaints of physiological vaginal discharge in third trimester pregnant women can be resolved. The suggestions for pregnant women should always be routine and regular in doing personal hygiene and taking care of their feminine area properly.

Abstract

The worst antenatal care visits resulting risks and complications of pregnancy are not detected early, antenatal visits at least 4 times is one effort to reduce complications related to pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum in mothers and newborns. Research objective: there is a relationship between education and ANC frequency during Covid-19 pandemic and new normal at the Ngaglik Public Health Centre Sleman Yogyakarta Indonesia. Factors that affect the reduction in ANC frequency during the pandemic are lack of information about Covid, fear of contracting it, PSBB. This research uses descriptive Correlative research method with cross sectional approach. The sample used in this study is cluster sampling with a sample of 40 respondents. The statistical test used in this study is chi square statistical test. The results obtained Univariate analysis found that the majority of Gravida 2 was 18 (45%), the majority of high school education was 23 (57.5%) and ANC visits were in the good category 4x 25 (62.5%), while the bivariate analysis stated that education with ANC visits had p-value 0.012 means p-value alpha that is 0.012 0.05 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with the conclusion that there is a correlation between education and ANC visit.

Abstract

Public Health Center shows some decreases in health service during Covid 19 Pandemic. This scoping review aims to review evidence related to the implementation of PHC during Covid-19 Pandemic. This paper adopted Arksey O'Malley framework consisting of five stages: identifying scoping review questions and relevant articles; searching for articles, conducting charting data; compiling, summarizing and reporting results. This paper reviewed 6 articles. Three themes were obtained: the role of cadres; barriers; and innovations at PHC. The results conclude that the practice of PHC in Indonesia does not accomodate the community need adequately yet. Therefore it s necessary to evaluate PHC activities and improve partnership with community and related stakeholders
