Abstract

Companies must be able to compete, so it requires quality human resources (HR) and technology in the form of applications implemented by the company that can assist in achieving the company's vision and mission. This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality of human resources and the Millennium Pharmacon International (SIMPI) Information System Application on the Performance of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the population and research sample of all employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. Surabaya branch as many as 85 people. The incoming data is processed and analyzed using the SPSS-26 program. The results of this study the quality of human resources has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk, SIMPI has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk, and the quality of HR and SIMPI simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of incentives, social security, and job satisfaction on performance. This research used quantitative research methods, namely multiple linear regression. Data collection was carried out directly by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. This research used a saturated sampling technique. The subjects were all members of the gojek driver study on the gojek driver community in Gubeng of Surabaya. The analysis tool in this research was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 25. The results showed that (1) Incentives had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Surabaya gojek drivers with a tcount value of 4,401 (2) Social Security had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Surabaya gojek drivers with a tcount value of 0,258 (3) Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on gojek drivers in Surabaya with a tcount value of 2,556 4) Incentives, Social Security, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously affect driver performance gojek in Surabaya with a calculated fvalue of 39,857. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif, jaminan sosial, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 50 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota driver gojek (studi pada komunitas driver gojek gubeng surabaya) Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja driver gojek Surabaya dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4,401 (2) Jaminan Sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja driver gojek Surabaya dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,258 (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap driver gojek Surabaya dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,556 4) Insentif, Jaminan Sosial, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja driver gojek Surabaya dengan nilai fhitung sebesar 39,857.

Abstract

The study aims determine the effectiveness of the JMF in lowering the unemployment rate. Based on the purposive sampling technique, this studi use descriptive qualitative approach with SWOT analysis to analyze a portrait of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and macro and micro challenges to the effectiveness of job market fair implementation in reducing unemployment. The result of this study known that JMF was an alternative in reducing the unemployment rate. Its effectiveness was still relatively moderate through the development of community economic independence, such as helping young people to build independent businesses to form start-ups, so they do not only depend on formal jobs.Keywords: Job market fair; unemployment rate

Abstract

Community service activities are based on discovering problems faced by the community or the environment after observations are made so that programs can be determined to suit their needs. Wotansari Village, one of the villages in Gresik Regency, has a new tourist attraction, which BUMDEs Giri Asih manages. However, many MSMEs who operate in the reservoir feel they need help managing their finances well and are still dependent on bank loans or loan sharks. In addition, the promotion of the pool still needs to be improved. Through community service activities, several programs implemented are: Educational activities on financial management towards family finances and independent businesses, Making promotional videos and photo spots as new vehicles, Optimizing village websites for independent population services. Based on the evaluation results, it is known that this community service activity has received a good response from the community, as evidenced by an increase in community understanding of good financial management, knowledge of the use of village websites for self-service, and the increasing introduction of the Waduk Citani to the general public.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation have on employee performance, especially employees in the production division at PMA PT. Hilon Surabaya. Simultaneously and partially leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a dominant influence on employee performance of 0.382 while work motivation of 0.156 is the smallest coefficient value in this study, however employee motivation is still needed to improve employee performance. The results of this study are expected to be a source of information to review human resource management policies, especially in relation to leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the principal’s leadership style and organizational culture on teacher discipline at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative research with multiple linear regression tests using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS version 25) program. The sampling method in this research used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out directly by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were 64 teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. The results of the coefficient of determination R square show that the discipline variable is 32.8% influenced by leadership style and organizational culture while the remaining 67.2% is influenced by other variables outside this research. The results of this research show that (1) The principal’s leadership style does not have a significant effect on teacher discipline at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on teacher discipline at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. (3) Leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously influence teacher discipline at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Teacher Discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap kedisiplinan guru SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linier berganda menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service solution (SPSS versi 25). Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan menyebar kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya sejumlah 64 guru. Hasil koefisien determinasi R square menunjukan bahwasanya variabel kedisiplinan dipengaruhi sebesar 32,8% oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi sedangkan sisanya 67,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya.(3) Gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kedisiplinan guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. Abstract

Background: Kampung Pentol, an MSME in Sidotopo, Surabaya, led by Mrs. Irma Wulandari since 2022, faces challenges with manual production, traditional marketing, and halal certification. Solutions include a Meatball Printing Machine, digital branding, and halal certification to enhance competitiveness and market reach. Contribution: This initiative addresses key challenges in production, marketing, and halal certification, enhancing Kampung Pentol's capacity, competitiveness, and market expansion through targeted support and mentorship. Method: Activities include preparation, implementation, evaluation, and a sustainability plan to ensure ongoing development. Results: Outcomes include increased production via the Meatball Printing Machine, digital marketing adoption, and halal certification, expanding market reach and competitiveness. Conclusion: Modern tools, digital marketing, and halal certification enhanced Kampung Pentol's production, market reach, and business sustainability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and workload variables on the performance of oil palm harvest laborers in South Sigenti Village. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the compensation and workload given to oil palm harvest laborers can improve the performance of workers. The research method used in this study was a qualitative phenomenology method with data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Providing compensation to harvest laborers can improve the quality and quantity of laborers’ performance in carrying out harvesting activities in oil palm plantations, as well as being able to meet the lives and welfare of oil palm harvest laborers. 2. Providing a proportional workload can prevent fatigue in laborers so that they are able to work without pressure though, providing a proportional workload is also able to stabilize the performance of harvest laborers. 3. The performance of harvest laborers can be stimulated by the provision of appropriate compensation and appropriate workload, compensation and workload simultaneously affect the performance of oil palm harvest laborers. Keywords: Compensation, Workload, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja buruh panen kelapa sawit di Desa Sigenti Selatan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah pemberian kompensasi dan beban kerja yang diberikan kepada buruh panen perkebunan kelapa sawit dapat meningkatkan kinerja buruh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenology dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Pemberian kompensasi kepada buruh panen dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas kinerja buruh dalam melakukan aktivitas pemanenan diperkebunan kelapa sawit, serta mampu mencukupi kehidupan dan mensejahterakan hidup buruh panen kelapa sawit. 2. Pemberian beban kerja yang proporsional dapat mencegah kelelahan pada buruh sehingga buruh mampu bekerja tanpa tekanan sekalipun, pemberian beban kerja yang proporsional juga mampu menstabilkan kinerja buruh panen. 3. Kinerja buruh panen dapat dipacu dengan adanya pemberian kompensasi yang layak dan beban kerja yang sesuai, kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja buruh panen kelapa sawit. Abstract

Abstract Pesona Sakti is a company engaged in construction services. In the midst of very tight competition, CV. Pesona Sakti determined and strengthens commitment by improving the performance of the company's employees. This study analyzed the influence of the work environment, self-efficacy on employee performance. The independent variables in this study were work environment, self-efficacy and performance dependent variables. The data collection method used a questionnaire and analyzed the data using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV employees. Pesona Sakti Bangkalan, with a value of 3.525 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV employees. Pesona Sakti Bangkalan, with a value of 2.725 and a significance value of 0.009 <0.05. Simultaneously or simultaneously in the work environment, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV Pesona Sakti Bangkalan employees, with a value of 29.533 > 3.18 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The work environment and self-efficacy have a significant effect on the performance of employees at CV. Pesona Sakti Bangkalan. This showed that a good work environment and employee morale have a positive impact that can increase employee performance more optimally. It is recommended for company leaders to maintain good relations with their subordinates, both at the lowest level of employees so that there is good communication between leaders and subordinates. Variabel Indpenden pada penelitian ini lingkungan kerja, efikasi diri dan variabel dependen Kinerja. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan menganilisi datanya menggunakan regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Pesona Sakti Bangkalan, dengan nilai sebesar 3,525 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001<0,05. Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Pesona Sakti Bangkalan, dengan nilai sebesar 2,725 dan nilai signifikansi 0,009<0,05. Secara bersama-sama atau simultan lingkungan kerja, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Pesona Sakti Bangkalan, dengan nilai sebesar 29,533 > 3,18 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Lingkungan kerja dan efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Pesona Sakti Bangkalan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang baik dan semangat diri karyawan memberi dampak positif yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang lebih optimal. Disarankan pada pemimpin perusahaan agar tetap menjaga hubungan baik dengan bawahannya baik itu dengan level karyawan paling bawah agar terjadi komunikasi yang baik antara pimpinan dan bawahan. Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of sociopreneur environmental variables (X1) and independent attitudes (X2) on business development (Y) of members in IWAPI Surabaya. This research used quantitative research methods, namely multiple linear regression. The data collection method uses Likert scale. The subjects were members in IWAPI of Surabaya who owned a business and are still running it. The population was all members of the IWAPI organization in Surabaya as many as 80 people engaged in the social field (social entrepeneur), and the sample obtained from the Isaac &; Michael table as many as 65 members using simple random sampling techniques. The analysis tool was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 25. The results showed that the sociopreneur environment partially has a negative and insignificant effect on business development. A partial independent attitude had a positive and significant effect on business development. The sociopreneur environment and independent attitude simultaneously influenced the business development of IWAPI members in Surabaya. Keywords: Sociopreneur Environment, Independent Attitude, Business Development Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sociopreneur dan sikap mandiri terhadap pengembangan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu regresi linier berganda. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota IWAPI di Surabaya yang memiliki usaha dan masih menjalankannya. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota organisasi IWAPI di Surabaya sebanyak 80 orang, serta sampel yang diperoleh dari tabel Isaac & michael sebanyak 65 anggota dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sociopreneur secara parsial berpengaruh secara negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha. Sikap mandiri secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha. Lingkungan sociopreneur dan sikap mandiri secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha anggota IWAPI di Surabaya. Kata kunci: Lingkungan Sociopreneur, Sikap Mandiri, Pengembangan Bisnis
