Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there is an effect of perceived ease of use of electronic money facilities on the decision to use for shopping by students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. This is descriptive associative research. The population were students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University and 97 students were selected. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data were collected using questionnaire. It was analyzed using, simple regression. The results of this study indicate that the perceived ease of use of electronic money has a significant positive effect on the decision to use it for shopping. The effect of perceived ease of use on the decision to use electronic money for shopping has a contribution of 61%.Keywords : perceived ease of use, decision to use

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat validitas, reliabilitas dan efektivitas dari implementasi penggunaan dari penggunaan tes online dengan menggunakan Quizizz pada Guru dan siswa SMAN 1 IV Koto Aur Malintang. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE dengan membatasi pada tahap implementasi. Hasil validitas dari pengembangan soal tes adalah valid berdasarkan penilaian validator. Tes reliabel karena nilai reliabilitasnya 0,771. Penggunaan tes pada siswa dan guru termasuk pada kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan angket praktikalitas siswa, aspek kemudahan memiliki skor 4,26, aspek kegunaan memiliki skor 4,47, dan aspek tampilan memiliki skor 4,25. Berdasarkan angket praktikalitas guru, aspek kemudahan memiliki skor 4,00, aspek kegunaan memiliki skor 4,33, dan aspek efesiensi memiliki skor 5,00.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat, efikasi diri dan motivasi intrinsik mempengaruhi keputusan siswa dalam memilih lintas minat ekonomi di SMAN 1 Gunung Talang. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 200 0rang. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Analisis data dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi intrinsik dengan koefisien jalur 0,451, self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi intrinsik siswa dengan koefisien jalur 0,249, minat berpengaruh signifikan dan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan memilih siswa dengan koefisien jalur 0,226, efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan memilih siswa dengan koefisien jalur 0,184, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan memilih siswa dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,378, minat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih melalui motivasi intrinsik sebagai variabel intervening, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pilihan silang minat ekonomi di SMAN 1 Gunung Talang melalui intrinsik motivasi sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This research purpose to determine and analyze 1) The Effect of Financial Literacy on Investment Motivation of Faculty of Economics Students. 2) The Influence of Financial Literacy on Students' Interest in Investing in the Capital Market at the Faculty of Economics 3) The Impact of Investment Motivation on Faculty of Economics Students' Investment Interest This research is quantitative and employs associative methods. With a sample of 98 students, the sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling with a random number of members from each sub-population. Data collection methods include documentation and questionnaires. The study's findings indicate that 1) Financial literacy has a significant and significant effect on the investment motivation of economics faculty students,. 2) Financial Literacy has no effect on Investment Interest. 3) Investment Motivation has a significant effect on Interest in Investing.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of 1) Personality Traits on Financial Literacy of Economic Education Students 2) Personality Traits on Entrepreneurial Intentions of  Economic Education Students 3) Financial Literacy on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Economics Education Students. This is a  quantitative research with a causative approach. The  technique of sampling is proportional random sampling and the number of  sample is  85 students economic education . The data used are secondary and primary data. The data was collected using documentation and questionnaires. It analyzed using path analysis, t test and coefficient of determination with SPSS aplication and alpha 0.05. The results shown that 1) Personality Traits has a impact in  poitive on Financial Literacy but it is insignificant  2) Personality Traits has a positive impact and significant on Entrepreneurial Intentions 3) Financial Literacy has a negative and insignificant on intentions of  entrepreneurial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memvalidasi tes ekonomi berbasis Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). Metode penelitian adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Terdapat 40 butir soal AKM kelas yang dikembangkan untuk literasi membaca dan literasi numerasi. Validitas butir soal dibuktikan melalui expert judgement yang melibatkan 3 ahli ekonomi. Hasil uji coba terbatas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen tes ekonomi berbasis Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan instrumen tes.Tes di uji coba kepada siswa kelas XI sebanyak 31 siswa di SMA N 1 Bukittinggi. Hasil uji coba terbatas diperoleh reliabilitas instrumen 0,797, tingkat kesukaran 0,53 dengan kategori sedang, dan daya pembeda 0,44 dengan kategori baik.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the readiness of secondary school teachers in terms of contents, process, products, learning environment and identify the challenges teachers face regarding differentiated learning in the independent curriculum in entrepreneurship—the method used in this study quantitative research. Data were collected through questionnaires to 30 teachers in three secondary schools in West Sumatra. This research focuses on entrepreneurship teachers at MAN Insan Cendekia Padang Pariaman, SMK N 2 Pariaman City, and MAN 1 Bukittinggi regarding the differentiated learning system in the independent curriculum—the technique of collecting data using questionnaires reinforced by observation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics by calculating the mean for each item and the overall score of the questionnaire. This study found that secondary school teachers' readiness for differentiated learning in content, process, product, and learning environment is good. Where differentiation in content is 4.44, teachers have used small groups to teach skills students, differentiation in the process is 3.82, teachers give students Flexibility in the results of the homework assigned, differentiation in products is 4.28, teachers have designed learning in favour of students. Differentiation in the learning environment is 4.27; teachers have helped students understand that some students need to move to learn while others prefer to sit quietly. As well as the challenges teachers face regarding differentiated learning in the independent curriculum in entrepreneurship subjects have not been maximized, but in reality, in the classroom, it is still found that teachers have difficulty managing the class.

Abstract

This  study objectives to find out the influence of school literacy movement program and smartphone use on student reading interest in SMKN 2 Padang. Sample from this study were 97 respondents who were students at SMKN 2 Padang. Based on the   partial t test, it can be determined that the variable of school literacy movement and smartphone usage has a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05, The conclusion is that the variables of school literacy movement and the use of smartphones have a positive and significant influence on students' reading interests. Based  on  the  simultaneous  f  test,  it  is obtained a significance value of   0.000 < 0.05, the conclusion of the school literacy movement program and the overall use of smartphones had a significant influence on student reading interests. The amount of influence of the independent  variable  on  the  dependent  variable  is 69.6%,  the  remaining  30.4%  is  influenced  by  variables other than the research model.

Abstract

New business growth is significantly influenced by entrepreneurial intention. Although numerous research have demonstrated that attitudes have an impact on how intentions are formed, little has been done to dynamically engage social and psychological capital in this interaction. An essential part of developing trustworthy and competent human resources in this industry is vocational education. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the relationship between social capital and psychological capital on entrepreneurial intention and to investigate the mediation function of entrepreneurial orientation in that relationship. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data was collected through an online questionnaire which was filled in by vocational education students at MAN 1 Bukittinggi. The number of samples in this study were 101 students. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire which was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS analysis tool. The results showed that social capital and psychological capital had no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, but had a significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation, which in turn had a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Finally, social capital and psychological capital have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions through the mediation of entrepreneurial orientation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how interest, self-efficacy, and intrinsic motivation influence students' decisions to choose across economic interests at SMAN 1 Gunung Talang. This research method is a quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. Data collection with a questionnaire. Data analysis with path analysis. The results of the study show that interest has a significant and positive effect on intrinsic motivation with a path coefficient of 0.451, self-efficacy has a significant and positive effect on students' intrinsic motivation with a path coefficient of 0.249, interest has a significant and positive effect on the decision to choose students with a path coefficient of 0.226, self-efficacy has a significant and positive effect on the decision to choose students with a path coefficient of 0.184, intrinsic motivation has a significant and positive effect on the decision to choose students with a path coefficient of 0.378, interest has a significant effect on the decision to choose through intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable, and self-efficacy has a significant and positive effect on cross-choice decisions on economic interest in SMAN 1 Gunung Talang through intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable.
