Abstract

Program ini bertujuan memberikan keterampilan pada masyarakat Desa Limbang Jaya II untuk mengolah tumbuhan enceng gondok menjadi biobriket sebagai energi altrnatif. Bentuk kegiatan berupa pelatihan kepada masyarakat di Desa Limbang Jaya II dengan melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa dan masyarakat. Sasaran utama kegiatan ini yakni para pemuda dan ibu rumah tangga. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan tahapan dimulai dari sosialisasi dan pelaksanaan pelatihan dengan bentuk penyampaian materi, diskusi dan praktik pembuatan biobriket. Tahap implementasi dilakukan dengan tahap pembukaan dan pengenalan sosialisasi, tahap praktik bersama pembuatan biobriket, tahap refleksi pelatihan atau evaluasi. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 15 orang, hasil kegiatan ini berdampak positif pada peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pembuatan biobriket eceng gondok serta peningkatan keterampilan. Setelah kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat setempat dapat mengolah secara mandiri pembuatan biobriket, sehingga dapat berdampak pada pendapatan dan penghasilan masyarakat desa Limbang Jaya II. Abstract

In a teaching and learning process, learning media is one of the most crucial elements, because it can be applied to the material that will be delivered to students, both in the form of tools and teaching materials. One of the learning media that can increase the interest and interest of students is by using Powerpoint media which is packaged interactively. The purpose of this study was to develop interactive Powerpoint media with a valid application to the Package C program at SKB Palembang City. This type of research is development research with six stages consisting of collecting initial data , development product , expert validation , revision product , test try product analysis _ data . The research subjects consisted of one tutor and ten learning residents, and went through three stages of validation by three experts, namely linguists, materials experts, and media experts. The method of collection used questionnaires and interviews. The results of this data analysis show that this interactive Powerpoint learning media can be tested on the Palembang City SKB . small group trial with a total score of 371 with a percentage of 84.31%. This shows that the interactive Powerpoint learning media is feasible to be applied to learning in the SPNF SKB Palembang City, especially in the equality program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang upaya peningkatan ekonomi keluarga pengrajin rotan melalui TikTok Shop di Desa Perahu Dipo. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang pengrajin rotan Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa : 1) Pekerjaan, pengrajin rotan lebih dari 5 tahun dan 2 tahun, penggunaan aplikasi TikTok Shop baru 1 bulan 2) Pendapatan, pengrajin rotan mendapatkan pendapatan Rp.57.000 – Rp.225.000,- dalam 1 bulan berjualan di TikTok Shop 3) Aset-aset yang dimiliki, pengrajin rotan selama berjualan kerajinan rotan memiliki aset seperti rumah, tanah, sawah, kebun, kendaraan, hewan ternak, dan alat elektronik. Tempat usaha yang ditempati oleh pengrajin rotan adalah milik Dinas Pekerjaan Umum. 4) Pemenuhan kebutuhan dan pengeluaran, pengrajin rotan terpenuhi kebutuhan dan pengeluaran mereka dari berjualan rotan. Penjualan melalui TikTok Shop membantu mereka dalam kebutuhan pangan. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan melalui TikTok Shop sebagai upaya peningkatan ekonomi pengrajin rotan adalah dengan membantu menjualkan kerajinan rotan Dipo melalui TikTok Shop sebagai media penjualan kerajinan dan untuk membantu meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga pengrajin rotan dari penjualan melalui TikTok Shop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil evaluasi CIPP dalam program pendidikan yang diadakan oleh Komunitas Relawan Anak Sumatera Selatan (RASS) Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian evaluasi model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua umum, sekretaris umum, relawan pengajar dan peserta didik dalam Program Pendidikan oleh Komunitas Relawan Anak Sumatera Selatan (RASS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Evaluasi konteks, analisa kebutuhan belajar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan partisipasi warga belajar. Komunitas berhasil mengidentifikasi dan menentukan konteks dalam program pendidikan, hanya saja masih perlu strategi dalam keaktifan dari peserta didik; 2) Evaluasi masukan, kemampuan komunitas dalam menyediakan sumber belajar dan merencanakan sumber belajar cukup baik. Namun, dari segi perencanaan pendanaan perlu dikaji lagi untuk sumber dana tetap; 3) Evaluasi proses, dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada program harus ditegaskan kembali tentang pengadaan jadwal yang sifatnya bukan fleksibel, melainkan tersrtuktur baik bagi pengajar maupun peserta didik; 4) Evaluasi hasil, program pendidikan dapat tetap dilanjutkan meskipun masih terdapat beberapa hal dan kebijakan yang masih perlu dikembangkan dan dibenahi seperti komunitas harus segera merancang strategi pendanaan tetap dan pedoman belajar pada program pendidikan yang lebih terarah agar seluruh komponen belajar dapat memaksimalkan fungsinya

Abstract

The aims of this study is to provide an overview of the evaluation results of the UMKM (MSME) SIBA Rosella program in an effort to improve family welfare in Tanjung Enim. The type of the research is descriptive qualitative that using the Kirkpatrick model evaluation method with 4 levels of evaluation, namely reaction evaluation, learning evaluation, behavior evaluation, and outcome evaluation. The data in this study were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. There were six research subjects consisting of the chairperson, treasurer, and members of the UMKM. The results of the program evaluation on the reaction evaluation show that; there is a member's reaction to the existing infrastructure and facilities that are adequate, there is a member's reaction to the income or income earned is still lacking and there is a member's reaction to the existing teachers, media and learning strategies that have supported the program. The learning evaluation shows an increase in knowledge, skills and also a change in attitude that occurs in members before and after participating in the program. Behavioral evaluation shows that; there are a change in behavior that causes obstacles, a change in the behavior of mistakes that results in a reprimand, a change in the behavior of active members in teamwork and an increase in performance and understanding of members. Evaluation of the results shows that the number of products sold has not shown sufficient results so that it has an impact on members' income which is still lacking, income is not suitable and economic conditions do not show changes in meeting the economic needs of members, and family needs problems cannot be resolved by members. From the evaluation of the UMKM (MSME) SIBA Rosella program that has been carried out, the results obtained have not been able to support efforts to improve family welfare in Tanjung Enim.

Abstract

Knowledge and attitudes are very influential on behavior change. The elderly need education that aims to foster awareness including aspects of knowledge, attitudes and actions so as to realize changes in correct healthy behavior, because some elderly are still lacking in implementing a healthy lifestyle properly. The purpose of this study is as an education for the elderly about healthy lifestyles using video media at UPTD Harapan Kita Elderly Social Institution, South Sumatra Province. This study used the Experiment method with a pre-experimental research design of one group pretest-posttest. The virginity retrieval technique uses questionnaires and percentage descriptive data analysis techniques. The subjects in this study used purposive sampling with a total of 31 elderly people. The results showed that healthy lifestyle education for the elderly using video media in its delivery increased from 35% to 87%. This shows that indeed video media can improve learning outcomes because with video media, the elderly will better understand the material delivered by educators through the learning videos played. A healthy way of life must be done consistently and promptly, so that a solid way of life is a person's way of life to reduce disease.

Abstract

The development of Android-based interactive digital textbooks is one of the means which is expected to help improve students' understanding of concepts in the learning process. Interactive digital books can be used as a tool by lecturers in the learning process in the classroom so that lecturers do not only use conventional learning methods in the learning process. In line with the times, many lecturers, students and even the public generally access all information via digital. This paper aims to create an Android-based interactive digital textbook as media and resources for Nonformal Education (PLS) learning tools. The ADDIE Model (Branch, 2009) is used in this study. It consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research starts with a literature review and need`s assessment of 47 students for an Android-based interactive digital textbook, followed by a textbook draft. After compiling the Android-based interactive digital textbook, it is validated by three experts: content/material expert, presentation expert, and Indonesian language expert. After being evaluated by three experts, the draft of an Android-based interactive digital textbook is revised to accommodate individual and small group testing. In the outstanding category, interactive digital media textbooks and PLS learning resources based on Android received a total score of 146 (91.25%) from three expert validators. This research shows that interactive digital textbooks are very practical, with a practicality percentage of 83.33% for one-to-one and 83.16% for small groups. The android-based PLS media and learning resources are valid and valuable. Due to the lack of availability of media teaching materials and learning resources in out-of-school education, the presence of Android-based textbooks that can be accessed anywhere and at any time can help both lecturers and students understand media materials and learning resources outside of school.

Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to establish Islamic personality for early childhood students at the Tahfidz Al-Fikri House, Permai Flower Garden, Palembang City. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. The subjects in this study were the chairman of the board of the Tahfidz Al-Fikri foundation, ustadz and ustadzah, parents of students and students. The results showed that the formation of the Islamic personality of early childhood students in Tahfidz Al-Fikri was carried out by instilling good Islamic Religious Education in students through several ways, namely providing value education, exercises, methods of giving examples (examples), and habituation methods. Through this method of forming an Islamic personality, the personality of early childhood students in Tahfidz Al-Fikri is formed, namely polite and obeying the rules, diligent, honest, time discipline and orderly learning, neat and clean, able to read, write hijayyah letters and memorize daily prayers, can carry out prayers, understand Islamic religious education, and are able to communicate well.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop an empowerment model for students’ skills in cultivating pumpkin plants, especially for community education at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at University in Palembang. The type of research used was modified with four stages based on the ADDIE process: analyze, design, develop, and implement. The research subjects were Community Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education students and two validators. The researchers conducted a group test with 26 students. Through this test, researchers can discover the weaknesses and shortcomings of the empowerment model based on how students assess the design, scope of material and techniques used. The data were collected using questionnaires. The results showed that at the stage of needs analysis through the distribution of online questionnaires, it was found that students needed this empowerment model to support various activities in the Education Park. Furthermore, the planning stage, which produces a storyboard as the initial design of the product, and the results from the validation test stage for development by validator experts make a total score of 111 with an average percentage of 92.45% and excellent feasibility. These results indicate that the product can be applied at the Education Park Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Students at Sriwijaya University. The next stage is implementation, with the results of product trials in small groups resulting in a total score of 1196 with a percentage of 92%, which indicates that the product is feasible to be applied.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana pengemasan dan pemasaran produk UMKM melalui media sosial Instagram guna meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Kelurahan Pasar Muaradua. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dekriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah pelaku UMKM yang menggunakan Instagram sebagai sarana pemasaran di Kelurahan Pasar Muaradua. Hasil dari  penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang ditampilkan oleh UMKM dapat  dilihat serta dinilai melalui pengemasan produk dan jasa itu sendiri, lewat hasil unggahan yang dibagikan di Instagram, selain itu dalam segi promosi, penggunaan Instagram dapat menjangkau pelanggan yang luas dan beragam, serta pemasaran yang dilakukan dapat menambah pendapatan keluarga, menghemat waktu dan biaya.Kata kunci: UMKM, Pemanfaatan, Instagram, Pengemasan, Pemasaran Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out how to package and market UMKM products through Instagram social media to increase family income in the Kelurahan Pasar Muaradua. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The research subject is UMKM actors who use Instagram as a marketing tool in Kelurahan Pasar Muaradua. The results of this study found that the quality of products and services displayed by UMKMs can be seen and assessed through the packaging of the products and services themselves, through the uploads that are shared on Instagram, in addition to promotion, the use of Instagram can reach a wide and diverse customer, and marketing that is done can increase family income, save time and money.Keywords: UMKM, Utilization, Instagram, Packaging, Marketing
