Abstract

 This research consists of two variables, namely educational marketing (X) and madrasah image (Y). This study aims to find out firstly the marketing of madrasah aliyah education in Bengkalis-Bantan District, second to find out the image of madrasah aliyah in Bengkalis-Bantan District, third to determine the influence of education marketing on the image of madrasah aliyah in BengkalisBantan District. The type of research carried out is Field Research where the research is carried out with How to go directly into the field to obtain data and analyze data. While the research approach used is quantitative descriptive where to get results obtained by analysis through SPSS as a measurement. The subjects in this study were parents/guardians of madrasah aliyah students in BengkalisBantan District. The object of this study is the influence of educational marketing on the image of madrasah aliyah in Bengkalis – Bantan District. The population I took In this study, there were 43 parents/guardians of students. While the data collection technique is by using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The result of this study is that the marketing of education is very influential on the image of madrasah aliyah in Bengkalis-Bantan District, because after being tested from the questionnaire that has been distributed, it is then processed at SPSS using a correlation test obtained a value of 0.725 which is in the range of 0.70 – 0.90 which means between variable X and variable Y there is a high correlation. While the value of significance obtained is 0.000, which means there is an influence.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah anak disaability semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Sehingga kebutuhan Sekolah Luar Biasa diperlukan Lembaga sekolah yang mendukung hal ini. Bukan hal yang mudah untuk mengajak masyarakat agar mau menyekolahkan anak untuk bersekolah di Sekolah Luar Biasa. Terlihat dari jumlah disabilitas yang ada di Bengkalis ± 50% yang sekolah di Sekolah Luar Biasa. Oleh karena, itu dibutuhkan suatu strategi atau teknik tertentu dalam menarik minat masyarakat untuk memasukan atau menyekolahkan anak yang berkebutuhan khusus. Diantara berbagai macam strategi yang bisa digunakan oleh pihak pengelola adalah dengan melibatkan berbagai unsur yang menjadi acuan didalam melakukan strategi pemasaran yaitu product, price, place, promotion, people, pshycal evidence, process. Penelitian ini berbentuk library research dengan mengumpulkan data-data dari buku-buku, jurnal dan kamus-kamus, arsip terkait dengan permasalahan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to explore how the work environment affects the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Bantan. The motivation behind this study stems from the observation that some teachers are not fully optimizing their preparation for teaching. This deficiency becomes apparent in the classroom, where students are often tasked with notetaking without adequate explanation from the teacher. Furthermore, a portion of teachers lacks diversity in their teaching methods, resulting in a monotonous and uninspiring learning atmosphere. Additionally, many teachers demonstrate a lack of punctuality in their attendance, which disrupts the efficiency of the teaching process. Employing a quantitative approach, this study encompasses all teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Bantan, focusing on the interplay between work climate and teacher performance. The sample size consists of 20 individuals, with data collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Analysis involves quantitative descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. Findings reveal a highly positive work climate at SMP Negeri 3 Bantan, with teacher performance also rated highly. Moreover, the study highlights the significant influence of the work climate on teacher performance, with 43.7% of performance variance attributed to this factor. The regression equation derived from the results indicates a positive relationship between work climate and teacher performance. Statistical tests confirm the rejection of the null hypothesis, affirming the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis.

Abstract

Administrasi kesiswaan merupakan serangkaian aktivitas yang mencakup proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta pengendalian terhadap seluruh aspek yang berhubungan dengan peserta didik dan aktivitas mereka di sekolah. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah menciptakan kondisi belajar yang teratur, tertib, dan kondusif sehingga siswa dapat belajar secara optimal. Secara garis besar, administrasi kesiswaan diarahkan untuk memberikan layanan pendidikan yang maksimal bagi siswa demi mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan secara menyeluruh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Efektivitas Layanan Administrasi Kesiswaan dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah: Perspektif Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian study literatur, sumber datanya menggunakan hasil pencarian referensi pada buku dan jurnal penelitian. Studi literatur merupakan metode penelitian yang melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis data dari sumber tertulis seperti buku, jurnal, dan publikasi lainnya. Strategi pengelolaan administrasi kesiswaan yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan akan berkontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan, baik dari aspek akademik, pembentukan karakter, maupun kesejahteraan siswa, yang mencakup. Perencanaan. Pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan. Selain itu, hubungan antara administrasi kesiswaan dan nilai-nilai dalam Al-Qur’an menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan peserta didik yang baik adalah bagian dari amanah dan tanggung jawab moral yang harus dijalankan secara profesional. Abstract

Transparent and accountable school financial administration supports the smooth running of education programs. Through proper planning, recording, and reporting, funds are used efficiently and prevent misuse. This principle is important to improve the quality of education, achieve educational goals, and involve stakeholders in the supervision and evaluation of school financial management. The discussion uses a qualitative approach with a literature analysis method. Data were collected from various documents such as books, journals, notes, and digital sources. After collection, a content analysis was carried out on the data, including understanding, explanation, and conclusions, with reference to information from writings, recordings, and images related to the research. School financial transparency means openness of information on the use of funds that is clear and accessible to all parties, building trust and ensuring fairness. Accountability is the responsibility of the institution in managing funds according to plans and regulations. This openness encourages community participation and trust, in accordance with the principles of fairness, efficiency, and public accountability. Transparency and accountability in school financial management are important to build trust and ensure efficient use of funds. Through open reporting, internal supervision, and community and school committee involvement, fund management becomes fair and responsible, supporting the achievement of quality education and effective and sustainable financial governance.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of a project-based learning curriculum as a strategy to improve students' skills in facing the challenges of the 21st century. Project-based learning emphasizes the active involvement of students through the completion of real projects that encourage the development of critical thinking skills, creativity, collaboration, and communication. This approach is designed so that the curriculum focuses on projects as the core of learning, and emphasizes constructive investigation, student autonomy, and the contextual relevance of the project. The study uses a literature study method to analyze the principles, design, implementation, and evaluation of project-based learning. The results of the study indicate that this model is effective in improving students' motivation, problem-solving skills, and active participation. Despite challenges such as limited resources and uneven distribution of work, project-based learning provides great opportunities in shaping students' character and connecting learning with social reality.
