Abstract

After the 1979 Islamic Revolution, Iran was a country that declared itself as an authoritative Islamic Republic. Long before, Iran became the heir to the tradition of Islamic philosophy. Iran is also the center of Shia, a group that claims to base its Ahlul Bayt tradition. No wonder that eventually Iran became an important center of world Islamic civilization. Various acts of this country in the religion of Islam, many are used as references for Muslims in other parts of the world. In this article, we discuss how Iran manages Islamic education. In addition to describing many things about education, such as the education system, education gap, and education funding, the author also compares Islamic education in the Gulf state with Islamic education in Indonesia. Today, after the revolution led by Ayatullah Khomaini on 11 February 1979, which was not only limited in terms of governance but also in the field of Islamic education, the Iranian nation has gained much progress in various fields, especially in the fields of science and technology.Pasca-Revolusi Islam tahun 1979, Iran adalah negera yang mendeklarasikan diri sebagai Negara Republik Islam yang otoritatif. Jauh sebelumnya, Iran menjadi pewaris tradisi filsafat Islam. Iran juga merupakan pusat Syiah, sebuah kelompok yang mengaku mendasarkan pada tradisi ahlul bayt. Tak heran jika akhirnya Iran menjadi pusat peradaban Islam dunia yang penting. Berbagai kiprah negara ini dalam beragama Islam, banyak dijadikan referensi bagi umat Islam di belahan dunia lain. Dalam artikel ini, didiskusikan bagaimana Iran mengelola pendidikan Islam. Selain memaparkan banyak hal tentang pendidikan, seperti sistem pendidikan, perjenjangan pendidikan, dan pembiayaan pendidikan, penulis juga membandingkan antara pendidikan Islam di negara Teluk tersebut dengan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Dewasa ini, setelah revolusi yang dipimpin oleh Ayatullah Khomaini pada 11 Pebruari 1979, yang tidak hanya terbatas dalam aspek pemerintahan tetapi juga dalam bidang pendidikan Islam, bangsa Iran telah memperoleh banyak kemajuan dalam berbagai bidang, terutama bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.___________________Keywords: Pendidikan Islam, Iran, Kurikulum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher perceptions of the implementation of accreditation and pit it against the quality of madrasah education. The quality of madrasah education is inseparable from the participation of teachers, who are the prominent individuals to guarantee the quality of a school/madrasah. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of field research. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to State Madrasah teachers in Bengkalis. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 For Windows. The analysis and processing of research data show that: 1) When teachers' perceptions of the implementation of S/M accreditation are very good (positive), it will also have a positive effect on the quality of education of a madrasah. Because there is a significant relationship between teachers' perceptions of the implementation of S/M accreditation and the quality of madrasahs, 2) Internal education customers (especially principals/madrasahs, teachers and education personnel) should not assume that school/madrasah accreditation is only limited to five-year activities prepared by several months before the visitation. Moreover, the results of accreditation must be used as a reference and motivation to always improve the quality of education in schools / madrasah.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Find out how much competence librarians in the Bengkalis Regency Library and Archives Service have; (2) Find out how high the quality of library services is at the Bengkalis Regency Library and Archives Service; (3) Find out how much significant influence librarian competence has on the quality of library services at the Bengkalis Regency Library and Archives Service. This research is field research with variables The data in this research was taken using documentation and questionnaires. The results of the research show that: (1) The competence of librarians in the Bengkalis district library and archives service is categorized as good, this can be proven by the percentage value of the questionnaire regarding librarian competence, namely 77.7%; (2) The quality of library services in the Bengkalis district library and archives service is categorized as good, this can be seen from the percentage value of library service quality, namely 79.8%; (3) There is a significant influence between librarian competence on the quality of library services, this can be proven by analysis of the coefficient of determination where the coefficient of determination is 0.741. This shows the understanding that changes in the level of quality of library services (Y) are 74.1% influenced by Librarian Competency (X), while the remaining 25.9% (100% - 74.1%) is explained by other causes.

Abstract

Keberhasilan seorang siswa juga merupakan keberhasilan seorang guru. Hal itu dikarenakan guru memiliki sebuah tanggung jawab atas keberhasilan anak didiknya. Keberhasilan siswa dapat dilihat dari keaktifannya dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sehubungan dengan mata pelajaran PAI yang lebih memerlukan penjelasan agar siswa lebih memahami materi yang disampaikan guru, metode metafora menjadi salah satu solusinya. Metode pembelajaran ini menjelaskan sesuatu dengan mengungkapan sesuatu yang lain dimana masih memiliki kedekatan sifat atau sesuatu yang ingin ditonjolkan. Selain untuk mendekatkan makna satu kata dengan kata yang lain, dengan menggunakan metode metafora akan dapat memberikan proyeksi animistis. Dengan memberikan proyeksi ini sesuatu yang mungkin tidak dapat dijelaskan atau sesuatu yang abstrak, akan menjadi lebih jelas dan konkret. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan keaktifan belajar mata pelajaran PAI pada siswa kelas V melalui penerapan metode metafora berbantu media gambar. Hal ini dibuktikan sejak Pra Siklus nilai rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa hanya 41,25%. Pada Siklus I nilai rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa 61,25%. Pada Siklus II nilai rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa naik menjadi 82,50%. Pada Siklus III nilai rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa naik menjadi 95%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran metafora dapat meningkatkan keaktidan siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 013 Pulau Kalimanting Kecamatan Benai.

Abstract

To realize quality education, one way is to optimize the school budget as a form of effective and efficient use of resources to support all aspects of school learning and development activities. The principle of school financial management is an important foundation in managing the flow of school finances to maintain the optimization of the use of funds so that they are right on target and achieve educational goals. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the principles of school financial management in the Islamic perspective. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through library research, the results of the study show that there are several principles of financial management in the general view and in the Islamic perspective. In the general view there are six principles of financial management; 1. Justice, 2. Efficiency, 3. Effectiveness, 4. Transparency, 5. Accountability, and 6. Participation While in the Islamic view there are six 1. The principle of belief in the rules of Allah SWT, 2. The principle of Adl, 3. Amanah, 4. Sidiq, 5. Fatonah, and 6. Tabliq. These two Padangans have differences and similarities whose only difference lies in the Islamic orientation which is not only worldly, but also ukhrawi, thus making financial management a form of worship and trust in Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategy of implementing digital-based public relations that can be applied in schools. Public relations plays an important role in improving the quality of schools because it directly contributes to the development of image, communication, and harmonious relationships between schools and various parties, such as students, parents, the community, and other stakeholders. The digital-based school public relations strategy is very important because it can answer the need for communication in the modern era that is fast and connected online. This study employs a literature review methodology, which involves gathering data through quotes from a variety of sources, including books and scientific journal articles. Descriptive analysis is the data analysis method employed in the meantime to elaborate on and characterize pertinent results from the evaluated literature. According to the study's findings, schools can use digitalization-based public relations techniques including 1) school websites, 2) social media, and 3) Google maps.

Abstract

The quality of education is highly dependent on the presence and professionalism of teachers and educational staff. This article aims to analyze the role of personnel administration in enhancing the professionalism of educators and educational personnel through a literature review approach. In the context of human resource management within education, personnel administration plays a strategic role that includes planning, recruitment, training, career development, and performance evaluation. The effective implementation of personnel administration can create a supportive work environment, boost motivation and employee performance, and contribute to the achievement of educational goals. The professionalism of teachers and educational staff is defined as the ability to meet the standards of pedagogical, professional, personal, and social competencies as regulated by existing legislation. Moreover, the relationship between personnel administration and human resource development is a crucial factor in improving the competitiveness of educators through continuous training and structured career management. This article also recommends that educational institutions optimize the function of personnel administration as a strategic tool for producing professional and high-quality educators.

Abstract

Curriculum administration also plays a role in improving teacher professionalism. With structured management, teachers can more easily understand their duties and responsibilities, and receive support in the form of training, supervision, and periodic evaluation. This study aims to examine the role of curriculum administration in improving the effectiveness of the learning process in schools. Curriculum administration has a strategic function in designing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning activities so that they run in accordance with educational goals. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation in the school environment. The results of the study indicate that well-organized curriculum administration can improve the quality of learning planning, integration between subjects, and clarity of teacher task division. In addition, the support of curriculum administration in monitoring and evaluating learning contributes directly to improving teacher performance and student learning outcomes. Thus, curriculum administration has an important role as the main support in creating an effective and sustainable learning process.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan sangat penting untuk keberhasilan pembelajaran, khususnya di sekolah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.  Studi ini meneliti strategi pengelolaan efektif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan menelaah hubungan antara manajemen fasilitas dan prestasi siswa.  Metode penelitian kualitatif dan tinjauan pustaka terhadap 25 dokumen ilmiah terpilih digunakan untuk menganalisis lima dimensi pengelolaan fasilitas: perencanaan, pengadaan, pemanfaatan, pemeliharaan, dan evaluasi.  Analisis tematik mengungkapkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan yang komprehensif, responsif terhadap kebutuhan lokal, dan melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan, berdampak positif pada peningkatan pembelajaran kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik.  Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang terencana dan kontekstual meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan membangun budaya sekolah yang kolaboratif dan akuntabel.  Temuan ini berguna bagi kepala sekolah dan pengambil kebijakan untuk membangun manajemen fasilitas yang berkelanjutan, serta memperkaya pengetahuan di bidang manajemen pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to understand prophetic leadership in realizing effective learning from the perspective of Kurt Lewin at pondok pesantren. This study uses a phenomenological approach, where the researcher tries to understand the meaning behind the phenomenon through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources of this research were obtained from the information submitted by the informants, the results of observations and documents, and the results of the study of several theories taken from reputable scientific books and journals. The data analysis was carried out circularly, from data collection, data presentation, and data reduction to concluding. The results of the study indicate that prophetic leadership in realizing effective learning from the perspective of Kurt Lewin at pondok pesantren is carried out through; first, unfreezing, which consists of changing motivation, feeling towards change, preparation for change; second, moving, namely the movement towards something new or the latest developments; third, refreezing maintains the change results. This study concludes that Kyai's prophetic leadership in making learning effective in Islamic boarding schools in the perspective of Kurt Lewin's change management must be carried out in a planned, systematic and earnest manner concerning the values of humanization, liberation, and transcendence, considering that change is intended to improve the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. The research has implications for the importance of leaders in responding to the dynamics of existing changes, both internal to the organization and external to the organization.
